A user watches programs in a channel through a display device, and in some cases, the user wants to know contents of the programs in the channel comprehensively and switch the channel quickly, but related technologies cannot be completed, so how to realize quick channel switching while knowing the programs in the channel comprehensively becomes a problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.
In the related art, when a user watches a current television program and wants to know program information of each time slot of each channel, a display device with an electronic program Guide (EPG, Guide) function can be realized by calling up the EPG, but although display devices in many countries have the EPG function, a control device does not have an EPG key, and the user wants to open the EPG and must call up the EPG through a menu (menu), which increases the operation time of the user, is not beneficial to the user operation, and affects the user experience.
In addition, some display devices in overseas markets do not have an EPG function at all, and cannot view program information of each channel in detail. The purpose of channel switching can be realized only by number keys or channel addition and subtraction, and the program which the user wants to watch can not be switched quickly. There is also a method in the related art that a channel list is called, but only information of a current program is displayed in the channel list, and information of programs in other time slots cannot be obtained by a user. Therefore, the methods in the related art cannot help the user to fully understand the channel program and quickly switch to the desired channel.
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present application provides a method for switching channels, as shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
s100, when a program is played, receiving an instruction of displaying channel program information, and controlling a display to display first program information, wherein the program information comprises all program controls of a channel corresponding to the currently played program. The instruction for displaying the channel program information may be generated by a user pressing a key on the control device, and for example, the user may generate by pressing an up key on the control device. When the current time is 9:00, the display device is playing the conutus transmission of the CCTV-10 channel, the user presses the up key on the control device, the user interface is as shown in fig. 6, and the first program information 400 is displayed on the upper portion of the user interface in fig. 6. The first program information includes a currently played program control of a CCTV-10 channel and program controls of other time periods, and the focus 500 is located on the currently played program control. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the position of the first program information on the user interface is not limited.
S200, receiving a channel program information switching instruction, and controlling a display to display second program information, wherein the second program information comprises all program controls of adjacent channels. In this embodiment of the application, the instruction for switching channel program information may be generated by a preset key of the control device, for example, as shown in fig. 6, when the focus 500 is located on a currently played program control, and at this time, when a down key on the control device is pressed, the display interface does not display the first program information any more, but displays the second program information, where the second program information is all program controls of a previous channel, for example, all program controls of a CCTV-9 channel may be displayed. Illustratively, when the focus is located on the control in the last row of all the program controls and the up key on the control device is pressed, the first program information is no longer displayed on the display interface, but the second program information is displayed, and the second program information is all the program controls of the next channel, for example, all the program controls of the CCTV-11 channel. In the embodiment of the application, when the second program information is displayed, the program is still played on the user interface, and the program is the same as the program played when the first program information is displayed.
In the embodiment of the application, the first program information and the second program information both include a program control including a current time slot and a program control including a future time slot, so that a user can know programs in each time slot at a glance. The default focus is on the program control which is currently played, the focus can be quickly switched between the program control in the current time period and the program control in the future time period, and the display number of the program controls in the future time period can be designed according to the actual situation. The current program and future program information for each channel is quickly previewed without interrupting the user's viewing of the current program.
S300, receiving the program control corresponding to the current time period in the selected adjacent channel, and controlling the display to display the program of the current time period in the adjacent channel. In the embodiment of the application, a plurality of channels exist, and programs of the channels are different in different time periods. It should be noted that when a program is switched, that is, a channel is switched, only the program corresponding to the current time period of a different channel can be switched. For example, the user may select a program control corresponding to the current time period in the adjacent channel through the control device, where the adjacent channel is CCTV-11, the program control corresponding to the current time period is an animation city, and at this time, it is determined whether the focus is located on the animation city control, and if the focus is located on the animation city control, a confirmation key on the control device is pressed, and at this time, the user interface is switched to an interface corresponding to the animation city.
In some embodiments, when a program control of a future time slot in a channel corresponding to the selected broadcast program is received, the display is controlled to display detailed information of the future program corresponding to the program control of the future time slot, where the detailed information of the future program includes a recording control and/or a scheduled viewing control. In the embodiment of the application, the first program information includes a program control of a current time period and also includes a program control of a future time period. Although the program control of the future time period corresponds to the program, the program control cannot be played currently. But the user can select the program control of the future time period in the channel corresponding to the broadcast program through the control device, and control the display to display the detailed information of the future program comprising the recording control and/or the reserved watching control. It should be explained that, in this embodiment of the application, if the display device has a recording function, in order to enable the user to watch the program again, the detailed information of the program is provided with a recording control and/or a scheduled viewing control, and if the display device does not have the recording function, the recording control and/or the scheduled viewing control cannot be displayed. In some embodiments, the future program details further include a return control, the user selecting the return control via the control means, the display no longer displaying the future program details but displaying the first program information. Illustratively, the future program details are shown in fig. 7.
In some embodiments, an instruction of selecting a program control corresponding to a current time period of a channel corresponding to a broadcast program is received, and then the display is controlled to display detailed program information, where the detailed program information includes a recording control. Similarly, when the display device has a recording function, the detailed program information is provided with a recording control, and if the display device does not have the recording function, the detailed program information is not provided with the recording control and only can display other program information, such as resolution, picture proportion, signal type, sound system, audio format, signal level, signal intensity and/or frequency, and the like. Illustratively, the program details are shown in fig. 8.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and receiving an instruction of selecting the recording control, and recording the program when the corresponding program is played.
In some embodiments, when a program control of a selected adjacent channel in a future time period is received, the display is controlled to display future program detailed information corresponding to the program control of the future time period, where the program detailed information includes a recording control and/or a scheduled viewing control.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: and receiving an instruction of selecting the reserved watching control, and controlling the display to display the watching prompt when the corresponding program is played. In some embodiments, the user may be self-timed to have a viewing reminder displayed on the display, for example, the first two minutes after the program begins.
According to the method and the device, the user can directly switch to the channel or initiate reserved watching and reserved recording while quickly mastering the channel programs played at the present time and in the future time period, so that the operation time is saved for the user, and the user experience is improved.
