And after the process two-dimensional code is generated, the process two-dimensional code is printed and pasted on target process equipment, and a production worker scans the process two-dimensional code on the target process equipment through a WeChat applet to obtain a production task needing to be operated on the target process equipment.
Production workers sweep a yard process two-dimensional code through the applet and get the production task, because the production task is stored in the high in the clouds, after the production workers finish the production task, the production completion quantity is input at the mobile terminal, the completion quantity input by the production workers is also stored in the high in the clouds, so that production management personnel can check the process of the production task in real time through the PC terminal, namely, the production management personnel can pay attention to the completion condition of tracking the production task at any time at the PC terminal.
For example, one person may complete a production task of one target process device, or multiple persons may complete the same production task of one target process device, assuming that the production task is to process 20 holes on a component, and a first production worker may first process 10 holes after picking up the production task by scanning a two-dimensional code on the process device, and upload the holes to the cloud server. After that, the second production worker can also obtain the same production task by scanning the two-dimensional code on the process equipment, process another 10 holes and upload the holes to the cloud server, and at this moment, the production task is completed; in addition, the same production worker can continuously scan the two-dimensional codes on the process equipment to obtain the same production task, process another 10 holes and upload the holes to the cloud server so as to complete the production task.
Here, when a production worker uses process equipment to process a component, the production worker needs to refer to a production drawing, and the production drawing can be issued to the production worker in an offline manner or can be displayed to the production worker in a manner of being displayed on the process equipment; or the production worker can conveniently see the drawing information by a mobile terminal display mode in the production worker hand.
The production tasks comprise tasks which should be taken by production workers and comprise the number to be completed, and then the workers fill in the actual number to be completed after processing and upload the actual number.
The production work reporting system provided by the embodiment of the application can be based on the fact that the smart phone of the current Chinese people is commonly used, not only is the cost of terminal work reporting equipment saved for manufacturers, but also because the hands are one machine, the manufacturers can report work together at the same time. The mobile phone can be used by one person or by multiple persons, so that even if one person cannot report time and work due to personal mobile phone faults and the like, the whole work reporting link is not influenced. Specifically, the embodiment of the application can realize work reporting based on small programs, and can also be realized through other platforms or realized through a work reporting APP.

Further, the method further comprises:
step 411, generating a task acquisition request in response to a scanning operation for a process two-dimensional code set on the target production equipment, and sending the generated task acquisition request to the cloud;
step 421, receiving an updated production subtask, which is obtained by the cloud in response to the task obtaining request and corresponds to the target production device indicated by the device identifier;

The production worker reporting method provided by the embodiment of the application can utilize the mobile terminal to carry out production worker reporting, can realize simultaneous worker reporting of a plurality of production personnel, and avoids the situation that the workers are crowded when the existing production worker reporting system is applied, if equipment is damaged and cannot work normally, and the situation that the equipment is not replaced, the production personnel cannot report the workers timely, so that the situation of the whole worker reporting link is influenced. Furthermore, by applying the production work reporting method in the embodiment of the application, production work reporting can be realized without fixing positions of special equipment with limited quantity, work reporting can be performed at any time and any place after only one-time identity verification, the situation of information mismatch can be avoided, time is saved, working efficiency is improved, a plurality of production personnel can report work at the same time, the timeliness of work reporting is improved, the work reporting operation is simple and convenient, and the cost of terminal work reporting equipment can be saved for manufacturers.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device 500 includes a processor 510, a memory 520, and a bus 530.

An embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the steps of the production reporting method in the method embodiment shown in fig. 4 may be executed.

the first mobile terminal is used for responding to scanning operation of a process two-dimensional code set on target production equipment, generating a task obtaining request and a personal information verification request, and sending the generated task obtaining request and the generated personal information verification request to the cloud terminal, wherein the task obtaining request carries an equipment identifier of the target production equipment, and the personal information verification request carries an identity identifier of a production worker;
the cloud end is used for responding to the personal information verification request, completing identity verification of a production worker according to the identity of the production worker carried in the personal information verification request, responding to the task acquisition request after the identity verification of the production worker is successful, and sending a production subtask corresponding to the target production equipment indicated by the equipment identity to the first mobile terminal;
the first mobile terminal is further used for responding to information filling operation performed by a production worker according to the received production subtasks, obtaining production information input by the production worker, and sending the input production information to the cloud terminal for storage.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising a second mobile end;
the cloud is also used for comparing the production information input by the production workers with the production subtasks corresponding to the target production equipment, determining the task progress information of the production subtasks, and updating the production subtasks based on the task progress information;
the computer end is further used for acquiring the production subtasks corresponding to the subtask query request from the cloud end according to the received subtask query request so as to display the production subtasks;
the second mobile terminal responds to scanning operation of a procedure two-dimensional code set on target production equipment, generates a task acquisition request and sends the generated task acquisition request to the cloud terminal;
and the cloud end is used for responding to the task obtaining request and sending the updated production subtask corresponding to the target production equipment indicated by the equipment identification to the second mobile terminal.
3. The system of claim 1,
the computer end is also used for responding to the drawing operation of a production technician for each production subtask, obtaining the production drawing information of each production subtask, and sending the production drawing information to the cloud end for storage;
the first mobile terminal is further configured to generate a drawing acquisition request in response to a scanning operation for a drawing two-dimensional code set on target production equipment, and send the generated drawing acquisition request to the cloud, where the drawing acquisition request carries a drawing identifier of production drawing information of the target production equipment;
and the cloud end is further used for responding to the drawing acquisition request and sending the production drawing information indicated by the drawing identification to the target production equipment or the first mobile terminal.
4. The system according to claim 1, further comprising a printing device, wherein the printing device is connected to the computer;
and the printing equipment is used for receiving the procedure two-dimensional code generated by the computer end according to the production subtask and printing the procedure two-dimensional code so as to paste the printed procedure two-dimensional code on target production equipment.
5. The system according to claim 1, wherein the first mobile terminal is provided with an APP program for reporting work, or is provided with a work reporting program in the WeChat public number.
6. The system of claim 5,
the first mobile terminal is further used for responding to the starting operation of a production worker for an APP program for reporting work or a work reporting program set in the WeChat or a work reporting program set on the WeChat public number before responding to the scanning operation of the process two-dimensional code set on the target production equipment, and obtaining a scanning entry for scanning the process two-dimensional code.

and responding to information filling operation performed by a production worker according to the received production subtasks, obtaining production information input by the production worker, and sending the production information input by the production worker to the cloud for storage.

An electronic device, comprising: a processor, a memory and a bus, the memory storing machine-readable instructions executable by the processor, the processor and the memory communicating over the bus when the electronic device is operating, the processor executing the machine-readable instructions to perform the steps of the production reporting method as set forth in claim 8.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the production foundry method according to claim 8.
