Referring to fig. 5, the carton body 1 is made of a multi-layer composite board, the multi-layer composite board includes a corrugated buffer board 103, honeycomb reinforcing boards 102 are bonded to the inner and outer ends of the corrugated buffer board 103, and plastic moisture-proof boards 101 are bonded to the outer ends of the two honeycomb reinforcing boards 102. Mutually support through honeycomb reinforcing plate 102 and corrugated buffer board 103, increase the intensity of carton body 1, plastics dampproofing board 101 is located the inlayer and outside layer of carton body 1, effectively makes carton body 1 realize dampproofing and waterproofing, effectively protects the article in the carton body 1 to improve the save time of carton body 1, effectively avoid mildening and rot, the corruption of carton body 1.
Referring to fig. 1-12, the method of use: firstly, folding two narrow-side bottom plates 301 towards a box body 2 (please refer to fig. 7), covering the lower end of the box body 2, then inserting a gravity self-locking plate 304 into a self-locking plate hole 302, and driving a wide-side bottom plate 303 to fold towards the box body 2 until the gravity self-locking plate 304 completely enters into the box body 2, and pressing the wide-side bottom plate 303, so that the wide-side bottom plate 303, the narrow-side bottom plate 301 and the box body 2 are fastened (please refer to fig. 8), turning over the gravity self-locking plate 304 from the upper end of the box body 2, so that the two gravity self-locking plates 304 are respectively turned over and flattened outwards (please refer to fig. 9), placing a part of articles in the box body 2 in advance, penetrating an auxiliary self-locking belt 5 into the box body 2 from a carrying hole 201, inserting the inner end of the auxiliary self-locking belt 5 into the articles, continuing to place the articles in the box body 2, covering a box cover of the box body 2, using the carrying hole 201 to carry the box body 1, the gravity self-locking plate 304 is pressed by the articles in the box body 2, so that the gravity self-locking plate 304, the narrow-edge bottom plate 301 and the wide-edge bottom plate 303 are locked with each other, the auxiliary self-locking belt 5 relieves the pressure of the articles on the bottom, and the auxiliary gravity self-locking bottom plate assembly 3 is locked to effectively fix the articles between the auxiliary self-locking belt 5 and the gravity self-locking plate 304, so that the stability of the articles in the carrying process is improved (see fig. 10). Through narrow limit bottom plate 301, broadside bottom plate 303 and gravity self-locking plate 304 mutually support, when placing article in box 2, can be through the dead weight of article, make narrow limit bottom plate 301, broadside bottom plate 303 and gravity self-locking plate 304 lock each other, effectively save the use of sticky tape, improve the fastening nature of 1 bottom of carton body, effectively avoid because article overweight cause the phenomenon that carton body 1 exposes the end, effectively protect article, and effectively reduce carton body 1's breakage rate, improve carton body 1's reuse rate, reduce the input cost.

referring to fig. 1 to 12, wherein the same or corresponding components as those in embodiment 1 are designated by the same reference numerals as those in embodiment 1, only the points different from embodiment 1 will be described below for the sake of convenience. This example 2 differs from example 1 in that: referring to fig. 11, the processing process of the carton body 1 includes the following steps:
m1, primary bonding: bonding the honeycomb reinforcing plates 102 on the two end faces of the corrugated buffer plate 103 by using a first glue dispensing device, and drying and fixing;
m2. re-bonding: bonding a plastic moisture-proof plate 101 on the outer end face of the honeycomb reinforcing plate 102 by using a second glue dispensing device, and pressing, drying and fixing;
and M3, plate making: cutting out the composite board for manufacturing the carton body 1 by using cutting equipment according to the size of the customized carton body 1;
m4. detail processing: carrying out crease embossing on the composite board through embossing equipment, distinguishing the box body 2 from the gravity self-locking bottom board assembly 3, and respectively processing the carrying holes 201 and the self-locking board holes 302 through punching equipment;
m5. case forming: the box body 2 is formed by fixing the folded paper box body according to the embossing, and the paper box body 1 is manufactured. The composite board is manufactured by the plastic moisture-proof board 101, the honeycomb reinforcing board 102 and the corrugated buffer board 103 in advance, and the carton body 1 is processed by other equipment such as cutting equipment, so that the batch production of the carton body 1 is facilitated, the production cost is reduced, and the economic benefit of the carton body 1 is improved.
Example 3:
referring to fig. 1 to 12, wherein the same or corresponding components as those in embodiment 1 are designated by the same reference numerals as those in embodiment 1, only the points different from embodiment 1 will be described below for the sake of convenience. This example 3 differs from example 1 in that: referring to fig. 7-10 and 12, the method of using the gravity self-locking bottom plate assembly 3 comprises the following steps:
s1, folding two narrow-edge bottom plates 301 towards a box body 2 to cover the lower end of the box body 2;
s2, inserting the gravity self-locking plate 304 into the self-locking plate hole 302, and driving the wide-edge bottom plate 303 to be folded towards the box body 2 until the gravity self-locking plate 304 completely enters the box body 2;
s3, pressing the wide-side bottom plate 303 by using hands to fasten the wide-side bottom plate 303, the narrow-side bottom plate 301 and the box body 2;
s4, turning over the gravity self-locking plates 304 from the upper end of the box body 2, and enabling the two gravity self-locking plates 304 to be respectively turned over outwards and paved;
s5, placing the articles to be carried into the box body 2 and placing the articles at the upper end of the gravity self-locking plate 304;
s6, when the carton body 1 is carried, articles in the carton body 2 press the gravity self-locking plate 304, so that the gravity self-locking plate 304, the narrow-side bottom plate 301 and the wide-side bottom plate 303 are locked with each other.
