Further, the determining whether the resource processing information matches the resource credential includes:
acquiring attribute information of a resource acquirer and a resource sender in the resource processing information;
acquiring attribute information of a resource acquirer and a resource sender in the resource voucher through optical character recognition;
and judging whether the attribute information of the resource acquirer and the resource sender in the resource processing information is matched with the attribute information of the resource acquirer and the resource sender in the resource voucher.
In practical applications, the resource credential is generated based on the resource processing information, and if the resource processing information does not match the resource credential, it may be determined that the resource processing information or the resource credential is incorrect, and at this time, the subsequent processing cannot be performed.

The following describes the resource processing method further by taking the resource acquirer, the resource processing platform, and the resource sender as examples, which are provided in this specification, with reference to fig. 3. Fig. 3 shows a processing procedure interaction flowchart of a resource processing method provided in an embodiment of the present specification in a resource acquirer, a resource processing platform, and a resource sender, which includes the following specific steps.

In practical application, the interaction flow of the resource processing method is described in detail by taking the resource acquiring party as an upstream platform enterprise, the resource processing platform as a bank and the resource sending party as a downstream enterprise as examples.
The method comprises the steps that firstly, an upstream platform enterprise generates accounts receivable and completes account checking with a downstream enterprise every month, the upstream platform enterprise generates an electronic invoice for the downstream enterprise based on account checking conditions, bills such as account receivable information and the electronic invoice are synchronized to a bank through a bank-enterprise direct connection or an API (application program interface), the bank receives the account receivable information transmitted by the upstream platform enterprise and matches the received information with the simultaneously submitted bill information such as the electronic invoice, and after verification steps such as field verification and invoice verification are completed, corresponding account receivable information of the downstream enterprise is generated according to the account receivable information, namely, a foreign exchange transaction list to be paid is generated. When a downstream enterprise logs in a port of an enterprise internet bank and the like, the downstream enterprise is informed of the existence of an unfinished foreign exchange transaction list to be paid through the forms of mails, popup prompts, tasks to be handled and the like. The downstream enterprise jumps to a foreign exchange transaction sheet to be paid to view page by clicking a reminding link of a task to be handled and the like, element information of the page is only used for viewing and cannot be modified, if the downstream enterprise autonomously confirms that payment needs to be continued, a payment mode is selected on the page and then an instruction is submitted. The payment due to the payment of the downstream enterprise is changed or the amount of money and declaration information and other contents of the payment are not recognized when the downstream enterprise pays offline, offline completion or error information feedback can be selected, and the bank can complete the task to be handled according to the feedback of the downstream enterprise and does not remind repeatedly.

Verifying through a value-added tax invoice verification interface; generating a foreign exchange transaction sheet to be paid: the payment information, the fixed declaration information, the upstream enterprise collection account information and the invoice receipt information transmitted by the upstream receivable platform enterprise generate the content of the domestic remittance application and the international receipt and payment declaration content.
In the embodiment of the specification, the resource processing platform is in butt joint with an upstream platform enterprise and a downstream enterprise, and documents such as remittance information and electronic invoices are taken before the downstream enterprise pays, so that pre-auditing is performed, the downstream payment enterprise only needs to confirm payment information on line, and filing of application books and paper documents on counter is avoided. Not only can greatly shorten the time for a client to transact projects, but also can save the auditing manpower of a bank operation department. From the aspect of the general acceptance of remittance, the traditional counter remittance needs filling, examination, approval, sending and declaration in the hour level, occupies counter personnel of a bank and 2 auditing personnel of the international settlement department of general branch, and the embodiment of the specification has the advantages that the remittance application is passed for one second after the pre-collection of information and the pre-verification, and no manual intervention is needed. The resource processing method provides synchronous interfaces of account receivable information and receipt information of the platform enterprise; the resource processing platform can complete the matching of the client information, and prevent the condition that the client cannot be reached or the pushing error is caused; the method has the bill authenticity verification capability and performs cross verification by combining remittance transaction field information; and the receivable account information transmitted by the resource processing platform can be used for automatically generating the foreign exchange transaction list to be paid of the downstream enterprise, so that the user experience is greatly improved.
Corresponding to the above method embodiment, this specification further provides a resource processing apparatus embodiment, and fig. 4 shows a schematic structural diagram of a resource processing apparatus provided in an embodiment of this specification. As shown in fig. 4, the apparatus includes:
a receiving module 402 configured to receive resource processing information and a resource credential corresponding to the resource processing information, which are sent by a resource acquirer;
an information generating module 404, configured to, in a case that it is determined that the resource processing information and the resource credential corresponding to the resource processing information pass the verification, generate to-be-processed resource information based on the resource processing information and the resource credential, and send the to-be-processed resource information to a resource sender;
a processing module 406, configured to receive a target resource determined by the resource sender based on the to-be-processed resource information, and process the resource processing information based on the target resource.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
a registration module configured to:
receiving a registration request carrying attribute information of a resource acquirer, registering the resource acquirer based on the attribute information of the resource acquirer, and allocating a corresponding resource account for the resource acquirer; and
receiving a registration request carrying attribute information of a resource sender, registering the resource sender based on the attribute information of the resource sender, and allocating a corresponding resource account for the resource sender.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
and the relationship establishing module is configured to establish an incidence relationship between the resource account of the resource acquirer and the resource account of the resource sender.
Optionally, the information generating module 404 is further configured to:

and if so, determining to generate the resource information to be processed based on the resource processing information and the resource certificate.
Optionally, the information generating module 404 is further configured to:
acquiring attribute information of a resource acquirer and a resource sender in the resource processing information;
acquiring attribute information of a resource acquirer and a resource sender in the resource voucher through optical character recognition;
and judging whether the attribute information of the resource acquirer and the resource sender in the resource processing information is matched with the attribute information of the resource acquirer and the resource sender in the resource voucher.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:

In the embodiment of the present specification, after receiving resource processing information and a resource credential sent by a resource acquirer (i.e., an upstream enterprise), a resource processing platform in the apparatus may perform authenticity check on the resource processing information and the resource credential, generate to-be-processed resource information of a resource sender (i.e., a downstream enterprise) based on the resource processing information and the resource credential, and actively push the to-be-processed resource information to the resource sender, where the resource sender may directly perform resource payment based on the to-be-processed resource information, and thus steps such as counter submission of a receipt and receipt auditing are omitted, manpower costs of banks and enterprises are saved, collection efficiency of the resource acquirer can be greatly improved, and resource processing time is saved.
The above is a schematic scheme of a resource processing apparatus of this embodiment. It should be noted that the technical solution of the resource processing apparatus and the technical solution of the resource processing method belong to the same concept, and details that are not described in detail in the technical solution of the resource processing apparatus can be referred to the description of the technical solution of the resource processing method.
FIG. 5 illustrates a block diagram of a computing device 500 provided in accordance with one embodiment of the present description. The components of the computing device 500 include, but are not limited to, a memory 510 and a processor 520. Processor 520 is coupled to memory 510 via bus 530, and database 550 is used to store data.

Those skilled in the art may add or replace other components as desired.

Claims (13)

1. A resource processing method is applied to a resource processing platform and comprises the following steps:
receiving resource processing information sent by a resource acquirer and a resource certificate corresponding to the resource processing information;
under the condition that the resource processing information and the resource certificate corresponding to the resource processing information are confirmed to pass the verification, generating resource information to be processed based on the resource processing information and the resource certificate, and sending the resource information to be processed to a resource sender;
and receiving the target resource determined by the resource sender based on the information of the resource to be processed, and processing the resource processing information based on the target resource.
2. The resource processing method according to claim 1, wherein before receiving the resource processing information and the resource credential corresponding to the resource processing information sent by the resource acquirer, the method further comprises:
receiving a registration request carrying attribute information of a resource acquirer, registering the resource acquirer based on the attribute information of the resource acquirer, and allocating a corresponding resource account for the resource acquirer; and
receiving a registration request carrying attribute information of a resource sender, registering the resource sender based on the attribute information of the resource sender, and allocating a corresponding resource account for the resource sender.
3. The resource processing method according to claim 2, further comprising, after allocating the corresponding resource account to the resource sender:
and establishing an incidence relation between the resource account of the resource acquirer and the resource account of the resource sender.
4. The resource processing method according to claim 3, wherein the generating to-be-processed resource information based on the resource processing information and the resource credential if it is determined that the resource processing information and the resource credential corresponding to the resource processing information check, includes:
acquiring attribute information of a resource acquirer in the resource processing information under the condition that the resource acquirer in the resource processing information and the resource sender both have corresponding resource accounts and the resource account of the resource acquirer in the resource processing information and the resource account of the resource sender have an incidence relation;
judging whether the attribute information of the resource acquirer in the resource processing information is the same as the attribute information of the resource acquirer at the time of registration,
if yes, judging whether the resource processing information is matched with the resource certificate or not,
and if so, determining to generate the resource information to be processed based on the resource processing information and the resource certificate.
5. The resource processing method of claim 4, wherein the determining whether the resource processing information matches the resource credential comprises:
acquiring attribute information of a resource acquirer and a resource sender in the resource processing information;
acquiring attribute information of a resource acquirer and a resource sender in the resource voucher through optical character recognition;
and judging whether the attribute information of the resource acquirer and the resource sender in the resource processing information is matched with the attribute information of the resource acquirer and the resource sender in the resource voucher.
6. The resource processing method according to claim 4, after determining that the resource acquirer in the resource processing information and the resource sender have the corresponding resource account, further comprising:
and determining that the resource account of the resource acquirer and the resource account of the resource sender are both in an available state.
7. The resource processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising, after processing the resource processing information based on the target resource:
and sending the processing result to the resource acquirer and the resource sender.
8. A resource processing system comprises a resource acquirer, a resource processing platform and a resource sender, wherein,
the resource acquirer is configured to generate resource processing information and a resource certificate corresponding to the resource processing information based on a preset trigger condition, and send the resource processing information and the resource certificate corresponding to the resource processing information to the resource processing platform;
the resource processing platform is configured to receive resource processing information sent by the resource acquirer and a resource certificate corresponding to the resource processing information, generate resource information to be processed based on the resource processing information and the resource certificate and send the resource information to be processed to the resource sender under the condition that the resource processing information and the resource certificate corresponding to the resource processing information are confirmed to pass verification;
the resource sender is configured to receive to-be-processed resource information sent by the resource processing platform, determine a corresponding target resource based on the to-be-processed resource information, and send the target resource to the resource processing platform;
the resource processing platform is further configured to receive a target resource determined by the resource sender based on the information of the resource to be processed, and process the resource processing information based on the target resource.
9. The resource handling system of claim 8, the resource acquirer, further configured to:
the method comprises the steps of generating resource processing information based on a preset trigger condition, sending the resource processing information to a corresponding target object, and generating a resource certificate corresponding to the resource processing information under the condition that a confirmation instruction of the target object for the resource processing information is received.
10. The resource processing system of claim 8, the resource sender further configured to:
and receiving the information of the resources to be processed sent by the resource processing platform, verifying the information of the resources to be processed, and determining corresponding target resources based on the information of the resources to be processed under the condition that the verification is passed.
11. A resource processing apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is configured to receive resource processing information sent by a resource acquirer and a resource certificate corresponding to the resource processing information;
the information generation module is configured to generate resource information to be processed based on the resource processing information and the resource certificate and send the resource information to be processed to a resource sender under the condition that the resource processing information and the resource certificate corresponding to the resource processing information are determined to pass the verification;
and the processing module is configured to receive the target resource determined by the resource sender based on the information of the resource to be processed, and process the resource processing information based on the target resource.
12. A computing device, comprising:
a memory and a processor;
the memory is configured to store computer-executable instructions and the processor is configured to execute the computer-executable instructions, which when executed by the processor, perform the steps of the resource handling method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
