Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning, in particular to an environment-friendly water-based cleaning agent for a throttle valve and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to a cleaning agent for cleaning a throttle valve part of an automobile.
Background
The throttle valve is an important component of a vehicle fuel electronic injection system for controlling air inflow, and is equivalent to a human respiratory system, and the condition of the throttle valve directly influences the performance condition of an engine. The air grid cannot filter all dust, and the air throttle reduces the sensitivity due to oil sludge formed by the dust after a long time; meanwhile, the oil sludge can block an idle speed channel and pollute an idle speed valve, and the power, the acceleration performance and the oil consumption of the engine are influenced. Therefore, the direct causes of faults such as unstable idling, poor acceleration, increased oil consumption, difficult starting and the like of the vehicle are not separable from the throttle valve. Therefore, the throttle cleaning agent has seven effects of cleaning, lubricating, removing carbon, preventing rust, permeating, protecting and saving energy.
At present, the disassembly-free cleaning is generally carried out internationally by adding chemicals to the vehicle body, and is used for removing dirt on a throttle cavity, a throttle valve and an intake manifold. Most throttle cleaning agents circulating on the market mainly comprise aerosol oily cleaning agents, the cleaning force is good, but the cleaning force on oil stains is poor, so benzene solvents and halogenated hydrocarbon solvents are selected from raw materials to improve the cleaning force, and the cleaning force is improved, but the throttle cleaning agents have the defect of great environmental friendliness.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a cleaning agent capable of well cleaning a throttle valve part of an automobile, which not only can remove dirt such as dust and oil sludge, but also has the effects of lubrication, carbon removal, rust prevention and permeation, can protect the throttle valve and has the advantage of environmental protection.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

10 portions of glycerin
Silicon oil 4 parts
8 portions of acetone
0.5 part of sodium benzoate
1 part of triethanolamine
Sodium nitrite 1 part
50-70 parts of deionized water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly water-based throttle cleaning agent, which comprises the following steps:
preparing feed liquid: sequentially adding trimethylbenzene, a surfactant, glycerol, a lubricant, acetone, sodium benzoate, triethanolamine and sodium nitrite into deionized water according to the formula ratio, and stirring while adding materials until the mixture is clear and transparent;
canning: filling the feed liquid into a spray bottle, sealing the bottle, and filling the propellant.
Further, the propellant is liquefied petroleum gas.
Further, the stirring speed is 100-.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the environment-friendly water-based throttle valve has super-strong cleaning permeability, and solves the problems that the conventional cleaning agent is not suitable for pressure spray cleaning or has poor oil and dirt removing effect and the like.
2. The cleaning agent contains a strong surfactant, can penetrate into any fine gap difficult to clean, quickly peels off and cleans oil stains, easily removes dirt particles, carbon deposit, dirt, grease and the like, has excellent cleaning effect no matter common mechanical lubricating oil, cutting oil or antirust oil and stretch forming oil which are extremely difficult to clean, can not form residues on the surface of a workpiece under natural drying, and is particularly suitable for precise cleaning. The water-based cleaning agent can remove polar substances in the lubricating oil, but the substances cannot be removed by the solvent-based cleaning agent and can present white substance residues.
3. Does not contain harmful additives such as chloride, phenol, benzene, formaldehyde and the like; meets the national VOC requirement.
4. Does not contain organic solvent, heavy metal and other controlled substances; no harmful grading, no forbidden substances in the components, and accordance with the environmental protection specification of European Union RoHS.
5. The general phosphorus-containing additive of the conventional water-soluble cleaning agent is not used, and the cleaned aqueous solution can be naturally decomposed, so that the influence on the environment is minimized.
