Description

Control method and device of dish washing machine, dish washing machine and readable storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of kitchen ware control, in particular to a control method and device of a dish-washing machine, the dish-washing machine and a readable storage medium.
Background
With the improvement of the economic level, people increasingly worried about high-level and high-quality life, and the dish washing machine as a cleaning tool capable of liberating the hands of the people is gradually selected by more and more users. The current dishwasher on the market generally uses a nozzle to spray high-pressure washing water to wash dishes, and during the washing process, the washing water is heated, and the internal temperature of a washing cavity can reach 70 ℃. At this time, the washing chamber is in a state of relatively high temperature and high pressure, and if a user opens the door by mistake in the washing process, external cold air enters the washing chamber of the dishwasher. After the door of dish washer is closed once more, the cold air that gets into in the washing chamber will expand under the high temperature effect, if open the washing heating immediately this moment, will aggravate the gas expansion to produce powerful thrust to the door of dish washer, very easily cause the door of dish washer to be opened by the anomaly.
In order to solve the above problem, it is common that the heating device is not turned on for a while after the door of the dishwasher is closed again, but the washing water with a low temperature (e.g., cold water of 30 ℃) is sprayed through the nozzle to lower the temperature inside the washing chamber, thereby preventing the cold air from rapidly expanding and the door of the dishwasher from being opened abnormally. However, in the actual use process of the dishwasher, the water temperature of the washing water is originally high, if the door of the dishwasher is opened only in a short time, and when the door of the dishwasher is closed again, the water temperature of the washing water is not reduced much, even if the heating device is not started, the water temperature of the washing water also aggravates the gas expansion, so that the effect of reducing the pressure state parameter inside the washing cavity can not be achieved, the risk that the door of the dishwasher is opened abnormally still exists, and the use safety and the reliability of the dishwasher are affected.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
If a user opens the door by mistake during the washing process of the dishwasher, cold air from the outside may enter the washing chamber of the dishwasher. When the door of the dish washer is closed again, the washing heating is immediately started, and the cold air entering the washing cavity is expanded under the action of high temperature, so that strong thrust is generated on the door of the dish washer, and the door of the dish washer is easily opened abnormally in the washing process. In the prior art, generally, the heating device is not started for a while after the door of the dishwasher is closed again, and the temperature in the washing cavity is reduced by spraying washing water with lower temperature (such as cold water with the temperature of 30 ℃) through the nozzle, so that the door of the dishwasher is prevented from being opened abnormally due to rapid expansion of the cold air. However, since the temperature of the washing water is inherently high during the actual use of the dishwasher, if the door of the dishwasher is opened and then closed within a short time during the washing process, the washing water is maintained at a high temperature, and even if the heating device is not turned on, the temperature of the washing water may increase the expansion of the air. Therefore, the above method does not have the effect of reducing the air pressure inside the washing chamber, and there is still a risk that the door of the dishwasher is abnormally opened, which affects the safety and reliability of the dishwasher.
Based on the technical scheme, after the door of the dishwasher is detected to be opened and then closed in the washing process, the current state parameter in the washing cavity is obtained, and the washing operation is started after the pressure reduction component is controlled to be opened for a period of time based on the value of the state parameter, so that the air pressure in the washing cavity can be reduced, and the door of the dishwasher is prevented from being opened abnormally in the washing process.
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of a control method of a dishwasher, it is noted that the steps illustrated in the flowchart of the drawings may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that while a logical order is illustrated in the flowchart, in some cases the steps illustrated or described may be performed in an order different than that herein.
In the present embodiment, there is provided a control method of a dishwasher, which can be applied to the dishwasher, fig. 1 is a flowchart of the control method of the dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the flowchart includes:
s11, detecting the opening and closing state of the door of the dishwasher in the washing process.
The dishwasher is provided with a door control detection structure, the opening and closing state of the door of the dishwasher is detected through the door control detection structure so as to determine whether the door of the dishwasher is opened in the washing process, and if the door of the dishwasher is opened in the washing process, whether the door of the dishwasher is closed again is detected.
S12, when it is detected that the door of the dishwasher is opened and closed again in the washing process, the state parameter of the inside of the washing chamber of the dishwasher is obtained.
The state parameter is a parameter for representing a gas pressure state in the washing chamber, and specifically, the state parameter may be a pressure state parameter, a temperature state parameter, or other parameters that can represent a gas pressure state, and is not limited specifically herein.
When the condition that the door of the dishwasher is opened and closed again in the washing process is detected, the condition that the dishwasher needs to continue washing operation is indicated, and at the moment, the condition parameters in the washing cavity can be collected through the condition detection structure. For example, the state detecting structure is a temperature sensor, when it is detected that the door of the dishwasher is opened and closed again during the washing process, indicating that the dishwasher needs to continue the washing operation, the temperature state parameter inside the washing chamber may be collected by the temperature sensor.
And S13, if the state parameter is larger than the preset value of the state parameter, controlling the voltage reduction part to be started for a target time length and then starting the washing operation.
The target period is the on period of the voltage-decreasing means. The target duration and the value of the state parameter can be in a linear relation, namely the starting duration of the voltage reduction component is linearly controlled according to the value of the current state parameter; the target duration and the value of the state parameter can also be in a segmentation corresponding relation, namely, the state parameter is segmented, each segment corresponds to an opening duration, and the dishwasher can perform segmentation control on the opening duration of the voltage reduction component according to the value of the current state parameter.
Specifically, the target period of time is lengthened as the value of the state parameter is increased, and the higher the temperature inside the washing chamber, the longer the target period of time for which the depressurize unit is turned on, taking the state parameter as the temperature as an example. Alternatively, the target time period may range from 5s to 2 min. The target duration is set to be prolonged along with the rise of the value of the state parameter, so that the washing cavity can have a better pressure relief effect.
The pressure reducing part is arranged on the washing cavity of the dish washing machine and is suitable for being communicated with the outside. Specifically, the pressure reduction part can be an exhaust valve or a pressure release valve and the like, and the communication and the closing of the washing cavity and the outside are realized by controlling the opening and closing of the exhaust valve, so that the pressure release of the washing cavity is realized. The pressure is reduced through the exhaust valve, other hardware does not need to be additionally arranged, and the additional increase of the cost of the dish washing machine is avoided.
Compared with the prior art in which the door of the dishwasher is opened within a short time and then closed, the control method of the dishwasher provided by the embodiment has the advantages that the washing water is still maintained at a higher temperature, even if the heating device is not started at the moment, the water temperature of the washing water can aggravate the problem of gas expansion, the method does not need to wait for the temperature of the washing water to be reduced to cold water, even if the door is closed within a short time, the pressure of the washing cavity can be relieved through the pressure reducing part to reduce the pressure in the washing cavity, and therefore the problem that the door of the dishwasher is opened abnormally due to the fact that the air pressure in the washing cavity rises rapidly due to the fact that cold air is heated and expanded is avoided. Through the on-off state of the door that detects dish washer in the washing process, open at the washing in-process when the door of dish washer and close the back again, acquire the state parameter in the washing chamber, and confirm to open the length of time of depressurization part according to state parameter's value, restart washing operation after carrying out the pressure release to the washing chamber, avoided leading to its inflation under the high temperature because of cold air enters into the washing chamber from this, thereby avoid the atmospheric pressure in the washing chamber to rise fast, avoid leading to the problem that the door of dish washer is opened by the anomaly, thereby the safety in utilization and the reliability of dish washer have been guaranteed.
In the present embodiment, there is provided a control method of a dishwasher, which can be applied to the dishwasher, fig. 2 is a flowchart of the control method of the dishwasher according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the flowchart includes the steps of:
s21, detecting the opening and closing state of the door of the dishwasher in the washing process. For a detailed description, refer to the related description of the corresponding steps in the above embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
S22, when it is detected that the door of the dishwasher is opened and closed again in the washing process, the state parameter of the inside of the washing chamber of the dishwasher is obtained. For a detailed description, refer to the related description of the corresponding steps in the above embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
And S23, if the state parameter is larger than the preset value of the state parameter, controlling the voltage reduction part to be started for a target time length and then starting the washing operation.
Specifically, when the state parameter is a temperature state parameter, the step S23 may include the following steps:
s231, judging whether the temperature state parameter is larger than a preset temperature threshold value.
The preset temperature threshold is a temperature value at which the pressure reduction part is not required to be started and the washing operation can be directly performed, and the preset temperature threshold may be 30 ℃ or 35 ℃, although those skilled in the art also set other values according to actual needs, and is not specifically limited herein. And comparing the currently acquired temperature state parameter with a preset temperature threshold value to determine whether the currently acquired temperature state parameter in the washing cavity is greater than the preset temperature threshold value. When the temperature state parameter is greater than the preset temperature threshold, step S232 is executed, otherwise, the washing operation is directly performed.
And S232, controlling the voltage reduction part to start the washing operation after the first target time length is started, wherein the higher the temperature state parameter is, the longer the first target time length is.
When the temperature state parameter is greater than the preset temperature threshold, the temperature in the washing cavity is higher, cold air entering the washing cavity expands under the action of high temperature, so that the air pressure in the washing cavity rises, the pressure reduction component can be controlled to be started to reduce the pressure in the washing cavity, the washing operation is started after the air pressure value in the washing cavity is reduced to a certain value, and the second target time duration ranges from 5s to 2 min. Specifically, the first target time duration for which the voltage reduction component is turned on and the temperature state parameters may have a linear relationship, that is, each temperature state parameter has a corresponding first target time duration, for example, when the temperature state parameter is 45 ℃, the corresponding first target time duration is 15 s; when the temperature state parameter is 30 ℃, the corresponding first target time length is 10 s; the first target time period for which the depressurizing device is started can also be determined according to the temperature range in which the temperature state parameter in the current washing chamber is located, for example, when the temperature state parameter is in the temperature range (30 ℃, 35 ℃), the corresponding first target time period is 10 s.
The control method of the dishwasher provided by the embodiment comprises the steps of judging whether the temperature state parameter is greater than a preset temperature threshold value or not by obtaining the temperature state parameter in the washing cavity, and controlling the voltage reduction component to start the washing operation after the first target is started for a long time when the temperature state parameter is greater than the preset temperature threshold value, wherein the first target is determined according to the temperature state parameter in the washing cavity for a long time, the temperature state parameter is higher, the first target is longer, and therefore a better washing cavity pressure relief effect can be ensured, the phenomenon that a door of the dishwasher is opened abnormally due to the fact that cold air entering the washing cavity expands under the action of high temperature is avoided, and the use safety and reliability of the dishwasher are further ensured.
In the present embodiment, there is provided a control method of a dishwasher, which can be applied to the dishwasher, fig. 3 is a flowchart of the control method of the dishwasher according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the flowchart includes the steps of:
s31, detecting the opening and closing state of the door of the dishwasher in the washing process. For a detailed description, refer to the related description of the corresponding steps in the above embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
S32, when it is detected that the door of the dishwasher is opened and closed again in the washing process, the state parameter of the inside of the washing chamber of the dishwasher is obtained. For a detailed description, refer to the related description of the corresponding steps in the above embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
And S33, if the state parameter is larger than the preset value of the state parameter, controlling the voltage reduction part to be started for a target time length and then starting the washing operation.
Alternatively, when the state parameter is a pressure state parameter, the step S33 may include the following steps:
and S331, judging whether the pressure state parameter is larger than a preset pressure threshold value.
The preset pressure threshold is an air pressure value which is used for directly carrying out washing operation without opening the pressure reduction component, the air pressure value is related to the volume of the washing cavity, and a person skilled in the art can set the preset pressure threshold according to an empirical value, and the preset pressure threshold is not particularly limited herein. And comparing the currently acquired pressure state parameter with a preset pressure threshold value to determine whether the currently acquired pressure state parameter in the washing cavity is greater than the preset pressure threshold value. When the pressure state parameter is greater than the preset pressure threshold, step S332 is executed, otherwise, the washing operation is directly performed.
And S332, controlling the pressure reduction part to start the washing operation after a second target time length, wherein the higher the pressure state parameter is, the longer the second target time length is.
When the pressure state parameter is larger than the preset pressure threshold, the pressure in the current washing cavity is higher, and as the pressure state parameter in the closed space is higher and the temperature is higher, the temperature in the washing cavity is higher. At the moment, when the door of the dish washer is opened, cold air entering the washing cavity expands under the action of high temperature to cause the air pressure in the washing cavity to rise, at the moment, the pressure reduction component can be controlled to be opened to reduce the air pressure value in the washing cavity, and the washing operation is started after the air pressure value in the washing cavity is reduced to a certain value, wherein the second target time length is within the range of 5 s-2 min. Specifically, the second target duration for which the pressure reduction unit is turned on and the air pressure may present a linear relationship, that is, each air pressure has a second target duration corresponding thereto; the second target time period for which the pressure decreasing part is turned on may be further determined according to a range of the air pressure in which the air pressure in the washing chamber is currently located.
According to the control method of the dish washing machine, whether the pressure state parameter is larger than the preset pressure threshold value or not is judged by obtaining the pressure state parameter in the washing cavity, and when the pressure state parameter is larger than the preset pressure threshold value, the washing operation is started after the pressure reduction component is controlled to be started for the second target time length, wherein the second target time length is determined according to the pressure state parameter in the washing cavity, the higher the pressure state parameter is, the longer the second target time length is, so that the pressure relief effect of the washing cavity is ensured, the phenomenon that a door of the dish washing machine is opened abnormally due to the fact that cold air entering the washing cavity expands under the action of high temperature is avoided, and the use safety and reliability of the dish washing machine are ensured.
In the present embodiment, there is provided a control method of a dishwasher, which can be applied to the dishwasher, fig. 4 is a flowchart of the control method of the dishwasher according to the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the flowchart includes the steps of:
and S40, acquiring the working state of the dishwasher.
The working state comprises a water adding state, a washing state, a water draining state, a rinsing state and a drying state. After the dishwasher is started, the controller of the dishwasher can determine the current working state of the dishwasher according to the current operating conditions of all parts of the dishwasher.
And S41, judging whether the working state is the washing state.
And after the working state of the dishwasher is obtained, judging whether the current working state of the dishwasher is in a washing state, executing the step S42 when the working state is in the washing state, and otherwise, continuously monitoring the working state of the dishwasher.
S42, detecting the opening and closing state of the door of the dishwasher in the washing process.
When the working state is a washing state, the opening and closing state of the door of the dishwasher is detected in real time to determine whether the door of the dishwasher is opened and closed during the washing process.
Specifically, the step S42 may include the following steps:
s421, detecting whether the door of the dishwasher is opened in the washing process.
When the dishwasher is in a washing state, whether the door of the dishwasher is opened or not is detected through the door control detection structure, and when the door of the dishwasher is detected to be opened, step S421 is performed, otherwise, the monitoring is continued.
S422, the washing operation is controlled to be stopped, and it is detected whether the door of the dishwasher is closed again.
When it is detected that the door of the dishwasher is opened during the washing process, indicating that the washing operation of the dishwasher needs to be interrupted, the controller may control the dishwasher to stop the washing operation, so as to ensure the safety of the dishwasher. The door control detecting structure may continue to detect whether the door of the dishwasher is closed again while the door of the dishwasher is opened, and perform the step S43 when it is detected that the door of the dishwasher is closed again, otherwise continue to monitor.
S43, when it is detected that the door of the dishwasher is opened and closed again in the washing process, the state parameter of the inside of the washing chamber of the dishwasher is obtained. For a detailed description, refer to the related description of the corresponding steps in the above embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
And S44, if the state parameter is larger than the preset value of the state parameter, controlling the voltage reduction part to be started for a target time length and then starting the washing operation. For a detailed description, refer to the related description of the corresponding steps in the above embodiments, which are not repeated herein.
