Description

Radiation air conditioner control system based on visual intercom network and dual-network-port gateway
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent control of air conditioners, in particular to a radiation air conditioner control system based on a visual intercom network and a dual-network-port gateway.
Background
The radiation air-conditioning system has the advantages of energy conservation, no wind sensation, high comfort level, no noise, high cleanliness and the like, and is widely applied to civil buildings, especially residential buildings.
The radiation air-conditioning system has stronger thermal inertia, so compared with an air-conditioning system (namely a system for refrigerating/heating by cold air/hot air), the radiation air-conditioning system is difficult to realize quick cooling/heating when being started, and therefore users of the radiation air-conditioning system often need to start the radiation system 1-2 hours in advance for precooling/heating of buildings. In addition, the radiation system in the radiation air-conditioning system has a condensation risk in a summer high-humidity season, and for the situation, a user is required to start a new fan system in the radiation air-conditioning system in advance to dehumidify the building before starting the radiation system.
Based on the above limitations, in order to ensure comfortable body feeling and reduce the condensation risk when a user goes home, the radiation air-conditioning system usually adopts a centralized control mode (generally, the centralized control mode is realized by property) in a residential building, and the indoor central control screen of the household radiation air-conditioning system usually adopts a single central control screen to realize local control of the user and is connected with an external network to realize remote control. This approach requires an additional central control screen with various communication interfaces, which increases the cost of the system. In addition, in order to realize centralized control, a set of data acquisition and transmission system is often required to be established for the household radiation air conditioning system, which undoubtedly increases the cost of the radiation air conditioning system, and if the radiation air conditioning system is directly connected to the visible intercom indoor screen, the visible intercom indoor screen is simultaneously connected with the visible intercom intranet and the external internet, so that safety risks are introduced, and the user cannot pass the network safety certification in some places.

The embodiment provides a radiation air conditioner control system based on a visual intercom network, as shown in fig. 1, including:
a radiation air-conditioning system 100, a dual-gateway 200, and a video intercom system 300; the radiation air-conditioning system 100 is in communication connection with the video intercom system 300 through the dual-portal gateway 200; wherein:
the video intercom system 300 receives the control management instruction and transmits the control management instruction to the radiant air conditioning system 100 through the dual-portal gateway 200;
after receiving the control management command, the radiation air conditioning system 100 executes the control management command on the corresponding radiation air conditioner.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the radiation air-conditioning system 100 is in communication connection with the video intercom system 300 through the dual-portal gateway 200, on one hand, the centralized control and the user local control on the radiation air-conditioning system 100 can be realized through the video intercom system 300, and on the other hand, because of the use of the dual-portal gateway 200, the video intercom system 300 does not access the external network (internet), so that the safety of the cell information is ensured, and the disclosure of the cell information privacy is not caused.
In summary, the dual-portal gateway 200 establishes a communication connection between the radiation air conditioning system 100 and the video intercom system 300, so that the cost is saved and the network security is ensured.
In the following, we will briefly introduce a dual-portal gateway, a radiation air conditioning system, and a visual intercom system, respectively.
Regarding dual portal gateways:
the dual-portal gateway of the present invention may be an independent device, and if the dual-portal gateway is an independent device, the system architecture of the radiation control system of the present invention is as shown in fig. 4, or the dual-portal gateway may be integrated into a video intercom system, as shown in fig. 5. Specifically, the dual-portal gateway 200 can be integrated into the video interphone indoor screen 310, so that the video interphone indoor screen 310 also has the function of a dual-portal gateway (isolated gateway). Obviously, if the dual-portal gateway 200 is integrated in the indoor screen 310 of the video interphone, the radiation air conditioning system 100 can be in communication connection with the indoor screen 310 of the video interphone, the user inputs the control command or the reservation information for the radiation air conditioning system 100 on the indoor screen 310 of the video interphone, the indoor screen 310 of the video interphone can directly send the control command or the reservation information to the radiation air conditioning system 100, and the reservation information can be transmitted to the host 330 of the video interphone through the switch 320 of the video interphone floor, so that the property can more conveniently and centrally control the radiation air conditioning system of the whole cell.
Specifically, one form of the dual-portal gateway of the present application is provided with an LAN portal and a WAN portal, wherein the LAN portal of the dual-portal gateway is connected to the video intercom system; and a WAN port of the dual-network-port gateway is connected with the indoor router and is accessed to an external network. The visual intercom LAN and the external network (Internet) are mutually independent and separated and do not influence each other. Because the visual intercom system is accessed to the LAN port of the gateway with the double network ports, the information transmitted in the visual intercom system can not be leaked to the external network, the attack from the external network can not be worried, and the safety risk of the local visual intercom network can be avoided.
The realization mode of the double-net-mouth gateway for connecting the radiation air-conditioning system and the visual intercom system is various, as long as the visual intercom local area network and the external network (Internet) can be mutually and independently separated without influencing each other, and the realization mode of the double-net-mouth gateway is not limited by the invention.
Specifically, a system interface of the dual-portal gateway is shown in fig. 2, the dual-portal gateway 200 functions as a central hub, and non-TCP/IP communication devices used in a home must access the intelligent system through corresponding interfaces, where one portal needs to communicate with a cloud for uploading real-time data of the devices, and the cloud can issue data (instructions, policies, and the like) through the interface. And the other network port is used for connecting to the visual intercom system 300 for exchange, thereby communicating with the visual intercom system 300.
In the following, a specific hardware implementation of the dual-portal gateway is illustrated, but the dual-portal gateway adopted by the radiation air-conditioning control system of the present invention is not limited to this implementation, and other existing implementations are also possible. In particular, as shown in figure 3,
wherein, STM32407 and DM9000 interfaces adopt FSMS/IO multiplexing, STM32407 and DP83848 adopt RMII interfaces; the RMII interface has less wiring than the traditional MII (the MII is 16 lines, the RMII is 8 lines, and the transmission rate can reach 100 Mbps.
Regarding the embedded software implementation aspect of the dual-network-port gateway, the dual-network-port gateway adopts two sets of communication protocols, and the dual-protocol stacks are mutually independent. Specifically, the cut UIP protocol stack supports DM9000(WAN port) communication; the clipped UIP protocol supports TCP (Server/Client) and UDP (user Datagram protocol) communication. The cutting LWIP protocol stack supports DP83848(LAN port) communication, and the protocol supports TCP (Server/Client); for DM9000 communications, the gateway is a client and supports multiple clients working simultaneously. For DP83848 communications, the gateway is server-side.
Another form of the dual-portal gateway of the present application is that the dual-portal gateway includes a LAN port and a WLAN wireless portal, and when two portals of the dual-portal gateway are the LAN port and the WLAN port, an implementation form of the dual-portal gateway is listed below, and specifically, the dual-portal gateway includes: the system comprises a CDW-208189F module, an RTL8189FTV wireless chip and a DP83848 Ethernet module; the RTL8189FTV wireless chip is packaged to the CDW-208189F module through SIP and is accessed to a system bus through a bus interface; and the CDW-208189F module is also connected with the DP83848 Ethernet module.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the RTL8189FTV WIFI main chip sip is packaged to the CDW-20818 module, and accesses the system bus through the SDIO2.0 bus interface, and is connected to the DP8348 ethernet interface.
In addition, in order to ensure the safety of data transmitted by the WLAN port to the public network, the data packet forwarded from the WLAN port is encrypted. For example, an AES128 algorithm may be used to encrypt the ciphertext, and the cloud may decrypt and read the ciphertext using a local token private key, so as to ensure the risk of data leakage through WIFI and public network transmission.
In terms of the video intercom network system, specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the video intercom system 300 includes:
the system comprises a visual intercom indoor screen 310, a visual intercom floor switch 320, a visual intercom manager 340, a visual intercom management host 330 and a visual intercom doorway machine 350; wherein:
the indoor screen 310 of the visible intercom is installed indoors and is in communication connection with the visible intercom floor switch 320;
the visible intercom floor switch 320 is in communication connection with the air-conditioning radiation system 100 through the dual-portal gateway 200; and the visible intercom floor switch 320 is also in communication connection with the visible intercom manager 340, the visible intercom management host 330 and the visible intercom doorway machine 350 respectively.
Specifically, the indoor video interphone screen 310 is installed indoors, so that a user can perform human-computer interaction through the indoor video interphone screen 310 to control the radiation air conditioning system 100. The video interphone indoor screen 310 has various categories, and at least comprises one of the following functions: the user directly touches and clicks to input user operation information, the user inputs the user operation information through keys, the voice command of the user is obtained through voice equipment, and the user operation information is converted into user operation information after the user operation information is recognized.
The visible intercom floor switch 320 is generally disposed in a corridor, and the floor switch 320 is generally in communication connection with the dual-gateway 200, so that information interaction between the visible intercom system 300 and the radiation air conditioning system 100 is realized. The door phone 350 of the video intercom system 300 is generally installed at the door of the unit, and the video intercom management host 330 is generally installed at the property for centralized management of the whole video intercom system. Thus, the radiation air-conditioning system 100 can realize data transmission and centralized management through the video intercom system 300, and the equipment cost is greatly saved. Moreover, the video intercom system 300 also has a video intercom function, so that the radiation air conditioning system 100 can be visually controlled, and can communicate with the property in time, thereby facilitating information feedback, maintenance and the like.
As to the radiation air conditioning system, specifically, the radiation air conditioning system includes: the radiation air conditioner comprises radiation air conditioners arranged in each room and a radiation air conditioner main control board for controlling the radiation air conditioners to work. The main control panel of the radiation air conditioner is mainly used for controlling each indoor radiation air conditioner. Certainly, the radiant air conditioners arranged in the rooms can also be correspondingly provided with a room temperature controller, so that the control of the radiant air conditioners in the rooms is independently realized.
In this embodiment, a user can issue an instruction to control the radiation air conditioning system through the video intercom indoor screen, and no additional interface is added to the radiation air conditioning system or the video intercom system. In addition, the radiation air-conditioning system is connected with the visual intercom system through the dual-port gateway, so that the visual intercom network is isolated from the radiation air-conditioning system, and the network security risk is reduced.
In another embodiment of the radiation air-conditioning control system of the invention, on the basis of the above embodiment, the communication connection between the visual intercom system and the radiation air-conditioning system can be used for realizing more convenient and faster control. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
(1) the visible talkback indoor screen is used for receiving an air conditioner control instruction input by a user and transmitting the air conditioner control instruction to the radiation air conditioning system through the visible talkback floor switch and the dual-network-port gateway; specifically, for example, when a user wants to control the radiant air conditioners managing the rooms, a visual operation can be performed on the screen of the video interphone indoor, for example, a certain radiant air conditioner is turned off, or the temperature or humidity of a certain radiant air conditioner is adjusted. After the indoor screen of the video interphone receives the control command, the control command is transmitted to the main control panel of the radiation air conditioner through the dual-network-port gateway, and the main control panel of the radiation air conditioner executes corresponding control operation to control the corresponding radiation air conditioner.
(2) The visual talkback indoor screen is used for receiving reservation information input by a user, and transmitting the reservation information to the visual talkback management host through the visual talkback floor switch and to the radiation air conditioning system through the dual-network-port gateway. Specifically, for example, if the user wants to get home at 6 o ' clock, the room temperature reaches 20 degrees, the user can make a reservation on the screen of the video interphone before going out at work, and the radiation air conditioner is turned on in advance before the user makes a reservation to get home at 6 o ' clock, so that the room temperature reaches 20 degrees at home at 6 o ' clock. Due to the thermal inertia of the radiant air conditioning system, it is generally necessary to turn on the radiant air conditioner in advance for pre-cooling or pre-heating. The reservation setting mode can be realized in a plurality of modes, for example, a mode is a non-intelligent mode, if the user wants to enjoy comfortable temperature at 6 o 'clock to home, the user can estimate the time to turn on in advance by himself/herself to set the setting, for example, the user can directly set the radiant air conditioner to be turned on at 5 o' clock in the visual interphone indoor screen, and set the adjusted temperature to be 20 degrees. The other mode is an intelligent mode, a user does not need to estimate the pre-cooling or pre-heating time started in advance, and the user only needs to input the temperature and time which the user wants to reach, for example, the user directly reserves 6 pm and expects 20 ℃ at the afternoon. This reservation information just can give radiation air conditioning system through visual floor switch, the gateway of two net gapes of talkbacking, and radiation air conditioning system self can intelligent learning, calculates according to current radiation air conditioning state and current indoor and outdoor temperature, humidity information etc. obtains the time point of opening in advance, and then carries out intelligent opening in advance at the time. In another intelligent control mode, a user can directly set the temperature and time to be reached on the indoor screen of the visual intercom system, after the reservation information is obtained on the indoor screen of the visual intercom system, the temperature and the time can be transmitted to the visual intercom management host through the visual intercom floor switch, the visual intercom management host is used for centralized control management, the visual intercom management host is used for predicting the starting time of the reserved radiation air conditioning system through the intelligent learning prediction model, and then the predicted starting time and the reached temperature information are transmitted to the corresponding radiation air conditioning system through the visual intercom floor switch and the dual-gateway, so that the radiation air conditioning system is started and controlled according to the predicted starting time and the temperature information.
(3) And the visual intercom indoor screen is used for displaying the current state information of the radiation air-conditioning control system. Specifically, the current state information of the radiation air conditioning system can be acquired through the visible talkback floor switch and the dual-gateway through the visible talkback indoor screen, for example, whether the radiation air conditioning system is currently started, the current temperature, the humidity and the like can be displayed through the visible talkback indoor screen, and the user can conveniently check the radiation air conditioning system.
(4) And the visual intercom indoor screen is used for displaying notification feedback information sent by the property on the visual intercom management host. Specifically, the radiation air-conditioning system is in communication connection with the visual intercom system, which is equivalent to establishing a communication bridge between a user and a property, and the property can send notification feedback information about the radiation air-conditioning system through the visual intercom management host, so that the user can know the notification feedback information in time. This feedback information includes that the property needs to inform the information of owner, including but not limited to the notice of cutting off the water supply and having a power failure, maintenance arrangement, safe knowledge propaganda etc. ensure that the information that will convey is sent to every owner, can also look over through voice prompt owner, avoid owner to miss information, cause inconvenience to daily life. In addition, the operation user for subscribing and viewing the instruction information can freely set. And the property management personnel can also send instruction information to the visual intercom indoor screen through the visual intercom management host, so that the management is convenient. For another example, several chillers at the energy station will be started up in the middle of 5 pm to provide cold sources, then the radiant air conditioning system can only cool and cannot heat in this time period, and if the user does not know, the user may perform heating operation on the radiant air conditioner, and because the cold sources are provided now, the indoor may become cooler and cooler, which may affect the user experience. Therefore, by adopting the radiation air conditioner control system based on the visual intercom network system, the user can feed back the information of the time provided by the cold and heat source on the visual intercom management host of the visual intercom system, and the user can acquire the information in time through the visual intercom indoor screen, so that the heating in the time provided by the cold source is avoided, or the cooling in the time provided by the heat source is avoided, and the user experience is greatly improved.
(5) The radiation air conditioner main control board acquires self-inspection data of each radiation air conditioner, performs data analysis on the self-inspection data, and judges whether each radiation air conditioner needs to be maintained at present; when it is determined that a radiation air conditioner needs to be maintained, the radiation air conditioner main control board sends radiation air conditioner information needing to be maintained to the visual intercom system through the dual-network-port gateway; and the information is fed back to the user and/or the property through the visual intercom system. In particular, the household radiation air conditioning system often requires various maintenance, such as replacement of an air filter, replacement of a water purification filter element, and repair of equipment failure. In the traditional mode, a user often has no knowledge about various maintenance or maintenance requirements of equipment, and often waits until the equipment is in failure or the function is seriously damaged, so that the user can not realize the normal use. Furthermore, when the user wants to inform the property for maintenance, the user needs to call the property management center to arrange personnel, and then call the property management center to inform the user to reserve the time of going to the home. The whole process is very time and energy consuming, and the customer experience is poor.
Another embodiment of the present invention is, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, further including:
the video interphone indoor screen acquires user setting information;
the visible talkback indoor screen receives visitor information sent by the visible talkback door phone;
when the user operation information and the visitor information are received simultaneously and the user setting information is in a single task mode, the indoor screen of the visible intercom acquires task priority and executes corresponding tasks according to the task priority;
the visual intercom indoor screen is used for receiving the user operation information and the visitor information at the same time, and displaying the operation information and the visitor information in a split screen mode when the user setting information is in a multitask mode and receiving the user operation information and the visitor information at the same time.
Specifically, the video intercom indoor screen itself has the function of the visitor's video intercom, and in this embodiment, it is also necessary to have the operation information of the user on the radiation air conditioning system, and how to do it if both the functions need to be used simultaneously? In the embodiment, a single-task mode or a multi-task mode can be set for an indoor screen of the visual interphone, the single-task mode can ensure that the visual interphone can only execute one task at the same time, and the task priority needs to be set under the condition of setting the task mode; and when receiving the operation information of the user on the radiant air conditioner and the visitor information of the visitor, acquiring the task priority, and executing the corresponding task according to the task priority. And if the multitasking mode is set, the visual intercom indoor screen may simultaneously perform a plurality of tasks, for example, when the user operation information and the visitor information are simultaneously received, the operation state information of the radiant air conditioning system and the visitor information may be separately displayed.
In this embodiment, the radiation air-conditioning control system based on the video intercom network includes a radiation air-conditioning system, a dual-gateway, and a video intercom system. The radiation air-conditioning system comprises a radiation air-conditioning main control board and a radiation air conditioner, wherein the radiation air-conditioning main control board acquires, analyzes and controls the radiation air conditioner, and the radiation air conditioner comprises but is not limited to a hydraulic module, a fresh air fan and other equipment. The visual intercom system comprises a visual intercom indoor screen, and a user can operate and issue an instruction and view related information through the visual intercom indoor screen.
The state information of the radiation air-conditioning system comprises current working parameters of the radiation air-conditioning system, such as an air-conditioning gear, a set temperature value, a new fan gear and the like, and also comprises parameter states of each device of the radiation air-conditioning system, such as a brand model of the new fan, a maintenance record of a hydraulic module, whether an abnormal state occurs or not and the like.
When the user wants to check the relevant information of the radiation air-conditioning system, the user operation information can be input through the screen in the visible interphone. The video interphone indoor screen has various categories, and at least comprises one of the following functions: the user directly touches and clicks to input user operation information, the user inputs the user operation information through keys, the voice command of the user is obtained through voice equipment, and the user operation information is converted into user operation information after the user operation information is recognized.
The visual intercom system sends user operation information acquired by the indoor screen of the visual intercom to the radiation air conditioning system through the dual-gateway, so that state information of the radiation air conditioning system is acquired, and the state information is displayed through the indoor screen of the visual intercom for a user to check.
In addition, the user can input an adjusting instruction of the radiation air-conditioning system through the indoor screen of the visual interphone, and then the adjusting instruction is transmitted to the radiation air-conditioning system through the dual-port gateway to be adjusted.
Meanwhile, the visual intercom system further comprises a visual intercom door phone, when a visitor arrives, the visitor sends visitor information to the visual intercom indoor screen through the visual intercom door phone, wherein the visitor information comprises but is not limited to user image information acquired in real time. The indoor screen of the video interphone receives the visitor information transmitted from the doorway video interphone, but since the indoor screen of the video interphone may be currently displaying the state information of the radiant air conditioning system based on the user operation information, further recognition analysis is required.
When a user uses the visual intercom system for the first time, user setting information needs to be input through the indoor screen of the visual intercom, and the user setting information comprises a task mode of the indoor screen of the visual intercom and a priority order of the indoor screen of the visual intercom required by the user to execute when multiple tasks are received simultaneously. For example, the priority of the visitor information is higher than that of the state information of the radiation air-conditioning system, and even if the indoor screen of the video interphone is currently displaying the state information of the radiation air-conditioning system, when the visitor information is received, the picture is preferentially switched to the visitor information.
In addition, the task mode of the screen in the video interphone is identified again, the task mode comprises a single task mode and a multi-task mode, the single task mode can only execute one task at the same time, and the multi-task mode can execute multiple tasks in a split screen mode at the same time.
Therefore, when the user sets the information to be in the single task mode, if the user operation information and the visitor information are received at the same time, the corresponding tasks are executed one by one according to the task priority. When the user sets the information to be in the single task mode, if the user operation information and the visitor information are received at the same time, the split screen displays the state information and the visitor information respectively, the split screen mode is freely set according to the preference and habit of the user, for example, the state information is displayed on the left side, the visitor information is displayed on the right side, a plurality of users can process the two tasks respectively, and the two tasks are not interfered with each other.
In the embodiment, the user can execute two tasks of checking the state information of the radiation air-conditioning system and the visitor information through the indoor visual interphone screen, the two tasks are mutually isolated and do not disturb each other, but can be executed by a plurality of users at the same time, and the task execution efficiency is improved. A user can issue an instruction to control the radiation air-conditioning system through the indoor screen of the visual interphone, and an additional interface is not added to the radiation air-conditioning system and the visual interphone. In addition, the radiation air-conditioning system is connected with the visual intercom system through the dual-port gateway, so that the visual intercom network is isolated from the radiation air-conditioning system, and the network security risk is reduced.
In another embodiment of the present invention, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the radiation air conditioning system 100 includes a radiation air conditioner 110 and a radiation air conditioner main control board 120; in addition, the radiant air-conditioning system based on the visual intercom network of the embodiment further comprises: a calorimeter 600 connected to the radiant air conditioner main control panel 120; the calorimeter 600 is used for measuring the water inlet and return temperature and flow information of the radiation air-conditioning system; and transmits the measured inlet and return water temperature and flow information to the radiant air conditioner main control panel 120.
In this embodiment, the calorimeter 600 is connected to the radiation air conditioner main control board 120 through a wired (e.g., Modbus RTU RS485 interface) or wireless communication (e.g., WiFi, zigbee, bluetooth, etc.), so that the visible intercom system 300 connected thereto can be used to transmit the heat metering information to the property, and the property can centrally control the heat metering information of each radiation air conditioner system 100, thereby facilitating the centralized control of the radiation air conditioner systems 100. In addition, the inlet and return water temperature and flow information measured by the heat meter 600 can be transmitted to the radiation air-conditioning system 100, so that inlet and return water temperature detection and flow measurement devices required by the radiation air-conditioning system 100 are eliminated, and the cost for installing related sensors in the radiation air-conditioning system 100 is avoided. In addition, the radiation air conditioner main control board can also upload the measurement information that the calorimeter obtained to the high in the clouds server through two net gapes gateways, realizes remote measurement and checks meter, and the convenience improves greatly.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, on the basis of any of the above embodiments, the radiation air-conditioning control system based on the video intercom network further includes an energy station group management host 500 connected to the video intercom system 300 in a communication manner; the energy station group control management host 500 is used for managing and controlling the energy equipment of the energy station to work.
Specifically, the radiation air conditioning system 100 transmits its own state information to the energy station group control management host 500 through the dual-portal gateway 200 and the video intercom system 300;
the video intercom system 300 sends the acquired reservation information and/or historical use information of the radiant air-conditioning system 100 to the energy station group control management host 500;
the energy station cluster management host 500 controls the number of cold machines on and the on time of the energy station according to the state information of the radiation air-conditioning system 100, the reservation information of the radiation air-conditioning system 100, and/or the historical use information.
Specifically, the radiation air-conditioning system 100 sends the current state information of itself to the video intercom system 300 through the dual-portal gateway 200, and the video intercom system 300 forwards the current state information to the energy station group control host 500, so that the energy station group control host 500 obtains the current state information of the radiation air-conditioning system and the corresponding user reservation information (or historical use information).
The user can directly input the user reservation information through the indoor screen 310 of the video intercom system 300, and simultaneously, the current state information and the historical use information of the air conditioning system can be inquired through the indoor screen 310 of the video intercom system.
The energy station group control management host 500 acquires the reservation information of each user (corresponding to each radiant air-conditioning system) and the state information of the corresponding radiant air-conditioning system 100, and can intelligently control the radiant air-conditioning system 100, start the radiant air-conditioning system 100 for the user in advance according to the received information, and determine the number of cold machines starting and the working parameters of the energy station in each time period according to the centralized reservation information, thereby greatly saving energy consumption, reducing resource waste and shortening system response time. For example, each resident in the community can use more radiation air-conditioning systems in the scheduled off-duty time period, so that more refrigerators can be started in the peak time period to meet the requirements of each user, and the number of refrigerators started in the energy station can be reduced in the off-peak time period to save energy consumption. The number of the cold machines to be started and the starting time period are only required to be set according to user reservation information or historical use information of each radiation air-conditioning system.
Preferably, the energy station group control management host is further configured to feed back a current working state or a planned working state of the cold machine of the energy station to the user through the visual intercom system. Specifically, since the radiation air conditioning system is used to provide a cold source or a heat source in a centralized manner, a user cannot heat the radiation air conditioning system during a period of providing the cold source, and if the user does not know whether the radiation air conditioning system is currently supplying cold or heating, the opposite effect may be caused. The radiation air-conditioning control system of the embodiment can effectively solve the problem, and particularly, the energy station group control management host is in communication connection with the visual intercom system, and the visual intercom system performs information interaction with the radiation air-conditioning system through the dual-network-port gateway, so that the energy station group control management host can transmit the cold machine working state (such as cold source currently provided) or the planned working state (such as cold source provided at the expected afternoon of 5 o' clock) of the energy station at the present time to the visual intercom system, and an indoor screen of the visual intercom system can perform corresponding display, so that a user can timely know the energy supply information of the energy station.
Preferably, after receiving the control management instruction, the radiation air-conditioning system can also obtain the current working state of the cold machine of the energy station through the visual intercom system; the radiation air-conditioning system judges whether the control management instruction can be executed or not according to the current working state of the cold machine of the energy station; executing the control management command on the corresponding radiant air conditioner when the control management command is judged to be executable; and when the control management instruction is judged to be not executable, refusing to execute the control management instruction and feeding back to the user. That is to say, the cold machine operating condition information of energy station still can be transmitted for radiation air conditioning system by visual intercom system through two net gapes gateway, lets radiation air conditioning system know can only carry out cooling or heat supply at present, in case the user has carried out the operation of heating in the cooling time quantum, then radiation air conditioning system then can intelligent correct this maloperation of user, refuses to carry out this operation of heating of user, avoids letting the room temperature lower colder, has improved user experience.
In addition, the invention also provides a dual-port gateway, wherein one port of the dual-port gateway is an LAN port, and the other port of the dual-port gateway is a WAN port or a WLAN port; and the communication protocol adopted by the LAN port of the dual-network-port gateway is independent from the communication protocol adopted by the WAN port or the WLAN port of the dual-network-port gateway.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 7, in addition to the LAN port and the WAN port, the dual-port gateway is further provided with an interface for communication connection with the 485 device 803 and/or an interface for communication connection with the KNX device 804.
In the current home intelligent industry, most of gateway products only have one network port to connect with an external network, other interfaces such as RS485, CAN and KNX are connected with household equipment, and most of intelligent systems need to be communicated with a visual intercom system and realize remote monitoring and control; if the video intercommunication and the household intelligent system are placed in a network, the network must be connected to the Internet; the danger that the visual intercom system is attacked by the network is increased, and the broadband cost of the cell network is increased. The dual-portal gateway adopted by the embodiment can solve the problem,
for example, the dual-network-port gateway can be used for realizing the communication between a radiation air-conditioning system and a visual docking system, and can also be connected with a home broadband network for physical isolation. In a novel intelligent system, a dual-network-port gateway has a function of a central hub, non-TCP/IP communication equipment used in a family is required to be accessed into the intelligent system through a corresponding interface, a network port is required to be communicated with a cloud end to upload real-time data of the equipment, and the cloud end can issue data (instructions, strategies and the like) through the interface. And the other network port is used for being connected to the visual intercom system for exchange, thereby communicating with the visual intercom system.
Another embodiment of the dual-portal gateway of the present invention, for example, two portals of the dual-portal gateway are a LAN portal and a WAN portal, respectively, and one hardware implementation is shown in fig. 3, where the dual-portal gateway includes an STM 32F 407 chip, a DM9000 interface, and a DP83848 ethernet module; the DM900 interface is a WAN port of the dual-port gateway, and the DP83848 Ethernet module is a LAN port of the dual-port gateway; the STM 32F 407 chip and the DM9000 interface adopt FSMS/IO multiplexing, and an RMII interface is adopted between the STM 32F 407 chip and the DP83848 Ethernet module.
The software implementation of the dual-network-port gateway can adopt two sets of independent communication protocols which are independent and do not influence each other. Specifically, for example:
the WAN port of the dual-network-port gateway adopts a cut UIP protocol stack; the cut UIP protocol stack supports DM9000 interface communication and also supports TCP port or UDP port communication;
and the LAN port of the dual-port gateway adopts a cut LWIP protocol stack, and the cut LWIP protocol stack supports DP83848 and Ethernet module communication and also supports TCP port communication.
In the embodiment, the STM32407 and DM9000 interfaces adopt FSMS/IO multiplexing, and the STM32407 and DP83848 adopt RMII interfaces; the RMII interface has less wiring than the traditional MII (the MII is 16 lines, the RMII is 8 lines, and the transmission rate can reach 100 Mbps.
The dual-network-port gateway embedded software is realized by the following steps: the dual protocol stacks are independent of each other. The cut UIP protocol stack supports DM9000(WAN port) communication; the cut protocol supports TCP (Server/Client) and UDP communication. The cutting LWIP protocol stack supports DP83848(LAN port) communication, and the protocol supports TCP (Server/Client); for DM9000 communications, the gateway is a client and supports multiple clients working simultaneously. For DP83848 communications, the gateway is server-side.
Another form of the dual-portal gateway of the present application is that the dual-portal gateway includes a LAN port and a WLAN wireless portal, and when two portals of the dual-portal gateway are the LAN port and the WLAN port, an implementation form of the dual-portal gateway is listed below, and specifically, the dual-portal gateway includes: the system comprises a CDW-208189F module, an RTL8189FTV wireless chip and an Ethernet module; the RTL8189FTV wireless chip is packaged to the CDW-208189F module through SIP and is accessed to a system bus through a bus interface; and, the CDW-208189F module is also connected with the Ethernet module.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8, the RTL8189FTV WIFI main chip sip is packaged to the CDW-20818 module, and accesses to the system bus through the SDIO2.0 bus interface, and is connected to the DP828348 ethernet interface.
The dual-network-port gateway of the embodiment can remotely control the intelligent equipment in the home through the Ethernet, and can transmit the working state of the intelligent equipment and the detected data to the display equipment through the internal network in the home to realize visualization, so that the dual functions of remote control of a client and transmission and display of the data in the home can be perfectly solved.
It should be noted that the above embodiments can be freely combined as necessary. The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
