In yet another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is implemented by a processor to execute a method for determining enterprise valuation based on investment information, the method including: acquiring enterprise financing information of a target enterprise; the enterprise financing information comprises the financing information of a commercial source and the financing information of an information source; if the financing time in the information source financing information, the payor financing time in the payor source financing information and the corresponding fields of the financing amount are not empty, a corresponding registered capital increase proportion model is triggered to operate, and a target registered capital increase proportion is obtained; and inputting the target registered capital increase proportion and the financing amount into an enterprise valuation analysis model, and outputting enterprise valuations of the target enterprises corresponding to the financing turns.

Claims (10)

1. An enterprise valuation determination method based on investment and financing information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring enterprise financing information of a target enterprise; the enterprise financing information comprises the financing information of a commercial source and the financing information of an information source;
if the financing time in the information source financing information, the payor financing time in the payor source financing information and the corresponding fields of the financing amount are not empty, a corresponding registered capital increase proportion model is triggered to operate, and a target registered capital increase proportion is obtained;
and inputting the target registered capital increase proportion and the financing amount into an enterprise valuation analysis model, and outputting enterprise valuations of the target enterprises corresponding to the financing turns.
2. The method for determining valuation of an enterprise based on financing information as claimed in claim 1, wherein said triggering operation of a corresponding model of registered capital increase proportion to obtain a target registered capital increase proportion comprises:
if the salary financing time in the enterprise financing information only has one time field, triggering and operating a corresponding first registered capital increase proportion model to obtain the target registered capital increase proportion; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
if the salary and commercial financing time in the enterprise financing information has at least two time fields, triggering and operating a corresponding second registered capital increase proportion model to obtain a comprehensive registered capital increase proportion, and taking the comprehensive registered capital increase proportion as the target registered capital increase proportion; wherein the registered capitalization scaling model comprises the first registered capitalization scaling model and a second registered capitalization scaling model.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring an enterprise change information set in the business data of the target enterprise, and extracting the money before and after the change; if the changed amount is larger than the changed amount, extracting the amount data before and after the change respectively, and cleaning the data to obtain the original registered capital and the latest registered capital;
the triggering operation of the corresponding registered capital increase proportion model to obtain the target registered capital increase proportion specifically comprises the following steps:
inputting the original registered capital and the latest registered capital into the registered capital increase proportion model to obtain a target registered capital increase proportion.
4. The method for determining enterprise valuation based on investment and financing information as claimed in claim 1, wherein said obtaining enterprise financing information of a target enterprise comprises:
acquiring corresponding salary source financing information according to the salary data of the target enterprise;
acquiring corresponding information source financing information according to the information data of the target enterprise;
and combining the financing information of the source of the salary and the financing information of the information source based on the correlation of the financing information of the source of the salary and the financing information of the information source on financing time and investment institutions to obtain enterprise financing information of the target enterprise.
5. The method of claim 1 wherein the financing amount is determined based on information source financing information in the enterprise financing information.
6. An enterprise valuation determination apparatus based on financing information, comprising:
the enterprise financing information acquisition unit is used for acquiring enterprise financing information of a target enterprise; the enterprise financing information comprises the financing information of a commercial source and the financing information of an information source;
a registered capital increase proportion determining unit, configured to trigger operation of a corresponding registered capital increase proportion model if the financing time in the information source financing information, the payroll financing time in the payroll source financing information, and a field corresponding to the financing amount are not empty, so as to obtain a target registered capital increase proportion;
and the enterprise valuation determination unit is used for inputting the target registered capital increment proportion and the financing amount into an enterprise valuation analysis model and outputting enterprise valuations of the target enterprise corresponding to the financing turns.
7. The investment information-based enterprise valuation determination apparatus of claim 6 wherein the registered capital increase proportion determination unit is specifically configured to:
if the salary financing time in the enterprise financing information only has one time field, triggering and operating a corresponding first registered capital increase proportion model to obtain the target registered capital increase proportion; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
if the salary and commercial financing time in the enterprise financing information has at least two time fields, triggering and operating a corresponding second registered capital increase proportion model to obtain a comprehensive registered capital increase proportion, and taking the comprehensive registered capital increase proportion as the target registered capital increase proportion; wherein the registered capitalization scaling model comprises the first registered capitalization scaling model and a second registered capitalization scaling model.
8. The financing information-based business valuation determination apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
a registered capital acquisition unit, which is used for acquiring an enterprise change information set in the business data of the target enterprise and extracting the money before and after the change; if the changed amount is larger than the changed amount, extracting the amount data before and after the change respectively, and cleaning the data to obtain the original registered capital and the latest registered capital;
the triggering operation of the corresponding registered capital increase proportion model to obtain the target registered capital increase proportion specifically comprises the following steps:
inputting the original registered capital and the latest registered capital into the registered capital increase proportion model to obtain a target registered capital increase proportion.
