In the embodiment of the application, in order to solve the problem that the screening efficiency is low due to the fact that workload is large when manual resume screening is carried out in the prior art, the resume to be screened for a target post is obtained, first key information corresponding to a hard index is extracted from the resume to be screened, when the first key information meets the requirement of the hard index, second key information corresponding to a soft index is extracted from the resume to be screened, and the second key information is input into a trained resume screening model to obtain the screening result of the resume to be screened.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in this embodiment do not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the inherent logic of the process, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiment of the present application.
In order to explain the technical solution described in the present application, the following description will be given by way of specific examples.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an implementation flow of a resume screening method provided in an embodiment of the present application, where the resume screening method is applied to a terminal device. As shown in fig. 1, the resume screening method may include the following steps:
step 101, obtaining resumes to be screened aiming at target posts.
The target post can refer to any post where the enterprise needs to recruit employees. Such as back-end development engineers, financial assistants, sales leaders, etc. The number of resumes to be screened is one or at least two, and is not limited herein.
The terminal equipment can realize resume screening in the same post by acquiring the resumes to be screened aiming at the target post, thereby eliminating resumes which are not delivered to the target post, reducing the number of resumes to be screened and saving the time cost of resume screening.
And 102, extracting first key information of the resume to be screened.
And the first key information corresponds to the hard index of the target post.
The hard index means an index which cannot be changed by fusion. The hard index has specific data requirements or quota and has strong operability. The hard index of the target position refers to an index that the target position must satisfy.
The terminal device can set a hard index keyword for the target post in advance, and after the resume to be screened for the target post is obtained, first key information can be extracted from the resume to be screened based on the hard index keyword. The number of the hard index may be one or at least two, and is not limited herein. For example, the hard indices for the target position include: the age is 20 to 35 years old, the gender is women, and the academic is great, then the hard index keywords are age, gender and academic, and the first key information extracted from a resume to be screened is as follows: 30 years old, female, master.
And 103, if the first key information meets the hard index requirement, extracting second key information of the resume to be screened.
And the second key information corresponds to the soft index of the target post.
The soft index has a certain range or amplitude, and the operability is weak. Soft indicators for a target post are broader than hard indicators, such as project experience, work experience, honor rewards, and the like. For the soft indexes, the screening of the resume to be screened can be completed by adopting an artificial intelligence technology (such as a resume screening model).
If the first key information of the resume to be screened meets the requirement of the hard index, the terminal equipment can extract the second key information of the resume to be screened so as to carry out soft index screening according to the second key information; if the first key information of the resume to be screened does not meet the requirement of the hard index, the resume to be screened does not meet the requirement of the target post, and the terminal equipment can directly eliminate the resume to be screened without carrying out soft index screening.
Illustratively, the first key information to be screened for resumes is 30 years old, women, and masters, and the hard metrics include: the age is 20 to 35 years old, the gender is women, and the academic story is master, then it can be determined that the first key information of the resume to be screened meets the hard index requirement.
When the number of the hard indices is at least two, the first key information satisfies the hard index requirement, which means that the first key information satisfies the requirements of the at least two hard indices. And if the first key information does not meet the requirement of any hard index of the at least two hard indexes, determining that the first key information does not meet the requirement of the hard index.
Illustratively, the first key information of the resume to be screened is 30 years old, female and home, and the hard indexes include: the age is 20 to 35 years, the gender is women, and the academic story is master, then it can be determined that the first key information of the resume to be screened does not meet the hard index requirement.
The terminal equipment can set a soft index for the target post in advance, and when the first key information of the resume to be screened meets the requirement of the hard index, the second key information can be extracted from the resume to be screened based on the soft index key words. The number of the soft indexes may be one or at least two, and is not limited herein. For example, soft metrics include project experience, work experience, honor rewards, and the like.
In an embodiment, by setting that the soft index keyword does not have the same keyword as the hard index keyword (that is, the first key information and the second key information are required to have no same information), twice screening of the same key information can be avoided, the resume screening efficiency is improved, the complexity of the resume screening model is reduced, and the accuracy of the resume screening model is improved.
And 104, inputting the second key information into the trained resume screening model to obtain a screening result of the resume to be screened.
The resume screening model is used for screening resumes to be screened according to the second key information of the resumes to be screened and outputting screening results of the resumes to be screened. The screening result of the resume to be screened comprises that the resume to be screened passes screening or the resume to be screened does not pass screening.
The resume screening model may be a classifier based on any classification algorithm, and is not limited herein. For example, the resume screening model is a classifier based on a Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The SVM is a generalized linear classifier for binary classification of data according to a supervised learning mode, and a decision boundary of the SVM is a maximum margin hyperplane for solving a learning sample, so that the optimal classification effect can be achieved. Based on the design and training of the classifier of the SVM algorithm, the training result can divide the resume into two categories of 'pass' and 'fail'. The above-mentioned "pass" means pass screening, and the above-mentioned "fail" means fail screening
Before the terminal equipment uses the resume screening model to screen resumes to be screened, the training set can be used for training the resume screening model, so that the resume screening model can output a more accurate screening result. The training set comprises second key information and labels of the plurality of sample resumes. The label for each sample resume included pass or fail screening.
According to the method, the resume is primarily screened through a scheme based on the combination of Robot Process Automation (RPA) and an artificial intelligence technology (namely the steps 101 to 104 and the steps 201 to 206 in the second embodiment), so that the labor and time consumed in the preliminary screening stage of the resume can be reduced, and the working efficiency of an enterprise in the recruitment process is improved.
RPA aims to automate the task of a terminal device by performing a manual task, to replace a human being to engage in repetitive work and automate it, to fundamentally free up labor and to allow a human being to participate in more complex activities. The RPA simulates the interaction behavior of human beings and an information system through a software robot, and aims to quickly and reliably execute structured and repetitive tasks, thereby obviously saving cost and improving reliability.
In an embodiment, after obtaining the screening result of the resume to be screened, the method further includes:
if the screening result of the resume to be screened is that the resume passes the screening, extracting third key information of the resume to be screened, wherein the third key information comprises but is not limited to the name and the contact way of an applicant corresponding to the resume to be screened;
sending the third key information and the resume to be screened to the target user; the third key information and the resume to be screened are used for indicating the target user to check the resume to be screened;
and obtaining an auditing result of the resume to be screened of the target user.
The contact mode can be at least one of telephone number, mailbox, instant messaging account number and the like.
The terminal equipment can send the third key information and the resume to be screened to the target user in at least one of a plurality of modes such as a mailbox, an instant messaging account and the like. For example, the terminal device sends the third key information and the resume to be filtered to a mailbox of the target user or an instant messaging account of the target user. The target user may be a human resource manager, a recruitment specialist, or the like, which is not limited herein.
After the terminal device sends the third key information and the resumes to be screened to the target user, the target user can check the third key information and the resumes to be screened through the electronic device, so that subsequent arrangements such as interviews and the like can be conveniently performed on the applicants corresponding to the resumes to be screened, and the auditing result of the resumes to be screened of the target user can be finally determined by combining the interviewing condition. The review result of the resume to be screened comprises recording or non-recording, wherein the recording refers to recording the applicant corresponding to the resume to be screened, and the non-recording refers to non-recording the applicant corresponding to the resume to be screened. For example, the target user checks the third key information and the resumes to be screened through the computer, contacts the applicant based on the third key information, arranges the interview time and the interview place of the applicant, and finally determines whether to use the applicant or not by combining the interview condition after the interview is finished.
In an embodiment, after extracting the third key information of the resume to be filtered, the method further includes:
writing the third key information into the target document;
correspondingly, the step of sending the third key information and the resume to be filtered to the target user comprises the following steps:
and sending the target document and the resume to be filtered to the target user.
And the terminal equipment writes the third key information into the target document and sends the target document to the target user when sending the to-be-screened brief, so that the user can conveniently check the third key information. The target document may refer to a document formatted in a target format. For example, the target format is Excel, and the target document is an Excel table.
When the number of the resumes to be screened is at least two, the third key information of all the resumes to be screened can be written into the target document, and the target document and all the resumes to be screened are sent to the target user, so that the target user can conveniently check the information of names, contact ways and the like of all the applicants through the target document.
In an embodiment, after obtaining an audit result of the resume to be filtered by the target user, the method further includes:
and if the review result of the resume to be screened is recording, inputting the target information of the applicant corresponding to the resume to be screened into the employee database.
When detecting that the review result of the resume to be screened is used for recording, the terminal equipment indicates that the applicant corresponding to the resume to be screened meets the recruitment requirement of the target post, and the target information of the applicant is recorded into the employee database of the enterprise, so that the information input of new employees can be automatically completed without manual recording, and the recording efficiency of the employee information is improved. The target information can be information of names, contact ways, sexes, academic calendars and the like of the applicants. Optionally, the target user may set the type of the target information according to actual requirements, which is not limited herein.
Entering the target information of the applicant into the employee database may include: and filling the target information of the applicant in an entry page of the employee management system, and storing the target information filled in the entry page in an employee database in the employee management system when the determination operation of the entry page is detected. The above determination operation may refer to a click operation, a slide operation, or the like for the entry option. The employee management system may refer to a system that manages various information of an employee.
In an embodiment, the obtaining of the review result of the resume to be screened by the target user includes:
obtaining a log formed by a target user when filling in an audit result;
and determining an auditing result according to the log.
After the applicant corresponding to the resume to be screened finishes interviewing, the target user usually logs in the evaluation system through the electronic device, and the evaluation system fills the auditing result of the applicant, at the moment, the electronic device can obtain a log formed by the filling action of the target user in the evaluation system and send the log to the terminal device, and the terminal device can obtain the auditing result according to the log after receiving the log. The evaluation system may refer to a system that manages various information of the applicant, for example, the target user may fill in and save the review result of the applicant at the evaluation system.
In an embodiment, after the terminal device obtains the audit result, the terminal device may further determine a screening result corresponding to the audit result according to the audit result; and adding the second key information and the screening result corresponding to the auditing result into a training set, wherein the training set is used for training the resume screening model.
The corresponding relation between the auditing results and the screening results comprises the following steps: when the audit result is recorded, the corresponding screening result is passed; and when the audit result is not recorded, the corresponding screening result is that the screening is not passed.
The terminal equipment can take the screening result corresponding to the auditing result as a label of the resume to be screened, and add the second key information and the label of the resume to be screened into the training set, so that the number of samples in the training set can be increased, the trained resume screening model can improve the resume with higher matching degree for the post, and the coincidence between the resume and the corresponding post recruitment standard is improved.
Before adding the second key information and the labels of the resumes to be screened into the training set, the terminal equipment can firstly package the second key information and the labels of the resumes to be screened into a training set format, and then add the training set, wherein the format of the second key information in the training set can be x ═ age, the resume, types of colleges and universities, average credit points, English abilities, keywords reflecting computer abilities, keywords reflecting project experiences and keywords reflecting honor, and the type of the labels in the training set can be represented as y ═ pass and fail }. The resume screening model can be a linear model, so that in the competition of the same post, the factors in the second key information x are all the influence factors of the resume screening model, more factors are considered when the resume screening model is trained, and the screening efficiency of the resume screening model is improved.
In the process that the terminal equipment uses the resume screening model to continuously screen the resumes, the resume screening model can be continuously corrected along with the expansion of the training set, namely, the terminal equipment can continuously correct the resume screening model according to the auditing standard of the target user, so that the self-learning of the resume screening model can be realized, and the precision of the resume screening model is continuously improved.
It should be noted that, when extracting information from the resume to be filtered, the terminal device may set a keyword table according to the target post, and may extract information corresponding to the keyword in the keyword table by using a Natural Language Processing (NLP) technique. NLP is a subject of language problem of interaction between researchers and computers, and relates to contents such as automatic word segmentation, part of speech analysis, syntactic analysis and semantic analysis. The specific information extraction algorithm may be a common algorithm in the NLP field, which is not limited herein.
For example, when the keyword table is a hard index keyword table, the hard index keyword table includes at least one hard index keyword, and the NLP technology may be adopted to extract the first key information corresponding to the at least one hard index keyword.
According to the embodiment of the application, after the resume to be screened for the target post is obtained, first key information corresponding to a hard index can be extracted from the resume to be screened, when the first key information meets the requirement of the hard index, second key information corresponding to a soft index can be extracted from the resume to be screened, and the second key information is input to a trained resume screening model to obtain a screening result of the resume to be screened. In the screening process, manual participation is not needed, screening efficiency is improved, and through the hard index and soft index two-layer screening, the resume matched with the target post can be screened out, and accuracy of resume screening is improved.

Wherein, the resume information in the step 201 is filled in by the applicant through the client on the recruitment webpage. The format of the resume information filled in the recruitment webpage is standard, and the key information is easy to extract.
The terminal device may send an information acquisition request to a server corresponding to the recruitment webpage based on a hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), and after receiving the information acquisition request, the server corresponding to the recruitment webpage returns resume information filled in the recruitment webpage by the candidate to the terminal device.
Step 202, when the applicant applies the target post, obtaining the electronic resume sent by the applicant, and determining the electronic resume as the resume to be screened.
The electronic resume can be resumes in the formats of Word, PDF and the like.
The electronic resume sent by the applicant can be the electronic resume sent by the applicant to the target user, or the electronic resume uploaded to the recruitment webpage by the applicant, which is not limited herein.
The terminal equipment acquires the electronic resume sent by the applicant, so that the automatic extraction of key information and the verification of a target user can be facilitated.
And 203, scanning the paper resume provided by the applicant when the applicant applies the target post to obtain the electronic resume, and determining the electronic resume as the resume to be screened.
The terminal equipment scans the paper resume through Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to obtain the electronic resume, thereby realizing automatic extraction of key information and facilitating the auditing of target users.
OCR technology refers to a process in which a terminal device examines characters printed on a paper version resume, determines their shapes by detecting dark and light patterns, and then translates the shapes into computer characters using character recognition methods.
It should be noted that the terminal device may obtain the resume to be filtered through at least one of the three obtaining manners of step 201, step 202, step 203, and the like.
Step 204, extracting first key information of the resume to be screened.
The step is the same as step 102, and reference may be made to the related description of step 102, which is not repeated herein.
