Moreover, the adding and modifying of the call background sound can be generally realized on the common call terminal 4 (including common fixed calls) by completely depending on the control function of the communication network to the signaling and the call path. The opening and closing of various background sound customization functions can be flexibly controlled through the dialing or the voice of a numeric keyboard on the call terminal 4, the use is convenient, the functions are simple, the flexibility of call background sound customization is effectively improved, and the problems that a call background sound customization system cannot customize a calling party or a called party independently and customization service is inflexible in the prior art are solved.

The embodiment provides a method for customizing a call background sound, which is based on the system for customizing the call background sound in embodiment 1, and the method comprises the following steps:
step S1, under an IMS core network built based on an xSCF device 1, a background tone customization application server 3 receives a call signaling of a calling call terminal 401 forwarded by the xSCF device 1 through a signaling media connection module 301, wherein the call signaling is sent by the calling call terminal 401 after a service acceptance IT system 2 downloads service triggering condition information for the xSCF device 1 after call background tone customization service acceptance and triggers a call background tone customization service of a call terminal 4;

1. A system for customizing a background sound of a call, comprising: the system comprises an xSCF device, a service acceptance IT system, a background sound customization application server and a plurality of pairs of call terminals;
the xCSCF equipment is used for constructing an IMS core network;
the output end of the service acceptance IT system is wirelessly connected with the xSCF equipment through the IMS core network, and the service acceptance IT system is used for receiving and accepting a call background tone customization service of a user, generating service triggering condition information, downloading the service triggering condition information to the xSCF equipment and triggering the call background tone customization service;
the background sound customization application server and the plurality of pairs of call terminals are wirelessly interconnected with the xSCF equipment through the IMS core network, and the call terminals are used for providing call service and call background sound customization service for users;
the background sound customizing application server comprises a signaling media connection module and a plurality of pairs of voice background sound customizing processing modules, wherein the signaling media connection module and the plurality of pairs of voice background sound customizing processing modules are wirelessly interconnected with the xCSCF equipment through the IMS core network, and each pair of voice background sound customizing processing modules are interconnected and intercommunicated;
the signaling media connection module is used for receiving a call signaling of a calling call terminal forwarded by the xCSCF equipment, respectively establishing two voice speech paths for the calling call terminal and a corresponding called call terminal, and simultaneously starting a pair of voice background tone customization processing modules to respectively butt joint the two voice speech paths to establish a bidirectional voice speech path; the voice background sound customizing processing module is used for respectively receiving background sound customizing instructions sent by the calling call terminal and/or the called call terminal, and adding call background sound or modifying call background sound for the calling call terminal and/or the called call terminal;
the background sound customizing instruction comprises a digital dialing customizing instruction and/or a voice customizing instruction, the digital dialing customizing instruction is used for customizing background sound for a user through a specific dialing sequence of a numeric keyboard on the call terminal, and the voice customizing instruction is used for customizing background sound for the user by directly sending a voice instruction to the voice background sound customizing processing module along with a voice speech path;
the voice background tone customization processing module analyzes corresponding key digits by receiving and identifying DTMF tones sent by pressing each key by a user, so that background tone customization instructions corresponding to different specific dialing sequences are identified;
the background sound customizing application server is internally stored with a background sound customizing instruction corresponding table which comprises a corresponding binding relationship between a background sound customizing instruction preset by a user and a single key, and the voice background sound customizing processing module receives a DTMF (dual tone multifrequency) sound sent by the single key, automatically inquires the background sound customizing instruction corresponding table and identifies the background sound customizing instruction bound with the key;
one voice background sound customizing processing module in the pair of voice background sound customizing processing modules corresponds to a calling communication terminal, and the other voice background sound customizing processing module corresponds to a called communication terminal, so that two pairs of intercommunicated and interconnected voice background sound customizing processing modules and communication terminals are formed, the two voice background sound customizing processing modules are also mutually connected and bidirectionally intercommunicated with voice, the voice background sound customizing processing modules process customizing instructions through a voice background sound customizing processing program, and a bidirectional voice speech path of a calling communication terminal A < - > voice background sound customizing processing program B < - > called communication terminal is established; after the bidirectional voice speech path is established, the background sound customizing application server waits for the call speech of the user and the background sound customizing instruction transmitted along with the voice speech path by aiming at the two voice background sound customizing processing modules of the speech path.

The system for customizing call background sound according to claim 1, wherein when the speech background sound customization processing module adds a call background sound to the calling call terminal and/or the called call terminal, the speech background sound customization processing module performs a sound mixing algorithm on an original speech stream of a user and the added background sound, and then sends the original speech stream and the added background sound to the calling call terminal and/or the called call terminal.
3. The system for customizing call background sound according to claim 2, wherein the mixing algorithm is one or a combination of linear superposition mixing, normalized mixing and/or resampling mixing.
4. The system for customizing call background sound according to claim 1, wherein the modifying call background sound comprises removing noise, voice morphing, and voice beautification.

The system for customizing background sounds of a call according to claim 4, wherein the noise elimination comprises eliminating noise of a self-party, noise of an opposite party and noise of both parties, and when a user sends a noise elimination instruction through the call terminal, the voice background sound customization processing module performs signal filtering processing on an original voice stream and then sends the processed voice stream to the calling call terminal and/or the called call terminal.
6. The system for customizing call background sound of claim 1, wherein the call terminal comprises a fixed telephone and a mobile call terminal, and the numeric keypad comprises a physical keypad and a virtual keypad.
7. A method for customizing a system for customizing a call background sound according to claim 1, comprising the steps of:
in an IMS core network built based on an xSCF device, a background tone customization application server receives a call signaling of a calling call terminal forwarded by the xSCF device through a signaling media connection module, wherein the call signaling is sent by the calling call terminal after a service acceptance IT system downloads service triggering condition information for the xSCF device after call background tone customization service acceptance and triggers call background tone customization service of the call terminal;
the background sound customizing application server controls the signaling media connection module to respectively establish two voice speech paths for the calling call terminal and the corresponding called call terminal, and controls a pair of voice background sound customizing processing modules to respectively butt-connect the two voice speech paths between the calling call terminal and the called call terminal, so as to establish a bidirectional voice speech path;
the background sound customizing application server receives a background sound customizing instruction sent by the calling call terminal and/or the called call terminal through the voice background sound customizing processing module, and controls the voice background sound customizing processing module to add a call background sound to the calling call terminal and/or the called call terminal or modify the call background sound;
the background sound customizing instruction comprises a digital dialing customizing instruction and/or a voice customizing instruction, the digital dialing customizing instruction is used for customizing background sound for a user through a specific dialing sequence of a numeric keyboard on the call terminal, and the voice customizing instruction is used for customizing background sound for the user by directly sending a voice instruction to the voice background sound customizing processing module along with a voice speech path;
the voice background tone customization processing module analyzes corresponding key digits by receiving and identifying DTMF tones sent by pressing each key by a user, so that background tone customization instructions corresponding to different specific dialing sequences are identified;
