Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
With the development of electronic technology, electronic devices in the same area can be uniformly managed by a user through a management device. For example, a plurality of electronic devices in the same area may be connected to the same switch, and the switch and the connected electronic devices thereof constitute a local area network. Electronic devices such as monitoring devices, access control devices, warning light devices, card punching devices, and computers in a building or a company may all be connected to the same switch, and these electronic devices may all be located in the same lan. Optionally, the electronic devices that are uniformly managed by the management apparatus in the embodiment of the present application may also only include devices related to security assurance of people, such as monitoring devices, access control devices, and warning light devices. Alternatively, the electronic device and the management apparatus for managing the electronic device may be located in the same local area network.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a management system of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, a management system 10 of an electronic device may include: the electronic equipment comprises a plurality of electronic equipment 101, a management device 102 of the electronic equipment and a device management platform 103, wherein the management device 102 is respectively connected with the electronic equipment 101 and the device management platform 103. For example, the management device 102 may be a terminal, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, and the like. The management apparatus 102 may have a management client installed thereon the electronic device, or may access a management webpage of the electronic device, and the device management platform 103 may be a server corresponding to the management client or the management webpage. The management apparatus 102 may be located in the same local area network as the electronic device 101, and the management apparatus 102 and the electronic device 101 are connected through the switch 105, which may also be referred to as that the management apparatus 102 is directly connected to the electronic device 101. The management apparatus 102 records the information of the electronic device 101 in the device management platform 103, and the user can directly manage the electronic device 101 recorded in the device management platform 103 through a management client or a management web page on the management apparatus 102.
Optionally, fig. 2 is a schematic view of another management system of an electronic device provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the management system 10 of the electronic device may further include: cloud services platform 104. The management device 102 and the electronic device 101 of the electronic device are both connected to the cloud service platform 104, and the management device 102 can manage the electronic device 101 through the cloud service platform 104. For example, the electronic device 101 may be registered in the cloud service platform 104, and the management apparatus 102 may acquire the management authority of the electronic device 101 based on the authentication information of the electronic device 101, so as to add the electronic device 101 to the device management platform 103, and further manage the electronic device 101 through the cloud service platform 104. It should be noted that adding the electronic device to the device management platform refers to recording information of the electronic device in the device management platform. Optionally, when the management apparatus 102 manages the electronic device 101 through the cloud service platform 104, the management apparatus 102 and the electronic device 101 may not be located in the same local area network, and only the management apparatus 102 and the electronic device 101 need to be connected to the cloud service platform. Optionally, the electronic device is added to the management apparatus of the device management platform and the management apparatus for managing the electronic device may be the same device or different devices, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a management method for an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method may be used in the management apparatus 102 of the electronic device in fig. 1 or fig. 2, and the management apparatus is used to manage the electronic device recorded with information in the device management platform. As shown in fig. 3, the method may include:
step 301, acquiring firmware information of a target electronic device to be managed, where the firmware information at least includes version information of a firmware program.
It should be noted that the electronic device to be managed is also an electronic device that cannot be managed by the management apparatus currently. The firmware program of the electronic device may also be referred to as a device program of the electronic device. The firmware program of the electronic device refers to a program written in a memory of the electronic device. The firmware program of the electronic device may include one or more of an operating system of the electronic device, a device driver, and other software programs installed in the electronic device. For example, the version information of the firmware program includes the current version number of the firmware program.
Step 302, after determining that the updated version of the firmware program of the target electronic device exists based on the firmware information, updating the firmware program based on the updated version.
For example, the updated version of the firmware program in the target electronic device may refer to: a version newer than the current version of the firmware program installed (or running) in the target electronic device, for example, a latest version that can be acquired in a management system of the electronic device newer than the current version of the firmware program installed in the target electronic device. The management apparatus of the electronic device may acquire version information of a firmware program installed by the target electronic device, and determine whether a version of the installed firmware program is a latest version of the firmware program based on the acquired version information of the firmware program of the target electronic device. It should be noted that, a version of the program is newer than another version, which means: the development time of the version is later than that of the other version. Alternatively, an updated version of a firmware program may also refer to any version that is newer than the current version of the firmware program.
For example, the version numbers of the respective versions of the program are set in order of development time, and the management apparatus may directly acquire the version number of the latest version of the firmware program, and determine whether the latest version is an updated version of the firmware program based on the version number and the current version number of the firmware program.
And step 303, recording the information of the target electronic device after the firmware program is updated in the device management platform so as to manage the target electronic device.
The device management platform is used for recording information of each electronic device which supports the management of the management device. After the electronic device is added to the device management platform, the management device can manage the electronic device. When the user needs to manage the electronic devices through the management device, the management device can be triggered to acquire information supporting each managed electronic device from the device management platform. The user can select the electronic equipment to be managed based on the information acquired by the management device, and then send a management instruction to the electronic equipment based on the information of the electronic equipment, wherein the management instruction can indicate the operation to be executed by the electronic equipment. The electronic device can execute the operation indicated by the management instruction to realize the management of the electronic device by the management device.
For example, the management apparatus may set an operating parameter of the electronic device. If the electronic device is a monitoring device, the image acquisition direction of the monitoring device can be adjusted (for example, the camera can rotate), the management device can set the rotation speed of the camera of the monitoring device, and can also set the image acquisition period of the monitoring device. In another example, the management device may further acquire and display information collected by the electronic device. For example, the management device can preview or playback the video pictures collected by the monitoring device. The management device may also perform other modes of management on the electronic device, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
In the related art, the management apparatus directly adds the electronic device to the device management platform based on the original version of the firmware program of the electronic device. The management device may periodically detect whether an updated version exists in the firmware program in the electronic device that has been added in the device management platform, and update the firmware program after determining that the updated version exists. Since the newly developed firmware program is optimized or added to the original version of the firmware program in terms of functions, the electronic device in the related art has low timeliness for using the optimized functions or the developed new functions. In the embodiment of the application, the management device updates the firmware program of the electronic device before adding the electronic device to the device management platform, that is, performs pre-update on the firmware program of the electronic device, so that the electronic device can directly have a developed new function when in use. Therefore, the use timeliness of the optimized functions and the developed new functions of the electronic equipment is improved.
In summary, in the management method for the electronic device provided in the embodiment of the present application, the management device can update the firmware program of the electronic device before the electronic device is added to the device management platform, so that the update timeliness of the firmware program of the electronic device is improved. After the electronic equipment is added to the equipment management platform, the latest functions can be directly used, the compatibility of the electronic equipment to the management mode of the management device is improved, the use effect of the electronic equipment is improved, and the management effect of the management device to the electronic equipment is improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of another management method for an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method may be used in the management apparatus 102 of the electronic device in fig. 2, and the management apparatus is used to manage the electronic device recorded with information in the device management platform. As shown in fig. 4, the method may include:
step 401, determining at least one electronic device to be selected, which is located in the same local area network as the management apparatus of the electronic device and is not recorded in the device management platform.
For example, a device discovery service may be run in the management apparatus of the electronic device, for example, the service is a Sadp device discovery service. The management apparatus of the electronic device may determine the electronic device located in the same local area network as the management apparatus through the device discovery service. The embodiment of the present application is described taking a local area network where the management device is located as an example of a target local area network. If the management apparatus can operate the device discovery service to broadcast a device discovery signal in the target lan, the electronic device in the lan can receive the device discovery signal, and report information of the electronic device to the management apparatus based on the device discovery signal. The information of the electronic device may include information such as an identification of the electronic device, a serial number, an Internet Protocol (IP) address, port information, a subnet mask, a gateway, an activation status, and a connection status with the cloud service platform. If the port information includes information of a device port and a Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) port, the activation state includes an activated state and an inactivated state, and the connection state with the cloud service platform includes a connected state and an unconnected state. In this way, the management apparatus can determine the electronic device in the target local area network. It should be noted that, when the information of the electronic device in the target lan changes, the electronic device also reports the changed information to the management apparatus.
The management apparatus may also determine the electronic device that has recorded information at the device management platform, that is, the electronic device that has been added to the device management platform. And then screening out the electronic equipment added to the equipment management platform from the determined electronic equipment in the target local area network, wherein the rest electronic equipment is the electronic equipment to be selected which is not recorded in the equipment management platform.
Optionally, a browser application may be installed on the management apparatus, and the user may trigger the management apparatus to start the browser application, access a management webpage of the electronic device through the browser application, perform an operation in the management webpage to trigger the management apparatus to display a device add page, and then the management apparatus may determine the electronic device to be selected. For example, a device addition control may be displayed in the management webpage, and the user may click the device addition control to trigger the management apparatus to execute a process of adding the electronic device to the device management platform, for example, trigger the management apparatus to determine the electronic device in the target local area network first. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the management apparatus triggers the running device discovery service thereof through the management webpage, determines the electronic device in the target local area network, and then adds the electronic device as an example. Optionally, a management client of the electronic device is installed in the management apparatus, and the management apparatus may also be triggered by the management client to execute the method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
And 402, displaying information of at least one electronic device to be selected.
After determining at least one electronic device to be selected, the management apparatus may display information of the at least one electronic device to be selected in the management webpage. Optionally, the information of each electronic device to be selected may be displayed in a form of a table in the management webpage, and a selection control corresponding to each electronic device to be selected may also be displayed in the management webpage. Illustratively, fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of an information display interface provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the management device may obtain 3 electronic devices to be selected, where information of each electronic device to be selected in the 3 electronic devices to be selected is arranged in a line, and information belonging to the same class in the information of the 3 electronic devices to be selected is arranged in a column. If the identifications of the electronic devices to be selected are arranged in a column, the IP addresses of the electronic devices to be selected are also arranged in a column. Optionally, when a plurality of electronic devices to be selected are determined, the information of the plurality of electronic devices to be selected may be sequentially arranged from top to bottom in the management webpage according to the time sequence reported by the electronic devices to be selected. As shown in fig. 5, a selection box may be displayed at the left end of the information of each row of the to-be-selected electronic device, where the selection box is a selection control of the to-be-selected electronic device. It should be noted that the selection control may also be presented in other ways, and the embodiment of the present application is not limited.
Step 403, receiving a selection instruction, where the selection instruction is used to indicate a selected target electronic device in the at least one electronic device to be selected.
The user can select the target electronic equipment to be managed through the information of at least one electronic equipment to be selected displayed by the management device. The management device may be further triggered to receive a selection instruction, where the selection instruction may indicate a selected target electronic device of the at least one electronic device to be selected, and the management device may determine, based on the selection instruction, the selected electronic device of the at least one electronic device to be selected as the target electronic device to be managed.
For example, the management apparatus may have a corresponding information input component, through which the user may select among the electronic devices to be selected to trigger the management apparatus to receive the selection instruction. For example, the management device comprises a touch display screen which is an information input component of the management device, or the management device comprises a keyboard and a mouse which are information input components of the management device. For example, the user may trigger a selection control of the electronic device to be selected, which is displayed by the management apparatus, through the information input component, so as to select the electronic device to be selected. Optionally, the trigger operation on the selection control may be a click operation, a double click operation, a long press operation, or other operations on the selection control. The selection frame corresponding to the selected electronic device to be selected may be checked, that is, the check mark is displayed in the selection frame to indicate that the electronic device is selected.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the management apparatus may further display a confirmation selection control K1, and the user may select a plurality of electronic devices at a time among the electronic devices to be selected. If the user can trigger the selection controls corresponding to the electronic devices, the selection frames of the electronic devices are all selected; the user may then trigger the confirm selection control K1 to confirm the selection. At this time, the management device receives the selection instruction, and determines the electronic devices corresponding to the plurality of checked selection frames as the target electronic devices based on the selection instruction.
The method for managing electronic devices provided in the embodiments of the present application is described below by taking a target electronic device as an example, and the same method as that of the target electronic device may be performed for each target electronic device.
Step 404, determine whether the target electronic device is activated. When the target electronic device has been activated, perform step 408; when the target electronic device is not activated, step 405 is performed.
For example, the management apparatus may directly determine whether the target electronic device is activated through the information of the target electronic device acquired in step 401. Optionally, when the electronic device is activated and deactivated, the values of the identification bits corresponding to the activation states are different, and the management apparatus may also obtain the value of the identification bit corresponding to the activation state of the target electronic device, and determine whether the target electronic device is activated based on the value of the identification bit.
Step 405, performing an activation operation on the target electronic device. Step 406 is performed.
For example, in the process of performing the activation operation on the target electronic device, the management apparatus may display an activation page of the target electronic device first. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an activation page provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the activation page may include password input boxes S1 and S2 and a confirmation control K2. Optionally, a prompt message may be further displayed in the activation page to prompt the user to input the password in the password input box and prompt the setting requirement of the password. The activation page can also display the information of the electronic equipment to be selected, which is acquired by the management device. For example, a flyout window may be displayed on the information display page shown in fig. 5, in which the password entry box and confirmation controls are displayed to form the activation page. Optionally, the floating window may cover a portion of the information in the information display page. The user may set a device password for the target electronic device by inputting the set password into the password input box through the information input component and then clicking the confirmation control K2, and the management apparatus may activate the target electronic device based on the activation information (e.g., the device password) input in the activation page.
It should be noted that the activation information input by the activation page at least includes the device password of the target electronic device, and optionally, the user may also input other information related to the activation of the target electronic device in the activation page, where the activation information may also include the other information, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. When the management device activates the target electronic device, a default user name is automatically set for the target electronic device, and the user name is bound with the device password of the target device. The user can obtain the operation authority of the target electronic equipment through the user name and the user password, and then operate the target electronic equipment. Optionally, the user name may also be set by the user, for example, a setting box with the user name may also be displayed on the activation page, and the user may input the user name desired to be set into the setting box. Optionally, the user name may serve as an identification of the target electronic device. The user name and device password may be stored in the target electronic device after being set.
In this embodiment, if a plurality of target electronic devices are selected in step 403, and it is determined that at least two electronic devices are not activated in the plurality of target electronic devices in step 404, the management apparatus may perform batch activation on the at least two target electronic devices in step 405. For example, the management apparatus may still display the activation page shown in fig. 6, the user may input a password only once, the management apparatus may determine that the device passwords set by the user for the at least two target electronic devices are both the passwords, and the management apparatus may activate both the at least two target electronic devices based on the passwords. Such as the sequential activation of the at least two target electronic devices based on the password. It should be noted that, because the affiliates of the multiple electronic devices in the target lan are the same, the device passwords of the multiple electronic devices do not need to be distinguished, and in the embodiment of the present application, the user only needs to input the password once to activate the multiple electronic devices, which can simplify the activation process of the electronic devices.
Step 406, detecting whether the target electronic device is successfully activated. When the target electronic device is successfully activated, step 407 is executed; when the target electronic device is not successfully activated, step 418 is performed.
After step 405, the management apparatus may detect the activation status of the target electronic device to determine whether the target electronic device is successfully activated. For example, the management apparatus may obtain a value of an identification bit corresponding to an activation state of the target electronic device, and determine whether the target electronic device is activated based on the value of the identification bit.
Optionally, when the target electronic device is not successfully activated, the management apparatus may execute step 405 again to activate the target electronic device again until the target electronic device is activated. Alternatively, the management apparatus may further determine the number of repeated executions of step 405, that is, the number of repeated activations of the target electronic device, and when the number is greater than the threshold number, the activation is not continued, and then may execute step 418.
Step 407, configuring the IP information of the target electronic device based on the available IP address in the target local area network. Step 411 is performed.
The IP information is information for networking, and may include an IP address, a subnet mask, and gateway information. After the inactivated target electronic device is successfully activated, the management device needs to configure IP information for the target electronic device, so that the target electronic device can communicate with a network to perform information interaction with other devices. The management device may determine an available IP address in the target lan and then automatically assign an available IP address to the target electronic device. The management device may further determine subnet mask (subnet mask) and gateway (gateway) information of the target local area network, and automatically configure the subnet mask and the gateway information for the target electronic device.
The target lan may have a corresponding network segment, and the IP address in the network segment may be used by the electronic device in the target lan. The management device determines an available IP address in the target lan, that is, an IP address that can be allocated to the target electronic device in a network segment corresponding to the target lan, where the available IP address includes an unoccupied and unreserved IP address in the network segment corresponding to the target lan. For example, the management device may detect whether each IP address in the segment corresponding to the target lan is Ping-enabled through an Internet Packet explorer (Packet Internet Groper, Ping). When a certain IP address can Ping be communicated, determining that the IP address is occupied; when a certain IP address can not be Ping passed, the IP address is determined to be an available IP address.
Alternatively, if there are a plurality of target electronic devices to be configured with IP information, the management apparatus may determine an available IP address based on the number of the target electronic devices to be configured with IP information. If there are m target electronic devices to be configured with IP information, the management apparatus may directly determine m available IP addresses in the corresponding network segments, and then allocate the m available IP addresses to the m target electronic devices. Alternatively, if the number of available IP addresses in the target lan is n, where n is less than m, the management apparatus may allocate IP addresses to only n target electronic devices of the m target electronic devices. For example, the management apparatus may configure IP addresses for the first n target electronic devices in the m target electronic devices in sequence according to the display order of the m target electronic devices in the information display page. Alternatively, the IP addresses may be sequentially configured for the first n target electronic devices of the m target electronic devices in the order in which the m target electronic devices are selected.
Optionally, the managing device may perform step 418 for the remaining m-n target electronic devices. For example, the management device may record information of the remaining m-n target electronic devices, so as to allocate IP addresses to the m-n target electronic devices when there is a newly added available IP address. If there is no available IP address in the target lan, the management apparatus does not execute step 407, and records the target electronic device that needs to perform IP information configuration.
And step 408, verifying the target electronic equipment. When the verification of the target electronic device passes, executing step 411; when the verification of the target electronic device is not passed, the step 409 is continued.
The activated target electronic device selected by the user among the candidate electronic devices may be considered as an electronic device activated outside the management apparatus. For an activated target electronic device selected by a user from the electronic devices to be selected, the management apparatus may verify the target electronic device. If the availability of the target electronic device is checked, that is, whether the target electronic device can connect to the network and whether the target electronic device allows the management apparatus to operate the target electronic device is detected. When the target electronic equipment can be connected with the network and whether the target electronic equipment allows the management device to operate the target electronic equipment or not, determining that the target electronic equipment passes the verification; and when the target electronic equipment cannot be connected with the network and/or whether the target electronic equipment allows the management device to operate the target electronic equipment, determining that the verification of the target electronic equipment is failed.
The management device detects whether the target electronic equipment can be connected with the network, namely whether the target electronic equipment can carry out information transmission in the target local area network. The management apparatus may detect whether the target electronic device has an IP address supported by the target lan, to determine whether the target electronic device can connect to the network. The IP address supported by the target lan is also the IP address in the network segment corresponding to the target lan. It should be noted that the electronic device may have a default IP address, or the electronic device may be assigned an IP address when activated by a device other than the management device. When the electronic device is accessed to the target local area network, the electronic device can be connected to the network only by adopting the IP address in the network segment corresponding to the target local area network. If the IP address currently configured by the electronic equipment is located in the network segment corresponding to the target local area network, the electronic equipment can be normally connected with the network; if the IP address currently configured by the electronic equipment is located outside the network segment corresponding to the target local area network, the electronic equipment cannot be normally connected with the network.
For example, the management apparatus may obtain information of an IP address configured in the target electronic device, and determine whether the IP address belongs to a network segment corresponding to the target local area network, so as to determine whether the target electronic device can connect to the network. As another example, the management apparatus may transmit information to the target electronic device based on an IP address already configured in the target electronic device. And if the information can be successfully sent to the target electronic equipment, determining that the target electronic equipment of the target electronic equipment can be connected with the network. And if the information cannot be successfully sent to the target electronic equipment, determining that the target electronic equipment cannot be connected with the network.
The management device detects whether the target electronic device allows the management device to operate the target electronic device, namely, performs identity authentication on a current user of the management device, and judges whether the user has the authority to operate the target electronic device. For example, the management apparatus may instruct the user to input a user name and a device password of the target electronic device to verify the identity of the user by checking whether the target electronic device allows the management apparatus to operate the target electronic device. For example, the management apparatus may display a check page of the target electronic device shown in fig. 7, and the check page may include a user name input box S3, a password input box S4, and a confirmation control K5, and may further include indication information indicating that the user inputs a password. If the indication information is "please input the user name and password for verification at the lower part". The user may enter a username in username entry box S3, a verification password in password entry box S4, and then may click the confirmation control K5 through the information entry component to trigger the management device to verify the user' S identity based on the username and verification password.
The management device may determine whether the user name input by the user is the same as the user name of the target electronic device, and determine whether the verification password is the same as the device password of the target electronic device. And when the user name input by the user is the same as the user name of the target electronic equipment and the verification password is the same as the equipment password of the target electronic equipment, determining that the target electronic equipment is allowed to be operated by the management device, and enabling the user to have the authority of operating the target electronic equipment. And when the user name input by the user is the same as the user name of the target electronic equipment and/or the verification password is different from the equipment password of the target electronic equipment, determining that the target electronic equipment does not allow the management device to operate the target electronic equipment and the user does not have the authority of operating the target electronic equipment. Alternatively, the management apparatus may determine that the received user name is the same as the user name of the target electronic device, and then determine whether the verification password is the same as the device password of the target electronic device. If the received user name is different from the user name of the target electronic device, the verification password can not be judged any more. Optionally, the management device may also directly obtain a default user name of the target electronic device, and further determine whether the default user name is the same as the user name of the target electronic device, without the user inputting the user name.
Alternatively, the management apparatus may send the user name and the verification password to the target electronic device based on the configured IP address in the target electronic device after receiving the user name and the verification password input by the user. And if the user name and the verification password cannot be successfully sent to the target electronic equipment, determining that the target electronic equipment cannot be connected with the network, and further determining that the verification of the target electronic equipment fails. If the user name and the verification password can be successfully sent to the target electronic equipment, determining that the target electronic equipment of the target electronic equipment can be connected with the network; thereafter, it is further determined whether the target electronic device allows the management apparatus to operate it.
And the target electronic equipment judges whether the received user name is the same as the user name of the target electronic equipment or not and judges whether the verification password is the same as the equipment password of the target electronic equipment or not. When the received user name is determined to be the same as the user name of the target electronic equipment and the verification password is determined to be the same as the equipment password of the target electronic equipment, determining that the management device is allowed to operate the target electronic equipment; and then determining that the target electronic equipment passes the verification. And if the user name received by the target electronic equipment is different from the user name of the target electronic equipment and/or the verification password is different from the equipment password of the target electronic equipment, determining that the verification of the target electronic equipment is failed.
When the verification of the target electronic device passes, the management device may determine that the configuration of the target electronic device is completed, and then perform a subsequent process of adding to the device management platform. When the verification of the target electronic device fails, the management apparatus may perform step 409 and step 410.
Optionally, step 408 may be executed after step 407, so as to ensure that each step of the management apparatus may be executed sequentially, and display pages corresponding to different steps are displayed sequentially, thereby improving the operation smoothness of the user. Alternatively, the above step 408 may be performed for the target electronic device activated by the management apparatus. Since the activation password in step 405 is the device password of the target electronic device, and the target electronic device is already assigned an available IP address in step 407, it is necessary to determine that the verification of the target electronic device passes in step 408. There is no difference as to whether the target electronic device activated by the management apparatus performs step 408.
And step 409, displaying target prompt information that the verification of the target electronic equipment fails. Step 410 is performed.
After the management apparatus determines that the verification of the target electronic device is not passed in step 408, the management apparatus may display a target prompt message to inform the user that the verification of the target electronic device is not passed. Optionally, the management apparatus may further determine a reason why the verification fails during the process of verifying the target electronic device in step 408. Such reasons may include: the input user name is different from the user name of the target electronic equipment, the verification password is different from the equipment password of the target electronic equipment, and the target electronic equipment does not have the IP address supported by the target local area network. The target prompt message displayed by the management apparatus may further include information indicating a reason for the verification failure.
For example, if the verification of the target electronic device fails due to the user name or the verification password, step 408 may be directly performed again to trigger the management apparatus to instruct the user to re-input the user name or the verification password. In this case, the prompt message may be displayed in the verification page, for example, the target prompt message may be "username error, please re-enter", or "password error, please re-enter". If the verification of the target electronic device fails due to the IP address, step 410 may be performed to reset the IP address. In this case, the management apparatus may display a new window to display the target guidance information.
And step 410, when the target prompt message indicates that the target electronic equipment does not have the IP address supported by the target local area network, configuring the IP information of the target electronic equipment. Step 408 is performed.
For example, when it is determined that the target electronic device does not have an IP address supported by the target local area network and cannot connect to the network, the management apparatus may display indication information indicating that the user configures the IP information of the target electronic device. Such as the management device may display the display interface shown in fig. 8. As shown in fig. 8, the management apparatus may display a popup in a floating manner on the page shown in fig. 5, where the popup may display the indication information, and if the indication information is "network unavailable, please click an edit button to configure the IP information of the device", and a "confirm" control may also be displayed in the popup. The control of the pen shape in the action bar in the page shown in fig. 5 is the edit button. The user can click the control to trigger the management device to display the configuration page of the IP information of the target electronic device, so as to change the IP information (such as an IP address) of the target electronic device.
Further illustratively, the management apparatus may display inquiry information inquiring whether the user automatically allocates the IP address to the target electronic device when it is determined that the target electronic device does not have the IP address supported by the target local area network and thus cannot connect to the network. And when a confirmation instruction of the inquiry information is received, automatically configuring the IP information of the target electronic equipment based on the available IP address in the target local area network. The management apparatus may display the display interface shown in fig. 9. As shown in fig. 9, a popup may be displayed on the page shown in fig. 5, where the popup may display query information, and if the query information is "network unavailable, please confirm whether to automatically assign an IP address to the device", and the popup may also display a "confirm" control and a "cancel" control. After the user clicks the "confirm" control, the management apparatus may receive a confirmation instruction of the query information, and then automatically assign an IP address to the target electronic device.
It should be noted that, in step 409, the process of configuring the IP information of the target electronic device may refer to step 407. In the embodiment of the present application, when the verification on the target electronic device fails, the management apparatus performs step 408 again to perform the verification on the device password of the target electronic device again until the verification passes. Optionally, the management apparatus may also determine a checked number of times for the target electronic device, and if the number of times is greater than the number threshold, the checking may not be continued, after which step 418 may be performed.
Step 411, detecting whether the target electronic device is connected with the cloud service platform. When the target electronic device is connected with the cloud service platform, executing step 413; when the target electronic device is not connected with the cloud service platform, step 412 is executed.
The management device manages the electronic equipment through the cloud service platform, the electronic equipment is required to be connected with the cloud service platform, and after the management device determines that the configuration of the target electronic equipment is completed, the management device can perform relevant operation aiming at the cloud service of the target electronic equipment. Optionally, the management apparatus may first determine whether the target electronic device supports the cloud service function, and then determine whether the target electronic device is connected to the cloud service platform when the target electronic device supports the cloud service function. It should be noted that, the electronic device is connected to the cloud service platform, that is, the electronic device is registered in the cloud service platform, and the cloud service platform records information of the electronic device.
For example, the management apparatus may acquire cloud service information of the target electronic device. If the cloud service information is successfully acquired, the management device can determine that the target electronic equipment supports the cloud service function; if the cloud service information fails to be acquired, the management device may determine that the target electronic device does not support the cloud service function. After the management device successfully acquires the cloud service information of the target electronic equipment, the management device can analyze the cloud service information of the target electronic equipment, and then judge whether the target electronic equipment is connected with the cloud service platform or not based on the cloud service information of the target electronic equipment. The cloud service information is information related to the cloud service, and the cloud service information may include: the cloud service platform comprises at least one of information about whether the cloud service function is started, an identifier of the cloud server, a connection state of the target electronic device and the cloud service platform, and a verification code required for connecting the cloud service platform. The cloud service information directly indicates whether the target electronic equipment is connected with the cloud service platform.
Alternatively, after the management apparatus unsuccessfully acquires the cloud service information of the target electronic device, step 418 may be performed to record the information of the target electronic device, and the recording management apparatus unsuccessfully acquires the cloud service information of the target electronic device.
And step 412, controlling the target electronic equipment to be connected with the cloud service platform. Step 413 is performed.
When determining that the target electronic device is not connected with the cloud service platform, the management device may control the target electronic device to be connected with the cloud service platform. For example, the management apparatus may display a cloud service opening page and instruct the user to input information required to connect to the cloud service platform, such as a serial number and a verification code of the target electronic device, in the page. Then, the management device may control the target electronic device to connect to the cloud service platform based on the information. For example, the management apparatus may access the target electronic device based on the identifier and the device password of the target electronic device, and control the target electronic device to open the cloud service function. Then, the target electronic device may send a registration request to the cloud service platform based on the serial number and the verification code input by the user, so as to request registration at the cloud service platform, and then connect to the cloud service platform.
Optionally, the management apparatus may poll and acquire cloud service information of the target electronic device after controlling the target electronic device to start a cloud service function, so as to detect whether a cloud service connection state of the target electronic device is an online (online) state. If the polling time exceeds the target duration (for example, 2 minutes), the cloud service connection state of the target electronic device is still an offline (offline) state, it is determined that the target electronic device fails to connect the cloud service platform, and polling is stopped to obtain the cloud service information of the target electronic device. In this case, the target electronic device may be unable to connect to the cloud service platform due to poor network quality. Optionally, if the system version of the target electronic device is too low, the target electronic device may not be able to start the cloud service function, and thus cannot be connected to the cloud service platform. When the target electronic device fails to connect to the cloud service platform, the management apparatus may execute step 418 to record information of the target electronic device and record information of failure of the target electronic device to connect to the cloud service platform.
And 413, detecting whether an updated version of the firmware program of the target electronic device exists in the cloud service platform. When the updated version of the firmware program of the target electronic device exists in the cloud service platform, executing step 414; when the updated version of the firmware program of the target electronic device does not exist in the cloud service platform, step 416 is executed.
After determining that the target electronic device is connected to the cloud service platform, the management apparatus may perform compatibility detection on the target electronic device, for example, the management apparatus may detect whether an updated version of a firmware program of the target electronic device exists in the cloud service platform. For example, the management apparatus may acquire firmware information of the target electronic device, and further detect whether an updated version of the firmware program of the target electronic device exists on the cloud service platform based on the acquired firmware information.
The firmware information of the target electronic device may include at least: version information of the firmware program, which may include at least a version number of the firmware program, and a model number of the target electronic device. The management apparatus may determine an updated version in the firmware program adapted to the target electronic device based on the model of the target electronic device in the firmware information, so as to ensure that an installation package of the firmware program adapted to the target electronic device may be acquired when the updated version exists. It should be noted that, for the description of the firmware program and the updated version thereof, reference may be made to the related descriptions in step 301 and step 302, and details of the embodiment of the present application are not described again.
When determining that the updated version of the firmware program of the target electronic device does not exist in the cloud service platform, the management apparatus may determine that the version of the original firmware program of the target electronic device is the developed latest version, and may further directly execute step 416 to add the target electronic device to the device management platform.
And step 414, displaying a prompt interface to prompt whether the firmware program is updated based on the updated version of the firmware program of the target electronic equipment. Step 415 is performed.
When determining that the updated version of the firmware program of the target electronic device exists in the cloud service platform, the management device may display a prompt interface to inquire whether the firmware program is updated by a user. For example, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a prompt interface provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG. 10, the prompt interface may include prompt information X, a confirm upgrade control K3, and a cancel upgrade control K4. The prompt message may be "detect that there is an updated version of the device, please confirm whether to upgrade".
And step 415, updating the firmware program of the target electronic equipment based on the updated version when the update confirmation instruction is received. Step 416 is performed.
For example, the user may click the confirmation upgrade control K3 in fig. 10 to trigger the management apparatus to receive the update confirmation instruction, and the management apparatus may update the firmware program of the target electronic device based on the updated version of the firmware program. Optionally, the user may click the upgrade cancel control K4 to skip the update step of the firmware program in the target electronic device, and directly execute step 416.
The process of the management apparatus updating the firmware program of the target electronic device based on the updated version of the firmware program may include: step s1, the management device obtains the installation package of the updated version of the firmware program from the cloud service platform. At step s2, the management apparatus transmits the installation package to the target electronic device. For example, the management apparatus may transmit the installation package to the target electronic device through the switch. At step s3, the management apparatus control target electronic device installs the installation package to update the firmware program.
Alternatively, in the course of updating the firmware program of the target electronic device by the management apparatus, the management apparatus may display the progress of updating the firmware program. For example, the management device may display the update progress of the firmware program through at least one of a progress bar and a percentage, and may display text indicating a node of a step currently performed in the update process. Optionally, the step node in the update process may include: the system comprises a download node for downloading the installation package, a decompression node for decompressing the installation package, and an installation node for installing the installation package. For example, fig. 11 is a schematic view of a display interface of another management apparatus provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 11 shows the display interface of the management apparatus in a process of updating a firmware program of a target electronic device. As shown in fig. 11, the display interface includes a progress bar T, in which the update progress percentage (e.g. 30%) is displayed, and the step node currently executed in the update process (e.g. in the download) is also displayed above the progress bar T. After the installation of the installation package of the firmware program is completed, the management apparatus may stop displaying the progress bar.
The progress in the progress bar in the embodiment of the present application may indicate: the overall progress in the entire process from the determination of the update to the firmware program to the completion of the update to the firmware program. Alternatively, the management device may also indicate, for each step node in the overall update process, the execution progress of the step node by using a progress bar.
It should be noted that, after determining that the updated version of the firmware program of the target electronic device exists, the management apparatus in this embodiment of the application may select, by the user, whether to update the firmware program, so as to ensure that the management of the electronic device better meets the requirements of the user, and improve the management flexibility of the electronic device.
And step 416, recording the information of the target electronic equipment in the equipment management platform. Step 417 is performed.
The management apparatus may send the information of the target electronic device to the device management platform to perform recording on the device management platform. For information about the target electronic device, reference may be made to the description in step 401, and details of the embodiment of the present application are not described again. For example, the management apparatus may display information of the target electronic device and display a confirmation addition control. The user can click the confirm adding control to trigger the management device to add the target electronic equipment to the equipment management platform. In this case, the management apparatus displays information currently possessed by the target electronic device that satisfies the target condition. The target conditions include: and the activated IP address is provided with the IP address supported by the target local area network, and the activated IP address is connected with the cloud service platform. If a plurality of target electronic devices meeting the target conditions exist, the management device displays the information of the target electronic devices in a table mode, and when the user clicks and confirms the adding control, the target electronic devices are added to the device management platform together.
And 417, managing the target electronic equipment through the cloud service platform.
After the target electronic equipment is added to the equipment management platform, the management device can remotely manage the target electronic equipment through the cloud service management platform. If the user needs to manage the electronic device through the management device, the management device may be triggered to acquire information supporting each managed electronic device from the device management platform. The user can select a target electronic device to be managed based on the information acquired by the management apparatus. The management apparatus may send a management instruction for the target electronic device to the cloud service platform. The cloud service platform can forward the received management instruction to the corresponding electronic device, so that the electronic device executes corresponding operation based on the management instruction, and the management device can manage the electronic device through the cloud service platform. For example, a user may designate a storage location for an electronic device added in the device management platform through the management apparatus, so that the electronic device stores the collected information in the storage location. It should be noted that, for the management of the electronic device by the management apparatus, reference may be made to the related description in step 303, and details are not described in this embodiment of the application.
When the management device manages the electronic equipment added in the equipment management platform, the management device may not be located in the same local area network as the electronic equipment, and the management device only needs to be connected to the cloud service platform. The management device may be, for example, a management client installed with the electronic device or any terminal capable of accessing a management webpage of the electronic device. Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the management apparatus may carry information of a target account when the electronic device is added to the device management platform, and the management apparatus may add the electronic device to the device management platform and bind with the target account. The user can log in the management client or the management webpage on any terminal through the target account so as to manage the electronic equipment under the account.
And 418, determining that the adding process of the target electronic equipment is in error, and recording adding error information. Step 419 is performed.
For example, in the adding process of a certain target electronic device, if the management apparatus cannot make the target electronic device satisfy the target condition, the management apparatus may determine that the adding process of the target electronic device is faulty, and may record the adding error information of the target electronic device. The addition error information may include information of the target electronic device, a location of an error in the addition process, a type of the error, a cause of the error, and the like.
Step 419 displays the recorded add error information.
For example, the management apparatus displays the recorded addition error information in a table manner, for example, the addition error information corresponding to each target electronic device may be displayed in a line. The display mode of the added error information may be the same as the display mode of the information of the electronic device to be selected in step 401. Therefore, the user can conveniently check the adding error information of the target electronic equipment, and then the corresponding processing is carried out based on the adding error information, so that the target electronic equipment can be successfully added to the equipment management platform next time.
In the related art, a user may manually input information of all electronic devices to be added, for example, the information of all electronic devices is arranged into a table, and then the table is uploaded to a management webpage of the electronic device through a management apparatus, so that the management apparatus adds the electronic devices to a device management platform. However, in the related art, if there is an error in the adding process of a certain electronic device, all the electronic devices in the table cannot be added to the device management platform. In the related art, when an error occurs in the addition of the electronic device, the management device only displays a prompt box to prompt the addition of the error, and then ends the addition process of the electronic device. If the electronic equipment is not connected with the cloud service platform, the management device directly prompts that the electronic equipment is not connected with the cloud service platform, and then the adding process of the electronic equipment is finished. The user needs to restart the adding process of the electronic device after solving the problem by himself so as to try to add the electronic device to the device management platform again.
In the embodiment of the application, when the management device adds a plurality of electronic devices to the device management platform in batch, the addition of each electronic device is not mutually influenced, and even if some electronic device is not successfully added, the addition of other electronic devices is not unsuccessful. When the management device determines that the electronic equipment is not activated, the management device can display an activation interface to guide a user to activate the electronic equipment; and when the electronic equipment is determined not to be connected with the cloud service platform, controlling the electronic equipment to be connected with the cloud service platform. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, after determining that the addition of the electronic device has a problem, the management device directly guides the user to solve the problem so as to ensure that the electronic device can be successfully added at one time, and the user does not need to search for a solution and restart the addition process of the electronic device. Therefore, the electronic equipment can be added to the equipment management platform more quickly, conveniently and comprehensively, the operation complexity of adding the electronic equipment to the equipment management platform is reduced, the operation smoothness of a user is improved, and the management effect of the management device on the electronic equipment is ensured.
In the embodiment of the application, a web page (web) control can be further installed in the management device, and the management device can add the electronic device to the device management platform through the cooperation of the management web page and the web control. After the management device accesses the management webpage and the display equipment adds the webpage, the management webpage and the Web control can be connected through a Web socket communication protocol or an HTTP protocol so as to carry out long-round patrol and complete instruction interaction. Alternatively, the device discovery service described above may be a service running in a web control. It should be noted that the management web page is used for interacting with the user, receiving information input by the user, and displaying the information to the user. The web control is equivalent to a transit module, and the web control has higher authority relative to the management webpage to call the components in the management device. The management webpage can send an instruction to the web control, and then the management device interacts with the electronic equipment or the cloud service platform through the web control.
For example, in step 401, the management webpage in the management apparatus may send a device discovery instruction to the web control, and the web control may further obtain information of the electronic device in the target local area network based on the device discovery service. If it is determined in step 404 that a plurality of target electronic devices are not activated, in step 405, the management webpage may send a batch activation instruction to the web control, and the web control sequentially activates the target electronic devices that are not activated. In step 407, the management webpage sends an instruction for automatically allocating IP information to the web control, and the web control detects an available IP address in the target local area network and returns the IP address to the management webpage, so that the management webpage allocates IP addresses to the target electronic device in sequence based on the available IP address.
In the above steps 411 and 412, the management webpage sends the cloud service information acquisition instruction of the target electronic device to the web control, and the web control accesses the target electronic device to acquire the cloud service information. And the management webpage judges whether the target electronic equipment is connected with the cloud service platform according to the information returned by the web control. And if the target electronic equipment is determined not to be connected with the cloud service platform, sending an instruction for connecting the cloud service platform to the web control, accessing the target electronic equipment again by the web control, controlling the target electronic equipment to be connected with the cloud service platform, and returning a connection result to the management webpage for recording.
In the above steps 413 to 415, the management webpage sends a compatibility detection instruction to the web control, and the web control queries whether the device has an updated version of the firmware program of the target electronic device on the cloud service platform, and returns a query result to the management webpage. And when the update version of the firmware program exists in the cloud service platform and the management webpage receives an update confirmation instruction, the management webpage sends an update request to the web control. The web control can download the installation package with the updated version from the cloud service platform based on the update request, access the target electronic device and control the target electronic device to update the firmware program of the target electronic device. In the process, the web control returns the updating progress to the management webpage for the management webpage to display.
It should be noted that whether each step in fig. 4 is executed or not and the execution sequence of each step in the execution may be adjusted accordingly according to different scenarios, and each step included in the method shown in fig. 4 and the execution sequence of each step are only one optional example. Several other alternatives are described below:
for example, steps 402 and 403 may not be executed, and the management apparatus may directly determine all the electronic devices to be selected determined in step 401 as the target electronic devices.
