The communication method may be performed by an electronic device, which may be a user terminal device such as a PC, a notebook, a smart phone, or a server. The server may be a physical server comprising an independent host, or may be a virtual server carried by a host cluster, or may be a cloud server. In particular, the communication method may be implemented by a processor in the electronic device running some sort of instant messaging application installed in the electronic device. In this context, the same understanding is given for execution by an instant messaging application as for execution by an electronic device running the instant messaging application.
In addition, the sequence of steps in the method embodiments described below is only an example and is not strictly limited.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a communication method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the communication method may be performed by an instant messaging application corresponding to a first user, where the instant messaging application corresponding to the first user may be understood as an instant messaging application having a first user account logged in. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
101. and generating a voice conference interface according to voice conference creation operation initiated by the first user to the plurality of second users, wherein the voice conference interface comprises user identifications corresponding to the first user and the plurality of second users.
102. And sending access prompt information corresponding to the voice conference to a plurality of second users.
103. And responding to the operation of accessing the voice conference by the plurality of second users according to the access prompt information, and sending the voice conference interface to the plurality of second users.
104. And responding to voice call operation triggered by the first user to at least one second user in the plurality of second users according to the user identifications of the plurality of second users, and sending the voice sent by the first user to the at least one second user.
For easy understanding, the core idea of the communication scheme provided in this embodiment is summarized first: when triggered to create a voice conference that includes a plurality of users, an interface corresponding to the voice conference, referred to as a voice conference interface, may be generated in which user identifications (e.g., avatars, names) of the plurality of users participating in the voice conference may be displayed. The voice conference interface may be sent to a plurality of users participating in the voice conference so that the users can see through the voice conference interface which users are participating in the voice conference. The user identifiers have operability, any user participating in the voice conference can pertinently initiate voice call with another user or other users participating in the voice conference based on the operation of the user identifiers, and the private chat effect is realized.
In this embodiment, a first user is taken as a creator of a voice conference, and a scene of creating a voice conference including the first user and a plurality of second users is described as an example.
Specifically, the first user operates its own instant messaging application (for convenience of description, the instant messaging application corresponding to the first user is hereinafter referred to as APP 1) to trigger a creation operation of a voice conference including a plurality of second users, based on the creation operation, APP1 may generate a voice conference interface corresponding to the voice conference, and APP1 may send access prompt information corresponding to the voice conference to the plurality of second users, so that the plurality of second users can learn that they are invited to participate in the voice conference based on the access prompt information.
It can be understood that, the APP1 sends the access prompt information to the plurality of second users, that is, the APP1 sends the access prompt information to the instant messaging application programs corresponding to the plurality of second users, so that the plurality of second users learn that the second users are invited to participate in the voice conference through the access prompt information displayed on a certain interface of the instant messaging application program corresponding to the second users. For ease of description, the instant messaging application corresponding to each second user is hereinafter denoted APP2.
In addition, APP1 may obtain the user identifiers of the plurality of second users when generating the voice conference interface, so that the user identifiers of the plurality of second users may be displayed in the voice conference interface. The user identification may be an avatar, name set by the corresponding second user in the instant messaging application. Content such as a theme name, operation instruction information, etc. may also be included in the voice conference interface, and will be described by way of example with reference to other figures.
After the APP1 generates the voice conference interface, the voice conference interface can be displayed in the APP1 in a set-top mode. In addition, after a certain second user of the plurality of second users accesses the voice conference based on the received access prompt information, the APP1 may send the voice conference interface to APP2 corresponding to the second user, and the voice conference interface may be displayed in a top-mounted manner in APP2 corresponding to the second user.
The term "overhead display" is also understood to mean a display on a screen, that is, the voice conference interface is always kept in a state of being visible to the user. Taking APP1 as an example (the same applies to APP 2), the voice conference interface may be simply considered as a floating window, and may be displayed in a floating manner on any other interface in APP 1. Of course, it will be appreciated that if the voice conference is over, or the first user switches to another voice conference interface, then the voice conference interface corresponding to the voice conference will be closed.
In practical applications, taking APP1 as an example, the above-mentioned voice conference interface may be displayed in suspension on other interfaces in APP1, so as to avoid that during the display period of the voice conference interface, the voice conference interface generates excessive interference to the operation of the first user on other interfaces, where the size of the voice conference interface is smaller than that of other interfaces in APP1, and the other interfaces are, for example, a home page interface, a communication interface corresponding to a communication group, a communication interface where the first user communicates with any contact person, and so on. In addition, a zoom control may be included in the voice conference interface, and based on operation of the zoom control, a thumbnail corresponding to the voice conference interface may be generated and displayed on top.
Based on the above process, when a plurality of second users access a voice conference according to the received access prompt information, APP1 sends a voice conference interface containing user identifiers of all the participants to APP2 corresponding to each of the plurality of second users, APP2 displays the voice conference interface, so that the corresponding second users learn which users participate in the voice conference through the voice conference interface. Further, any one of the users of all the participants may trigger a voice call to one, some, or even all of the users based on the plurality of user identifications contained on the voice conference interface. For example, when a first user performs a voice call with a certain second user, the first user can select the user identifier of the second user, then output the voice which wants to speak to the second user, APP1 can transmit the voice to APP2 of the second user in real time, and APP2 can play the voice immediately after receiving the voice.
It should be noted that, based on the above example, the user identifier displayed in the voice conference interface has operability, such as clicking the user identifier to select the corresponding user as the call object. In addition, when the first user selects a certain second user as a current call object, a voice transmission channel between the first user and the second user can be established based on the selection operation of the first user on the second user, and then the voice output by the first user is sent to the second user in real time through the voice transmission channel, so that the private chat effect of the user in a voice conference one to one is realized.
The implementation flow of the solution provided in this embodiment is macroscopically introduced above, and some specific implementations of the steps of the solution in the implementation process are illustrated below with reference to some drawings.
For step 101, optionally, a voice conference may be created and a voice conference interface corresponding to the voice conference may be generated according to the following manner:
displaying a voice conference creation control in a communication interface corresponding to a communication group comprising a first user and a plurality of second users; responding to the selection of the first user on the voice conference creation control, and displaying a user selection interface corresponding to the communication group; and generating a voice conference interface corresponding to the communication group according to the selection of the first user to the plurality of second users in the user selection interface.
The above-described creation scheme corresponds to a case of creating a voice conference corresponding to an existing communication group based on the communication group. The creation process of the voice conference described above is exemplarily described below with reference to fig. 2. In fig. 2, it is assumed that there is one communication group in APP1, and the name of the communication group is: a research and development project group. It is assumed that user a, user B, user C, user D, user E, user F are included in the communication group. Assuming that the first user is user a, when user a wants to initiate a voice conference, user a may operate APP1 to display a communication interface 201 corresponding to the communication group as shown in fig. 2, where a plurality of controls are included in the communication interface 201, such as those illustrated in the figure: a voice conference 202 is created, a group advertisement 203 is created, wherein the voice conference 202 is created as the voice conference creation control described above. When user a clicks to create a voice conference 202, a user selection interface 204 corresponding to the communication group may be displayed, and the user selection interface 204 may include the above-described two buttons of user B, user C, user D, user E, user F, and all options 205 and confirmation 206. When user a needs to select all users contained in the user selection interface 204, the full selection 205 may be clicked; when the user a wants to select some of the users, the corresponding user may be checked. In fig. 2, it is assumed that user a selects three users, user B, user C, and user D. User a then clicks on confirmation 206 to indicate that the selection of the person participating in the voice conference is complete. At this time, APP1 generates a voice conference interface 207 corresponding to the communication group based on the selection result of user a, and the voice conference interface is displayed in a floating manner on communication interface 201.
Optionally, a conference theme display area and a conference member display area may be included in the voice conference interface 207, and as shown in fig. 2, the conference theme displayed in the conference theme display area may be the same as the names of the communication groups described above, which are research and development project groups. And displaying the user identifications corresponding to the participants selected by the user A in the participant member display area, namely the user identifications corresponding to the user A, the user B, the user C and the user D. In fig. 2, the user identification is represented by a circular button displaying a user name. Of course, the display mode of the user identifier is not limited to this, and may be represented by a button on which the user avatar is displayed, and the user name may be displayed in association with the button beside the avatar.
Additionally, optionally, a special button may be included in the voice conference interface 207: and selecting 208. When the full selection 208 button is selected, all user identifications displayed in the reference member display area are selected, thereby facilitating the user's selection of all user identifications.
Of course, other functionality controls may be included in the voice conference interface 207, as will be described in connection with subsequent embodiments.
Optionally, for step 101, a voice conference may also be created and a voice conference interface corresponding to the voice conference may be generated according to the following manner:
displaying a voice conference creation control in a home page interface of the APP 1; responsive to a selection of a voice conference creation control by a first user, displaying a user selection interface; and generating a voice conference interface according to the selection of the first user to the plurality of second users in the user selection interface. At this time, a communication group including the first user and the selected plurality of second users may also be generated.
The creation scheme described above corresponds to a case where users who need to participate in a voice conference do not exist in the same communication group. The creation process of the voice conference described above is exemplarily described below with reference to fig. 3. In fig. 3, it is assumed that the first user is user a. User a opens APP1 to display a home interface 301, and after clicking on an operation portal 302 in the home interface 301, user a displays a control selection list, where the operation portal is represented as an icon in fig. 3: +. Included in the control selection list are several of the functionality controls illustrated in fig. 3 and a control to create a voice conference 303. The voice conference 303 is created as the voice conference creation control described above. When user a clicks to create voice conference 303, user selection interface 304 may be displayed, and all or a portion of the users in user a's address book may be included in user selection interface 304 along with a confirm 305 button, for example, a user who has recently had communication with user a may be preferentially displayed. User a selects a number of second users, such as user E, user G, user H, from which to participate in the voice conference, and clicks on confirmation 305 to complete the user's selection. At this time, APP1 generates a voice conference interface 306 corresponding to the communication group according to the selection result of user a.
A conference theme display area and a conference member display area may be included in the voice conference interface 306, as shown in fig. 3, and optionally, user a may input a conference theme within the conference theme display area, such as: the product designs the communication group. And displaying the user identifications corresponding to the participants selected by the user A in the participant member display area, namely the user identifications corresponding to the user A, the user E, the user G and the user H. Of course, optionally, a voice conference interface 306 may also be included: the button is selected 307. When the full selection 307 button is selected, all user identifications displayed in the reference member display area are selected, thereby facilitating the user's operation of selecting all user identifications.
It should be noted that, the above manner of inputting the conference theme is not limited to the case illustrated in fig. 3, for example, a conference theme input box may also be included in the user selection interface 304, so that the user a inputs the conference theme, and in this case, when the voice conference interface 306 is generated, the conference theme may be automatically extracted and added to the voice conference interface 306.
In addition, while generating the voice conference interface 306, a communication group including the user a, the user E, the user G, and the user H may also be generated, and optionally, the name of the communication group may correspond to, for example, be the conference theme in the voice conference interface 306. Also, optionally, at this time, APP1 may display a communication interface 308 corresponding to the communication group, with the voice conference interface 306 being displayed in hover over the communication interface 308.
After the APP1 generates the voice conference interface based on the above manner, on one hand, the voice conference interface may be locally displayed as in the situation shown in fig. 2 and 3, on the other hand, access prompt information may be triggered to APP2 corresponding to each of the plurality of second users, so that the plurality of second users learn that the second users are invited to participate in the voice conference, so that the voice conference may be accessed, and when a certain second user accesses the voice conference based on the access prompt information, the APP1 may send the voice conference interface to APP2 of the second user for displaying.
In the embodiment of the invention, the display mode of the access prompt information sent by the APP1 to the plurality of second users does not block the executing operation of the plurality of second users in the corresponding APP 2. The operation of the second user executing in the APP2 is not blocked, and the access prompt information is considered to be displayed without being displayed on a screen (or on top), and interference to the operation of the second user executing in the APP2 is avoided. For example, assuming that a certain second user is chatting with a friend, the interface displayed in APP2 corresponding to the friend is a communication interface corresponding to the friend, if APP2 receives and displays the access prompt information during the chatting process of the second user and the friend, the chatting process of the second user and the friend will not be blocked by the display effect of the access prompt information.
Several alternative schemes for transmitting the access hint information to a plurality of second users are described below.
Based on the premise that a communication group corresponding to the voice conference such as shown in fig. 2 and 3 already exists, optionally, APP1 may display a first message for indicating that the voice conference has been opened in a communication interface corresponding to the communication group, and/or display a control for indicating that the voice conference has been opened in a communication interface corresponding to the communication group.
An implementation manner of sending the access prompt information is described in an exemplary manner with reference to fig. 4. In fig. 4, the communication interface 201 illustrated in fig. 2 and the hypothetical situation of the participants are still taken as an example. As shown in fig. 4, APP1 may publish a first message 401 in the communication interface 201 with the identity of user a. Alternatively, the first message may be implemented in the form of a card as illustrated in fig. 4. The card can comprise prompt words: i initiate a voice conference, the conference theme is a research and development project group. The card can also comprise an operation item of accessing the voice conference. Since the communication interface 201 is synchronized to all members of the communication group, the plurality of second users included in the communication group: the user B, the user C and the user D can see the first message 401 through corresponding communication interfaces in the APP2 of the user B, the user C and the user D, and click on an operation item of accessing the voice conference contained in the first message 401 to realize the operation of accessing the voice conference.
In addition, as shown in fig. 4, in the communication interface 201, there may be displayed: the control of voice conference 402 has been opened, which is used to prompt that the voice conference corresponding to the communication group has been opened. Similar to the first message 401, since the communication interface 201 is synchronized to all members in the communication group, the user B, the user C, and the user D included in the communication group can see the opened voice conference 402 through the corresponding communication interfaces in their APP2, and click on the control of the opened voice conference 402 to realize the operation of accessing the voice conference.
It should be noted that, in order to enable the user B, the user C, and the user D to timely find the access prompt information of the first message 401 and the opened voice conference 402, the access prompt information may be regarded as a special communication message, and the conventional prompt manner of receiving the communication message may be equally applicable to the access prompt information, such as outputting a prompt tone, displaying a message receiving prompt on a desktop icon of the instant communication application program, displaying a message receiving prompt in association with the name of the communication group in the home page interface, and so on.
In addition to displaying the first message 401 and the opened voice conference 402 as access prompt information in the communication interfaces corresponding to the communication groups, the APP1 may optionally send a second message for prompting that the voice conference has been opened to APPs 2 corresponding to each of the plurality of second users, so that the APPs 2 corresponding to each of the plurality of second users display the second message in a target interface, where the target interface is different from the communication interface corresponding to the communication groups.
An implementation manner of sending the access prompt information is described in an exemplary manner with reference to fig. 5. In fig. 5, the assumed situation of the participants in fig. 2 is still taken as an example, and it is assumed that the target interface is the home interface of the instant messaging application. As shown in fig. 5, APP1 may generate a second message 501: the voice conference for the development project group is open. APP1 sends the second message 501 to APP2 corresponding to each of user B, user C, and user D. Taking the user B as an example, when the APP2 corresponding to the user B receives the second message 501, the second message 501 may be displayed at a set position in the home interface 502. Alternatively, APP2 may display the second message 501 in a button or tab, so that user B may access the voice conference by clicking on the button or tab.
In order to enable the user B, the user C, and the user D to timely discover the second message 501, the target interface may also be an interface currently displayed by the APP2 in the case where the corresponding APP2 has been started.
It should be noted that, the user who can see the access prompt information may not necessarily access the voice conference based on the access prompt information, because if a user is not a participant in the voice conference, the access operation triggered by the user through the access prompt information is invalid.
Taking the example of fig. 4 and 5 as an example of the user B, after the user B triggers the operation of accessing the voice conference by the example, APP1 may send the voice conference interface 207 to APP2 of the user B, and APP2 may display the voice conference interface 207 on top.
Thus, the processing of synchronizing the same voice conference interface in the APP1 corresponding to the first user and the APP2 corresponding to the plurality of second users is completed. Based on the synchronization result of the voice conference interface, any user participating in the voice conference can initiate a voice call with any other user or users.
Taking the composition of participants and the voice conference interface 201 assumed in fig. 2 as an example, the implementation of user a to initiate a voice call to other users B, C, and D participating in a voice conference is illustrated in conjunction with fig. 6 and 7.
When the user a wants to talk with at least one user of the plurality of second users only, the user a can trigger a voice talk operation with the second user by selecting a user identification of the corresponding second user. Accordingly, APP1 transmits the voice uttered by user a to at least one second user in response to the voice call operation triggered by user a to the at least one second user by selecting the user identification corresponding to the at least one second user.
As shown in fig. 6, it is assumed that the at least one second user is user B, so that user a selects a user identifier of user B in the voice conference interface 207 displayed in APP1, and then outputs voice, APP1 collects voice output by user a and transmits the voice collected in real time to APP2 corresponding to user B. After APP2 receives the voice, play the voice.
Of course, it will be understood that, when the user a wants to make a voice call with all of the plurality of second users, the user a may trigger a voice call operation to all of the second users by selecting the user identifications of all of the second users one by one, but this is troublesome. To this end, user a may select the button indicated as full selection 208 in the voice conference interface 207, in this way the purpose of selecting all second users is achieved in a quick manner. Thus, APP1, in response to a voice call operation triggered by user a to all second users by selecting the button of the full selection 208, collects voice output by user a and transmits the voice uttered by the user to each second user: user B, user C, and user D.
Fig. 6 and 7 described above illustrate the operation of the voice conference interface 207 during voice transmission from the perspective of the voice sender.
The processing of the voice conference interface during voice reception is described below in connection with fig. 8 and 9 in terms of the voice receiver. In fig. 8 and 9, the composition of participants and the voice conference interface 201 assumed in fig. 2 will be described below as an example.
As shown in fig. 8, if the user a receives a voice uttered by selecting the button of the full selection 208 from the target users (assumed to be the user C) among the user B, the user C, and the user D, APP1 plays the voice, and APP1 displays the first prompt 801 in association with the user identifier corresponding to the user C and/or displays the second prompt 802 in association with the button of the full selection 208 during the voice playing. The first prompt message 801 is used for prompting that the call voice of the user C is received, and the second prompt message 802 is used for prompting that the call voice of the broadcast is received. As shown in fig. 8, the first prompt message 801 and the second prompt message 802 may be graphic elements illustrated in the drawings, which is not limited to this. The first prompt message 801 and the second prompt message 802 enable the user a to learn that the user C utters voices to all the plurality of second users when the user a currently receives the voices. Of course, in order to allow user a to conveniently see who is currently talking to him via the voice conference interface 207, optionally, the user of user C talking to him may be identified to the front display, such as moving to the front of the attendee display area and setting the sort location.
As shown in fig. 9, if the user a receives a voice uttered by selecting the user identifier of the user a from the target users (assumed to be the user C) among the user B, the user C, and the user D, APP1 plays the voice, and APP1 displays first prompt information 801 in association with the user identifier corresponding to the user C during the voice playing, where the first prompt information 801 is used to prompt that the call voice of the user C is received. The user a can learn that the voice which is independently communicated with the user C is currently received by the user a through the first prompt message 801. Of course, in order to allow user a to conveniently see who is currently talking to him via the voice conference interface 207, optionally, the user of user C talking to him may be identified to the front display, such as moving to the front of the attendee display area and setting the sort location.
As described above, the voice conference interface is scalable, and the following describes an exemplary voice receiving process in a case where a scaling operation of the voice conference interface and a thumbnail corresponding to the voice conference interface are displayed with reference to fig. 10.
As shown in fig. 10, it is assumed that the voice conference interface 207 in APP1 is currently displayed in a floating manner on the communication interface 201 of the communication group corresponding to the voice conference interface, and the voice conference interface 207 includes a zoom control 209 therein. When the user a triggers a thumbnail display operation by clicking on the zoom control 209, a thumbnail 1001 corresponding to the voice conference interface 207 is generated, and the thumbnail 1001 is displayed overhead.
Based on the display effect of the thumbnail 1001, assuming that the user a receives a voice uttered by the user C by selecting the button of the full selection 208 at this time, APP1 plays the voice, and during the playing of the voice, third hint information 1002 is displayed in association with the thumbnail 1001, the third hint information 1002 being for hinting that the voice of the broadcast call is received. The third prompt 1002 is, for example, a plurality of circular patterns illustrated in fig. 10. Based on the third prompt 1002, the user a can learn that the currently received voice is uttered by a certain user to all of the plurality of second users.
In addition, if the user a receives a voice uttered by the user C by selecting the user identification of the user a at this time, APP1 plays the voice, and during the playing of the voice, fourth prompt 1003 is displayed in association with thumbnail 1001, fourth prompt 1003 being for prompting reception of the voice of the individual call. The fourth prompt 1003 is, for example, a graphic illustrated in fig. 10. Based on the fourth prompt 1003, the user a can learn that the currently received voice is uttered by a user.
Of course, it will be appreciated that if the voice received by user a is uttered by a user to a portion of the second users, including user a, a preset pattern may be displayed in association with thumbnail 1001 to illustrate this.
In addition, it should be noted that, if the user a triggers a zoom operation on the thumbnail 1001 based on the above-mentioned several kinds of prompt information displayed in association on the thumbnail 1001 to switch from the thumbnail 1001 to the display of the voice conference interface 207, the display effect of the voice conference interface 207 is as shown in fig. 8 and 9.
Optionally, for a voice conference, voices generated during the voice conference may be recorded, and a call record containing the voices or text contents corresponding to the voices may be generated for query. Of course, the call record will record the initiator and the receiver of each voice.
In summary, based on the above scheme, on one hand, a one-to-one and one-to-many voice call effect can be achieved in a scene of a multi-ginseng and voice conference; on the other hand, based on the creation of the voice conference by a certain user, when the prompt information for accessing the voice conference is sent to other users, the display mode of the access prompt information does not block the operation of the other users on the instant messaging application program, and the user experience is improved while the voice conference function of the instant messaging application program is expanded.
The above embodiment illustrates a situation that one user is in a voice conference, and in practical application, the same user may be a plurality of participants in the voice conference.
Some application scenarios in which one user participates in a plurality of voice conferences are illustrated below in conjunction with fig. 11-13. In fig. 11 to 13, two voice conferences in which the conference subjects illustrated in fig. 2 and 3 are "development project group" and "product design communication group" are taken as an example for user a to participate in, respectively, and for convenience of description, a voice conference in which the conference subject is "development project group" is referred to as a voice conference 1, a voice conference in which the conference subject is "product design communication group" is referred to as a voice conference 2, a voice conference interface 207 corresponds to the voice conference 1, and a voice conference interface 306 corresponds to the voice conference 2.
As shown in fig. 11, it is assumed that the voice conference interface 207 is currently displayed in APP1 corresponding to the user a, and that the voice conference interface 207 is displayed in a floating manner on the communication interface 308 corresponding to the communication group having the group name "product design communication group". At this time, when the user a receives the voice from the voice conference 2, assuming that the voice is uttered by the user E in the voice conference 2, the APP1 displays the prompt information 1101 for prompting the reception of the voice conference 2. The prompt 1101 may be the window illustrated in fig. 11, in which the query phrase "whether to listen to the voice from the user E of the voice conference 2" and several options are included: listening, converting to text, ignoring. User a makes an indication based on the several options contained in the prompt 1101, and APP1 performs an indication of user a feedback.
If user a feeds back a listening instruction by clicking on the "listen" option, APP1 plays the received speech. If user a feeds back the speech conversion instruction by clicking the "convert to text" option, APP1 converts the speech into text information and displays the text information (assuming the text information is: the design drawing needs to be modified before the next friday). If user a feeds back an indication to ignore the received speech by clicking on the "ignore" option, APP1 stores the speech. APP1 may prompt user a to listen to the stored voice when subsequent user a switches to displaying voice conference interface 306.
In the process that the user a participates in the voice conference 1 and the voice conference 2, in addition to the situation that the user a receives the voice from the voice conference 2 in the voice conference 1, some interface switching situations may be involved.
As shown in fig. 12, it is assumed that the voice conference interface 207 is currently displayed in APP1 corresponding to the user a, and that the voice conference interface 207 is displayed in a floating manner on the communication interface 308 corresponding to the communication group having the group name "product design communication group". At this time, when the user a switches the communication group switching operation triggered in the voice conference interface 207, the communication interface 201 displaying the communication group corresponding to the voice conference 1 is switched to, and at this time, the communication interface 201 replaces the communication interface 308, and the voice conference interface 207 is displayed in a floating manner on the communication interface 201. As shown in fig. 12, the triggering of the communication group switching operation by the user a may be implemented as follows: the voice conference interface 207 includes an operation portal 1201, and when the user a clicks the operation portal 1201, it may display: several options are entered into group chat 1202, voice conference 1203 switched, voice conference 1204 ended, etc. When user a clicks on the option of entering group chat 1202, the communication group switch operation described above is deemed to be triggered.
In addition, the user a may trigger the operation of switching to the voice conference 2 in the voice conference interface 207, and at this time, switch to the voice conference interface 306 corresponding to the voice conference 2. As shown in fig. 12, alternatively, the user a may trigger the voice conference switching operation by clicking the switching voice conference 1203, at which time, a plurality of voice conferences in which the user a currently participates, such as a voice conference 1 represented by "development project group" and a voice conference 2 represented by "product design communication group", may be displayed for the user a to select a voice conference interface to which the voice conference needs to be switched. In practical applications, after user a switches to the voice conference interface 306, voice recording information sent to user a already generated in the voice conference 2 before the switching time may be displayed.
In addition, the user a may click to end the voice conference 1204 to trigger a voice conference end operation, where APP1 deletes the voice conference interface 207 and the access prompt information corresponding to the voice conference 1 shown in fig. 4 and 5: a first message 401, an opened voice conference 402, a second message 501. It should be noted that, taking the voice conference 1 as an example, since the voice conference 1 is created by the user a, the user a has the right to end the voice conference 1, and the other users participating in the voice conference 1 do not have the right to end the voice conference 1, that is, the other users trigger the voice conference end operation in the APP2 for the voice conference interface 207 displayed therein, which is not effective.
In the above fig. 12, a voice conference switching manner is illustrated, and in fact, other implementations of the voice conference switching manner are also possible, as shown in fig. 13.
In fig. 13, it is assumed that a thumbnail 1001 corresponding to the voice conference interface 207 (or may also be the voice conference interface 207) is currently displayed in APP1 corresponding to the user a, and that the voice conference interface 207 is displayed in a floating manner on the communication interface 308. Since the communication interface 308 corresponds to the created voice conference 2, access prompt information is sent to the user participating in the voice conference 2 during the process of creating the voice conference 2. While user a is a participant in voice conference 2, the currently displayed communication interface 308 in APP1 may include the control of the first message 401 and/or the opened voice conference 402 as described above. Thus, the user a may trigger an operation of accessing the voice conference interface 306 corresponding to the communication interface 308 by clicking the first message 401 or the opened voice conference 402 in the communication interface 308, and at this time, the APP1 may display a switch prompt 1301, where the switch prompt 1301 is used to ask whether to switch from the voice conference interface 207 to the voice conference interface 306. As shown in fig. 13, the switching prompt 1301 may be implemented as a window, where the window includes an inquiry sentence — whether you are now in a development project group meeting, switching to a product design communication group meeting corresponding to the current communication group, and several options as follows: cancel and switch. If user a selects to cancel this option, he/she continues to stay on the voice conference interface 207, and if he/she selects to switch this option, he/she switches to display the voice conference interface 306, and the voice conference interface 306 is displayed in a floating manner on the communication interface 308.
In practice, in addition to some of the handover operations exemplified above, a handover operation is stored: and switching the operation of the background interface. The background interface refers to a voice conference interface or what interface the thumbnail corresponding to the voice conference interface should be displayed in suspension. In the embodiment of the invention, the voice conference interface or the display of the thumbnail corresponding to the voice conference interface does not obstruct the operation of the user on other interfaces, so that the background interface can be switched automatically according to the actual operation requirement of the user. As shown in fig. 14, assume that initially, the voice conference interface 207 is displayed in hover over the communication interface 201, after which the user a switches the background interface to the home interface 1401 by clicking on the "back" control in the communication interface 201, at which point the voice conference interface 207 is displayed in hover over the home interface 1401. For another example, if at some point the user a then switches to the desktop interface 1402 of the display terminal, the voice conference interface 207 is hoveringly displayed over the desktop interface 1402.
In fact, during online voice conferences using instant messaging applications, some practical situations may also be encountered: a user participating in a voice conference may for some reason need to leave or need to deal with some emergency immediately halfway, at which time it is obviously unsuitable if a user a participating in a voice conference does not know that another user B cannot currently hear his voice and outputs voice to user B.
In order to solve this problem, the following solutions are provided in the embodiments of the present invention: a user status identifier is displayed in association with the user identifier in the voice conference interface, the user status identifier being indicative of whether the corresponding user is online. In practical applications, a plurality of user state identifiers may be set as required, and in this embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the user state identifier may include: an online status identifier, an offline status identifier, and a transient status identifier. Of course, as mentioned previously, a user may participate in multiple voice conferences, match the scene, include cross-conference status identification, and so forth.
Taking the user a as an example, if the user state identifier corresponding to the user a is the presence state identifier, it indicates that the user a is in a presence state, that is, the user a is in a state capable of sending/listening to voice in real time. If the user state identifier corresponding to the user a is the offline state identifier, it indicates that the user a is in an offline state, that is, the user a is in a state that voice cannot be transmitted/listened to for a long time. If the user state identifier corresponding to the user a is the temporary off-line state identifier, it indicates that the user a is in a temporary off-line state, that is, the user a is in a state that voice cannot be transmitted/listened to in a short time.
The manner in which the user status identifiers are displayed is illustrated below in conjunction with fig. 15. In fig. 15, taking the voice conference interface 207 as an example, assuming that, among the user a, the user B, the user C, and the user D included in the voice conference interface 207, the user a and the user B are in an online state, the user C is in a temporary-away state, and the user D is in an offline state, then, as shown in fig. 14, the online state identifier 1501 may be displayed by the user identifiers of the user a and the user B, the temporary-away state identifier 1502 may be displayed by the user identifier of the user C, and the offline state identifier 1503 may be displayed by the user identifier of the user D. The marks can be represented by the same shape but filled with different colors, can be represented by the different shapes, can be represented by words, and are not limited.
During a voice conference, the user state identifier corresponding to the same user can be changed, and in summary, the change rule is as follows:
if a target user in the first user and the plurality of second users accesses the voice conference, the user state identifier corresponding to the target user is an online state identifier; if the target user does not access the voice conference or the target user triggers offline operation after accessing the voice conference, the user state identifier corresponding to the target user is an offline state identifier; and if the target user triggers the temporary-away operation on the voice conference interface after accessing the voice conference, the user state identifier corresponding to the target user is the temporary-away state identifier. Wherein the target user is any one of the first user and the plurality of second users.
In fig. 16, taking the process of creating the voice conference 1 by the user a as an example, when the APP1 generates the voice conference interface 207 based on the creation operation of the voice conference 1 by the user a, since the voice conference interface 207 has just been generated, and the user B, the user C, and the user D have not accessed the voice conference, only the user state identifier corresponding to the user a in the voice conference interface 207 is the online state identifier 1501, and the user state identifiers corresponding to the other users are the offline state identifiers 1503. In addition, a control, a pause 1601, is included in the voice conference interface 207.
After that, after APP1 sends the access prompt information to APP2 corresponding to each of the three users, if user B and user C respond to the access prompt information almost simultaneously to trigger an operation of accessing to the voice conference, and user D does not trigger the access operation, at this time, APP1 updates the user state identifiers corresponding to user B and user C to the online state identifier 1501, at this time, an updated voice conference interface 1602 is generated, app1 sends the voice conference interface 1602 to user B and user C, and accordingly APP2 of user B and user C will display the voice conference interface 1602. Assuming that after a while, the user D also triggers the operation of accessing the voice conference in response to the access prompt information, APP1 updates the user state identifier corresponding to the user D to the online state identifier 1501, and at this time generates an updated voice conference interface 1603, APPs 1 sends the voice conference interface 1603 to the user B, the user C, and the user D, so that the voice conference interface 1603 will be displayed in APP2 of the user B, the user C, and the user D.
Assuming that the voice conference interface 1603 is currently displayed, it is assumed that the user C sets himself to a suspension state by operating the suspension 1601 control on the voice conference interface 1603, so that the voice conference interface 1603 is updated to the voice conference interface 1604, and in the voice conference interface 1604, the user state identifier corresponding to the user C is updated to the suspension state identifier 1502. The voice conference interface 1604 may be synchronized to other participating users.
Assuming that the voice conference interface 1604 is currently displayed, and assuming that the user D triggers a certain offline operation at this time, the voice conference interface 1604 is updated to the voice conference interface 1605, and in the voice conference interface 1605, the user state identifier corresponding to the user D is updated to the offline state identifier 1503. The voice conference interface 1605 may be synchronized to other participating users. Wherein, the offline operation triggered by the user D may include any one of the following: closing the corresponding APP2, answering the call, switching to another voice conference (refer to the switching operation of fig. 12, 13).
It should be noted that, after the user C sets itself to the suspension state by operating the suspension 1601 control, since the user C only briefly leaves, in APP2 corresponding to the user C, the voice conference interface 1604 still remains displayed, and based on this, the user C may still switch its user state to the online state by operating the suspension 1601 control. However, as for the user D, as known from the above-mentioned offline operations, when the user D is offline, the APP2 corresponding to the user D does not necessarily keep the voice conference interface 1605 displayed, and based on this, when the user D wants to access the voice conference again, the user D can access the voice conference again through the access prompt information mentioned above.
It is also worth noting that the user status differences will affect the process of voice transmission and listening. For example, assuming that APP1 receives a voice sent by APP2 corresponding to user B, but at this time, the user state identifier corresponding to user a is a temporary state identifier or an offline state identifier, the voice is stored, and when the user state identifier corresponding to user a is updated to an online state identifier, the voice may be played to user a. Of course, in practical application, if a plurality of voices are received before the user a is restored to the online state, the voices may be played in sequence or text contents corresponding to the voices may be output to the user a.
In summary, by displaying the user status information in the voice conference interface, each user participating in the voice conference can know whether other participating users are online, so as to perform targeted and effective communication.
