As shown in fig. 12, in the embodiment of the present application, the legal affairs management module 230 includes: an intellectual property management unit 231 and a legal service achievement management unit 232, wherein the intellectual property management unit 231 is used for managing intellectual property transactions; the legal service achievement management unit 232 is configured to manage the legal service achievement.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the intellectual property management unit 231 includes: the intellectual property right management system comprises a newly added intellectual property right subunit, an intellectual property right state changing subunit, an intellectual property right expiration reminding subunit and an intellectual property right information inquiry subunit. Wherein, in the newly-added intellectual property subunit, the categories of intellectual property rights are: patents, trademarks, software copyrights, domain names; the intellectual property information includes: type, name, registration (registration) number, registration (registration) time, expiration date, attachment, and the like. Specifically, in the new report unit 241, the service person selects a report category to create a corresponding service report, the system automatically loads information such as the preset authority, approval process, query parameters of the selected report in the category, and the user defines report generating conditions to create a report. In the report form approval unit 242, after the user submits the report form, the system will automatically notify the relevant personnel to perform approval processing according to the preset flow, and the document after approval is automatically released. In the report reading unit 243, the published report can be read by the user with the reading right, and the system provides a concise report reading view for the user to view the report content. In the report query unit 244, a function of querying report documents by category is provided. In the real-time query unit 245, through this function, the report data in the service system is queried in real time, and the report data is displayed according to the template setting style. Excel, PDF, Word and TXT files are exported without distortion, and the requirements of business personnel on flexible data query and statistics are met.
In the integrated management system, the process management module 250 is configured to standardize the approval process of the enterprise, optimize the traditional approval mode, and improve the work efficiency.
Fig. 14 is a block diagram illustrating a flow management module 250 in the integrated management system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 14, the process management module 250 includes: the system comprises a process applying unit 251, a process handling unit 252, a privilege processing unit 253, an implementation feedback unit 254, a process monitoring unit 255, a process tracing unit 256, a process circulation unit 257, a process printing unit 258, a process reading recording unit 259, a batch modification permission unit 2501 and a process query unit 2502, wherein the process applying unit 251 is used for applying a process; the flow processing unit 252 is configured to process a flow of an application; the privilege processing unit 253 is configured to perform privilege processing on the application flow; the implementation feedback unit 254 is used for feeding back the process processing procedure and the result; the process monitoring unit 255 is configured to monitor a process processing procedure and a result in real time; the process tracing unit 256 is configured to trace a process; the flow circulation unit 257 is used for circulating relevant flows; the flow printing unit 258 is used for printing a flow; the flow reading recording unit 259 is used for checking reading information of the flow document; the batch modification permission unit 2501 is configured to modify the flow document and the flow template in batch; the process query unit 2502 is configured to query a process.
Specifically, in the process application unit 251, the process applicant selects a process template to start a process, and when the process is started, the system automatically loads default settings according to the settings of the process template; the process applicant can submit the process after filling in the approval content according to the requirement, and check the form fields and the process nodes to be filled when submitting. As shown in fig. 15, in the embodiment of the present application, the flow analysis tool module 260 includes: the flow unit 261 started by me, the flow unit 262 to be processed by me, the flow unit 263 processed by me and the flow query unit 264, wherein the flow unit 261 started by me is used for querying the flow started by the current login user; the flow unit to be processed 262 is configured to query a flow condition handled by the current login user; the processed flow unit 263 of me is used for inquiring the flow condition that the current login user has finished; the process query unit 264 is configured to query the process by retrieving words.
Specifically, in the flow unit 261 started by me, the flow condition started by the current login user may be checked, including information such as a flow range, a start time, and a flow state. In the flow unit 262 waiting for me processing, the flow condition that needs to be processed by the current login user can be found, including information such as a flow range, a starting time, a flow initiator, and a flow state. In addition, in the integrated management system, the provided statistical function and report includes:
1) flow type statistics: counting according to the flow type to comprehensively master the internal management content;
2) statistics of to-do matters: the daily work load and distribution of each department, each post and personnel can be analyzed;
3) analyzing the circulation time: analyzing the link failure of each flow, and judging whether the flow is too long in time;
4) ranking the process efficiency: and judging which processes are easy to delay and which links are easy to lag.
In summary, the comprehensive management system based on the embodiment of the present application is clarified, and it can implement internal resource complementation, flow integration and cross-department coordination, so as to reasonably utilize resources, and is beneficial to improve the efficiency of project implementation and data transfer, so as to reduce the company operation cost and management risk.
By constructing the comprehensive management system, information cooperation, application cooperation and access unification and personalization are realized:
information collaboration: information (such as manpower, finance and the like) generated in each system and module is integrated and managed, and the information are ensured to be linked without hindrance, so that the problems of information expansion, information isolated island, insufficient information structuring and the like are solved.
Application cooperation: the cooperation of service management is realized, the knowledge information flow and the service data flow are driven by the related flow to flow without obstacles, the update of the related database is completed, and the 'point-area' and the cooperative operation are realized.
Access unification and personalization: the system can provide a 'window' integrating information, resources and applications inside and outside a company in the form of an information portal, so that all employees can access the needed personalized information and applications from a single channel, thereby realizing high integration and quick response of information.
FIG. 16 illustrates a logical framework diagram of the integrated management system according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 16, in the embodiment of the present application, the integrated management system constructs an integrated collaborative office platform that covers functions of document management, purchasing and supplier management, contract management, system management, human resource management, administrative resource management, report statistics, and the like through resource integration and middle-back-stage business process reconstruction. FIG. 17 is a block diagram illustrating data interaction of the integrated management system according to an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 17, the integrated management system is communicably connected to a human resource system that provides basic information of employees and information to be handled of processes to the integrated management platform, a contract management system, a customer relationship management system (CRM system), an archive management system, a financial system, and an Office automation system (OA system). The manpower approval process data such as leave asking, attendance checking and the like completed by the comprehensive management platform are pushed to a human resource system for subsequent salary settlement and other processing; the customer relationship management system provides customer data statistics and situation statistics information of staff using the CRM system to the comprehensive management platform; the contract management system provides information such as contract statistical data and backlog to the comprehensive management platform; the file management system provides a work form and a conference summary for the comprehensive management platform and realizes the automatic file filing function; the financial management system provides information such as backlogs and the like for the comprehensive management platform, and specific financial related transactions can be skipped from the comprehensive management platform to the financial management system for processing and operation; the OA system provides historical process approval data query and statistical service for the comprehensive management platform.
Here, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the specific functions and operations of the respective units and modules in the above-described integrated management system have been described in detail in the above description, and thus, a repetitive description thereof will be omitted.
As described above, the integrated management system according to the embodiment of the present application may be implemented in various terminal devices, such as a large-screen smart device, or a computer independent of a large-screen smart device. In one example, the integrated management system according to the embodiment of the present application may be integrated into the terminal device as one software module and/or hardware module. For example, the integrated management system may be a software module in the operating system of the terminal device, or may be an application developed for the terminal device; of course, the integrated management system may also be one of many hardware modules of the terminal device.
Alternatively, in another example, the integrated management system and the terminal device may be separate devices, and the integrated management system may be connected to the terminal device through a wired and/or wireless network and transmit the interactive information in an agreed data format.
