Detailed Description
The embodiment of the application provides an Internet medical insurance field main body credit dynamic evaluation method and related equipment, and can solve the problems of data loophole, inaccurate evaluation and low efficiency existing in credit evaluation.
The terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application and in the drawings described above, if any, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It will be appreciated that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments described herein may be practiced otherwise than as specifically illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of an internet method for evaluating credit dynamics of a medical insurance domain subject provided in an embodiment of the present application may specifically include:
S110-S130。
s110, medicine identification information of medicines corresponding to a target prescription is obtained, standard weight information corresponding to the medicines is searched in a preset medicine information base according to the medicine identification information, and the sum of the standard weight information of all the medicines contained in the target prescription is calculated to obtain standard weight sum information.
It should be noted that a preset drug information base can be pre-established, and the information base can include various information of all drugs, drug types, weights, functions, drug brands, drug packaging shapes, drug particle shapes, and the like,
s120, acquiring actual weight information of the medicine corresponding to the target prescription, and comparing the standard weight sum information with the actual weight information;
and acquiring the weight of the actual medicine by using a weighing device, and comparing the actual medicine weight with standard weight sum information obtained by the sum of the standard weight information of all the medicines contained in the medicine identification information inquired in a preset medicine information base.
And S130, generating alarm information when the standard weight sum information is not matched with the actual weight information.
Because the weights of the medicines of each specific brand, component and specification are completely the same, when the standard weight sum information and the actual weight information are not matched, at least one of the quantity, brand and type of the actual medicines is different from the correct medicine, and then the problems of loopholes or wrong prescriptions and the like are likely to be reported by stored data, so that the credit of a main body in the field of medical insurance can be dynamically evaluated.
In some examples, medicine identification information of a medicine corresponding to a target prescription is obtained, and first contour feature information corresponding to the medicine is searched in a preset medicine information base according to the medicine identification information.
The first contour characteristic information can be the shape characteristic of the medicine particles and also can be the shape characteristic of the inner package or the outer package of the medicine.
And controlling a perspective imaging device to collect first particle accumulation image information of the medicine outer package in a first state.
The fluoroscopic imaging apparatus may be an X-ray imaging apparatus
And controlling the perspective imaging equipment to acquire second particle accumulation image information of the medicine outer package in a second state.
It should be noted that the outer package in the second state and the outer package in the first state are in different angles or different stacking manners of the inner particles.
And calculating to obtain second contour feature information of the medicine according to the first particle accumulation image information and the second particle accumulation image information.
In addition, the number of the second states is not limited, and the number of the second states may be a sufficient number required for conveniently calculating the second profile information of the medicine.
And comparing the first contour characteristic information with the second contour characteristic information, and generating alarm information when the first contour characteristic information is not matched with the second contour characteristic information.
Of course, if a common imaging device is used to identify the outline of the pharmaceutical product package, it is necessary to acquire the outline of the pharmaceutical product package from at least two angles in order to obtain the actual outline of the pharmaceutical product package. Generating first outline information and second outline information, calculating second outline characteristic information of the medicine according to the first outline information and the second outline information, comparing the first outline characteristic information with the second outline characteristic information, and generating alarm information when the first outline characteristic information is not matched with the second outline characteristic information.
In some examples, the step of controlling a fluoroscopic imaging apparatus to acquire first particle packing image information of the pharmaceutical overpack in a first state is preceded by the method further comprising:
when the medicine is placed on the weighing platform, controlling the medicine weighing platform to vibrate for preset times and amplitude so as to obtain that the medicine is packaged outside in a first state;
before the step of calculating and acquiring second contour feature information of the medicine according to the first particle accumulation image information and the second particle accumulation image information, the method further comprises the following steps;
and after the first particle accumulation image information is obtained, controlling a medicine weighing platform to vibrate for a preset number of times and amplitude so as to obtain that the medicine outer package is in a second state.
It should be noted that the weighing platform and the weighing base can be connected through a spring, and the adjustment of the preset times and amplitude vibration can be controlled and adjusted through a mechanical arm or can be adjusted manually.
In some examples, user characteristic information of a user to which the target prescription belongs is obtained, wherein the user characteristic information is user passive acquisition information;
generating administration result data corresponding to the target prescription based on the drug identification information and the user characteristic information.
In some examples, the user characteristic information is obtained by analyzing image data automatically obtained based on a front-facing imaging device of the user terminal when the user operates the user terminal, and the user characteristic information includes: gender information, age information, hair size information, and skin condition information;
the generating of the administration result data corresponding to the target prescription based on the drug identification information and the user characteristic information specifically includes:
generating information of a drug exclusion item according to the user characteristic information;
and comparing the medicine exclusion item information with the medicine identification information, and generating alarm information when the medicine exclusion item information is contained in the medicine identification information, wherein the alarm information comprises illegal prescription alarm information and/or dispensing error alarm information. For example, if the target prescription is checked and no abnormality is found in the target prescription, the alarm information is dispensing error alarm information.
Such as identifying that the user is male, the medication exclusion item information should include a gynecological medication. For example, it is found that a gynecological drug is present in a prescription for a male user and that alarm information needs to be generated.
In some examples, the method further comprises
Counting the illegal prescription warning information and the dispensing error warning information, and analyzing through SPSS software to obtain the weights of the illegal prescription warning information and the dispensing error warning information;
calculating to obtain the evaluation grade information of the evaluated main body to which the prescription belongs according to the weight and the corresponding quantity of the illegal prescription warning information and the dispensing error warning information;
and generating an evaluation result aiming at the evaluated subject according to the evaluation grade information.
Through data statistical screening and judgment, evaluation grade information is visually presented to an evaluation and supervision department, the transparence of multiple data information is realized, and the differentiation and repeated operation of the evaluation department on data statistics and grading are reduced.
In some examples, the user characteristic information comprises user symptom information;
the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring prescription sample information corresponding to the user symptom information in the whole network through a web crawler process;
training a neural network through the user symptom information and the target prescription sample information, and predicting standard prescription information corresponding to the current user symptom information based on a trained neural network model.
The rationality of the target prescription can be judged by utilizing big data, so that the judgment standard is unified conveniently, the judgment is more objective, and intelligent dynamic evaluation is realized.
In some examples, the method further comprises:
and comparing the standard prescription information with the target prescription, and generating warning information illegal prescription warning information when the matching degree of the standard prescription information and the target prescription is lower than the preset matching degree.
