In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The exhibition mode control system of the electric vehicle is provided with a specific starting mode, namely an exhibition mode, aiming at vehicles exhibited in a shop or an exhibition hall, and the vehicles with the exhibition mode can be used for exhibiting or trying to drive.
Fig. 1 is a schematic block diagram illustrating a display mode control system of an electric vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the display mode control system of an electric vehicle according to the present invention includes a vehicle control unit 10 and an infotainment host 20:
the vehicle control unit 10 receives a start mode activation signal sent by the external device, activates a vehicle start mode, sends a start mode notification signal to the infotainment host 20, and receives a start mode switching signal sent by the infotainment host 20 to switch the start mode;
the infotainment host 20 performs matching prompt according to the start mode notification signal, collects and receives the start mode switching signal, and sends the start mode switching signal to the vehicle control unit 10.
A Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) is a core control component of the entire Vehicle, and corresponds to the brain of the Vehicle. As a command management center of an automobile, the vehicle control unit 10 mainly functions as: the system comprises a driving torque control device, a brake energy optimization control device, a whole vehicle energy management device, a CAN network maintenance and management device, a fault diagnosis and treatment device, a vehicle state monitoring device and the like, and plays a role in controlling vehicle operation.
The start-up mode is by default invisible to the driver and requires activation by an external device.
For the vehicle needing to activate the starting mode, the starting mode of the vehicle can be activated through the external equipment by using the vehicle in the exhibition mode, such as an exhibition hall or a test-driving vehicle in a 4s shop.
The start mode of the vehicle may include a normal mode, a novice mode, and a vehicle-exhibiting mode.
1) Normal mode
The normal mode is the default mode after the vehicle is off line, and when the starting mode is the normal mode, the vehicle can be started normally, the power system is Ready, the Ready lamp is lightened, and the vehicle can run normally.
The Ready lamp is used for prompting the Ready of a vehicle power system, the on/off of the Ready lamp is controlled by a VCU (vehicle control unit), and after the Ready lamp is turned on, the vehicle has the driving capability.
2) Novice mode
The novice mode is a starting mode for a novice vehicle to test driving, when the novice mode is activated, in order to guarantee safety of test-driving personnel and the vehicle, the vehicle is started under more rigorous conditions, the vehicle can be normally started and powered on after a driver wears a safety belt, a power system is Ready, a Ready lamp is lightened, and the vehicle can normally run.
3) Exhibition vehicle mode
The exhibition vehicle mode is a starting mode for static exhibition of the vehicle, and after the exhibition vehicle mode is activated, the vehicle can be powered on at high voltage but the Ready lamp cannot be turned on, the power system does not work, and the vehicle cannot run.
The vehicles configured with the exhibition mode can only be used for displaying or trial driving, in order to reduce the use trouble brought to customers by the switching between the exhibition mode and the normal mode of the vehicles sold normally, the default starting mode of the vehicles is the normal mode for the vehicles off line from a production line, and the exhibition mode is not supported.
The activation of the exhibition vehicle mode or the novice mode can be realized only by carrying out special operation through the external equipment.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the external device is an after-market diagnostic device 30.
In the following description, the starting mode is taken as the exhibition mode, and the special activation operation includes the following steps:
the after-sale diagnostic device 30 sends a signal of 'request for entering a display mode' to the vehicle control unit through the UDS protocol input/output control service;
the vehicle control unit 10 activates the vehicle display mode after receiving the "display mode entering request" signal from the after-sales diagnostic device 30, and sends an "display mode entering notification signal" to the infotainment host ihu (information Head unit)20 for matching.
The infotainment host 20 gives a corresponding prompt according to the "enter exhibition mode notification signal" fed back by the vehicle control unit 10.
The UDS protocol ISO14229 is a Unified Diagnostic Services, which is a standardized standard for Diagnostic Services.
And the vehicle starting mode is activated, and the vehicle starting mode is switched through the large screen of the IHU after the vehicle enters the exhibition mode or the novice mode.
For the exhibition and test driving vehicle, the precondition that the vehicle is switched from the normal mode to the exhibition mode or the novice mode comprises the following steps:
1) the diagnostic instrument activates a vehicle start mode;
2) the vehicle is in P gear, or the vehicle is in N gear and the vehicle is at rest.
The precondition that the vehicle is switched from the exhibition mode or the novice mode to the normal mode is ensured to satisfy the following conditions simultaneously:
1) the vehicle is in a gear P; and is
2) The brake pedal is stepped on; and is
3) And after the setting, the brake pedal is pressed for exceeding the preset time parameter. Preferably, the preset time parameter is 1 s.
After the vehicle starting mode is activated, taking the switching to the vehicle exhibition mode as an example, the specific process of switching the vehicle starting mode is as follows:
the infotainment host 20 collects the starting mode switching signal of the driver through the large control screen of the IHU, and the IHU at least ensures that the setting request is sent for three frames. The start mode switching signal includes a display mode setting request signal.
After receiving a start mode switching signal of a request set by a driver of the IHU, the vehicle control unit 10 performs arbitration and control according to the running state of the vehicle, sends a start mode notification signal, and feeds back the current start mode state of the vehicle to the IHU in real time, wherein the start mode state includes a vehicle exhibition mode state;
the infotainment host 20 performs corresponding text prompt on the driver according to the starting mode state fed back by the vehicle controller 10 to prompt the driver that the vehicle enters a vehicle exhibition mode, and the vehicle has no driving capability in the mode and can support static exhibition of a vehicle high-voltage system.
Once the exhibition car mode is activated, the exhibition car mode of the vehicle can be set and restored to a novice mode or a normal mode through the IHU central control large screen.
The following description will take an example in which the exhibition mode is switched to the normal mode.
When the vehicle enters the vehicle display mode, the instrument displays that the vehicle is in the vehicle display mode, the central control large screen fixedly prompts that the vehicle is in the vehicle display mode at the notification bar, and a quick entrance of 'how to close the vehicle display mode' is provided.
The quick access is on the central control large screen, and after the driver clicks the quick access, the infotainment host 20 may prompt the user with an instruction to resume normal mode operation.
The driver switches the mode according to the operation instruction, the infotainment host 20 collects and receives the starting mode switching signal and sends the starting mode switching signal to the vehicle controller 10, and the vehicle is recovered from the vehicle exhibition mode to the normal mode.
It should be noted that after the start mode is activated by the after-sales diagnostic apparatus 30, the start mode can be switched among the normal mode, the novice mode and the exhibition mode through the IHU central control large screen, and the specific process has been described by way of example above and is not described here again.
Furthermore, the starting mode can only comprise a normal mode and a vehicle exhibition mode, and the novice mode can be used as further functional improvement for subsequent updating.
The invention provides a vehicle exhibition mode control system of an electric vehicle, which has the following beneficial effects:
1) the activation starting mode can be written in by the after-sale diagnostic device according to the use of the vehicle, and the normal vehicle sale work cannot be influenced;
2) switching is allowed among the starting modes, and safety and convenience are improved simultaneously.
