Abstract
The invention provides a finely controlled public information platform combined with a marine intelligent gateway, which utilizes public resources of an industrial internet platform, establishes a regional marine management and information release platform, provides an API (application program interface) interface, provides the API interface for each relevant department of government, and pushes information to each intelligent gateway and a marine terminal to realize public information service for a fishing boat. The invention establishes the regional marine management and information release platform by utilizing the public resources of the public information platform, fully exerts the characteristics of large satellite communication coverage area and strong broadcasting capability, acquires the key information of equipment on the ship, pushes various marine information to the intelligent gateway and the terminal on the ship and improves the working efficiency of the platform.

Technical Field

Background
Maritime satellites use the DAMA system. It utilizes the limited frequency resource of 34MHz bandwidth, and the maritime satellite communication system can provide low-speed (4.8k or 3.1KHz) voice and data service, and also provide high-speed (sharing can reach 492kbps, and stream IP can reach 256kbps) data service, and can be communicated with public telephone network. However, its advantages are not substitutable in mobile satellite communication.
