Description

Ultraviolet disinfection pocket and garment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of clothes, in particular to a pocket with an ultraviolet disinfection function and a garment with the pocket.
Background
In recent years, microorganisms such as SARS (SARS), Ebola virus, avian influenza, and novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) cause serious public health problems, and contact propagation is an important propagation path of virus or virus outbreak, so how to effectively reduce the propagation risk caused by contact is an important step of germ protection. In daily life, people inevitably and frequently contact with various articles such as mobile phones, bank notes, keys and the like, so that the risk of microorganism propagation and disease infection is greatly increased. The likelihood of microbial transmission through the garment is also increased during the process of removing and placing items from the pocket of the garment. Therefore, if the clothes pocket can be provided with the sterilization and disinfection functions, the clothes pocket can be used for realizing the sanitation treatment of articles or hands contained in the pocket, and the clothes pocket can be a very effective protection means in daily period and epidemic situation process.
Some garment pockets with ultraviolet disinfection function have appeared in the prior art, and for example, chinese patent CN201710097052.9 provides a solution for disinfecting a stethoscope by an ultraviolet lamp arranged in the pocket. However, the solution has some limitations, for example, the ultraviolet lamp is a fixed band, and the disinfection unit is designed to be fixed, so that the requirements of different disinfection and sterilization scenes cannot be met, for example, a radiation band which is less harmful to a human body is provided adaptively when a pocket is taken by a hand, which is obviously impossible to implement. Moreover, this patent does not consider suitability for different size articles.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems existing in the prior art, the invention provides an ultraviolet disinfection pocket, which is arranged on a garment and comprises:
a pocket sleeve layer and an ultraviolet disinfection device layer;
the pocket sleeve layer is formed by attaching a first sheet layer and a second sheet layer, and a space for accommodating articles is formed between the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer; at the upper end of the pocket sleeve layer, the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer are not mutually attached to form an opening for putting or taking out articles; the upper end of the pocket sleeve layer is provided with a structure capable of closing the opening so as to form a closed space after articles are put in;
the ultraviolet disinfection device layer is arranged on the inner side of the pocket sleeve layer on the surface of the first sheet layer and is used for disinfecting articles; each ultraviolet disinfection device layer comprises an ultraviolet LED chip, a circuit board, an electric circuit and a power supply unit and is used for emitting ultraviolet rays to perform irradiation disinfection.
Further, the first sheet layer and/or the second sheet layer are made of flexible materials and used for providing certain extensibility to adapt to articles with different sizes. Obviously, the two sheets can also be made of metal, leather, glass, organic polymer materials and other conventional materials.
When the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer are independent parts and are not part of the garment, the pocket formed by the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer can be in the form of a bright pocket or a dark pocket. Thus further, the first sheet layer is a part of the garment and the second sheet layer is a separate part from the garment, or the second sheet layer is a part of the garment and the first sheet layer is a separate part from the garment, it being evident that both cases may constitute a form of a hidden pocket.
Further, ultraviolet reflecting materials are arranged on the first sheet layer and the second sheet layer, and are used for improving the irradiation disinfection efficiency and preventing unnecessary radiation leakage.
Further, at least one ultraviolet LED chip is arranged on the ultraviolet disinfection device layer.
Furthermore, the ultraviolet disinfection device layer is also provided with a switch and an article sensor, and is used for manually and/or inductively starting or closing the ultraviolet disinfection function in the state of putting articles in or taking articles out;
furthermore, the ultraviolet disinfection device layer and the pocket sleeve layer are detachably connected, and can be fixed on the inner side of the first sheet layer in a plurality of common modes such as buttons, bonding or screws and tightly bonded with the first sheet layer. The ultraviolet LED chip in the ultraviolet disinfection device layer is arranged on the circuit board and is connected with the power supply unit and the switch through an electric circuit. The power supply unit can adopt a lithium battery, a rechargeable battery or a button battery with proper shape and size, and can also adopt a solar battery exposed outside the garment.
Further, the ultraviolet LED chip is an LED chip manufactured using AlGaN or GaN, and is configured to provide ultraviolet light having a wavelength of 210nm to 365 nm. The wave bands comprise three wave bands of UVA (400-315 nm), UVB (315-280 nm) and UVC (280-200 nm), and can better enter pathogenic bacteria and other pathogenic microorganisms to generate pyrimidine dimers, so that nucleic acid mutation and destruction of bioplasmatic protein and enzyme are finally killed. When the hand is disinfected only when the hand is put into the pocket, the suitable ultraviolet band with small radiation damage can be flexibly selected.
Correspondingly, the invention also provides a garment with the ultraviolet disinfection pocket.
The ultraviolet disinfection pocket and the clothes provided by the invention at least have the following beneficial effects:
(1) and the inner side of the pocket is provided with an ultraviolet sterilization and disinfection functional module which can conveniently and rapidly sterilize and disinfect daily articles filled in the pocket. The bag inner wall reflecting material, there is a sealing part at the entrance, can guarantee the ultraviolet ray does not reveal.
(2) The pocket sleeve layer provides extensibility to meet the sterilization requirements of the specification or size of the article.
(3) The ultraviolet disinfection component adopts a detachable modular design, so that ultraviolet LEDs with different wave bands and specifications can be conveniently replaced according to a use scene, various disinfection requirements are met, and the functions of automatically opening, closing, timing closing and the like can be realized by selectively additionally installing elements such as a single chip microcomputer and a sensor.
(4) The pocket layer can flexibly utilize the components of the garment to form an open pocket and a hidden pocket, so that the pocket can be used as a pocket, a trousers pocket, a chest pocket and the like, and the attractive appearance is also considered.
