The distribution management system according to claim 9, wherein the provisional warning management and control module further comprises a bill reminding unit and a purchase reminding unit, the bill reminding unit is used for reminding a supplier to make an invoice and enter a supplier invoice on time through a to-do matter after the reconciliation is completed, and the purchase reminding unit is used for displaying the remaining inventory quantity of the same commodity at the current level and the next level when the purchase order is made and the purchase order is confirmed.
