Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram illustrating the operation of the store management platform according to the embodiment of the disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, a store member of store a performs online shopping in the store management platform, or performs offline shopping in a store corresponding to the store management platform, wherein the specific store can be store B, that is, store members of store A shop purchase and consume in store B, taking online consumption as an example, online settlement and payment are carried out, corresponding settlement data are uploaded to a platform server of a store management platform, the platform server may allocate the total amount of the spending payment based on a percentage of the total amount of the spending payment, which may, for example, 4% of the total amount of the consumption payment may be allocated to store a to which the store member is located, 1% of the total amount of the consumption payment may be allocated to the platform company account, and 95% of the total amount of the consumption payment may be allocated to store B to which the store member consumes.
Through the percentage distribution mode of the total sum of the consumption and the payment, the total sum of the consumption and the payment can be reasonably distributed, and three parties can all obtain profits, so that a win-win situation is realized, and the platform and a store can better serve customers.
Fig. 4 exemplarily shows a schematic diagram of a business ecosphere corresponding to a store management platform in the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, the store management platform in the embodiment of the present disclosure may operate on a PC end, or may operate on a mobile end in the form of APP, and the embodiment of the present disclosure does not limit an operation manner of the store management platform. As shown in fig. 4, the platform member of the embodiment of the present disclosure may include two types, the first type may be a group merchant, such as a city complex commercial store, and the second type may be a non-group merchant and is composed of a plurality of merchants.
It is understood that the platform member information can be uploaded to the platform service database and uniformly coordinated and managed by the platform server. Further, each merchant may include a plurality of different members. In this way, member information can be uniformly managed so as to coordinate later and provide corresponding services.
Fig. 5 schematically illustrates an operation diagram of merchant optimization of the store management platform according to an embodiment of the disclosure, as shown in fig. 5,
the platform operation manager manages the platform commercial tenants, and specifically, the platform operation manager can acquire the number of members of stores in the platform, and audit the number of members in the stores according to a preset platform unified member number standard, and if the number of members in the stores is lower than a preset threshold value, namely lower than the preset platform unified member number standard, the stores can be determined to be unqualified, and the stores are not put on line or the stores are improved and put on line;
if the number of members of the store is qualified, the store can be further audited through multiple dimensions, for example, the store can be evaluated through annual member renewal rate, member growth rate and other indexes, wherein if the number of members of the store is qualified, a higher standard can be assigned to the merchant. The evaluation result of the store may include excellent, good or higher evaluation, which is not limited by the embodiment of the disclosure.
Fig. 6 exemplarily shows a general schematic diagram of a basic structure of a store management platform according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 6, the store management platform may include a group merchant APP/PC operation management end, such as a business store manager, and a merchant (group) applet and a merchant applet, where each of the foregoing parts may upload data to a platform system APP/PC and a server, and the platform system APP/PC and the server may also issue the data to each client. In the presentation form of the store management platform, the store management platform can be presented through a platform member end, and the platform member end performs information interaction with a group merchant APP/PC operation management end, a merchant (group) applet and a merchant applet.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating the operation of a store management platform group merchant for issuing prepaid higher-level offers according to an embodiment of the disclosure, as shown in fig. 7,
the group merchant operation management party can formulate higher preferential rights and interests schemes such as prepayment and the like, submit the schemes to the store management platform, and audit the schemes by the store management platform, if the audit of the store management platform is passed, the schemes are formally put on line in the store management platform, and if the audit of the store management platform is not passed, the schemes are reformulated until the audit of the store management platform is passed.
The system comprises a plurality of groups of merchants, a plurality of groups of members, a plurality of groups of merchants and a plurality of groups of merchants, wherein the merchants in the groups can only sell to respective members, prepaid funds only face all merchants in the groups, and enjoy preferential service plans of all the groups of merchants, and after the members purchase, the funds are remitted into accounts of a platform, such as special accounts of group merchant managers, and the group merchants lock lowest standard annual performance through prepaid.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating a store management platform according to an embodiment of the disclosure, and as shown in fig. 8, the store management platform may include:
a member registration unit 81, configured to register a consumer as a store member of any store in the store management platform, and then automatically register the consumer as a platform member of the store management platform, where the consumer only belongs to members of a single store in the store management platform within a first preset threshold time;
the first calculating unit 82 is configured to obtain a consumption amount of the store member on the store management platform, and count the consumption amount into a store to which the store member belongs according to a first preset proportion;
the second calculating unit 83 is configured to obtain a member annual fee of the store member, which is collected by the store management platform, and count the member annual fee into a store to which the store member belongs according to a second preset proportion, where the first preset proportion is not equal to the second preset proportion.
In an optional embodiment, the platform further comprises a first member service unit for:
acquiring the consumption amount of the store member on the store management platform, and judging the member level corresponding to the consumption amount;
providing the member service and the member rights and interests corresponding to the member level for the store member according to the member level corresponding to the store member,
wherein the member services include but are not limited to consumption point deduction cash, delivery service, and birthday and holiday exclusive gifts;
the membership rights include, but are not limited to, obtaining activity information of the store management platform in advance, obtaining a discount coupon of the store management platform, and a member price of any store in the store management platform.
In an alternative embodiment, the platform further comprises a second member service unit for:
acquiring identity information of a consumer accessing the store management platform, judging whether the consumer belongs to a store member of the store management platform,
and if so, providing member services of all stores in the store management platform for the store members.
In an alternative embodiment, the platform further comprises a store clearance unit for:
within a second preset time threshold, acquiring the number of members of any store in the store management platform;
and if the number of members of the store is lower than a preset threshold value, clearing the store from the store management platform.
In an alternative embodiment, the platform further comprises a third member service unit for:
and acquiring the recharging amount of the platform member on the store management platform, and providing member service corresponding to the recharging amount for the platform member according to the recharging amount of the platform member, wherein the recharging amount is suitable for purchasing the commodities and services of all stores in the store management platform.
The present disclosure also provides a program product comprising execution instructions stored in a readable storage medium. The at least one processor of the device may read the execution instructions from the readable storage medium, and the execution of the execution instructions by the at least one processor causes the device to implement the methods provided by the various embodiments described above.
The readable storage medium may be a computer storage medium or a communication medium. Communication media includes any medium that facilitates transfer of a computer program from one place to another. Computer storage media may be any available media that can be accessed by a general purpose or special purpose computer. For example, a readable storage medium is coupled to the processor such that the processor can read information from, and write information to, the readable storage medium. Of course, the readable storage medium may also be an integral part of the processor. The processor and the readable storage medium may reside in an Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC). Additionally, the ASIC may reside in user equipment. Of course, the processor and the readable storage medium may also reside as discrete components in a communication device. The readable storage medium may be a read-only memory (ROM), a random-access memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
In the above embodiments of the terminal or the server, it should be understood that the Processor may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general-purpose processors, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like. The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the present disclosure may be embodied directly in a hardware processor, or in a combination of the hardware and software modules within the processor.

Claims (10)

1. A store management method is applied to a store management platform and comprises the following steps:
after a consumer registers as a store member of any store in the store management platform, the consumer simultaneously and automatically registers as a platform member of the store management platform, wherein the consumer only belongs to members of a single store in the store management platform within a first preset threshold time;
acquiring the consumption amount of the store member on the store management platform, and charging the consumption amount into a store to which the store member belongs according to a first preset proportion;
acquiring the member annual fee of the store member, which is collected by the store management platform, and charging the member annual fee into the store to which the store member belongs according to a second preset proportion, wherein the first preset proportion is not equal to the second preset proportion.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the consumption amount of the store member on the store management platform, and judging the member level corresponding to the consumption amount;
providing the member service and the member rights and interests corresponding to the member level for the store member according to the member level corresponding to the store member,
wherein the member services include but are not limited to consumption point deduction cash, delivery service, and birthday and holiday exclusive gifts;
the membership rights include, but are not limited to, obtaining activity information of the store management platform in advance, obtaining a discount coupon of the store management platform, and a member price of any store in the store management platform.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring identity information of a consumer accessing the store management platform, judging whether the consumer belongs to a store member of the store management platform,
and if so, providing member services of all stores in the store management platform for the store members.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
within a second preset time threshold, acquiring the number of members of any store in the store management platform;
and if the number of members of the store is lower than a preset threshold value, clearing the store from the store management platform.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and acquiring the recharging amount of the platform member on the store management platform, and providing member service corresponding to the recharging amount for the platform member according to the recharging amount of the platform member, wherein the recharging amount is suitable for purchasing the commodities and services of all stores in the store management platform.
6. An store management platform, comprising:
the system comprises a member registration unit, a platform member registration unit and a management unit, wherein the member registration unit is used for automatically registering a consumer as a platform member of any store in the store management platform after the consumer registers as the store member of the store in the store management platform, and the consumer only belongs to the member of a single store in the store management platform within a first preset threshold time;
the first calculation unit is used for acquiring the consumption amount of the store member on the store management platform and counting the consumption amount into a store to which the store member belongs according to a first preset proportion;
and the second calculating unit is used for acquiring the member annual fee of the store member, which is collected by the store management platform, and accounting the member annual fee into the store to which the store member belongs according to a second preset proportion, wherein the first preset proportion is not equal to the second preset proportion.
7. The platform of claim 6, further comprising a first member serving unit to:
acquiring the consumption amount of the store member on the store management platform, and judging the member level corresponding to the consumption amount;
providing the member service and the member rights and interests corresponding to the member level for the store member according to the member level corresponding to the store member,
wherein the member services include but are not limited to consumption point deduction cash, delivery service, and birthday and holiday exclusive gifts;
the membership rights include, but are not limited to, obtaining activity information of the store management platform in advance, obtaining a discount coupon of the store management platform, and a member price of any store in the store management platform.
8. The platform of claim 6, further comprising a second member service unit to:
acquiring identity information of a consumer accessing the store management platform, judging whether the consumer belongs to a store member of the store management platform,
and if so, providing member services of all stores in the store management platform for the store members.
9. The platform of claim 6, further comprising a store clearance unit to:
within a second preset time threshold, acquiring the number of members of any store in the store management platform;
and if the number of members of the store is lower than a preset threshold value, clearing the store from the store management platform.
10. The platform of claim 6, further comprising a third member service unit for:
and acquiring the recharging amount of the platform member on the store management platform, and providing member service corresponding to the recharging amount for the platform member according to the recharging amount of the platform member, wherein the recharging amount is suitable for purchasing the commodities and services of all stores in the store management platform.
