Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart provided in an embodiment of an express data warehousing method according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the express data warehousing method of this embodiment specifically includes the following steps:
s101, collecting initial information in the bill to be put in storage.
In this embodiment, for an express waiting to be put in storage, a bill to be put in storage is pasted on the express, and initial information in the bill to be put in storage needs to be collected first. The method comprises the following specific steps:
firstly, determining and marking a data source corresponding to a bill to be put in storage based on a machine learning mode.
The method comprises the steps of marking areas needing to be collected in a bill to be put in storage by using a machine learning mode, and determining the areas needing to be collected in the bill to be put in storage as data sources corresponding to the bill to be put in storage, wherein the areas needing to be subjected to information collection in each bill to be put in storage are all located in the same area.
Secondly, acquiring initial information corresponding to the data source from the bill to be put in storage.
After the data source corresponding to the bill of dough to be put into storage is determined and marked, initial information can be collected from the position corresponding to the data source in the bill of dough to be put into storage. In the embodiment, the data source is marked, so that the acquisition region of the initial information in the bill to be put in storage is determined according to the data source for information acquisition, and the speed and the accuracy of information identification can be improved.
And S102, performing character recognition on the initial information based on an optical character recognition mode to obtain the data to be warehoused corresponding to the bill to be warehoused.
After the initial information in the bill to be put in storage is acquired, character recognition is carried out on the initial information in an optical character recognition mode, and therefore the data to be put in storage corresponding to the bill to be put in storage is obtained. The data to be put in storage may include: the waybill number, the sender name, the sender contact address, the receiver name and the receiver contact address, and the like.
The identifying the initial information by using the optical character recognition method specifically includes: character detection, character segmentation, character classification and the like. The character detection is used for separating characters on the picture from other environment objects; character segmentation is used for segmenting characters into single characters; the character classification is used for determining what each character is, and the data to be put in storage can be identified by learning the length and the position of the character and by machine learning.
S103, storing the data to be stored into a preset pre-stored database.
And after the data to be put in storage is identified, storing the data to be put in storage into a preset pre-stored database, wherein the pre-stored database is a local database. The data is stored through a local database, and the local database has consistency, availability and partition fault tolerance in the system. Meanwhile, the method has a protection characteristic for transactional operation of warehousing data. The database transaction is a database operation sequence for accessing and possibly operating various data items, and the operations are either completely executed or not executed and are an inseparable working unit, so that the completeness and accuracy of the database-entered data are ensured.
And S104, judging whether the current state of the pre-stored database represents a warehousing state or not.
The pre-stored databases in this embodiment are all marked with current states, where the current states include a database entry state and a pre-stored state, and the database entry state indicates that the pre-stored database is currently in a state of transmitting data to the server, so as to store the data in the database of the server; the pre-stored state represents a state of storing data to be put in storage, and a data transmission channel connected with the server is not opened. The present embodiment needs to determine whether the current state of the pre-stored database represents the warehousing state.
And S105, if the current state of the pre-stored database represents the warehousing state, sending all the data to be warehoused stored in the pre-stored database to a pre-connected server.
If the current state of the pre-stored database is judged to represent the warehousing state through the steps, all the data to be warehoused stored in the pre-stored database need to be sent to a server connected in advance, so that the server stores all the data to be warehoused in the server database, data warehousing is achieved, and all the data to be warehoused are used as inventory data. After the pre-stored database sends all data to be stored in the database to the server, the data in the pre-stored database can be emptied, so that the storage space of the pre-stored database is ensured; or all the data to be put in storage sent to the server can be updated into the put-in-storage data without being deleted, and the data is used as a backup to avoid the data loss in the server, so that the local persistent storage is realized. In the embodiment, the data to be stored in the pre-stored database is stored in batch (stored in the database of the server in batch), so that the integrity and the accuracy of data storage can be improved.
The express data warehousing method of the embodiment collects initial information in a bill to be warehoused; performing character recognition on the initial information based on an optical character recognition mode to obtain data to be warehoused corresponding to the bill to be warehoused; storing data to be stored into a preset pre-stored database; judging whether the current state of the pre-stored database represents a warehousing state or not; and if the current state of the pre-stored database represents the warehousing state, all the data to be warehoused stored in the pre-stored database are sent to a pre-connected server so that the server stores all the data to be warehoused. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the information in the bill to be put in storage is identified by adopting an optical character identification mode, the identification accuracy and the identification speed can be improved, and the data to be put in storage is stored in a server by adopting a batch storage mode, so that the completeness and the accuracy of data storage can be improved.
Further, after step S105 is executed, the express data warehousing method of this embodiment needs to update the current state of the pre-stored database to the pre-stored state, so as to stop the pre-stored database from transmitting data to the server, so as to continue to collect and store a new batch of data to be warehoused, and wait for the next batch of data to be warehoused.
Further, before the express delivery data warehousing method of this embodiment is executed in step S104, the following steps need to be executed:
and if the received data warehousing signal and/or the batch storage time length of the pre-stored database reaches the preset time length, representing the current state of the pre-stored database as the warehousing state.
In this embodiment, after scanning a certain number of to-be-warehoused bills, a user may manually send a data warehousing signal, and after receiving the data warehousing signal, update the current state of the pre-stored database to a warehousing state, so that the pre-stored database starts data warehousing operation, and send all to-be-warehoused data to the server, thereby implementing manual data warehousing.
In this embodiment, the batch storage duration of the pre-stored database is also recorded, where the batch storage duration is the duration of the pre-stored database being in the pre-stored state at this time. When the batch storage time of the pre-stored database reaches the preset time, the current state of the pre-stored database is directly updated to the warehousing state so that the pre-stored database starts the data warehousing operation, and all data to be warehoused are sent to the server, so that automatic data warehousing is realized. The user can set the preset time length according to the self requirement, so that the automatic data storage with controllable interval time length is realized.
Further, in the express data warehousing method of this embodiment, before all the to-be-warehoused data stored in the pre-stored database are sent to the pre-connected server, all the to-be-warehoused data stored in the pre-stored database may be encrypted in an AES symmetric encryption manner, so that protection of sensitive data is achieved. After all the data to be stored in the pre-stored database are sent to the server connected in advance, the server analyzes the data by using the symmetric key corresponding to the AES symmetric encryption mode, and then stores the analyzed data in the server database. This may improve the security of the data transmission.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram provided in an embodiment of the express data warehousing system according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 2, the express data warehousing system of this embodiment includes: a processor 21 and a memory 22 connected to the processor 21; the memory 22 is used for storing a computer program, and the computer program is at least used for executing the express delivery data warehousing method of the embodiment; the processor 21 is used to invoke and execute computer programs.
The express data warehousing system of the embodiment adopts an optical character recognition mode to recognize information in the bill to be warehoused, so that the recognition accuracy and the recognition speed can be improved, and the data to be warehoused is stored in the server in a batch warehousing mode, so that the completeness and the accuracy of data warehousing can be improved.
