Description

Intelligent induction anti-punching safety package
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of anti-counterfeiting, anti-punching and anti-recycling packages, and particularly relates to an intelligent sensing anti-punching insurance package.
Background
The Chinese utility model provides a 'tamper-proof package (CN 203094754U)', which comprises a package body, a conductive medium, a connector and an RFID electronic tag; the connector comprises an incoming line terminal, an outgoing line terminal and a label reading interface; the connector is fixedly arranged on the inner surface of the packaging body; the conductive medium is printed on the inner layer of the packaging body, the inner surface and the outer surface of the packaging body are invisible, one end of the conductive medium is connected with an incoming line terminal of the connector, the other end of the conductive medium is connected with an outgoing line terminal of the connector, and the connector and the conductive medium form a closed loop; the RFID electronic tag is connected with the tag reading interface in a pluggable mode. The RFID electronic tag is arranged on the monitored package and matched with the local monitoring server, so that the package state can be effectively monitored in real time, and once any position of the package is illegally damaged, an alarm signal can be sent out, so that a user can timely find out the condition that the package is damaged. The defects of the anti-unpacking package are as follows: RFID tags must be used, which are too costly to be used by most low-cost, high volume products.
Radio frequency identification, i.e. radio frequency identification technology (abbreviated as RFID in english), is one of automatic identification technologies, and performs non-contact bidirectional data communication in a radio frequency manner, and reads and writes a recording medium (an electronic tag or a radio frequency card) in a radio frequency manner, thereby achieving the purposes of identifying a target and exchanging data. The intelligent tag is also called an electronic tag and a radio frequency tag, and the complete RFID system consists of an RFID chip, a reader, an antenna and the like. The inventor obtains a utility model patent of a disposable RFID anti-counterfeiting bottle cap (CN 202784220U), which comprises an outer cap, an outer sleeve, an inner cap and a cap opening, wherein the inner cap is screwed on the cap opening, the outer cap is tightly hooped on the inner cap, and one end of an RFID antenna is clamped; the outer sleeve is tightly hooped on the cover opening and clamps the other end of the RFID antenna; the RFID chip is arranged in the protection chamber, and after the outer cover is screwed up or the outer sleeve is pulled up, the RFID antenna can be pulled apart by 100 percent, so that the disposable use is really realized. This scheme has better anti-fake effect, but it can not prevent that the beverage bottle from punching and making fake.
The Chinese patent discloses a genuine insurance commodity (CN 110097379A) of the inventor, the product is provided with a genuine insurance mark (comprising a genuine insurance mark commonly called an electronic tag) and an insurance policy, and anti-counterfeiting characteristic information and an insurance policy number are stored in an anti-counterfeiting/insurance policy inquiry system database as filing information; when a consumer inquires by using the smart phone, the anti-counterfeiting/policy-guaranteeing inquiring system feeds back insurance information with the insurance mark being true to the smart phone. The invention can enhance the credibility of the anti-counterfeiting inquiry conclusion, and ensure that consumers can purchase and consume at ease. Because the rare products cannot prevent punching and counterfeiting, the invention has a certain application limit in application: the insurance company only underwritten the insurance identity to the consumer and not the product to the consumer.
The invention relates to an anti-perforation safety packing material (CN 112061551A) with the same priority as the anti-perforation safety packing material, wherein the packing material is fully distributed with conducting wires which are connected with an RFID chip to form a closed loop, so that a miniature electronic anti-theft net is formed to cover a product. Anyone can use the NFC function of smart mobile phone and just can ascertain whether the product in it has been stolen by punching. Because the international purchase cost of the RFID chip is very high and needs 0.3-0.5 RMB/piece, the cost of the intelligent packaging material is greatly increased, and enterprises are difficult to bear for products with large annual usage amount and low product price.
In summary, how to prevent counterfeiting at low cost, prevent perforation, prevent recovery, achieve damage immediately after opening, disposable use is a technical problem which puzzles the packaging industry for a long time and is also a technical obstacle of limited insurance coverage.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the utility model provides an intelligence response insurance packing that punches is prevented to realize low-cost anti-fake, prevent punching, prevent retrieving, accomplish to open and decrease promptly, disposable.
The utility model provides an intelligence response is prevented insurance packing material that punches, includes thickness 0.01 ~ 10 mm's packaging material, its characterized in that:
(1) the packaging material is internally filled with wires, and the wires are wound into a wire mesh;
(2) the wire and the induction coil are connected in series to form a closed loop (without an RFID chip); preferably, all the leads are connected into a long lead which is connected with the induction coil in series to form a closed loop; therefore, the induction coil (can) receive electromagnetic waves of the smart phone to generate induction current, and the smart phone (can) detect whether the closed loop generates the induction current so as to judge whether the wire network is damaged or broken;
(3) the width of the lead is less than or equal to 1.8mm, 1mm, 0.5mm, 0.25mm, 0.1mm, 0.01mm or 0.001mm; in general, the thinner the wire, the better;
(4) the distance between the wires is less than or equal to 1mm, or 0.5mm, or 0.25mm, or 0.1mm, or 0.01mm, or 0.001mm; the higher the conductor density, the better, it is best to be any 1mm x 1mm range in the packaging material of the hole-proof area, and at least one section of conductor passes through.
The applicant researches the basic working principle of the RFID electronic tag: when the closed loop antenna coil of the chip is close to the card reader, the antenna coil obtains induced current from electromagnetic waves (such as high frequency of 13.56 MHz) transmitted by the card reader, and then the induced current is supplied to the chip after rectification and filtering, so that the chip obtains weak electric energy to work. The chip transmits signals by controlling the open circuit and the short circuit of the antenna coil without stop. The open-circuit and short-circuit antenna coil continuously causes discontinuous change of the magnetic field between the card reader and the chip. This intermittent magnetic field, in turn, causes a weak change in the voltage across the reader antenna. The card reader converts the detected voltage of the weak high-low change into 0 and 1 digits, thereby realizing the reading and writing of chip information. Accordingly, the applicant tests and finds that: and opening the NFC function of the smart phone, enabling the card reader of the smart phone to be close to the induction coil matched with the coupling coefficient, wherein if the induction coil is in an open-circuit state, the current in the antenna of the card reader of the smart phone is very small, and if the induction coil is in a closed-circuit state, the current in the antenna of the card reader of the smart phone is very large.
Preferably, the intelligent induction anti-perforation safety package can be checked in the following way: opening the NFC function of the smart phone, enabling the card reader to be close to an induction coil in the packaging material, checking whether the induction coil has induction current meeting the closing/opening characteristics or not, confirming whether the wire net is opened or not, and deducing whether the packaging material is intact or not.
Preferably, the intelligent induction anti-perforation safety package can be checked in the following way: the wireless reverse charging function of the smart phone is opened, the wireless reverse charging coil is close to the induction coil in the package, whether the induction coil has induction current meeting the closing/opening characteristics is checked, whether the wire net is opened or not is confirmed, and whether the package is intact or not is deduced.
Preferably, the intelligent induction perforation-proof safety package is divided into a perforation-proof area and a non-perforation-proof area, pinholes with the aperture of D are drilled at any position of the perforation-proof area, and leads are drilled off and lead nets to short circuit or short circuit; wherein D is more than or equal to 1.8mm or 1mm or 0.5mm or 0.25mm or 0.1mm or 0.01mm or 0.001mm.
It can be understood that the wire net, the induction coil thereof and the smart phone form an electromagnetic induction checking type electronic anti-theft net, products in the package can be completely covered by the anti-theft net, if the package is damaged by punching and the like, the anti-theft net is broken, and the products can be found by checking the smart phone.
Preferably, the anti-perforation insurance packing of intelligence response, its characterized in that: the induction coil is also embedded in the packaging material; preferably, a length of wire in a closed loop is (directly) wound into an induction coil. Of course, the induction coil may not be embedded in the packaging material, but an external induction coil design is adopted.
Preferably, the anti-perforation insurance packing of intelligence response, its characterized in that: a signal indicator lamp is connected in the closed loop; the wireless reverse charging function of the smart phone is turned on, and when a wireless charging coil of the smart phone is close to an induction coil, the induction coil receives electromagnetic waves of the smart phone to generate induction current; the induced current causes the signal indicating lamp to illuminate (i.e. the signal indicating lamp is wirelessly powered by the mobile phone). On the contrary, if the signal indicator light does not emit light, the signal indicator light indicates that the wire mesh is damaged by the punching holes and is short-circuited or short-circuited, and the product in the signal indicator light can be inferred to be stolen by the punching holes.
Preferably, the anti-perforation insurance packing of intelligence response, its characterized in that: in the closed loop, a plug of a parallel resistor, namely a connection resistance plug for short (such as a USB plug or an earphone plug of the parallel resistor) is connected; when the continuous resistance plug is not plugged into the smart phone, the signal indicator lamp, the resistor, the induction coil and the like are connected in series by the lead to form a closed loop; when the connecting resistance plug is plugged into the smart phone, the signal indicator lamp and the induction coil are connected in series through the wire and then are connected in parallel with the resistor together, so that a closed loop is formed, wherein the signal indicator lamp is powered (made to emit light) by the smart phone. Therefore, some consumers can use the high-grade mobile phone with the wireless charging function to perform induction checking, and other consumers can use the common mobile phone without the wireless charging function to perform checking through the plug.
Preferably, the insurance packing that punches is prevented in intelligence response, its characterized in that: open-circuit wires are also fully distributed in the packaging material of the same packaging object, two ends of each open-circuit wire are connected with plugs (such as various suitable plugs such as USB plugs or earphone plugs), and when the plugs are plugged into the smart phone, the open-circuit wires are connected with the smart phone in series to form a closed loop; or a plurality of wire nets with overlapped positions are distributed in the packaging material, and at least one wire net is connected with the RFID chip.
The plug of the invention is an electric connector convenient for consumers to use, and comprises a positive electrode contact, a negative electrode contact, a wire end, a jack and the like exposed on the surface of a packing material, and is preferably a USB plug or an earphone plug capable of being plugged with a mobile phone.
Preferably, the anti-perforation insurance packing of intelligence response, its characterized in that: a plurality of induction coils (corresponding to wireless charging receiving coils) are connected in series in the packaging material of the same packaging object.
Preferably, the insurance packing that punches is prevented in intelligence response, its characterized in that: the wire is made of individual resistance materials (for example, a resistance element with random resistance is randomly connected in series), the resistance/capacitance of a closed loop in each package is measured and used as individual anti-counterfeiting characteristic information, and the individual anti-counterfeiting characteristic information is stored and registered in an anti-counterfeiting checking system database so that a consumer can check the authenticity of the product.
Preferably, the intelligent induction perforation-proof insurance package comprises one or more of the following characteristics.
(1) The conductive lines are printed conductive ink lines, or metal etched lines, or implanted metal wires. Printing conductive ink lines, etching metal foils and spun gold fabrics are all existing mature processes and are not described herein again.
(2) The packing material is a bottle, a lead is also embedded in the bottle cap, and the bottle cap is in signal connection (including physical connection) with the lead arranged in the bottle.
(3) A plurality of layers of conducting wires are arranged in the packaging material; the upper and lower layers of conducting wires are preferably arranged in a staggered way, such as criss-cross or parallel dislocation; thus, the seamless effect can be achieved, and the wire can be broken no matter how the counterfeiter carefully drills the hole.
(4) The packaging material is plated with a metal layer, the metal layer is etched into a conducting wire, and the conducting wire is covered with an insulating protection layer. This prevents accidental impacts and friction from causing short circuits or disconnection.
Preferably, after the product is packaged, at least one or more conducting wires pass through the packaging object under any 1mm multiplied by 1mm area of the appearance of the packaging object (namely, the anti-hole areas such as the outer vertical surface, the top surface and the bottom surface); or after the product is packaged, the projection of the hole-proof area (from any direction such as all directions) on the product can cover the product; thus, a hole of 1mm diameter perpendicular to the outside is optionally made in the package, which will drill the wire and cause short/open circuit.
The term "insurance" in the name of the invention means on one hand the safe and reliable meaning and on the other hand the meaning which can be used in "genuine insurance goods" as insurance claim package.
The package of the present invention refers broadly to various plane or three-dimensional packages, and is not limited to bottles, bags, boxes, caps, films, papers, cloths, printed matters, etc.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can produce the following beneficial technical effects.
Firstly, can prevent present punching and make fake etc. to steal and open: after the invention is adopted for rare products (such as white wine, red wine, edible oil, lubricating oil, rice, flour, perfume, cosmetics and the like), if a counterfeiter punches a hole for counterfeiting, a pinhole with the diameter of about 1mm is inevitably formed on a bottle, cloth, a cover or a sleeve and other packaging materials, and because at least one conducting wire is densely distributed in any range of 1mm multiplied by 1mm, the counterfeiter inevitably drills off the conducting wire when punching the hole, so that the conducting wire is broken or short-circuited. Thus, the user such as a consumer, a buyer, a seller, an express recipient and the like can detect that the wire net is punched and broken by using the NFC function or the wireless reverse charging function in the smart phone, so that the user can know that the product is stolen, the returned product is wrapped or lost, the product is injected and poisoned or the product is leaked. By using an NFC module, a wireless charging coil module, a USB jack or an earphone jack in the smart phone and matching with corresponding software, the judgment of whether the wire network is punched, shorted or broken can be intelligently sensed, and a conclusion that whether the package is intact or not is given.
Secondly, the recovery can be prevented: after the invention is adopted, the anti-counterfeiting products such as the packing materials, the printed matters and the like are necessarily damaged only by being opened, and then the wire net is broken or short-circuited, thereby effectively preventing the recovery from being faked.
Thirdly, the application limitation that the 'genuine insurance commodity' only guarantees the insurance mark to the consumer is true is broken through, and then the insurance company can guarantee the product to the consumer, so that the consumer can buy goods at ease and consume at ease.
Fourthly, the application is wide: the intelligent packaging material can be made into various suitable packaging materials or presswork such as express envelopes, express packages, confidential documents, takeaway anti-theft eating bags, insurance fidelity packaging bags and the like so as to prevent the packaging materials or the presswork from being stolen and opened.
Fifthly, the cost is low: whether the wire net is broken or not can be detected by detecting whether the induction coil generates induction current or is conducted or not through the smart phone, an RFID chip is not needed, and the cost of each package can be reduced by 0.3-0.5 yuan. In other words, the invention replaces expensive RFID chips with cheap induction coils, mobile phone USB plugs, earphone plugs and other design schemes, and can greatly reduce the cost of anti-counterfeiting printed matters such as packages and the like.

Detailed Description
The first embodiment.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, an enameled wire with a diameter of 0.025mm specified in national standard GB6109.1-90 is selected as a conducting wire 2, and the enameled wire is densely and hemp-covered on a package 1 such as a wine bottle, and then a layer of white paint is applied to cover and protect the enameled wire, so that the enameled wire is not easily seen. In other words, the middle layer of the wine bottle is filled with the conducting wire 2, and almost no place is passed by the conducting wire 2.
Preferably, the width of the enameled wire is less than or equal to 1mm or 0.5mm or 0.25mm or 0.1mm or 0.01mm or 0.001mm; in general, the thinner the wire 2, the better.
Preferably, the distance between the two adjacent enameled wires is less than or equal to 1mm or 0.5mm or 0.25mm or 0.1mm or 0.01mm or 0.001mm; in general, the smaller the pitch, the higher the density, the better.
Preferably, the induction coil 7 is manufactured as an RFID tag antenna in accordance with the international standard for RFID tag antennas so that the wire network 6 including the induction coil 7 can perform wireless power supply and induction detection by an NFC card reader built in a mobile phone.
According to technical parameters such as the wire diameter, the coil diameter, the number of turns and the like of the RFID electronic tag antenna, all conducting wires 2 fully distributed on a package 1 such as a wine bottle and the like are wound in series to form a conducting wire net 6, one section of the conducting wire net is wound to form a hollow induction coil 7 with 30 turns, the diameter of an outer ring of the induction coil is 30mm, the diameter of an inner ring of the induction coil is 12mm, and a hollow area 11 of the induction coil is densely filled with one section of the conducting wire 2 in a zigzag mode, so that the fact that white exposure cannot occur is guaranteed. Preferably, the induction coil 7 is designed on the front face of the bottle, and the position of the induction coil 7 is identified, so that a consumer can use a smart phone to approach the identification position 12 to inductively detect and verify the authenticity.
According to the intelligent induction anti-punching insurance packing manufactured by the technical scheme, a professional detection technician can check the safety packing by the following steps: the NFC function of the smart phone is turned on, the card reader is close to the induction coil 7 in the package 1, whether the induction coil 7 has induction current meeting the closing/opening characteristics or not is checked from the inside of the smart phone, whether the wire net 6 is opened or not can be confirmed, and whether the package 1 is damaged by punching or not can be judged. Preferably, a mobile phone verification applet or APP is provided for the consumer, and the program automatically determines whether the induction coil 7 has a corresponding induction current, so as to feed back a true or false conclusion to the consumer.
Preferably, the induction coil 7 is designed and manufactured as a wireless charging receiving coil of the mobile phone according to the wireless charging technical standard QI of the mobile phone, so that the wire network 6 including the induction coil 7 can be wirelessly powered by the smart phone and the wireless charger.
According to technical parameters such as the wire diameter, the coil diameter, the number of turns and the like of a wireless charging receiving coil of the smart phone, all wires 2 fully distributed on a package 1 such as the same wine bottle and the like are wound in series to form a wire mesh 6, one section of the wire mesh is wound to form a hollow induction coil 7 with 50 turns, the outer ring diameter of the hollow induction coil is 50mm, and the inner ring diameter of the hollow induction coil is 25mm, and the hollow area 11 of the hollow induction coil is densely filled with one section of the wire 2 in a zigzag manner, so that the phenomenon that white is exposed is avoided, and an interference magnetic field is avoided. Preferably, the induction coil 7 is designed on the front face of the bottle, and the position of the induction coil 7 is identified, so that a consumer can use a smart phone to approach the identification position 12 to inductively detect and verify the authenticity.
According to the anti-perforation insurance packing material of intelligent induction made by the above technical scheme, consumers or professional detection technical personnel can check authenticity as well: the wireless reverse charging function of the smart phone is opened, the forced charging mode or the direct charging mode without identifying the receiving device is selected, the wireless reverse charging coil is close to the induction coil 7 in the packaging object 1, whether the induction coil 7 has induction current meeting the closing/opening characteristics or not is checked, whether the wire net 6 is opened or not can be confirmed, and whether the packaging object 1 is damaged or not can be judged. In other words, if the smart phone shows that the smart phone is charging, it indicates that the wire network 6 is not open, and the induction coil 7 generates an induction current, it can be determined that the package 1 is not damaged by punching and the product is not stolen. Preferably, a mobile phone verification applet or APP is provided for the consumer, and the program automatically determines whether the induction coil 7 has a corresponding induction current, so as to feed back a true or false conclusion to the consumer. It is expected that the NFC standard authorities have announced that new "wireless charging specifications" have been approved, and that future smart phones can directly charge other smart devices through NFC. With the implementation of the standard, the wireless induction recognition of the intelligent induction anti-punching safety packaging material is more convenient and practical.
Of course, as shown in fig. 4, a few cents of LED signal indicator 8 can be connected in series with a certain section of the wire 2 of the wire net 6, and the LED signal indicator 8 is buried under the white semitransparent paint layer. Therefore, when a consumer needs to check the authenticity of the product, the wireless reverse charging function of the smart phone can be turned on, the forced charging mode is selected, the wireless reverse charging coil of the smart phone is close to the identification position 12 of the induction coil 7 of the identification on the packing material 1, and the LED signal indicating lamp 8 is watched to see whether the product is stolen or not. If the LED signal indicator light 8 emits light, the fact that the wire net 6 is not broken is indicated, the induction coil 7 generates induction current, and otherwise, the induction current is not generated. In other words, if the LED signal indicator 8 is illuminated, it indicates that the wire network 6 is not open, and the mobile phone successfully wirelessly supplies power to the LED signal indicator 8, otherwise. The experiment shows that: the wireless charger in the charging state is close to the induction coil 7 in the example, and the LED signal indicator lamp 8 emits light, which shows that the wireless charger can be used for detecting whether the wire network 6 is damaged or broken by using a plurality of existing wireless chargers.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the conducting wires 2 are laid into three conducting wire nets 6 with overlapped positions by using a bundle of three strands of enameled wires, wherein the first strand of enameled wires is connected to form a closed loop connected with an LED signal indicating lamp 8 and an induction coil 7, which may be referred to as the first conducting wire net (as the left side area of fig. 6). Therefore, when the authenticity is checked, the wireless reverse charging function of the smart phone can be opened, the wireless reverse charging coil of the smart phone is close to the identification position 12 of the induction coil 7 on the packing material 1, and whether the LED signal indicating lamp 8 emits light or not is observed, so that the fact that the first wire net is not broken is known.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6, the wires 2 are arranged as three wire nets 6 in a superposed position by using a bundle of three enameled wires, wherein the second enameled wire is kept open and connected with an earphone plug 5 (also can be a USB plug 3) and an LED signal indicator light 8, which can be referred to as a second wire net for short (see the lower right part of fig. 6). Therefore, when the authenticity is checked, a consumer can plug the earphone plug 5 (or the USB plug 3) into the smart phone of the consumer, and if the LED signal indicator lamp 8 emits light, the second wire network is not broken, so that the consumer can know that the product is not stolen.
It is also less preferred that the wires 2 are laid out as a bundle of three enamelled wires as shown in fig. 6, in three wire nets 6 which are in coincident positions, wherein the third enamelled wire is connected to the RFID chip 4 (which is not recommended for cost reasons) -which may be simply referred to as the third wire net (see upper right area of fig. 6). Therefore, when the authenticity is checked, a consumer can read the information in the RFID chip 4 by using the NFC function in the smart phone, and can know that the third wire network is not broken according to the fact that whether the information is readable or not. Therefore, the ordinary mobile phone users without NFC and wireless charging functions can be cared for, the ordinary mobile phone users can conveniently plug in the mobile phone through the earphone plug 5, and the mobile phone can be used by checking authenticity.
Also preferably, as shown in fig. 5, a plug of the parallel resistor 9, i.e., a connecting resistance plug (the USB plug 3 or the earphone plug 5 of the parallel resistor 9), is connected in the closed loop; when the connecting resistance plug is not plugged into the smart phone, the signal indicator lamp 8, the resistor 9 and the induction coil 7 are connected in series to form a closed loop by the lead 2; when the connecting resistance plug is plugged into the smart phone, the wire 2 connects the signal indicator light 8 and the induction coil 7 in series and then is connected with the resistor 9 in parallel, so that a closed loop for supplying power to the signal indicator light 8 by the smart phone is formed.
Preferably, the wires 2 are made of individualized resistance materials with uneven resistivity, the total resistance of the wire network 6 is measured, and individualized anti-counterfeiting characteristic information which is registered as the respective unique of the packages 1 of the wires is stored. In this way, the total resistance of each wire mesh 6 is personalized and can be used as personalized security feature information.
In this example, if the distance between two adjacent enameled wires is 0.25mm, the enameled wires with the diameter of 0.025mm are distributed on a 500 ml wine bottle (with the diameter of 75mm and the height of 238 mm) shown in fig. 1, and 260 meters of enameled wires are needed, wherein only about 3 meters of one induction coil 7 is used, and the rest 98.8% of the enameled wires are used as the wire mesh 6.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1, a metal layer is plated on the bottle preform (one of the packages) and the cap preform (the second of the packages), the metal layer is etched to form a wire mesh 6 and an induction coil 7 wound around the bottle preform or/and the cap preform, and then an opaque insulating protective layer 10 is coated over the wire mesh 6 to form a puncture-proof bottle or/and bottle cap. Thus, as long as the bottle cap is opened, the wire net 6 is inevitably broken, and the user can be aware of it using the smart phone, thereby preventing the bottle and the bottle cap from being recycled for counterfeiting.
Of course, if a counterfeiter punches a hole to counterfeit, a pinhole with a diameter of about 1mm must be punched on the bottle or the bottle cap, and since at least one wire is densely distributed in any range of 1mm × 1mm, the counterfeiter will inevitably drill and break the wire when punching the hole, causing the wire mesh 6 to be broken or short-circuited.
The second embodiment.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, a PET film with an A3 breadth and a thickness of 30 microns is selected, a continuous conductive ink line with a width of 250 microns and a thickness of 12 microns is printed on the front surface of the PET film to serve as a lead 2, an ink insulating protective layer 10 is printed above the conductive ink line, or an insulating film layer is compounded above the conductive ink line. In short, the lead wires 2 are embedded in most of the area of the flat package 1 such as a PET film, and almost no lead wires 2 pass through the area.
Preferably, the distance (or gap) between two adjacent conductive ink lines is set to 0.5mm; in general, the smaller the pitch, the greater the density, the better.
The lead wires 2 fully distributed on each packaging object 1 such as PET film are designed into a lead wire net 6, wherein one section of the lead wire net is wound into an induction coil 7 with 50 turns, 50mm of outer ring diameter, 25mm of inner ring diameter and hollow according to the technical parameters such as wire diameter, ring diameter, number of turns and the like of a mobile phone wireless charging receiving coil, and a hollow area 11 of the induction coil is densely distributed and filled with one section of the lead wire 2 in a zigzag manner so as to ensure that white exposure cannot occur.
It is also preferred to produce the wire mesh 6 separately, the induction coil 7 with the air-cored area 11 separately, and then assemble the two in series so that they are no longer in the same plane, as shown in fig. 12. In this way, it is ensured that the induction coil 7 has a hollow region 11, which facilitates a better generation of the induced current.
Preferably, the wires 2 are made of individualized resistance materials with uneven resistivity, the total resistance of the wire network 6 is measured, and individualized anti-counterfeiting characteristic information which is specially recorded for each PET film and other flat packing objects 1 is stored. In this way, the total resistance of each wire mesh 6 is individualized and can be used as individualized security feature information.
Thus, the PET film sheet having the wire net 6 therein can be used as a flat package 1 for packing valuable wines and the like, thereby preventing perforation and counterfeit. For example, a bag as shown in fig. 9 is formed one by one to hold a valuable wine or the like, thereby preventing the counterfeit by punching.
Example three.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 13, a piece of flat packaging material made in the above example, in which the induction coil 7 and the wire mesh 6 are connected in series to form a closed loop, can be cut into a printed package 1 such as a sealing label for use.
Example four.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, a plastic bottle for lubricating oil is printed with two closely overlapped sets of conductive ink lines as wires 2, and one of the wires 2 such as the conductive ink line is connected to an RFID chip 4 to form a wire network 6. Another of the conductive ink lines, etc. 2 is printed as a wire mesh 6 containing an induction coil 7. Then, an insulating protective layer 10 such as dark insulating ink is printed to cover and protect the conductive ink lines, so that the conductive ink lines and the chips are invisible to people.
Preferably, the width of the conductive ink lines is 0.25mm or 0.1mm, and in general, the thinner the wires 2, the better.
Preferably, the distance between two adjacent conductive ink lines is 0.25mm or 0.1mm, and in short, the smaller the distance, the better the density.
Preferably, the conductive ink is a resistive material, and the total resistance of each wire mesh 6 is measured and stored as its own individualized security feature. Preferably, a unique resistance material with non-uniform resistivity is used, so that the total resistance of each plastic bottle for lubricating oil is personalized and can be used as personalized anti-counterfeiting characteristic information.
Thus, the bottle or the cap must be perforated by a counterfeiter with holes of about 1mm diameter, and the bottle or the cap must be perforated by at least 4 wires 2 within any range of 1mm × 1mm, so that the counterfeiter must drill the wires 2 to break the wire mesh 6 and open or short circuit.
Therefore, when the consumer checks the authenticity, the information in the RFID chip 4 can be read by using the NFC function in the smart phone, and the consumer can sense whether the oil product is authentic or not according to the fact that whether the information is readable or not.
Therefore, when the consumer checks the authenticity, the wireless reverse charging function of the smart phone can be opened, the wireless reverse charging coil of the smart phone is close to the product packages 1 such as plastic bottles for lubricating oil, and the like, whether the induction coil 7 has normal induction current or not is detected, whether the wire network 6 is in open circuit or not can be judged, the conclusion that whether the packages 1 such as plastic bottles for lubricating oil and the like are intact or not can be given, and even the early warning that whether the products are punched and stolen or not can be given. Of course, the consumer can also use the portable wireless charger for charging the smart phone to approach the product packaging object 1 to detect whether the induction coil 7 has induction current conforming to corresponding characteristics, so as to judge whether the wire network 6 is broken, draw the conclusion whether the packaging object 1 is intact or not, and even give the early warning whether the product is punched or stolen.
Therefore, when a professional technician needs to check authenticity, the NFC function of the smart phone can be opened, the card reader of the smart phone is close to the product packaging objects 1 such as plastic bottles for lubricating oil, whether the wire net 6 is damaged or not and whether the packaging objects 1 are intact or not can be judged by detecting whether the induction coil 7 has corresponding induction current meeting the closing/opening characteristics or not.
The above disclosure is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
