The suspension bracket 81 is mounted at the top end of the support component 51, one end of the adjusting rope 82 is wound and fixed on the suspension bracket 81, the other end of the adjusting rope 82 is connected with one end of the positioning rod 84 or the lower limb mounting bracket 83, the lower limb mounting bracket 83 is connected with the positioning rod 84, the other end of the positioning rod 84 is connected with the pedal 52, and the included angle between the positioning rod 84 and the support plane of the pedal 52 is adjustable. During lower limb training, the proper training posture is determined by adjusting the adjusting rope 82 and the positioning rod 84 of the restricting part 8, the lower limb is placed on the lower limb placing support 83, and the foot is placed on the pedal 52 to start training.
As an example, the adjusting rope 82 and the lower limb mounting bracket 83 each include two parts, and correspond to the pedals 52 on both sides.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the horizontal rehabilitation training device further includes an armrest 4, and the armrest 4 is used for a user to hold; the handrail 4 is arranged on the clamping component 7 which comprises an installation seat, and can be lifted along with the clamping component 7 at the same time so as to be adapted to beds with different heights or other use environments. Of course, the armrest 4 and the clamping assembly 7 can also be adjusted in position individually.
Referring to fig. 1, in this embodiment, the horizontal rehabilitation training device further includes a human-computer interaction device 6, and the human-body interaction device is an intelligent control center and is used for controlling the horizontal rehabilitation training device to work. The human-computer interaction device 6 can be arranged on the top of the support frame 3 (of course, it can be arranged in other suitable positions). As an example, the human-computer interaction device 6 is arranged on the cantilever 33 of the support frame 3. By way of example, the human-computer interaction device 6 may be a remote controller or a touch screen.
Referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the lower limb training mechanism 5 further comprises a driving member disposed in the supporting member 51, and the driving member is connected to the rotating shaft 53. The driving member may be an electric motor, or a combination of an electric motor and a speed reducer, or a flywheel.
In this embodiment, the lower limb training mechanism 5 further comprises a resistance element disposed within the support member 51, the resistance element comprising a friction assembly, a magnetically controlled resistance generator, or a flywheel. The friction assembly comprises a friction plate and a friction plate seat which are matched with each other, the friction plate is arranged on the revolving shaft 53, the friction plate seat is arranged at one end, close to the revolving shaft 53, of the supporting part 51, and the size of the motion resistance is adjusted by controlling the friction plate and the friction plate seat to be screwed or loosened through the man-machine interaction device 6. The magnetic control resistance generator comprises an aluminum disc flywheel and a permanent magnet assembly which are matched with each other, the aluminum disc flywheel is arranged on the rotating shaft 53, the permanent magnet assembly is arranged at one end, close to the rotating shaft 53, of the supporting part 51, the magnetic control resistance generator cuts magnetic induction lines between the permanent magnets through the aluminum disc flywheel to generate eddy current to form resistance, and the distance between the aluminum disc and the permanent magnets is adjusted through the human-computer interaction device 6 to achieve adjustment of the resistance.
It will be understood that the support member 51 may of course comprise only a resistance member, without the provision of a drive member, the operation of which is adjusted manually or controlled by the human-machine-interaction device 6.
It is understood that the drive member may be employed directly as the resistance member without the additional provision of a friction assembly or a magnetically controlled resistance generator as the resistance member. Taking a driving device adopting a motor or a combination of the motor and a speed reducer as an example, direct current which is not more than rated current of the motor can be input into the motor, so that the motor is in an energy consumption braking state and becomes a resistance source.
The horizontal rehabilitation training device of the embodiment can realize separate lower limb training, and the human body is in a prone position during the lower limb training.
The horizontal rehabilitation training device of the embodiment can comprise three training modes, namely a passive training mode, an assisted training mode and an active training mode.
In passive training, the power source is all from the driving component, the foot is located on the pedal 52, the driving component drives the crank 54 to rotate, the pedal 52 is driven to move, and the pedal 52 drives the ankle to swing back and forth.
During the assisted training, between the passive training and the active training, a power source part comes from a driving part, and a part comes from the feet of a human body, the man-machine interaction device 6 is operated to control the driving part to be converted into an assisted training mode, and an intelligent sensing system (comprising a sensor and a control circuit) is started to complete the assisted training by matching with the ankles of the human body.
During active training, human feet are taken as power sources to drive the pedals 52 to move, the man-machine interaction device 6 can control the training resistance, the resistance with different sizes can exercise the muscle movement of the lower limbs of the human body in different degrees, and the control capability of brain nerves to the muscle movement is gradually remodeled layer by layer.
The horizontal rehabilitation training device of this embodiment can eliminate local degree of freedom to restrain joint abnormal reaction, make two side ankle joints produce certain activity angle, form suitable ankle pump motion, possess good ankle joint training effect. The horizontal rehabilitation training device of the embodiment has the advantages of simple structure, small volume and convenient overall arrangement. The base stable in structure of the horizontal rehabilitation training device of this embodiment is provided with the wheel, and it is convenient to remove. The lower limb training mechanism of the horizontal rehabilitation training device of the embodiment is adjustable in position and can be accommodated. The length of the crank, the connecting rod, the stand column of the supporting frame and the cantilever of the horizontal rehabilitation training device is adjustable, the position of the rotation center of the rocker on the rocker supporting component is adjustable, the horizontal rehabilitation training device can better adapt to the exercise training requirements of different people, and the training effect is guaranteed. The lower limb movement training mechanism of the horizontal rehabilitation training device of the embodiment can directly transform the existing rehabilitation training device and the like, so that the lower limb movement training mechanism has the ankle joint training function. The horizontal rehabilitation training device of the embodiment can meet the rehabilitation training requirements of the crowd who cannot get out of bed.
Example two
Referring to fig. 4, this embodiment describes another horizontal rehabilitation training device, which includes a base 1, a supporting frame 3, a lower limb training mechanism 5, a clamping device 7 and a restricting member 8. The first horizontal rehabilitation training device is an equivalent variant of the first horizontal rehabilitation training device, and the first horizontal rehabilitation training device and the second horizontal rehabilitation training device adopt different lower limb training mechanisms 5, and other structures are basically the same, so that the description is not repeated.
As shown in fig. 4, the lower limb training mechanism 5 of the present embodiment employs an equivalent alternative mechanism of crank and rocker mechanism, which is formed by replacing the combination of the rocker 56 and the rocker supporting member 57 of the lower limb training mechanism 5 of the first embodiment with a combination of the roller or slider 58, the arc-shaped sliding rail 591 and the support 592. The circle center of the arc-shaped sliding rail 591 is located at the swing center of the rocker 56, and the arc of the arc-shaped sliding rail 591 is consistent with the arc-shaped movement track of one end of the rocker 56 far away from the swing center.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the lower limb training mechanism 5 comprises a support member 51, a pivot shaft 53, a pedal 52, a crank 54, a connecting rod 55, a roller or a slider 58, and an arc-shaped sliding rail assembly 59, wherein the arc-shaped sliding rail assembly 59 comprises an arc-shaped sliding rail 591 and a support 592. The supporting part 51 is arranged at one end of the cantilever 33 of the supporting frame 3, the revolving shaft 53 is rotatably arranged at one end of the supporting part 51 far away from the supporting frame 3, the crank 54 is fixedly connected with the end part of the revolving shaft 53, and the crank 54 is rotatably connected with one end of the connecting rod 55 or the pedal 52; the pedal 52 is fixedly arranged on the connecting rod 55, and one end of the connecting rod 55 and the roller or the sliding block 58 form a rotating pair; the curved sliding rail 591 is mounted on the side of the end of the supporting member 51 away from the rotating shaft 53 through the support 592, and the roller or slider 58 is disposed on the curved sliding rail 591 and moves along the curved sliding rail 591. Of course, the curved sliding rail 591 can also be directly mounted on the supporting frame 3 or the supporting member 51.
As shown in fig. 4, the height of the support 592 and, thus, the height of the arcuate slide 291, is fixed. Of course, the height of the arc-shaped sliding rail 291 can also be adjustable.
Referring to fig. 4, in a specific example of the present embodiment, the pedal 52, the crank 54, the connecting rod 55, the roller or the slider 58, and the arc-shaped sliding track assembly 59 are respectively disposed on two sides of the supporting member 51. The two cranks 54 are respectively and fixedly arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft 53, each crank 54 is rotatably connected with one end of the pedal 52 or the connecting rod 55 at the same side, each pedal 52 is fixedly arranged on the connecting rod 55 at the same side, one end of each connecting rod 55 and the roller or the sliding block 58 at the same side form a rotating pair, each roller or the sliding block 58 is arranged on the arc-shaped sliding rail 591 of the arc-shaped sliding rail assembly 59 at the same side, and the two arc-shaped sliding rail assemblies 59 are arranged on the supporting part 51 through the supports 592.
Referring to fig. 4, in this embodiment, the crank 54 is a rod crank, one end of which is fixedly connected to one end of the rotating shaft 53, and the other end of which is rotatably connected to one end of the pedal 52 or the connecting rod 55 which is not connected to the rocking rod 56. Of course, in other embodiments, the crank 54 may be a disc crank.
Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the horizontal rehabilitation training device further includes a driving component, a resistance component, a handrail 4, and a human-computer interaction device 6. For details, reference is made to the description of relevant parts in the first embodiment, which is not described herein again.
The horizontal rehabilitation training device of the embodiment can realize separate lower limb training, and the human body is in a prone position during the lower limb training.
The horizontal rehabilitation training device of the embodiment can include three training modes, namely a passive training mode, an assisted training mode and an active training mode, which are described in detail in the relevant part of the embodiment.
The horizontal rehabilitation training device of this embodiment can eliminate local degree of freedom to restrain joint abnormal reaction, make two side ankle joints produce certain activity angle, form suitable ankle pump motion, possess good ankle joint training effect. The lower limb movement training mechanism of the horizontal rehabilitation training device of the embodiment can directly transform the existing rehabilitation training device and the like, so that the lower limb movement training mechanism has the ankle joint training function. The rehabilitation training device can meet the rehabilitation training requirements of the crowd who cannot get out of bed.
EXAMPLE III
In the embodiment, a third rehabilitation training device is described, and different from the first embodiment, the pedal 52 can also be directly and fixedly mounted on the rocker 51, and the crank 54 is rotatably connected with one end of the connecting rod 55. Other structures are basically the same as those of the first embodiment, and thus are not described again.

Claims (10)

a base, the base being movable;
the supporting frame is arranged on the base;
the lower limb training mechanism comprises a supporting part, a rotating shaft, a pedal, a crank, a connecting rod, a roller or a sliding block and an arc-shaped sliding rail;
the supporting component is arranged at one end of the supporting frame far away from the base;
the rotating shaft is rotatably arranged on the supporting component;
the crank is fixedly connected with the rotating shaft and is rotationally connected with one end of the pedal or one end of the connecting rod;
the pedal is arranged on the connecting rod;
the other end of the connecting rod and the roller or the sliding block form a revolute pair;
the arc-shaped sliding rail is arranged on the supporting frame or the supporting part, and the roller or the sliding block is arranged on the arc-shaped sliding rail and can move along the arc-shaped sliding rail.
2. The bed horizontal rehabilitation training device of claim 1, further comprising an armrest mounted on the support frame.

The bed horizontal rehabilitation training device according to claim 1, further comprising a restraining member, wherein the restraining member comprises a suspension bracket, an adjusting rope, a positioning rod and a lower limb mounting bracket; the suspension bracket is arranged on the supporting part, one end of the adjusting rope is wound and fixed on the suspension bracket, the other end of the adjusting rope is connected with one end of the positioning rod or the lower limb mounting support, the lower limb mounting support is connected with the positioning rod, the other end of the positioning rod is connected with the pedal, and the included angle between the positioning rod and the pedal supporting plane is adjustable.
4. The bed horizontal rehabilitation training device according to claim 1, further comprising a clamping assembly disposed on the support frame; the clamping assembly comprises a mounting seat, a movable clamping piece, a fixed clamping piece, a locking knob and a height adjusting mechanism.
5. The horizontal rehabilitation training device for bed of claim 1, wherein the lower limb training mechanism further comprises a driving member disposed in the supporting member, the driving member being connected to the rotating shaft.
6. The bed horizontal rehabilitation training device of claim 1, wherein the center of the arc-shaped sliding rail is adjustable.
7. The bed horizontal rehabilitation training device of claim 1, wherein the support frame comprises a column, a column base and a cantilever, the column base is mounted on the base, the column is mounted on the column base, the cantilever is mounted at one end of the column far away from the column base, and the support member is mounted on the cantilever.
8. The bed horizontal rehabilitation training device of claim 7, wherein the height of the upright is adjustable, and the length of the cantilever is adjustable.
9. The horizontal rehabilitation training device for bed according to claim 1, wherein the crank is adjustable in length.
10. The horizontal rehabilitation training device for bed according to claim 1, further comprising a resistance member disposed within the support member, wherein the resistance member comprises a friction assembly, a magnetically controlled resistance generator, or a flywheel.
