The positioning rod 13 is vertically arranged between the bed board subunit and the base 2, the position of the positioning rod is close to the inner side of the bed board subunit, and the positioning rod is located at the edge of the bed board 1, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the upward end of the positioning rod 13 is connected with the bottom of the bed board subunit, the downward end of the positioning rod 13 is fixed on the upper surface of the base 2, when the bed board subunit is turned over, the end connected with the positioning rod 13 is used as an axis for turning, and meanwhile, the positioning rod 13 plays a supporting role in supporting the bed board subunit.
The positioning rod 13 is connected with the bed board subunit through a universal ball head 17, and the universal ball head 17 is embedded at the bottom of the bed board subunit, as shown in fig. 2 and 5.
The screw rod adjusting mechanism is composed of a first screw rod 14 and a first nut 15, the first nut 15 is rotatably embedded in the base 2, the first screw rod 14 is sleeved in the first nut 15, one end of the first screw rod 14 vertically extends into the base 2 to be sleeved with the first nut 15, and the other end of the first screw rod is connected with the bottom of the bed board subunit.
The bottoms of the left bed board subunit 11 and the right bed board subunit 12 are both provided with a screw rod adjusting mechanism and a positioning rod 13, as shown in fig. 2.
And a bevel gear is arranged on the periphery of the first nut 15 of the screw rod adjusting mechanism.
The screw rod adjusting mechanism is provided with a first nut transmission shaft 16, and one end of the first nut transmission shaft 16, which is close to the first nut 15, is provided with a bevel gear which can be correspondingly meshed with the bevel gear on the periphery of the first nut 15; the other end of the first nut drive shaft 16 is provided with a spur gear which can mesh correspondingly with the drive gear 61.
In the using process, medical personnel can control the multi-gear transmission mechanism through the control panel 8, so that the transmission gear 61 is meshed with the first nut transmission shaft 16 under the pushing action of the motor pusher 63, the first screw rod 14 is controlled to run up and down, and when the transmission gear 61 is meshed with the first nut transmission shaft 16 connected with the left bed board subunit 11, the left bed board subunit 11 can be turned over upwards to push a patient to turn over rightwards; when the transmission gear 61 is meshed with the first nut transmission shaft 16 connected with the right bed board subunit 12, the right bed board subunit 12 can be turned upwards to push a patient to turn over leftwards, so that the bed board subunit can be conveniently controlled to be turned over, and the bedsore prevention effect is further achieved.
The four sounding sheets 66 on the guide shaft 62 respectively correspond to four positions where the first nut transmission shaft 16 connected with the left bed board subunit 11, the first nut transmission shaft 16 connected with the right bed board subunit 12, the displacement transmission wheel disc 36 and the wheel shaft transmission gear 24 are meshed with the transmission gear 61, and when the transmission gear 61 slides to any meshed position of the four parts, the transmission gear can be matched with the sounding sheets 66 to sound to prompt that the transmission gear 61 slides to a specified position.
The upper surface of the base 2 is concave, the lower concave reserves enough sliding position for the X-ray cassette 3, the periphery of the concave forms a side wall to be connected with the bottom of the bed board frame 18, and the X-ray cassette 3 is wrapped in the bottom to protect the X-ray cassette, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
The base 2 is provided with a sheet taking port 4, the sheet taking port 4 is specifically formed in one of the side walls formed around the concave portion, and as shown in fig. 1, the X-ray sheet can be taken out from the sheet taking port 4.
The film taking port 4 is provided with a side turnover cover.
The side of the base 2 is provided with a side-flip type storage structure 21 which is covered with the base 2 through a flip cover and is used for storing X-ray films therein.
The multifunctional sickbed is provided with a weighing sensor 5, the weighing sensor 5 is arranged between the bed board frame 18 and the base 2, and as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the weighing sensor 5 is used for measuring the weight of a patient; the weighing sensor 5 is connected with the PLC through signals, and the measured weight of the patient can be displayed on the control panel 8.
The multifunctional sickbed is provided with an anti-collision structure, the anti-collision structure is specifically an anti-collision strip 7, and the anti-collision strip 7 is annularly arranged around the bed board frame 18, as shown in fig. 3 and 4.
The inner side of the anti-collision strip 7 is provided with an elastic silica gel layer, the elastic silica gel layer is arranged between the anti-collision strip 7 and the outer side wall of the bed board frame 18, and the anti-collision strip has a shock absorption effect during collision.
The power unit is selectively connected with the left bed board subunit 11, the right bed board subunit 12, the driving wheel 26 and the X-ray film box 3 for transmission through the multi-gear transmission mechanism, the switching of connected objects is realized through the operation control panel 8, a set of power system is used for controlling a plurality of objects, and the cost performance of using the power unit is improved.
It should be noted that, a specific accommodating space is provided in the base 2 for the first nut 15, the second nut 35, the first nut transmission shaft 16, the displacement transmission wheel disc 36, the guide shaft 62, and the like, for example, the first nut 15 and the second nut 35 can only rotate in the accommodating space, and their axial positions are fixed and will not displace, and the displacement transmission wheel disc 36 and the like can only radially rotate and cannot axially shift.

The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that, in the present embodiment, the bed plate sub-units are provided with three pieces, which are arranged in a delta shape, and three sets of screw rod adjusting mechanisms are correspondingly provided for the three bed plate sub-units arranged in the delta shape for lifting.
In this embodiment, the position adjusting mechanism of the X-ray film cassette 3 is not connected to the power unit, and is provided with an electric pulley, and the electric pulley is matched with the upper surface of the base 2 to slide; the electric pulley is connected with the PLC through wireless signal control.
In this embodiment, the motor 6 and the motor pusher 63 are both connected to the PLC controller through wireless signals.
In this embodiment, the side of the base 2 is provided with a drawing-out storage structure.

The difference between the embodiment and the embodiment 1 is that in the embodiment, the position adjusting mechanism of the X-ray film cassette 3 is provided with a rack, the rack is disposed at the bottom of the X-ray film cassette 3, a position transmission gear is disposed between the rack and the transmission gear 61, the position transmission gear is a straight gear capable of meshing with the rack and the transmission gear 61, and the X-ray film cassette 3 can slide under the cooperation of the position transmission gear and the rack.

A multifunctional sickbed comprises a bed plate (1), wheels (22) and an X-ray film box (3), wherein the X-ray film box (3) is positioned below the bed plate (1), the X-ray film box (3) is provided with a position adjusting mechanism, and the position adjusting mechanism can control the displacement of the X-ray film box (3) below the bed plate (1); the wheel (22) is provided with a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism is used for controlling the wheel (22) to rotate; the multifunctional sickbed is provided with a power unit, and is characterized in that the power unit is provided with a multi-gear transmission mechanism, the power unit is connected with a position adjusting mechanism and a driving mechanism through the multi-gear transmission mechanism, and the multi-gear transmission mechanism can be switched among a plurality of connection objects.
