Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
In order to solve the problem that the existing cloud resource quota is unreasonably allocated and cloud resources cannot be effectively used, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cloud resource allocation method, and for a cloud resource allocation apparatus, as shown in fig. 1, the method at least performs the following steps:
s11, receiving a first cloud resource allocation request, dividing at least part of cloud resources in a total cloud resource quota of an organization into available cloud resource quotas, and allocating the available cloud resource quotas to at least one account associated with the organization as cloud resource quotas of a department corresponding to the at least one account;
and S12, receiving a second resource allocation request aiming at each department, and allocating the cloud resource quota of the department corresponding to the second cloud resource allocation request to at least one sub-account associated with the department as the cloud resource quota of the service corresponding to at least one sub-account.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the organization may be various enterprises, various group organizations, or other similar organizations. The hierarchy of the organizational structure may be divided down into departments and different services under each department. Through the hierarchical construction mode, different departments isolated from each other in the original organization are associated.
According to the cloud resource allocation method provided by the embodiment of the invention, an organization mechanism comprising at least one department is used as a whole to allocate cloud resource quotas, the cloud resource quotas in the organization mechanism are allocated to at least one associated account to serve as cloud resource quotas of the department corresponding to the account, and then the cloud resource quotas of the department are allocated to the associated sub-accounts to serve as cloud resource quotas of services corresponding to the sub-accounts. The total cloud resource quota of the organization is distributed to the departments, and then the cloud resource quota of the departments is distributed to each service under the departments, so that the organization can uniformly distribute the total cloud resource quota of the organization per se, and the organization can be reasonably configured. Departments and cloud resources of various services under the departments. Compared with the prior art, account numbers of different departments are associated in the same organization, the different departments of the organization are not isolated from each other any more, management and reasonable distribution of cloud resource quotas in the organization are facilitated, and sharing of cloud resources among the departments can be achieved through reasonable distribution of the cloud resource quotas, so that idle cloud resources can be avoided, and cost increase of the organization caused by independent application and use of the cloud resource quotas of the departments can be avoided.
In this embodiment of the present invention, in step S11, the received first cloud resource allocation request includes a dividing instruction of the total cloud resource quota of the organization and an allocation instruction of the cloud resource quota of each department of the organization, and first, according to the dividing instruction of the total cloud resource quota of the organization, all or part of the cloud resource quota is used as an available cloud resource quota, and then, according to the allocation instruction of the cloud resource quota of each department of the organization, the available cloud resource quota is allocated to each account associated with the organization, and is used as the cloud resource quota of the department corresponding to each account. In one embodiment, for example, a role may be set in a user-managed framework of a cloud service system, such as an organization administrator, and after logging in by the organization administrator, a first cloud resource allocation request may be sent, in response to which the system divides at least a portion of a total cloud resource quota of the organization into available cloud resource quotas, and allocates the available cloud resource quotas to at least one account associated with the organization.
In this embodiment of the present invention, in step S12, for each department, when receiving the second cloud resource allocation request, the cloud resource quota of the department is allocated to each sub-account associated with the department, as the cloud resource quota of the service corresponding to each sub-account. For example, a role corresponding to each department may be set in a framework managed by a user of the cloud service system, such as a department administrator, and after the department administrator logs in, a second cloud resource allocation request may be sent, a cloud resource quota of the corresponding department may be allocated to a sub-account associated with the department as a response to the request, and the cloud resource quota of the department may be allocated to each sub-account associated with the department.
The cloud resource allocation method provided by the embodiment of the invention can be used as an executable program embedded in a cloud service when being specifically implemented, the program can respond to the operation of an organization administrator, and the allocation and management of the cloud resource quotas of organizations, departments and business levels are realized according to the method.
In one or some alternative embodiments, the total quota of cloud resources for an organization may be obtained, for example, by:
and respectively applying for the at least one account to assemble the total cloud resource quota of the organization mechanism, wherein the organization mechanism is initiated by one account of the at least one account and is formed by adding other accounts.
According to the cloud resource allocation method provided by the embodiment of the invention, as a plurality of departments may exist in one organization, each department can have its own application plan of the cloud resource quota, when any department in the organization applies for the cloud resource quota to the cloud service provider for the first time, the cloud service provider establishes one organization according to the account numbers corresponding to the departments, and when other departments in the organization apply for the cloud resource to the cloud service provider next time, the cloud service provider associates the account numbers corresponding to the departments with the organization, and assembles the cloud resource respectively applied by the account numbers into the total cloud resource quota of the organization, so that the organization can conveniently allocate and manage the cloud resource uniformly.
In this embodiment of the present invention, in step S11, when the available cloud resource quota is allocated to at least one account associated with the organization, the cloud resource quota of the department corresponding to each account is less than or equal to the available cloud resource quota. When cloud resource quota allocation is performed, the size of the cloud resource quota of the distribution department can be allocated according to the size of the available cloud resources. Taking the above organization structure as enterprise a as an example, the total cloud resource quota of enterprise a is MQA, and the total cloud resource quota MQA is divided into available cloud resource quotas of the organization. Supposing that the enterprise comprises a department X, a department Y and a department Z, after an enterprise administrator logs in a cloud service system, a first cloud resource allocation request is sent, and when cloud resource quotas are allocated to the three departments, the cloud resource quotas allocated to accounts corresponding to the department X, the department Y and the department Z can be set to be MQX, MQY and MQZ respectively, and the MQX, the MQY and MQZ are all less than or equal to MQA; in the case of not performing separate setting by department, the cloud resource quotas allocated to the accounts corresponding to department X, department Y, and department Z may be all equal to the total cloud resource quota MQA by default, that is, MQX is MQY is MQZ is MQA. Of course, the total cloud resource quota of the organization may be only partially divided into available cloud resource quotas, so that the allocation of the cloud resource quotas can be readjusted according to the cloud resource usage conditions of the services in different departments or departments in the subsequent cloud resource usage process.
In this embodiment of the present invention, in step S12, when the cloud resource quota of the department corresponding to the second cloud resource allocation request is allocated to at least one sub-account associated with the department, the cloud resource quota of the service corresponding to each sub-account is less than or equal to the cloud resource quota of the department corresponding to the associated account. When the cloud resource quota allocation of the department is performed, the size of the cloud resource quota of each service can be allocated according to the size of the cloud resource of the department. For example, for department X of enterprise a, assuming that department X includes two businesses, namely, business X1 and business X2, after a department administrator logs in a cloud service system, a second cloud resource allocation request is sent, and when cloud resource quotas are allocated to business X1 and business X2, the sizes of the cloud resource quotas allocated to sub-accounts corresponding to business X1 and business X2 may be set to be MQX1 and MQX2 separately, and both MQX1 and MQX2 are less than or equal to MQX; without separate setting, the cloud resource quotas allocated to the sub-accounts corresponding to the service X1 and the service X2 may be the total cloud resource quotas MQX of the department, that is, MQX1 is MQX2 is MQX. For other departments Y or Z, the method of cloud resource allocation is similar to that of the department X, and is not described herein again.
The inventor finds out through practice that: for example, if an enterprise a has three departments, namely a department X, a department Y, and a department Z, and each department has an independent service, for example, the department X has two services, namely a service X1 and a service X2, then, when actual cloud resources are used, the service X1 may need to ensure normal operation thereof with the minimum cloud resource usage amount, which is also referred to as a basic cloud resource usage amount, and the basic cloud resource usage amount may be used alone by the service X1 and not shared with another service X2 under the department X, and cloud resources other than the basic cloud resource usage amount in the cloud resource quota of the service X1 may be shared with another service X2 of the department X. Similar requirements may be placed between businesses in the same department Y and department Z. However, in the prior art, only the enterprise a can serve as one enterprise account, and the department X, the department Y, and the department Z of the enterprise a serve as department accounts, so that the cloud resource quota of the enterprise a is shared, and for each service under the department X, the department Y, and the department Z, the basic cloud resource usage amount required by each service cannot be guaranteed. Moreover, when the cloud resource quota of the enterprise a is allocated, the cloud resource quotas of different departments X, Y, and Z cannot be divided individually, which may cause that a department account corresponding to one department occupies too much cloud resource quota, and cause that other departments do not have available cloud resource quotas.
Based on the foregoing problem, in the cloud resource allocation method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, in step S11, when the available cloud resource quota is allocated to at least one account associated with the organization as a cloud resource quota of a department corresponding to the at least one account, referring to fig. 2, the available cloud resource quota allocation is performed through the following steps:
s21, dividing at least part of the available cloud resources into basic available cloud resource quotas;
s22, dividing the basic available cloud resource quota into at least one basic cloud resource quota, and allocating the basic available cloud resource quota to the associated at least one account as the basic cloud resource quota of a department corresponding to the at least one account;
the base cloud resource quotas of the departments are cloud resource quotas which are used by corresponding accounts independently, and the sum of the base cloud resource quotas of the departments corresponding to at least one account is smaller than or equal to the base available cloud resource quotas.
In the above embodiment, a part of the available cloud resources except for the basic available cloud resources may be released, and different departments of the organization may share the part of the available cloud resources except for the basic available cloud resources of the organization, based on which, the step of allocating the available cloud resource quota may further include:
s23, dividing the part of the available cloud resources except the basic available cloud resource quota into shared available cloud resource quotas, and allocating at least part of the cloud resource quotas in the shared available cloud resource quotas to at least one associated account as shared cloud resource quotas of departments corresponding to the at least one account;
the share cloud resource quota of each department is a cloud resource quota commonly used by the corresponding account and accounts corresponding to other departments, and the share cloud resource quota of the department corresponding to each account is less than or equal to the share available cloud resource quota.
Similar to step S11, in step S12, when the cloud resource quota of the department corresponding to the request is allocated to at least one sub-account associated with at least one of the departments, and the sub-account is used as a cloud resource quota of a service corresponding to the at least one sub-account, the cloud resource quota allocation of the department is performed through the following steps:
segmenting the basic cloud resource quota of the department into at least one cloud resource quota, and allocating the cloud resource quota to the associated at least one sub-account as the basic cloud resource quota of the service corresponding to the at least one sub-account;
the basic cloud resource quota of the service is the cloud resource quota used by the sub-account corresponding to the service independently, and the sum of the basic cloud resource quotas of the service corresponding to at least one sub-account is less than or equal to the basic cloud resource quota of the department of the associated account;
at least part of the cloud resource quota of the department is allocated to the associated at least one sub-account and used as the shared cloud resource quota of the service corresponding to the at least one sub-account;
the shared cloud resource quota of the service is a cloud resource quota commonly used by the corresponding sub-account and sub-accounts corresponding to other services, and the shared cloud resource quota of the service corresponding to each sub-account is less than or equal to the shared cloud resource quota of a department corresponding to the associated account.
As can be seen from the description of the above embodiment, in the account corresponding to each department, the sum of the share cloud resource quota and the basic cloud resource quota of the department is equal to the cloud resource quota of the department of the account; in the sub-account corresponding to each service, the sum of the share cloud resource quota and the basic cloud resource quota of the service is equal to the cloud resource quota of the sub-account service.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the hierarchical management of the cloud resource quota can be realized by the cloud resource allocation method. The organization can distribute the cloud resource quotas according to different cloud resource requirements in departments and the services of the departments. The available cloud resources are divided into basic available cloud resource quotas and shared available cloud resource quotas, the cloud resource quotas are divided independently for each department in an organization, the basic cloud resource quotas of the distribution departments are used for ensuring that each department has the independently used basic cloud resource quotas, and the situation that other departments do not have available cloud resources due to the fact that a single department occupies too much cloud resource quotas is avoided. The basic cloud resources of the department are distributed to the sub-account number associated with the department and serve as the basic cloud resource quota of the business corresponding to the sub-account number, and the cloud resource use limit of each business of the department can be independently used. Meanwhile, according to the size of the shared available cloud resource quota, distributing the shared available cloud resources of each department, wherein different departments of the organization share the shared available cloud resource quota of the organization; and for the account corresponding to each department, distributing the share cloud resource quota of the business of the department according to the size of the share cloud resource quota of the department, and using the share cloud resource quota after the sub-account corresponding to each business uses the basic cloud resource quota, so that the excessive cloud resource idleness is avoided.
In the embodiment of the invention, through an organization, one account corresponds to one department and one sub-account corresponds to one department service, the total cloud resource quota of the organization is distributed to the account corresponding to the department and the sub-account corresponding to the service, so as to obtain the cloud resource quota of the department corresponding to the account and the cloud resource quota of the service corresponding to the sub-account. In addition, the cloud resource quota is divided into the basic cloud resources and the shared cloud resources, so that the form of cloud resource management is enriched, and the cloud resource management and distribution mode is optimized. According to the cloud resource allocation method provided by the embodiment of the invention, a cloud service provider only needs to manage the total cloud resource quota of the organization mechanism, and the organization mechanism can set the allocation condition of the cloud resource quota according to the own organization structure, so that the flexibility of cloud resource management and the efficiency of cloud resource utilization of the organization mechanism are improved, and the use experience of the organization mechanism on the cloud service is also improved.
In an embodiment, when the organization mechanism divides the available cloud resource quota, the base cloud resource quota may also be 0, and at this time, the shared available cloud resource quota of the organization mechanism is the available cloud resource quota thereof.
The following describes a cloud resource allocation method provided in an embodiment of the present invention by a specific embodiment, and referring to fig. 3, a department X, a department Y, and a department Z are divided into account numbers (users) serving as cloud services, and corresponding cloud resources are applied for, different from the prior art, a step of establishing a User group (Usergroup) of an enterprise a is initiated by the department X, after the enterprise a is established by the department X, an operation of establishing the enterprise a cannot be initiated again with two other departments, namely, the department Y and the department Z, belonging to the enterprise a, and only the Usergroup of the enterprise a can be entered, and after the operation is entered, the enterprise a is composed of the department X, the department Y, and the department Z.
Cloud resources respectively applied by the department X, the department Y and the department Z are finally used as a total cloud resource quota of the enterprise A, the total cloud resource quota is assumed to be MQA, the total cloud resource quota MQA is assumed to be completely divided into an available cloud resource quota of an organization, the available cloud resource quota is divided into a basic available cloud resource quota and a shared available cloud resource quota, the basic available cloud resource quota is marked as BQA of the enterprise A, and the shared available cloud resource quota of the whole enterprise A is MQA-BQA. The account numbers corresponding to the three departments X, Y, and Z in the enterprise a are respectively User X, User Y, and User Z, the basic available cloud resource quota BQA is allocated to the three account numbers corresponding to the three departments, the account number corresponding to each department can independently use the allocated basic cloud resource quota of the department, as shown in fig. 3, the basic cloud resource quota of the department allocated to the account number User X corresponding to the department X is marked as BQX, the basic cloud resource quota of the department allocated to the account User Y corresponding to the department Y is marked as BQY, the basic cloud resource quota of the department allocated to the account User Z corresponding to the department Z is marked as BQZ, and then the sum of the basic cloud resource quotas of the three departments X, Y, and Z in the enterprise a is less than or equal to the basic available cloud resource quota BQA, that is BQX + BQY + BQZ < BQA. And the shared cloud resource quota of each department is the cloud resource quota of the department minus the basic cloud resource quota of the department. Taking the department X as an example, the share cloud resource quota of the department X is equal to MQX-BQX, and meanwhile, since the base cloud resource quota BQX of the department X is greater than or equal to 0, the share cloud resource quota of the department X can be obtained to be less than or equal to the cloud resource quota of the department, that is, MQX-BQX < ═ MQX.
The method for distributing cloud resources in three departments, namely the department X, the department Y and the department Z, in the enterprise A is similar to the method for distributing available resources. Taking a department X as an example, sub-accounts corresponding to a service X1 and a service X2 under the department X are a sub-account X1 and a sub-account X2, respectively, and a basic cloud resource quota BQX of the department X is allocated to a sub-account X1 and a sub-account X2 corresponding to two services, so that when cloud resources are used, the sub-account corresponding to each service can independently use the allocated basic cloud resource quota of the department. Referring to fig. 3, the basic cloud resource quota of the service allocated to the sub-account X1 corresponding to the service X1 is marked as BQX1, and the basic cloud resource quota of the service allocated to the sub-account X2 corresponding to the service X2 is marked as BQX2, so that the sum of the basic cloud resource quotas of two services of the department X in the enterprise a is less than or equal to the basic cloud resource quota BQX of the department X, that is, BQX1+ BQX2< (BQX). Moreover, the shared cloud resource quota of each service is the cloud resource quota of the service minus the basic cloud resource quota of the service, for example, the shared cloud resource quota of the service X1 is equal to MQX1-BQX1, because the basic cloud resource quota BQX1 of the service X1 is greater than or equal to 0, that is, the shared cloud resource quota of the service X1 is less than or equal to the cloud resource quota of the service, that is, MQX1-BQX1<, which is MQX 1.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the cloud resource allocation is completed, when the cloud resources are used, the sub-account corresponding to the service under each department defaults to the basic cloud resource quota of the service, and when the basic service cloud resource usage of the sub-account reaches the basic cloud resource quota of the service, the shared cloud resource quota of the service of the sub-account is used.
Referring to fig. 3, when cloud resources are used, each department of enterprise a cannot view the cloud resource usage of other departments, for example, department X cannot view the cloud resource usage of department Y, but department X, department Y, and department Z can all view the shared available cloud resource usage of enterprise a; each business under the department cannot view the cloud resource usage of other businesses, for example, the business X1 cannot view the cloud resource usage of the business X2, but both the business X1 and the business X2 can view the shared cloud resource usage of the department X. That is to say, during cloud resource allocation, cloud resource allocation management from an enterprise to a department and from the department to a business is realized, and during use, the service can be used for checking the service condition of shared cloud resources of the department, and the service condition of shared available cloud resources of the enterprise can be checked by the department.
And when the basic cloud resource usage amount of the sub-account service reaches the basic cloud resource quota of the service, judging whether the shared cloud resource usage amount of the sub-account service reaches the shared cloud resource quota of the service, and if so, stopping the cloud resource usage of the sub-account. Meanwhile, as the shared available cloud resource quota in the enterprise is shared by a plurality of departments, the usage amount of the shared cloud resources of the service corresponding to the sub-account corresponding to any service does not reach the shared cloud resource quota of the service, but the usage amount of the shared cloud resources of the departments of the sub-account corresponding to the account reaches the shared cloud resource quota of the departments, or the sub-account does not have available cloud resources when the usage amount of the shared cloud resources of the organization reaches the shared available cloud resource quota, in this case, the usage amount of the cloud resources of the sub-account is also stopped.
Of course, when the partitioned available cloud resource quota of the organization reaches the total cloud resource quota and the available cloud resource quota is completely used, a new cloud resource quota can be applied to the cloud service according to actual conditions. For example, an organization administrator set in a framework managed by a user of the cloud service system may send a cloud resource application request, apply for a new cloud resource quota from the cloud service, and add the new cloud resource quota to the total cloud resource quota. According to the new total cloud resource quota, the cloud resource quota of the account corresponding to the department of the organization and the sub-account related to the department is redistributed by adopting the cloud resource distribution method.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a using method of the cloud resources, and the cloud resources in the method are obtained by the cloud resource allocation method provided in the embodiment.
In one or some optional embodiments, when the cloud resource quota of the service of the sub-account includes a basic cloud resource quota of the service and a shared cloud resource quota of the service, it is determined whether the usage amount of the basic cloud resource of the service of the sub-account reaches the basic cloud resource quota of the service, and if so, the shared cloud resource quota of the service is used.
In one or some optional embodiments, when the sub-account uses the shared cloud resource allocation amount of the service, the method further includes the following steps:
judging whether the usage amount of the shared cloud resources of the service of the sub-account reaches the shared cloud resource quota of the service, if so, stopping the use of the cloud resources of the sub-account;
judging whether the usage amount of shared cloud resources of a department of an account corresponding to the sub-account reaches a shared cloud resource quota of the department, if so, stopping the use of the cloud resources of the sub-account;
and judging whether the usage amount of the shared cloud resources of the organization reaches the shared available cloud resource quota, and if so, stopping the use of the cloud resources of the sub-account.
