Non-limiting and non-exhaustive embodiments of the present invention are described by way of example with reference to the following drawings, in which:
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a reminder system for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a reminding method for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the invention.
Detailed Description
In order to make the above and other features and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It is understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to be limiting.
The present invention provides a solution for providing a user with reminder information to remove a reload in response to a determination that the vehicle is in a reload state for a long period of time. In a first aspect of the invention, this object is achieved by a reminder system for a vehicle being provided.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a reminder system 100 for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the system 100 includes a load detection unit 110, a time monitoring unit 120, and a reminder unit 130.
The load detection unit 110 may be configured to acquire a current load of the vehicle, and determine whether the vehicle is in a heavy load state according to whether a difference between the current load and a preset initial load is greater than a first threshold. In some embodiments of the invention, the load of the vehicle may be collected/determined by sensors. In some embodiments, a sensor indicating the weight of the item, such as a load cell, pressure cell, or gravity sensor, may be mounted below the level in the trunk on which the item is placed. In such a case, the load detection unit 110 may collect/determine the weight of the placed article (i.e., the load of the vehicle) based on the sensing signal of the sensor. In such embodiments, it will be appreciated that the load of the vehicle comprises only the weight of the items placed in the trunk of the vehicle. In other embodiments of the present invention, the load of the vehicle includes not only the weight of items placed in the trunk of the vehicle, but also the weight of weights placed in locations other than the driver's location (e.g., passenger seat, rear seat, third row seat (if any), or under the seat). In such an embodiment, a chassis height sensor may be provided in the vehicle, and the load detection unit 110 may be further configured to calculate the current load of the vehicle by sensing the acquired chassis height data by the chassis height sensor. It will be readily appreciated that the ride height is indicative of the load of the vehicle, and that the ride height is related to the load of the vehicle.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the load detection unit 110 may continuously acquire the current load of the vehicle, or may acquire the current load of the vehicle at a specific time (e.g., when the vehicle is no longer used). It will be readily appreciated that the "no longer vehicle" condition may be determined by detecting that the vehicle key has been removed, the vehicle key is no longer in the vehicle, seat pressure has changed, the doors are locked, etc. Then, the load detection unit 110 determines whether the vehicle is in a heavy load state according to whether a difference between the current load and a preset initial load is greater than a first threshold (a certain load value). The preset initial load may be any value that is appropriately set, and may be a load (e.g., 0) of the vehicle in an unloaded state (no article is on the vehicle), or may be a specific value that is set by the user as desired. And under the condition that the difference between the current load and the preset initial load is larger than a first threshold value, judging that the vehicle is in a heavy load state, and otherwise, judging that the vehicle is not in the heavy load state. In some embodiments of the present invention, the preset initial load and/or the first threshold may be set such that a vehicle having the same current load is judged to be in a heavy load state or not, depending on the user's subjective definition of "heavy load". In other words, the user may preset a smaller initial load and/or a larger first threshold value, thereby allowing the vehicle to retain a relatively heavy article thereon without being judged to be in a heavy load state; conversely, the user may preset a larger initial load and/or a smaller first threshold, so that the articles left on the vehicle with a relatively small weight are also judged to be in a heavy-load state.
The time monitoring unit 120 may be configured to monitor a duration of the vehicle being in the heavy load state when the load detection unit 110 determines that the vehicle is in the heavy load state. The time monitoring unit 120 may include a timer that starts counting time when it is determined that the vehicle is in a heavy load state. The alert unit 130 may be configured to provide alert information in response to the duration of the vehicle being in the heavy load state exceeding a second threshold. In some embodiments of the present invention, the time monitoring unit 120 may report to the alert unit 130 whether the duration of the heavy load state of the vehicle it monitors exceeds a second threshold (a certain time value), or the alert unit 130 may determine whether the duration exceeds the second threshold according to the duration monitored by the time monitoring unit 120. In some embodiments of the invention, the magnitude of the second threshold is determined from a current load of the vehicle; alternatively, the second threshold is inversely related to the first threshold, and the larger the first threshold, the smaller the second threshold. That is, in the case where the current load is relatively large, the second threshold value may be set relatively small so that only the articles having a relatively large weight are allowed to stay on the vehicle for a short time without providing the warning information, whereas the second threshold value may be set relatively large so that the articles having a relatively large weight are allowed to stay on the vehicle for a long time without providing the warning information. In some embodiments of the present invention, the reminder unit 130 is only enabled if the vehicle is in an energy efficient mode, i.e., it may be selectively enabled by a user.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the time monitoring unit 120 is triggered to monitor the duration of the heavy load state of the vehicle when the load detection unit 110 detects that the current load changes to determine whether the vehicle is in the heavy load state, and the time monitoring unit 110 determines that the vehicle is in the heavy load state. As described above, the load detection unit 110 may continuously acquire the current load of the vehicle, and thus may be able to detect that the current load is changed. A change in current load may indicate to the user to load new items and/or unload the lien items. The user should therefore have sufficient notice of the heavy load on the vehicle during loading of new items and/or unloading of the retained items, in which case the duration of the heavy load condition of the vehicle is re-monitored. The re-monitoring may be achieved, for example, by resetting (zeroing) a timer.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the alert unit 130 may be configured to send alert information to the in-vehicle display and/or the user mobile device, wherein the alert information includes at least one of: the current load of the vehicle; a difference between a current load of the vehicle and a preset initial load; whether the vehicle is in a heavy load state; the duration that the vehicle is in a heavy load condition; and/or a reminder to the vehicle user to remove unnecessary loads. In this way, the user can notice the reminder on the in-vehicle display (e.g., when preparing to leave the seat) to take away certain items on the vehicle when needed, reducing the load. Alternatively, the reminder information may be made noticeable to the user through the user's mobile device (e.g., mobile phone, wearable device, etc.) even where the user has been away from the vehicle. The reminder information can be in audible (e.g., voice, beep), visual (e.g., text, image, video), and/or tactile (e.g., vibration) form.
In a second aspect of the invention, there is provided a vehicle comprising a reminder system 100 for a vehicle according to the first aspect of the invention.
In a third aspect of the present invention, the aforementioned object is achieved by providing a warning method for a vehicle.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a reminder method 200 for a vehicle according to an embodiment of the invention. The method 200 may be implemented using the reminder system 100 of the present invention as described above. As shown, the method 200 includes:

step S230: and providing reminding information in response to the duration that the vehicle is in the heavy load state exceeding a second threshold value.
In some embodiments of the invention, obtaining the current load of the vehicle comprises: the current load of the vehicle is calculated by sensing the acquired chassis height data by the chassis height sensor.
In some embodiments of the invention, the method further comprises: when the current load is detected to be changed, whether the vehicle is in a heavy load state is judged, and the duration time of the vehicle in the heavy load state is monitored when the vehicle is judged to be in the heavy load state. In some embodiments of the invention, the magnitude of the second threshold is determined from a current load of the vehicle; alternatively, the second threshold is inversely related to the first threshold, and the larger the first threshold, the smaller the second threshold. In some embodiments of the invention, providing the reminder information comprises: sending reminding information to a vehicle-mounted display and/or user mobile equipment, wherein the reminding information comprises at least one of the following: the current load of the vehicle; a difference between a current load of the vehicle and a preset initial load; whether the vehicle is in a heavy load state; the duration that the vehicle is in a heavy load condition; and/or a reminder to the vehicle user to remove unnecessary loads.
According to a fourth aspect of the invention, there is provided a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to the third aspect of the invention. For example, the computer program, when executed by a processor, is capable of instructing the processor and/or the respective component to carry out the steps of: acquiring the current load of the vehicle, and judging whether the vehicle is in a heavy load state or not according to whether the difference between the current load and the preset initial load is larger than a first threshold value or not; when the vehicle is judged to be in the heavy load state, monitoring the duration time of the vehicle in the heavy load state; and providing a reminder in response to the duration of the vehicle being in the heavy load state exceeding a second threshold.
Additionally, it should be understood that the various units in the reminder system 100 for a vehicle described above may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof.
