Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a voice search method suitable for a video playing state according to an embodiment of the present application; FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of an interface of a smart television displaying a first voice box according to an embodiment of the present application; fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an interface of a smart television displaying a second voice box according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the method includes steps S101 to S105.
Step S101, receiving a wake-up request, responding to the wake-up request, judging whether the current interface plays a video, if so, executing step S102.
And S102, waking up the voice system.
Step S103, acquiring a voice command through the voice system.
And step S104, under the condition that the search type of the voice command is question search, displaying a first voice frame on the current interface, and displaying the answer corresponding to the voice command on the first voice frame in a matching manner.
Step S105, under the condition that the search type of the voice command is film source search, displaying a second voice frame on the current interface, wherein the second voice frame displays more than one second item, and the program corresponding to the voice command is displayed on the second item in a matched manner;
and S106, recording the program corresponding to the second item with the focus as the current program, acquiring the playing channels with the playing authority of the current program, and recording the playing channels as channels to be selected. It should be noted that step S106 is executed after step S105. Here, the second entry where the focus is located may be regarded as the current entry.
And S107, selecting a channel to be selected with the highest user grade as a selected channel, and jumping to an interface of the selected channel for playing the current program under the condition that the second item where the focus is located is selected.
It is to be understood that the steps of the method may be performed based on the executing device. Specifically, the execution device may be a server, a cloud server, a smart television, a processor, and the like, but the execution device is not limited to the above type, but it is worth explaining here that, in the case that the execution device is not a smart television, the execution device is in communication connection with the smart television and controls the smart television to perform corresponding operations in cooperation with the smart television.
In summary, in the case that the video is played on the current interface, if the voice system is awakened, the voice frame pops up and the video is kept playing, so that the video can be kept playing when the voice system is awakened; correspondingly setting a first voice frame and a second voice frame respectively based on question searching and film source searching so as to display a searching result in a targeted manner and improve the utilization rate of the area occupied by the voice frames; the selected channel has the playing authority of the current program and the user grade is highest, so that under the condition that the current program is selected, the current interface jumps to the interface of the selected channel for playing the current program, the process of generating the corresponding voice command and the process of searching according to the corresponding voice command can be omitted, and the habit of the user can be better fitted.
It will be appreciated that the steps illustrated in the flowcharts described above or in the flowcharts of the figures may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer-executable instructions and that, although a logical order is illustrated in the flowcharts, in some cases, the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than here.
As an alternative embodiment, for step S101, the generation manner of the wake-up signal is not limited herein. However, the manner of generating the wake-up signal may be exemplified herein, for example: a voice icon is displayed on the current interface of the smart television, a user can control the focus to move to the voice icon through the remote control equipment and select the voice icon, and accordingly the smart television generates a wake-up signal; another example is: the intelligent television comprises a voice collecting device, the voice collecting device can collect voice packets and upload the voice packets, the intelligent television judges whether the received voice packets are used for awakening a voice system, and if yes, the intelligent television generates awakening signals.
As an alternative embodiment, for step S102 and step S103, in the case that the voice system is woken up, the smart television may implement voice control, that is, a user may upload a voice packet via the voice collecting system, the voice system may convert the voice packet into a computer-readable voice command, and the executing device may perform a relevant operation according to the voice command, where the type of the voice command is not limited to a search type, and may further include focus moving, entry selection, exiting, powering off, sleeping, and the like.
As an alternative embodiment, for step S104 and step S105, after acquiring the voice command, the execution device may determine the type of the voice command, and the determination manner is not limited as long as type classification can be implemented. For example: playing xxx, and judging the type of xxx to be film source search; xxx is, and can decide its type as problem search, etc. It should be noted that each program may be obtained from a resource library of the same playing channel, preferably, the playing channel currently used by the smart television or the default playing channel.
As an alternative embodiment, in step S106, the execution device may detect the playing software installed on the smart television, that is, the playing channel. Correspondingly, after the execution equipment determines information such as the name of the current program, for any playing channel, the execution equipment can access the resource library of the playing channel and judge whether the current program exists in the resource library according to the information such as the name, and if so, the playing channel has the playing authority of the current program and is marked as a channel to be selected; if not, the playing channel does not have the playing authority of the current program, and accordingly, the processing can not be carried out. Through the step S106, one or more channels to be selected can be obtained.
As an alternative embodiment, each second entry may determine the corresponding selected channel in advance. In step S107, the execution device may further obtain a user account and a user rating under each play channel. The user rating is not limited herein, but should be related to the playing condition of the program. For example, the user ratings may be divided into first, second, third, and fourth ratings, where a first rating user needs to play an advertisement for M seconds before playing the program, a second rating user needs to play an advertisement for N (N < M) seconds before playing the program, and third and fourth ratings users do not need to play an advertisement before playing the program. On the basis of the above example, the programs may also be ranked, for example: for low-level programs, more than one level of users can watch the programs; for the middle-level programs, users with more than three levels can watch the programs; for advanced programs, the fourth tier users can only view.
When the second speech box pops up, the focus falls on the first second entry. It should be further noted that, under the condition that the current item is selected, the smart television opens the selected channel and determines whether the user account logs in, and if so, switches to the playing interface corresponding to the current program; if not, automatically logging in the user account, and automatically switching to the playing interface corresponding to the current program after successful login.
As an alternative embodiment, fig. 4 is a flowchart of step S107 shown in the embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1 and 4, step S105 may include steps S401 to S405.
Step S401, selecting a channel to be selected with the highest user grade as a selected channel.
Step S402, receiving a playing signal, wherein the playing signal corresponds to the current program, responding to the playing signal to judge whether the user grade of the selected channel meets the preset requirement, and if so, executing step S403; if not, go to step S404.
It can be understood that, in the case that the user selects the current entry through voice control or remote control, the smart television generates a play signal and uploads the play signal to the execution device. The preset requirement may be defined according to actual conditions, for example: the user level refers to more than three levels in the above-described related examples.
And S403, jumping to an interface of the selected channel for playing the current program.
And S404, jumping to an upgrading interface for upgrading the user level of the selected channel. It is worth mentioning here that the upgrade interface can be used to promote the user level of the selected channel, for example: the VIP purchasing interface in the prior art. It is to be understood that the upgrade interface may not be limited to be used for upgrading the user rating of the selected channel, but may also be used for upgrading the user rating of other channels to be selected.
Through the technical scheme, on one hand, the user can conveniently and quickly upgrade the user grade and improve the purchase rate of the VIP, and on the other hand, if the user does not select to upgrade the user grade, the time for opening a selected channel can be saved, and the operation pressure of the intelligent television is reduced.
Further, after performing step S404, the step S105 may include the following steps: and receiving an upgrade success signal based on the upgrade interface, responding to the upgrade success signal, and executing a step S403, namely after finishing the upgrade of the user level based on the upgrade interface, jumping from the upgrade interface to an interface of a selected channel for playing the current program. It can be understood that the user level after completing the upgrade based on the upgrade interface should meet the preset requirements.
Further, after performing step S404, the step S105 may further include the following steps: and judging whether an upgrade success signal is received within a preset time period after the jump to the upgrade interface, and if not, executing the step S403. The duration of the preset time period is not limited herein, as long as the starting time is the time for jumping to the upgrade interface. It will be appreciated that the interface for selecting a channel for playing the current program is adapted to the user rating.
As an alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise the following steps.
Judging whether the user level of the selected channel meets a preset requirement, if so, displaying an introduction short piece corresponding to the current program by the corresponding second item in a matching way; and if not, the corresponding second item is matched with the presentation poster corresponding to the current program to display. The description of the preset requirement may refer to the description of step S202, but is not related to the playback signal.
It should be noted that, the current item is the focus, so that, when the user level of the selected channel meets the preset requirement, the short clip displayed at the current item is in a playing state, and the size of the current item can be expanded and restored after the focus leaves, the expanded range can be 10% to 20%, but other second items must not be occluded. And in the case that the user grade of the selected channel does not meet the preset requirement, displaying the introduction poster at the current item. Preferably, only the introduction short shown by the current item can be played, and the second item showing the introduction short is not played.
Through the technical scheme, the user can directly determine whether the user grade meets the preset requirement or not through the introduction short sheets or the introduction posters displayed by the current items, and further judge whether the current items need to be selected or not, so that the time can be saved, and the user experience is improved.
As an alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise the following steps.
And judging whether the currently used playing channel is a channel to be selected with the highest user grade, and if so, taking the currently used playing channel as the selected channel. It should be noted that, since the currently used playback channel is in use, when the current entry is selected, the skipping can be performed in the same playback channel, that is, the skipping efficiency is improved.
Further, when it is determined that the currently used broadcast channel is not the channel to be selected with the highest user level, the selected channel is determined according to the priority in the broadcast channel group with the highest user level, and the influence factors of the priority may include: whether to open, the playing time length, the opening times and the like. For example: the playing channel which is opened is preferably selected to save the opening time of the playing channel, namely, the skipping efficiency is improved, and then the playing channel with long playing time and multiple opening times can be selected to be more fit with the habit of the user.
As an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the first voice box includes a dialog bar, and in a case that a video is played on the current interface of the smart television, the first voice box may be surfaced on the current interface, and the voice command may be displayed in the dialog bar of the first voice box in a text form, and an answer corresponding to the voice command may also be displayed in the dialog bar of the first voice box in a text form.
Further, the method may further include a first speech box displaying step, specifically: and judging whether the video is played in a full screen mode, if so, the first voice frame is floated in a video playing area, and if not, the first voice frame is floated in a non-video playing area. By the technical scheme, the interference on video playing can be reduced, so that the user experience is improved. It should be noted that, when the first speech frame emerges from the current interface, the transparency of the border and/or the ground color of the first speech frame may be adjusted, and may preferably be 40% to 70%.
Further, the displaying step of the first voice frame may also adopt another implementation manner, and the first voice frame and the original area of the current interface are in split-screen arrangement, and the specific manner is not limited herein.
As an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the second voice box includes a dialog bar and a presentation bar, and in a case that the current interface of the smart television plays a video, the voice command may be displayed in the dialog bar of the second voice box in a text form, and each program corresponding to the voice command is respectively presented on the second entry in a matching manner.
The second item can be placed on the second item according to ranking positive feedback of any one or more combinations of relevance, popularity, recommendation, collection, click, and rating, for example: under the condition of adopting the popularity, the 1 st place of the popularity in the recommended program is positioned on the 1 st second item, and so on.
As an alternative embodiment, the method may further comprise the following steps.
And inquiring a resource library where the current program is located, and acquiring the text introduction corresponding to the current program from the resource library. The resource pool of the text introduction should be the same as the above-mentioned resource pool of the introduction poster or the introduction picture. The repository is preferably below the currently used playback channel, so that in case any second entry is selected, a quick jump to the corresponding interface is possible.
And displaying the text introduction corresponding to the current program in the dialog box of the second voice box, so that the user can easily know the program content, and the user experience is improved.
Further, when the focus is switched from the source second entry to the target second entry, the text introduction corresponding to the source second entry is deleted from the dialog box of the second voice box and displayed on the text introduction corresponding to the target second entry. Therefore, only one text introduction is displayed in the dialog bar of the second voice box and corresponds to the second item with the focus, so that the area occupied by the text introduction is reduced, the second item corresponding to the text introduction can be well determined, and the second item can be known and selected as soon as possible.
Further, basic information of the selected channel is displayed in a dialog box of the second voice box in a text form, wherein the basic information comprises the user rating and the name of the selected channel, so that the user can know the subsequent playing condition of the current program. And under the condition that the focus is switched from the source second item to the target second item, deleting the basic information of the selected channel corresponding to the source second item from the dialog bar of the second voice box, and displaying the basic information of the selected channel corresponding to the target second item.
As an alternative embodiment, fig. 5 is a flowchart of steps S501 to S503 shown in the embodiment of the present application, and referring to fig. 1 to 5, the method may further include steps S501 to S504.
Step S501, recording the current voice command acquired through the voice system as the current voice command. It should be noted that this step is performed when the current interface of the smart television plays a video, and the search result corresponding to the current voice command is not displayed in the first voice box or the second voice box of the smart television.
Step S502, judging whether the search type of the current voice command is matched with the currently displayed voice frame, if so, executing step S503, and if not, executing step S504. It should be noted that, when the current voice command is the first voice command, the smart television may directly display the first voice frame or the second voice frame corresponding to the search type of the smart television.
And S503, matching and displaying the search result on the currently displayed voice frame. For example: the search type of the current voice command is problem search, and the voice frame currently displayed by the smart television is the first voice frame, so that the switching of the voice frames is not needed at the moment, and correspondingly, the search result based on the current voice command can be directly displayed in the first voice frame; and when the search type of the current voice command is the film source search, cooperatively executing the step S106 and the step S107 so that the current program can have the associated selected channel.
Step S504, switching from the currently displayed voice frame to the voice frame corresponding to the current voice command, and displaying the search result on the voice frame corresponding to the current voice command in a matching manner. For example: the search type of the current voice command is problem search, the voice frame currently displayed by the smart television is a second voice frame, and at this moment, switching of the voice frames is needed.
Through the technical scheme, on the basis of ensuring that the video can display the search result corresponding to the voice command in the playing state, the search result can be always matched with the voice frame. Therefore, only one voice frame is displayed on the current interface, so that the phenomenon that a plurality of voice frames are displayed on the current interface to seriously influence the appearance of the video is avoided.
As an alternative embodiment, fig. 6 is a flowchart of another implementation manner of a voice search method suitable for a video playing state according to the embodiment of the present application; fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of an interface of a smart television displaying an initial voice box according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, 3, 6 and 7, the method may include steps S601 to S606. It is worth mentioning here that the related description of some steps can refer to the related description of any embodiment.
Step S601, receiving the wake-up request, responding to the wake-up request, and determining whether the current interface plays a video, if yes, performing step S602.
Step S602, the voice system is awakened, and an initial voice frame is displayed on the current interface. It should be noted that the area of the initial frame is smaller than the area of the first frame, and the area of the initial frame is smaller than the area of the second frame.
Step S603, acquiring a voice command via the voice system. The initial voice box may display the text corresponding to the voice command one by one, may also display only the voice icon, and may also display a prompt, for example: what needs help, please output voice, you have turned on voice control, etc.
Step S604, if the search type of the voice command is question search, switching from the initial voice frame to the first voice frame, and displaying the answer corresponding to the voice command in the first voice frame in a matching manner.
Step S605, if the search type of the voice command is film source search, switching from the initial voice frame to a second voice frame, where the second voice frame displays more than one second entry, and the program corresponding to the voice command is displayed on the second entry in a matching manner.
Step S606, recording the program corresponding to the second item where the focus is located as the current program, and acquiring the playing channels with the playing authority of the current program and recording the playing channels as channels to be selected. It should be noted that step S606 is executed after step S605.
And S607, selecting a channel to be selected with the highest user grade as a selected channel, and jumping to the interface of the selected channel for playing the current program under the condition that the second item where the focus is located is selected.
Through the technical scheme, the awakening time of the voice system and the uploading time of the voice command are not synchronous, so that the initial voice frame is displayed after the voice system is awakened to inform a user that voice control is awakened, the area of the initial voice frame is small, and the influence of viewing is reduced.
Further, for step S604, in the case that the display duration of receiving the first cancellation signal or the answer exceeds the first preset value, the first voice frame is cancelled or switched from the first voice frame to the initial voice frame. It is worth mentioning here that the first cancellation signal corresponds to a voice command of which the search type is a question search. The first preset value is not limited herein, but should correspond to the number of characters of the search result presented by the first voice box in a positive feedback manner, i.e. the larger the number is, the larger the first preset value is.
Further, for step S605, in the case that the display duration of the received second cancel signal or program exceeds the second preset value, the second voice frame is cancelled or switched from the second voice frame to the initial voice frame. It is worth mentioning here that the second cancel signal corresponds to a voice command of which the search type is a film source search. Since the number of the second entries is generally fixed, the second preset value should be fixed.
