With continued reference to fig. 2A, a timing sequence 200 for one embodiment of a conferencing system according to the present disclosure is shown. The conference system in the embodiment of the present disclosure may include a client and a server. The sequence 200 includes the following steps:
step 201, the server obtains a real-time conference record of the target conference.
In this embodiment, a server (e.g., server 105 shown in fig. 1) that provides support for an audio-video conferencing application may obtain a real-time conference recording of a target conference. Here, the target conference may be an in-progress audio-video conference. The real-time conference record of the target conference may include a conference content text, a corresponding speaker speaking time, a speaker identifier for indicating a speaker corresponding to the real-time conference record, and the like, where the conference content text may be a recognition text obtained after performing real-time automatic voice recognition on conference voice data of the target conference (for example, including voice data of a current participant participating in the target conference). The recognition text herein may include at least one recognition sentence. That is, the recognition text may be composed of sentences expressing complete semantics.
Here, the server may locally obtain a real-time conference recording of the target conference, and accordingly, performing automatic speech recognition on speech data of a participant currently participating in the target conference may be performed locally at the server.
The server may also remotely obtain a real-time conference record of the target conference from other electronic devices connected to the server network, and accordingly, the automatic speech recognition of the speech data of the participant currently participating in the target conference may be performed in the other electronic devices. In some alternative embodiments, the real-time conference recording of the target conference may be obtained by real-time automatic speech recognition of conference speech data of the target conference.
Specifically, the real-time meeting record of the target meeting can also be obtained through the following meeting record updating steps:
first, in response to receiving real-time conference voice data for a target conference and a target participant identification, it is determined whether a target Session (also referred to as Session control) for the target participant identification exists, where the target participant identification may be a participant identification in a set of participant identifications for the target conference.
Second, in response to determining the absence, a target session is established for the target participant identification. That is to say that the first and second electrodes,
and finally, based on the target session, calling a real-time automatic voice recognition service to perform real-time automatic voice recognition on the received real-time conference voice data, and updating the real-time conference record aiming at the target conference according to the recognition result. For example, the latest real-time meeting record associated with the target participant identification in the real-time meeting record of the target meeting may be updated.
By adopting the optional implementation mode, different conversations can be established for different participants of the target meeting, automatic real-time automatic voice recognition service is called in the corresponding conversation of each participant to form a real-time meeting record of the participant, so that the corresponding meeting record can be generated according to different speakers in the meeting process, the real-time automatic voice recognition service is independently called for each real-time meeting voice data of each participant, and the meeting record is updated in real time and is sent to the client side of the corresponding participant for displaying after being matched with the subscription keyword set of the participants is determined subsequently.
In some optional embodiments, the conference record updating step may further include:
and deleting the target session aiming at the target participant identification in response to that the real-time conference voice data aiming at the target conference and the target participant identification is not received within the preset time length. Through the deleting operation, the corresponding session can be deleted after the target participant is detected to speak for a long time, the corresponding session is reestablished after the target participant is detected again, and the real-time automatic voice service is called again for voice recognition, so that the resource (such as computing resources and storage resources) requirements of a server can be reduced.
In step 202, the server performs a subscription operation on the participant identifiers in the participant identifier set of the target conference.
In this embodiment, the server may first obtain a set of participant identifications for the target conference, where the participant identifications are used to uniquely indicate each participant.
The server may then perform a subscription operation for each participant identification in the set of participant identifications for the target conference. Subscription operations may also be performed on a portion of the participant identifications in the set of participant identifications for the target conference.
Here, the subscription operation may include sub-steps 2021 and 2022 as shown in fig. 2B:
sub-step 2021, determining whether the set of subscription keywords corresponding to the participant identification matches the real-time meeting record.
Here, the participants can customize the subscription keyword sets of the topics of interest or interest by themselves using the clients, and then the subscription keyword sets corresponding to each participant identifier can be saved in the server.
The server may determine whether the set of subscription keywords corresponding to the participant identifier matches the real-time meeting record in various implementations.
In some optional implementations, the server may perform full-text matching on the conference content text of the real-time conference record for the subscription keyword set corresponding to the participant identifier, and may determine that the subscription keyword set corresponding to the participant identifier matches the real-time conference record if the full-text of the conference content of the real-time conference record matches at least one of the subscription keywords. If any of the subscription keywords are not included, a mismatch may be considered.
In some optional implementation manners, the server may further perform word segmentation processing on the conference content text recorded in the real-time conference to obtain a corresponding word segmentation sequence. And matching in each participle in the obtained participle sequence, and determining whether the participle matched with at least one subscription keyword in the subscription keyword set corresponding to the participant identifier exists in the participle sequence. And if so, determining that the subscription keyword set corresponding to the participant identification is matched with the real-time conference record. If any of the subscription keywords are not included, a mismatch may be considered. Here, whether or not there is a match between two words is determined, and the match may be determined in the case where two words are identical. The similarity between two words can also be calculated, and matching is determined under the condition that the similarity is greater than a preset similarity threshold, so that the matching relation between the similar meaning words can be established. For example, a match may be considered between synonyms such as "nice" and "wonderful". Compared with the full-text search matching of the above alternative embodiment, the alternative embodiment can avoid mismatching during full-text search. For example, the "good mood" subscription keyword keeps good mood with the conference content text ". The matching can be carried out when full text matching is carried out, but the good word and the mood word in the conference content text are two different words, and the good word is considered to be a word belonging to mismatching. The conference firstly carries out word segmentation processing on the conference content text recorded by the real-time conference, and then carries out matching in each word segmentation in the obtained word segmentation sequence, so that the problem of mismatching can be avoided or reduced.
Sub-step 2022, in response to determining a match, sends the real-time meeting record to the client corresponding to the participant identification.
Here, if it is determined in sub-step 2021 that the set of subscription keywords corresponding to the participant identifier matches the real-time conference record, indicating that the participant indicated by the participant identifier is interested or interested in the real-time conference record, the server may send the real-time conference record to the client corresponding to the participant identifier.
In some optional embodiments, the server in step 201 may obtain a real-time conference record of the target conference in real time, and after step 201 is executed, step 202 is executed, so that in the process of the target conference, the real-time conference record of the target conference is sent to a participant client interested or interested in the real-time conference record in real time, that is, to a client corresponding to a participant identifier matching the subscription keyword set with the real-time conference record.
In some optional embodiments, the sending of the real-time conference record to the client corresponding to the participant identifier may also be performed as follows:
and transmitting the sentences matched with the subscription keyword set corresponding to the participant identifications in the conference content texts recorded in the real-time conference to the clients corresponding to the participant identifications. That is, if the conference content text of the real-time conference record is a sentence sequence composed of at least two sentences, wherein some sentences match with the subscription keyword set corresponding to the participant identifier, and some sentences do not match, in order to more accurately send the real-time conference record to the participant client, only the sentences matching with the subscription keyword set corresponding to the participant identifier can be selected to be sent, and more method is provided for the participant to view the interesting conference content text at the client in real time, thereby further improving the conference efficiency of the participant.
Step 203, the client presents the received real-time conference record in response to receiving the real-time conference record which is sent by the server and aims at the currently-performed target participant to participate in the target conference.
As can be seen from the above description, the real-time conference record sent by the server and received by the client is a real-time conference record of a target conference currently being performed by a participant using the client, and the real-time conference record is matched with the subscription keyword set of the current participant using the client to participate in the target conference, so that the real-time conference record is also the content concerned or interested by the current participant. The client side presents the real-time conference record concerned or interested by the current participant, so that the current participant can acquire the content of the conference record concerned or interested by the current participant in real time in the process of the conference without manual searching, and the efficiency of acquiring the concerned content by the participant and the conference efficiency can be improved.
In some cases, this embodiment may have the following optional implementations:
alternative embodiment (a): the set of subscription keywords corresponding to the participant identities may comprise a set of generic subscription keywords, and accordingly the sequence 200 may further comprise the following step 204:
in step 204, in response to detecting the general keyword subscription operation for subscribing the first target keyword corresponding to the target participant identity, the client adds the first target keyword to a general subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identity.
Here, for example, by providing a corresponding operation interface, when a target participant wishes to customize a common keyword for all audio and video conferences, that is, when a first target keyword is desired to be added to a common subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identifier, the target participant identifier and the corresponding first target keyword are input by using the client, and the operation is determined or submitted.
In step 205, the server adds the first target keyword to the general subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identification in response to receiving the general keyword subscription request for subscribing the first target keyword, which is sent by the client and corresponds to the target participant identification.
Here, the server may store the participant identifier of each participant and the corresponding general subscription keyword set, and practically, the server may store the participant identifier and the corresponding general subscription keyword set by using a relational database or non-relational data. For example, the general subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identifier may be a keyword set composed of values corresponding to the target participant identifier as key.
In this way, after receiving a general keyword subscription request for subscribing the first target keyword, which is sent by the client and corresponds to the target participant identifier, the server may add the first target keyword to the general subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identifier, so as to implement that the target participant newly adds the first target keyword as the content concerned or interested by the target participant.
Accordingly, when the target participant is to participate in other audio-video conferences in the future, the server may determine whether the general subscription keyword set corresponding to the participant identifier matches the real-time conference record in sub-step 2021 during the execution of steps 201 and 202. Further, after the client executes step 203, the target participant may obtain, at the corresponding client, a real-time conference record matched with the general subscription keyword set to which the first target keyword is added, that is, the content of interest or interest of the target participant may include the real-time conference record matched with the first target keyword, thereby customizing the content of interest or interest of the client.
Optionally, the first target keyword is added to the general subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identifier here, and the first target keyword may be encrypted and then added to the general subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identifier. Due to the encryption, even a service provider of the audio and video conference application can hardly know the keywords subscribed by the participants, namely the concerned contents of the participants are protected, namely the privacy of the participants can be protected, and the audio and video conference application is more suitable for enterprise users to carry out business and work conversations and the like by adopting the audio and video conference.
Alternative embodiment (b): based on steps 201 to 203 in sequence 200, or based on steps 201 to 205 in sequence 200 as described above, sequence 200 may further include steps 206 and 207 as follows:
in step 206, in response to detecting the conference keyword subscription operation for subscribing the second target keyword corresponding to the target participant identifier and the target conference identifier, the client adds the second target keyword to the conference subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identifier and the target conference identifier.
Here, for example, by providing a corresponding operation interface, when a target participant wishes to customize a specified conference keyword for a specified audio/video conference, such as a target conference, that is, when a second target keyword is desired to be added to a conference subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identifier and the target conference identifier, the client inputs the target participant identifier, the target conference identifier, and the corresponding second target keyword, and determines or submits the above operations, and then the client may generate a conference keyword subscription request based on the target participant identifier, the target conference identifier, and the second target keyword input by the target participant, and send the conference keyword subscription request to the server, so that the second target keyword is added to the conference subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identifier and the target conference identifier through the server.
Step 207, the server responds to the received conference keyword subscription request for subscribing the second target keyword, which is sent by the client and corresponds to the target participant identifier and the target conference identifier, and adds the second target keyword to the conference subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identifier and the target conference identifier.
Here, when the target participant uses the client to send a conference keyword subscription request, the server may first determine whether a conference subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identifier and the target conference identifier exists, that is, may determine in advance whether the target participant has customized a corresponding conference subscription keyword set for the target conference. If the second target keyword does not exist in the set of the new conference subscription keywords, a conference subscription keyword set corresponding to the target conference identifier can be created for the target participant identifier, and the second target keyword is added into the created conference subscription keyword set. If the second target keyword exists, the second target keyword can be directly added into the conference subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identification and the target conference identification. And then the goal participant individually customizes the corresponding meeting subscription keyword set aiming at the goal meeting instead of the uniform subscription keyword set aiming at all meetings. In practice, the storage may be performed using relational databases or non-relational data. For example, the conference subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identifier and the target conference identifier may be a keyword set composed of respective values corresponding to the target participant identifier and the target conference identifier as keys.
In this way, after receiving a conference keyword subscription request for subscribing a second target keyword, which is sent by the client and corresponds to the target participant identifier and the target conference identifier, the server may add the second target keyword to the conference subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identifier and the target conference identifier, so as to implement that the target participant newly adds the second target keyword as the content of interest or interest of the target participant for the target conference.
Optionally, here, the second target keyword is added to the conference subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identifier and the target conference identifier, and the second target keyword may be added to the conference subscription keyword set corresponding to the target participant identifier and the target conference identifier after being encrypted. Due to the encryption, even a service provider of the audio and video conference application can hardly know the key words subscribed by the participants aiming at the specified conference, namely, the concerned contents of the participants are protected, namely, the privacy of the participants can be protected, and the audio and video conference application is more suitable for enterprise users to carry out business, work and meeting and the like by adopting the audio and video conference.
Alternative embodiment (c): based on the above-mentioned alternative embodiment (one) and the alternative embodiment (two), the server performs the sub-step 2021, that is, determining whether the set of subscription keywords corresponding to the participant identifier matches the real-time conference record, and may perform as follows:
first, whether a conference subscription keyword exists in a conference subscription keyword set corresponding to the participant identifier and the target conference identifier is determined.
I.e., first determine whether the participant has customized the corresponding meeting subscription keyword for the target meeting.
Secondly, in response to determining that the meeting exists, determining whether the meeting subscription keyword set corresponding to the participant identification and the target meeting identification is matched with the real-time meeting record.
That is, if the participant customizes the corresponding conference subscription keyword for the target conference, it indicates that the participant wants to pay attention or interest only to the conference content related to the conference subscription keyword customized specifically for the target conference, and when matching with the real-time conference record, the participant identifier and the conference subscription keyword set corresponding to the target conference identifier are preferentially used for matching.
Finally, in response to determining that the set of generic subscription keywords corresponding to the participant identification does not exist, determining whether the set of generic subscription keywords corresponding to the participant identification matches the real-time meeting record.
That is, if the participant does not customize a corresponding conference subscription keyword for the target conference, which indicates that the participant does not have a special topic or content of particular customized interest for the target conference, the general subscription keyword corresponding to the participant identifier may be matched with the real-time conference record.
Through the optional implementation mode (III), conference contents which are particularly interesting can be customized by participants according to specific conferences, and further finer-grained customization of conference contents and topics is realized.
Alternative embodiment (iv): when the server sends the real-time conference record to the client corresponding to the participant identifier in the sub-step 2022, the following steps may be performed:
and sending Instant Messages (IM) including real-time conference records to the client corresponding to the participant identifications by taking the virtual robot conference assistant as a Message sending identification.
That is, the server provides support for instant messaging in addition to providing support for audio-video conferences. In other words, the participants can realize the on-line audio or video conference at the client through the audio and video conference application, and can also realize the instant messaging function at the client at the same time. In order to interact with the participants, a participant identifier of a virtual robot conference assistant may be preset, and when the real-time conference record is sent to the client corresponding to the participant identifier in sub-step 2022, the virtual robot conference assistant may be used as a message sending identifier. And the real-time meeting record may be included in the sent instant message.
Accordingly, when the client performs the step 203 to present the received real-time conference record, it may also be: and presenting the instant message comprising the received real-time conference record for the message sending identification by the virtual robot conference assistant.
Through the optional implementation mode (four), the participants can view the instant messages of the senders by viewing the virtual robot conference assistant, so that the conference records concerned or interested by the participants can be viewed in real time.
In an optional embodiment (v), the time sequence 200 may further include the following steps:
in step 208, the server, in response to determining to end the target conference, performs a summary sending operation for the subscribed conference record for the participant identifiers in the set of participant identifiers of the target conference.
Here, the server may determine to end the target conference using various implementations. For example, when all participants of the target conference leave the conference, or the host of the target conference ends the conference, etc.
Here, the subscription conference record digest transmission operation may be performed as follows:
firstly, a subscribed conference record abstract is generated based on the conference record matched with the subscription keyword set corresponding to the participant identification in the conference record of the target conference.
For example, each meeting record in the meeting records of the target meeting, which matches with the subscription keyword set corresponding to the participant identifier, may be directly used as the summary of the subscription meeting records.
For another example, the conference content texts in the conference records matched with the subscription keyword set corresponding to the participant identifier in the conference records of the target conference may be spliced according to the speaking time sequence of the participants to obtain spliced texts, and then the spliced texts are used as the summary of the subscription conference records.
On the basis of the spliced text, a text abstract generation algorithm (for example, a decimation abstract generation algorithm or a generation abstract algorithm) is used for generating a corresponding text abstract, and the generated text abstract is used as a subscription conference record abstract.
And secondly, sending the generated subscribed meeting record abstract to a client corresponding to the participant identification.
In step 209, the client presents the summary of the subscribed conference record in response to receiving the summary of the subscribed conference record sent by the server.
Here, the summary of the subscribed conference records presented by the client is generated based on the conference records matched with the set of subscription keywords corresponding to the identifiers of the target participants in the conference records of the target conference.
Through the optional implementation mode (five), after the conference is finished, the participants can see the concerned or interested conference record abstract at the client, so that the participants can conveniently know the concerned or interested contents in all conference contents integrally, and the user experience is further improved.
Optionally, here, presenting the summary of the subscribed meeting record may also be to send an instant message for identifying, by the virtual robotic meeting assistant, that the presented summary of the subscribed meeting record includes the summary of the subscribed meeting record. Namely, the participants can view the concerned or interested meeting record in real time only by viewing the instant message of the sender of the virtual robot meeting assistant.
In the conference system provided in the above embodiment of the present disclosure, the server matches the real-time conference record of the target conference with the subscription keyword set corresponding to the participant participating in the target conference, and sends the real-time conference record to the client corresponding to the corresponding participant when determining the match, so that the client can present the received real-time conference record, and the achievable technical effects include but are not limited to:
first, the participant at the client can check the meeting record matched with the subscription keyword of the participant in the meeting record of the current meeting in real time, and the participant does not need to manually search the interesting meeting record of the participant, so that the time cost and the labor cost of the participant are reduced, and the meeting efficiency of the participant can be improved.
Second, with alternative embodiment (one), the participant can customize the general subscription keywords that the participant is interested in or interested in.
Third, with the alternative embodiment (two), it can be achieved that the participant customizes the meeting subscription keyword that the participant is interested in or interested in for the specified meeting.
Fourth, with the alternative embodiment (three), it is possible to implement preferential matching of the conference subscription keyword specified by the participant for the currently ongoing target conference.
Fifth, through the optional implementation manner (fourth), it can be realized that the participant can view the instant message of the sender by viewing the virtual robot conference assistant, that is, can view the concerned or interested meeting record in real time.
Sixth, according to the optional implementation manner (five), after the conference is finished, the participants can see the summaries of the conference records concerned or interested by the participants at the client, so that the participants can conveniently know the concerned or interested contents of all the conference contents integrally.
