Description

Alarm processing method and device and storage medium
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to an alarm processing method, an alarm processing apparatus, and a storage medium.
Background
With the development of communication networks, network networking structures are becoming large and complex. The network contains a large number of network element devices, and in daily network maintenance, faults occurring in the network element devices need to be discovered in time, fault alarms are generated, and corresponding processing is performed on the faults, wherein the types of the faults comprise: an X2 interface fault, an S1 port fault, a standing wave fault, a power supply type fault, and the like. The generation and report of mass alarms brought by a complex network structure cause huge pressure on network operation and maintenance personnel, and the fault analysis workload is large and the efficiency is low.
With the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI), more and more machine learning algorithms are applied to various fields. AI techniques, based on powerful storage and computing power, can be used to help address the extensive data processing and analysis of human responses and data-based learning efforts. The introduction of the AI technology into network operation and maintenance has become a trend of network intelligent operation and maintenance in the future, for example, the network fault alarm is intelligently analyzed and processed and reported to a network management unit through various adaptive algorithms, such as frequent item mining and adaptive parameter optimization algorithm, thereby improving the network operation and maintenance efficiency.
In the conventional technology, a network side generates an alarm for each fault and reports the alarm to a network management unit, and operation and maintenance personnel perform manual analysis and process a large number of alarm events. For alarm flash and alarm oscillation, the flash cycle and oscillation cycle of alarm are set by fixing numerical values at the network element side, so that reporting of a large amount of redundancy and repeated alarm is avoided.
In the traditional alarm technology, alarms are presented independently, and a plurality of alarm problems with logical relations or derivative relations are not associated, so that the generated massive alarms cause large workload and low efficiency of manual analysis. When a single alarm problem is repeatedly reported or a flash alarm problem is reported, flexible reporting configuration is not set according to an alarm object and an alarm type, and some important alarm information is not reported in time or an unimportant alarm is reported excessively.
Disclosure of Invention

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a network management system according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, the network management system provided in the embodiment of the present application may include a network management unit 101 and one or more network units 102.

In the embodiment of the present application, the network management unit 101 receives an alarm generated by the network unit 102 for a fault generated in the network, analyzes and decides the alarm sent by the network unit 102, generates a corresponding processing instruction, and sends the processing instruction to the network unit 102 to eliminate the alarm. Based on the network management system in fig. 1, a specific description will be given below of the alarm processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an embodiment of an alarm processing method according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of an alarm processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application may include:
201. the network management unit sends alarm reporting configuration to the network unit, wherein the alarm reporting configuration comprises first configuration information or second configuration information, the first configuration information is used for indicating the reporting of an alarm event, and the second configuration information is used for indicating the reporting condition of an alarm corresponding to a target alarm object and/or a target alarm type and/or a target alarm priority.
In this embodiment, a network management unit first sends an alarm reporting configuration to a network unit, where the alarm reporting configuration may include first configuration information, and the first configuration information is used to indicate reporting of an alarm event. It should be noted that, in the conventional alarm reporting mode, the network unit generates an alarm for each fault, and reports the alarms corresponding to each fault one by one. In the embodiment of the present application, the alarm event is used as an alarm reporting mode, which means that the network element needs to report an alarm by using the alarm event reporting mode. The reporting mode of the alarm event in the embodiment of the application refers to that a network unit associates multiple alarms by adopting a target association relation to generate an alarm event, and then reports the alarm event.
In this embodiment, the alarm reporting configuration sent by the network management unit to the network unit may also include second configuration information, where the second configuration information is used to indicate a target alarm object and/or a target alarm type and/or a reporting condition of an alarm corresponding to a target alarm priority.
In the embodiment of the present application, the alarm object may include an S1 interface, an X2 interface, a cell, a base station, a radio frequency unit, a power module, and the like, and in addition, may include other alarm objects. The alarm type may include a transmission alarm (communication alarm), a process error alarm (processing error alarm), an environment alarm (environment alarm), a quality of service alarm (quality of service alarm), and the like, and may include other alarm types. The alarm priorities may include critical, major, minor, warning, uncertain, and eliminated (cleared), among others, or other prioritization. In this embodiment, the target alarm object may be any one of the alarm objects, the target alarm type may be any one of the alarm types, and the target alarm priority may be any one of the alarm priorities. In this embodiment, the second configuration information sent by the network management unit to the network unit is used to indicate a reporting condition of an alarm corresponding to the target alarm object and/or the target alarm type and/or the target alarm priority.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the alarm reporting configuration sent by the network management unit to the network unit may include other configuration information in addition to the first configuration information or the second configuration information. For example, the alarm reporting configuration sent by the network management unit to the network unit includes third configuration information, where the third configuration information is used to instruct the network unit to report an alarm in the conventional alarm reporting manner. The embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit the type of configuration information that may be included in the alarm reporting configuration.
202. And the network unit determines a target alarm according to the alarm reporting configuration, wherein the target alarm is used for sending to the network management unit.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving the alarm reporting configuration sent by the network management unit, the network unit determines a target alarm according to the alarm reporting configuration, where the target alarm is used for reporting to the network management unit.
Specifically, when the network element receives an alarm reporting configuration sent by the network management element, where the alarm reporting configuration includes the first configuration information, the network element determines that an alarm reporting mode is alarm event reporting, and the network element determines a plurality of alarms from alarm data according to a target association rule, associates the plurality of alarms, and finally generates an alarm event corresponding to the plurality of alarms. The target alarm in the embodiment of the application comprises the alarm event, and when the target alarm only comprises the alarm event, the alarm event is the target alarm. The target alarm may further include other information, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. It should be noted that the alarm data may refer to historical alarm data in the network element, and the historical alarm data may include a large number of alarms.
Specifically, when the network element receives an alarm reporting configuration sent by the network management element, where the alarm reporting configuration includes the second configuration information, the network element filters unnecessary alarms in the alarm data based on the reporting condition indicated by the second configuration information, and screens an alarm meeting the reporting condition as a target alarm. For example, the second configuration information is used to indicate a reporting condition of an alarm corresponding to the alarm object a, and when the alarm object a generates an alarm, the network element will screen the alarm according to whether the generated alarm satisfies the reporting condition, and if not, it determines that the alarm is a target alarm for reporting. For example, the alarm priority of the alarm type B corresponding to the alarm object a is "serious", the network management unit sends, to the network unit, second configuration information for indicating the reporting condition of the alarm corresponding to the alarm type B corresponding to the alarm object a based on the priority of the alarm type B corresponding to the alarm object a, when the alarm object a generates the alarm of the alarm type B, the network unit will determine whether the alarm satisfies the reporting condition, if not, the alarm is removed, and if so, the network unit determines that the alarm is a target alarm for reporting.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment of the present application, after receiving an alarm reporting configuration sent by a network management unit, a network unit may always report a target alarm according to the alarm reporting configuration until a new alarm reporting configuration is issued.
In this embodiment, the network management unit may send an alarm reporting configuration to the network unit, where the alarm reporting configuration may include first configuration information or second configuration information, and the network unit may associate and report a plurality of alarms having an association relationship according to the first configuration information, therefore, the efficiency of alarm analysis can be improved, the fault information can be more accurately positioned, the network unit can also screen the alarm corresponding to the target alarm object and/or the target alarm type and/or the target alarm priority according to the second configuration information, and report the alarm after meeting the reporting condition, therefore, when a single alarm problem is repeatedly reported or a single alarm is reported in a flash mode, flexible reporting conditions can be set based on alarm objects/alarm types/alarm priorities, important alarms can be received in time, and the reporting of redundancy and repeated alarms can be effectively and accurately inhibited.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of an alarm processing method according to an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 3, another embodiment of the alarm processing method provided in the embodiment of the present application may include:
301. the network management unit sends first configuration information to the network unit, wherein the first configuration information is used for indicating the report of the alarm event.
In the embodiment of the application, a network management unit firstly sends first configuration information to a network unit, wherein the first configuration information is used for indicating the report of an alarm event.
Optionally, the first configuration information in this embodiment may include one or more of the following information: the alarm event reporting method comprises a reporting mode of an alarm event, first indication information and second indication information, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating whether alarm information of a plurality of alarms associated with the alarm event needs to be carried or not when the alarm event is reported, the second indication information is used for indicating a target association rule, and the target association rule is used for associating the plurality of alarms by a network unit and generating the alarm event.
302. And after receiving the first configuration information, the network unit associates the plurality of alarms according to the target association rule and generates an alarm event.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving first configuration information sent by a network management unit, a network unit determines that an alarm reporting mode is alarm event reporting, and the network unit determines a plurality of alarms with association relations from alarm data according to a target association rule, then associates the plurality of alarms, and finally generates an alarm event corresponding to the plurality of alarms. The target alarm in the embodiment of the present application includes the alarm event. When the target alarm only comprises the alarm event, the alarm event is the target alarm. The target alarm may further include other information, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application. It should be noted that the alarm data may refer to historical alarm data in the network element, and the historical alarm data may include a large number of alarms.
It should be noted that the target association rule in the embodiment of the present application may be predefined by the network element, and when an alarm event needs to be reported, the network element directly determines the alarm event according to the predefined target association rule. The target association rule may also be configured by the network management unit through the second indication information in the first configuration information. The embodiments of the present application do not limit this.
Optionally, the target association rule in this embodiment may be one of a plurality of association rules, and the plurality of association rules may include frequency association and network topology association. It should be noted that, besides two association rules, namely, the frequency association and the network topology association, other association rules may be included for association of the alarm, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the application, the association rules may be available association rules stored in the network element, and the network management unit may further send, before sending the first configuration information to the network element, third indication information, which is used for indicating the network element to report the available association rules to the network management unit, as the network element sends the third indication information.
The frequency association in the embodiment of the application refers to association according to the alarm association frequency of the alarm. The alarm association frequency is used for indicating that a plurality of alarms frequently appear in the same time period. The plurality of alerts may be different types of alerts. Specifically, the network element performs frequency association on a plurality of alarms in the alarm data according to a frequent mining algorithm within a certain time period. For example, if the number of simultaneous occurrences of alarms 1, 2, and 3 in 5 minutes is 101, the alarm frequency is 101. And the network unit associates the alarms 1, 2 and 3 according to the alarm frequency.
The network topology association in the embodiment of the application refers to association according to the association relationship of the network topology of the alarm. The network topology may include a logical topology or a derivative relationship of the network topology or the like. When a plurality of alarms have an association relationship of a network topology structure, the plurality of alarms can be associated. For example, if there is a connection or bearer relationship between alarm 1 and alarm 2, alarm 1 and alarm 2 may be attributed to one alarm event.
303. The network element sends a target alarm to the network management element, the target alarm including an alarm event.
In the embodiment of the application, after generating an alarm event, the network element sends a target alarm to the network management element, where the target alarm includes the alarm event.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the alarm event included in the target alarm may include one or more of the following information: the method comprises the following steps of setting a root cause of an alarm event, an identifier of the alarm event, a name of the alarm event, an alarm object, an alarm type of the alarm event, a fault source of the alarm event, a virtualized identifier of the fault source, an occurrence time of the alarm event, a removal event of the alarm event and alarm information of a plurality of alarms corresponding to the alarm event. In addition, the target alarm may further include other types of information, which is not limited in this embodiment.
304. And the network management unit determines an alarm elimination indication according to the target alarm.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving the target alarm sent by the network unit, the network management unit analyzes the target alarm and determines an alarm elimination indication for solving the target alarm.
305. The network management unit sends an alarm cancellation indication to the network element.
In the embodiment of the application, after determining the alarm elimination indication for solving the target alarm, the network management unit sends the alarm elimination indication to the network unit.
306. And the network unit processes the target alarm according to the alarm elimination indication.
In this embodiment, after receiving an alarm elimination instruction sent by a network management unit, a network unit processes a target alarm according to the alarm elimination instruction.
307. And the network unit sends the processing result of the target alarm to the network management unit.
In the embodiment of the application, after processing the target alarm according to the alarm elimination indication, the network unit sends the processing result of the target alarm to the network management unit.
308. And the network unit updates the incidence relation of the plurality of alarms according to the processing result of the target alarm.
In the embodiment of the application, after the network element processes the target alarm according to the alarm elimination indication, the association relation among the multiple alarms associated with the alarm event is updated according to the processing result of the target alarm. For example, the network element associates alarm 1, alarm 2 and alarm 3 according to the target association rule, generates an alarm event and reports the alarm event, and when the alarm event is processed according to the alarm elimination indication sent by the network management element, only alarm 1 and alarm 2 are eliminated, and the problem of alarm 3 is not solved, the network element updates and cancels the association among alarm 1, alarm 2 and alarm 3, and associates only alarm 1 and alarm 2.
It should be noted that steps 303 to 308 in the embodiment of the present application are optional steps.
In the embodiment of the application, the network unit can associate and report the multiple alarms with the association relationship according to the first configuration information sent by the network management unit, so that the efficiency of alarm analysis is improved, and the fault information is more accurately positioned.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of another embodiment of an alarm processing method according to an embodiment of the present application.

The above parameters are used to solve the problem of repeated reporting of a large number of same alarms. One specific function of the above parameters may be: and for the alarm corresponding to the target alarm object and/or the target alarm type and/or the target alarm priority, when the alarm is generated, determining the alarm as the target alarm, immediately triggering the oscillation flow, and within the alarm oscillation period T2, immediately triggering the oscillation flow if the generation frequency of the alarm reaches N1 times. If the alarm reaches N2 times in the oscillation output period T2, the next oscillation output period T2 is entered, and the alarm oscillation period is output until a certain oscillation output period T2 does not reach N2 times. After entering the alarm oscillation period and before exiting the oscillation period, the alarm does not meet the reporting condition and is not repeatedly reported. For example, the alarm oscillation period T1 is 50S, and the oscillation entering condition N3 is 3 occurrences; the oscillation period T2 is 20S, and the oscillation period N2 occurs 2 times. After the first alarm is generated, triggering oscillation, and if the oscillation times reach 3 times in 30S, immediately triggering an oscillation process. If the number of times is more than 2 in 20S, the oscillation period of the next 20S is entered. And (4) outputting an alarm oscillation period until the 20S period does not reach 2 times. And after entering the alarm oscillation period and before the oscillation period is out, the alarm is not reported repeatedly.
402. And the network unit determines the target alarm meeting the reporting condition according to the second configuration information.
In the embodiment of the application, the network unit screens the alarm data according to the second configuration information to determine the target alarm meeting the reporting condition.
403. The network element sends a target alarm to the network management element.
In the embodiment of the application, after the network element generates the alarm event, the network element sends the target alarm to the network management element.
404. And the network management unit determines an alarm elimination indication according to the target alarm.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving the target alarm sent by the network unit, the network management unit analyzes the target alarm and determines an alarm elimination indication for solving the target alarm.
405. The network management unit sends an alarm cancellation indication to the network element.

406. And the network unit processes the target alarm according to the alarm elimination indication.
In this embodiment, after receiving an alarm elimination instruction sent by a network management unit, a network unit processes a target alarm according to the alarm elimination instruction.
407. And the network unit sends the processing result of the target alarm to the network management unit.
In the embodiment of the application, after processing the target alarm according to the alarm elimination indication, the network unit sends the processing result of the target alarm to the network management unit.
