As shown in fig. 1 to 4, 6, 9, and 12, a plunger valve type filtering medical suction nozzle head includes a suction nozzle head body 1 and a tongue depressor suction nozzle head 8, one end of the suction nozzle head body 1 is provided with a connection port 102, the connection port 102 is externally connected with a power acquisition device, the other end of the suction nozzle head body 1 is connected with a communication pipe 2, the inner wall of the port of the communication pipe 2 is provided with a seal cushion 201 for enhancing the air tightness between the suction nozzle head and the communication pipe 2, the tongue depressor suction nozzle head 8 includes a third connection pipe 801 and a tongue depressor 802, the middle of one port of the third connection pipe 801 is provided with a tongue depressor 802, the upper and lower surfaces of the tongue depressor 802 are respectively provided with a piece of absorbent cotton 803, and the other port of the third connection pipe 801 is inserted into the port of the communication pipe 2. The inside of the suction nozzle head body 1 is provided with a containing chamber 104, the containing chamber 104 is communicated with the communicating pipe 2, the containing chamber 104 is provided with a plurality of through holes 104a, the inside of the containing chamber 104 is provided with a filtering air floating block 4, and the filtering air floating block 4 is made of an air-permeable porous material and is used for adjusting the collecting flow rate and filtering fine particles. The inner wall of the nozzle head body 1 is provided with a convex ring 103, the convex ring 103 is located between the connecting port 102 and the containing cavity 104, the convex ring 103 is provided with a filter layer 5, and the filter layer 5 is made of melt-blown fabric and used for preventing a sample collected by the nozzle head from polluting a collecting power device. At least one valve seat 101 is arranged on the side wall of the nozzle head body 1, the valve seat 101 is located between the convex ring 103 and the containing cavity 104, a plunger regulating valve 3 is arranged in the valve seat 101, the plunger regulating valve 3 comprises a hollow regulating bolt 301, a plunger valve pipe 302 and an elastic part 303, the elastic part 303 is a spring part 303b, the plunger valve pipe 302 is arranged in the valve seat 101, a plurality of pressure releasing holes 302a are formed in the side wall of the plunger valve pipe 302, an internal thread is arranged inside one end of the plunger valve pipe 302 outside the nozzle head body 1, an external thread bolt column corresponding to the internal thread is arranged on the hollow regulating bolt 301, a vent hole 301a is formed in the end head of the hollow regulating bolt 301, the spring part 303b is arranged on the plunger valve pipe 302, and the spring part 303b is located between the hollow regulating bolt 301 and the valve seat 101.
The suction nozzle head composed of the suction nozzle head body 1 and the tongue depressor suction nozzle head 8 in the embodiment is applied to the technical field of collecting samples of pathogenic bacteria in the oral cavity or the anus.
In all the above embodiments, the connection port 102 is externally connected with a power collecting device, and the power collecting device includes any one of a pump-powered device, an air bag-powered device and a piston cylinder-powered device.
In all the above embodiments, the communicating tube 2 is connected to the soft catheter, so as to collect the effusion inside the human body.
The working principle is as follows: the invention connects the connecting port 102 with the part of the collecting power device which generates the adsorption force, the collecting power device is operated to generate the adsorption force, the oblique section suction nozzle head 6, the wide mouth cover suction nozzle head 7 and the tongue depressor suction nozzle head 8 on the suction nozzle head body 1 are placed at the corresponding processing parts, the collected sample enters the containing chamber 104 under the action of the adsorption force of the collecting power device, the collected sample is filtered by the air filtering floating block 4 to remove fine particles in the sample, the rest collected liquid or finer particles enter the suction nozzle head body 1 through the circulation hole 104a, the collected sample entering the chamber 104 continuously flows to the direction of the collection power device under the action of the adsorption force of the collection power device, and after passing through the filter layer 5 made of melt-blown cloth, the air in the collected sample is separated out, the air enters the collecting power device, and the collected sample is retained in the suction nozzle body 1.
Meanwhile, the air floating block 4 moves back and forth and vibrates in the cavity 104 under the action of adsorption force, so that the sizes of the circulation holes 104a on the cavity 104 are different due to different positions of the air floating block 4, the flow rate of the collected sample is inconsistent due to the sizes of the circulation holes 104a, when the adsorption force in the nozzle head body 1 is too large and exceeds the balance point of the elastic piece 303, the plunger valve pipe 302 can cause the plunger valve pipe 302 to move towards the interior of the nozzle head body 1 due to the pressure difference between the interior and the exterior of the nozzle head body 1, so that the pressure release hole 302a is opened, and a pressure release vent channel formed by the pressure release hole 302a in the side wall of the plunger valve pipe 302 and the vent hole 301a of the hollow adjusting bolt 301 is communicated with the interior and the exterior of the nozzle head body 1, so as to achieve the purpose of adjusting the adsorption force in the nozzle head body 1; on the contrary, the plunger valve tube 302 makes the pressure release hole 302a on the sidewall of the plunger valve tube 302 located in the valve seat 101 under the action of the elastic member 303, and closes the pressure release air passage.
According to the invention, by rotating the position of the hollow adjusting bolt 301 relative to the plunger valve tube 302, the elastic member 303 is subjected to different extrusion forces, so that different balance points of the elastic member 303 are adjusted.
In order to increase the collection effect of human body tissue excrement separated from ears, nostrils and skin and form the circulation of air flow inside and outside the wide-mouth mask body 702, a plurality of air exchange holes 703 are arranged on the wide-mouth mask body 702, so that the purpose of adsorption without damaging the skin in the collection process is achieved.
The convex ring 103 on the inner wall of the nozzle body 1 is used for setting the filter layer 5, and the main purpose is that the collected sample in the containing chamber 104 flows back to the nozzle body 1 through the interception of the convex ring 103 when the collected sample moves to the collecting power device along the nozzle body 1 under the action of the adsorption force of the collecting power device, wherein part of fine particles or liquid in the collected sample flows back to the collecting power device, and mixed gas enters the collecting power device through the filter layer 5, so that the gas-liquid separation speed is increased.

A plunger valve type filtering medical suction nozzle comprises a suction nozzle body (1) and a suction nozzle head, wherein one end of the suction nozzle body (1) is provided with a connecting port (102), the connecting port (102) is externally connected with a power acquisition device, and the medical suction nozzle is characterized in that the other end of the suction nozzle body (1) is connected with a communicating pipe (2), the suction nozzle head is inserted into a port of the communicating pipe (2), a containing chamber (104) is arranged inside the suction nozzle body (1), the containing chamber (104) is communicated with the communicating pipe (2), a plurality of circulation holes (104a) are arranged on the containing chamber (104), a filtering air floating block (4) is arranged inside the containing chamber (104), a convex ring (103) is arranged on the inner wall of the suction nozzle body (1), and the convex ring (103) is positioned between the connecting port (102) and the containing chamber (104), the filter layer (5) is arranged on the convex ring (103), at least one valve seat (101) is arranged on the side wall of the nozzle head body (1), the valve seat (101) is located between the convex ring (103) and the containing chamber (104), a plunger regulating valve (3) is arranged in the valve seat (101), the plunger regulating valve (3) comprises a hollow regulating bolt (301), a plunger valve pipe (302) and an elastic piece (303), the plunger valve pipe (302) is arranged in the valve seat (101), a plurality of pressure releasing holes (302a) are arranged on the side wall of the plunger valve pipe (302), an internal thread is arranged inside one end of the plunger valve pipe (302) outside the nozzle head body (1), an external thread bolt column corresponding to the internal thread is arranged on the hollow regulating bolt (301), and a vent hole (301a) is arranged at the end of the hollow regulating bolt (301), the elastic piece (303) is arranged on the plunger valve tube (302), and the elastic piece (303) is located between the hollow adjusting bolt (301) and the valve seat (101).

The medical suction nozzle head with the plunger valve type filtration as claimed in claim 1, wherein a sealing cushion layer (201) is arranged on the inner wall of the port of the communicating pipe (2) for enhancing the air tightness between the suction nozzle head and the communicating pipe (2).

The medical nozzle head for plunger valve type filtration according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the nozzle head is a beveled nozzle head (6), the beveled nozzle head (6) comprises a first connecting pipe (601) and a beveled needle (602), the beveled needle (602) is arranged at one port of the first connecting pipe (601), and the other port of the first connecting pipe (601) is inserted into the port of the communicating pipe (2).

The medical suction nozzle head with the plunger valve type filter according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the suction nozzle head is a wide-mouth cover suction nozzle head (7), the wide-mouth cover suction nozzle head (7) comprises a second connecting pipe (701) and a wide-mouth cover body (702), the wide-mouth cover body (702) is arranged on one port of the second connecting pipe (701), and the other port of the second connecting pipe (701) is inserted into the port of the communicating pipe (2).
5. The plunger valve type filtering medical nozzle head as claimed in claim 4, wherein the wide-mouth shield body (702) is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes (703) for enhancing air circulation inside and outside the wide-mouth shield nozzle head (7).

The medical nozzle head for plunger valve type filtration according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the nozzle head is a tongue depressor nozzle head (8), the tongue depressor nozzle head (8) comprises a third connecting pipe (801) and a tongue depressor (802), the tongue depressor (802) is arranged in the middle of one port of the third connecting pipe (801), the upper surface and the lower surface of the tongue depressor (802) are respectively provided with a piece of absorbent cotton (803), and the other port of the third connecting pipe (801) is inserted into the port of the communicating pipe (2).
7. A plunger valve style filtered medical nozzle tip as claimed in claim 1, wherein the resilient member (303) is a resilient sleeve (303a) of flexible material.
8. A plunger valve type filtering medical nozzle tip as claimed in claim 1, wherein the resilient member (303) is a spring member (303 b).
9. A plunger valve type filtered medical nozzle head as claimed in claim 1, wherein the filtering air floating block (4) is made of air permeable porous material for adjusting the collecting flow rate and filtering fine particles.
10. A plunger valve filter medical nozzle according to claim 1, wherein the filter layer (5) is made of meltblown material for preventing the sample collected by the nozzle from contaminating the collection power unit.
