Detailed Description
Currently, the control of the playing time of the second electronic device, such as the smart television, is performed by itself, and no other first electronic device, such as the smart camera, interacts with the control message. Meanwhile, after the control of the playing time is set, parents cannot know whether the set time is up or not in a remote mode, and the smart television is correspondingly closed or dormant.
Thus, when the parent is not at home, it is difficult to know exactly the specific time when the child watches the television at home. In addition, the time data of watching the television by each family is isolated, and a unified platform is not available for data acquisition and processing, so that each parent cannot know the optimal time length and time period for playing the television, and the entertainment time of the children cannot be reasonably arranged to achieve the purpose of labor and ease combination.
Based on this, the embodiment of the present invention provides a new device control scheme, and the technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiment of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiment is a part of embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
First, a method for controlling a device according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
It should be noted that the device control method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a device control system, where the device control system includes a first electronic device, a second electronic device, and a server, and is configured to perform linkage through the first electronic device, the second electronic device, and the server, so as to implement automatic supervisory control on the use time of a person with a preset identity in the second electronic device.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a device control method provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method is applied to a first electronic device. As shown in fig. 1, the method may include the steps of:
step 101, acquiring face data of a use object of a second electronic device under the condition that the second electronic device is detected to be in a starting state;
step 102, sending the face data of the using object to a server so that the server identifies the identity of the using object based on the face data of the using object;
step 103, receiving an equipment control instruction sent by the server, where the equipment control instruction is sent by the server when the identity of the user object is identified as a preset identity, and the equipment control instruction is used to control the use time of the second electronic equipment.
The device control method of the embodiment is applied to a first electronic device, and is used for acquiring the face data of a use object of a second electronic device and sending the face data of the use object to a server under the condition that the second electronic device is detected to be in a power-on state. And meanwhile, receiving an equipment control instruction sent by the server under the condition that the identity of the using object is a preset identity, so as to control the using time of the second electronic equipment.
The first electronic device and the second electronic device may be independently arranged, for example, the first electronic device is an independent smart camera, and the second electronic device is a smart television or a computer. The first electronic device may also be integrally disposed with a second electronic device, that is, the first electronic device is the second electronic device, for example, the first electronic device is an intelligent television or a computer with a camera.
The following describes a specific implementation process of the device control method in this embodiment in detail.
In step 101, when the first electronic device and the second electronic device are independently configured, the second electronic device reports the boot information to the first electronic device when the second electronic device is powered on, and accordingly, the first electronic device receives the boot information, and thus it is detected that the second electronic device is in the boot state. When the first electronic device and the second electronic device are integrally arranged, the second electronic device can be detected to be in a power-on state under the condition that the power-on information is detected.
The face data may be image data including a face of a user of the first electronic device, which is acquired by the camera of the first electronic device in real time, and correspondingly, the face data of the user of the second electronic device is acquired by the camera when the second electronic device is detected to be in the power-on state.
The face data may also be face information obtained by the first electronic device after face recognition is performed based on image data acquired in real time. Correspondingly, under the condition that the second electronic equipment is detected to be in the starting state, the camera is used for collecting the image data of the face of the object used by the second electronic equipment, and the face recognition is carried out on the image data to obtain the face information of the object used by the second electronic equipment.
In step 102, after acquiring the face data of the object of use of the second electronic device, the second electronic device sends the face data of the object of use to a server.
Accordingly, the server identifies the identity of the usage object based on the face data of the usage object. Specifically, if the face data is image data including a face of a user, the server may perform face recognition based on the image data to obtain face information of the user, and perform matching with a preset face based on the face information to recognize an identity of the user. For example, the preset face is a home child, and under the condition that the face information is successfully matched with the preset face, the identity of the user object is identified as the home child.
If the face data is face information obtained by the first electronic device after face recognition is performed based on image data acquired in real time, the server may directly recognize the identity of the user object based on the face data.
In an embodiment, the server identifies the identity of the user object based on the face data of the user object, including: the server may also send the face data of the usage object to a terminal device associated with a second electronic device, receive face labeling information of the terminal device, and determine the identity of the usage object based on the face labeling information. For example, when the face labeling information indicates that the identity of the user object is a preset identity, the identity of the user object is determined to be the preset identity.
In step 103, the device control command may be generated by the server, or may be generated by the terminal device and then transmitted to the server. The server sends the device control instruction to the first electronic device, and correspondingly, the first electronic device receives the device control instruction sent by the server.
The device control instruction may include only an operation instruction (such as a shutdown or lock operation instruction), or may include both an operation instruction and a control parameter (such as a permitted usage period). In the following examples, the details are described based on these two cases, respectively.
The device control instruction is used for controlling the service time of the second electronic device. Wherein the usage time includes a usage duration and/or a usage period.
In this embodiment, first, when it is detected that the second electronic device is in the power-on state, the first electronic device obtains the face data of the object to be used of the second electronic device, and sends the face data of the object to be used to the server. Then, the server receives the face data of the using object of the second electronic equipment, and the identity of the using object is recognized based on the face data of the using object. And the server sends a device control instruction to the first electronic device under the condition that the identity of the using object is recognized as a preset identity. And finally, the first electronic equipment receives an equipment control instruction sent by the server so as to control the service time of the second electronic equipment.
Therefore, the first electronic equipment, the second electronic equipment and the server are linked, automatic supervision control of the people with the preset identities in the aspect of the service time of the second electronic equipment is achieved, and therefore the supervision effect of the electronic equipment in the aspect of the service control can be improved.
Optionally, under the condition that the device control instruction includes an operation instruction and a control parameter at the same time, if the first electronic device and the second electronic device are independently set, after receiving the device control instruction sent by the server, the method further includes:
and sending the device control instruction to the second electronic device.
In this way, the second electronic device can control the use time of the second electronic device based on the operation instruction and the control parameter.
Specifically, the second electronic device responds to the device control instruction, and the second electronic device is closed or locked when the use duration of the second electronic device reaches the target use duration. The target use duration is the allowed use duration indicated in the equipment control instruction, and the allowed use duration is the control parameter.
Or the second electronic device responds to the device control instruction, and under the condition that the use time period of the second electronic device is not in the target use time period, the second electronic device is closed or locked. The target usage period is a permitted usage period indicated in the device control instruction, and the permitted usage period is a control parameter.
Optionally, if the first electronic device and the second electronic device are integrally configured, after receiving the device control instruction sent by the server, the method further includes:
and responding to the equipment control instruction, and closing or locking the second electronic equipment under the condition that the use time of the second electronic equipment reaches a target use time, wherein the target use time is the allowed use time indicated in the equipment control instruction.
Or, in response to the device control instruction, turning off or locking the second electronic device when the usage period of the second electronic device is not in the target usage period. The target usage period is a permitted usage period indicated in the device control instruction, and the permitted usage period is a control parameter.
Optionally, in a case that the device control instruction only includes an operation instruction, in order to achieve a purpose of controlling the use time of the second electronic device, the device control instruction is sent when the server identifies that the identity of the use object is a preset identity and the use state of the second electronic device meets a first preset condition, and the device control instruction is used to control the second electronic device to execute shutdown or locking operation.
That is to say, under the condition that the identity of the user object is the preset identity, it is further determined whether the use state of the second electronic device meets a first preset condition; in the case that both of these conditions are met, a device control instruction is sent to the first electronic device.
The method comprises the steps that whether the identity of a user object is a preset identity or not is identified, whether the use state of the second electronic equipment meets a first preset condition or not can be determined through the terminal equipment, the terminal equipment identifies that the identity of the user object is the preset identity, and sends an equipment control instruction to a server under the condition that the use state of the second electronic equipment meets the first preset condition is determined, and the server sends the equipment control instruction to the first electronic equipment.
The server identifies whether the identity of the using object is a preset identity, determines whether the using state of the second electronic device meets a first preset condition, and sends the device control instruction to the first electronic device when the server identifies that the identity of the using object is the preset identity and determines that the using state of the second electronic device meets the first preset condition.
Optionally, the first preset condition includes any one of:
the service life of the second electronic equipment reaches the target service life, and the second electronic equipment is not powered off or unlocked;
the usage period of the second electronic device is not within the target usage period.
Whether the use state of the second electronic device meets the first preset condition or not can be judged through the startup information and the shutdown information reported by the second electronic device.
For example, the time of the boot information reported by the second electronic device is nine am, the current time is ten am, the shutdown information reported by the second electronic device is not received, the target use duration is one hour, and since the use duration of the second electronic device is two hours, the target use duration has exceeded one hour, and the second electronic device is not powered off or locked, it may be determined that the use state of the second electronic device satisfies the first preset condition.
For another example, if the time of the boot information reported by the second electronic device is nine am, the target usage time period is three pm to five pm, and the boot time is not in the target usage time period, it may be determined that the usage state of the second electronic device satisfies the first preset condition.
It should be noted that, when determining whether the usage state of the second electronic device satisfies the first preset condition, a priority may be set, for example, the priority that the usage period of the second electronic device is not in the target usage period is higher than the priority that the usage period of the second electronic device reaches the target usage period, and the priority that the second electronic device is not powered off or unlocked is higher.
Therefore, when the time of the starting-up information reported by the second electronic equipment is determined not to be in the target use time period, the use state of the second electronic equipment can be directly determined to meet the first preset condition, and an equipment control instruction is sent to control the second electronic equipment to be shut down or locked.
Or, although the time of the boot information reported by the second electronic device is within the target usage period, the current usage period of the second electronic device is not within the target usage period, if the target usage period is three to five pm, the time of the boot information reported by the second electronic device is two and a half pm, and the target usage duration is one hour, at three pm, since the usage period of the second electronic device has already entered the target usage period, it may be directly determined that the usage state of the second electronic device satisfies the first preset condition. Without continuing to determine whether the usage duration of the second electronic device reaches the target usage duration.
Optionally, the first preset condition is that the use duration of the second electronic device reaches a target use duration, and the second electronic device is not turned off or unlocked;
before the receiving the device control instruction sent by the server, the method further includes:
receiving a reminding message sent by the server; the reminding message is sent by the server under the condition that the use state of the second electronic equipment meets a second preset condition;
the second preset condition is that the difference value between the service time length of the second electronic equipment and the target service time length is smaller than a preset threshold value, and the second electronic equipment is not powered off or unlocked; the reminding message is used for reminding that the service life of the second electronic equipment is about to reach the target service life.
The preset threshold may be set according to an actual situation, and may be ten minutes, or five minutes, and the like, and is not specifically limited herein. Of course, in order to achieve the reminding function before the automatic shutdown and achieve the effect of use monitoring, the preset threshold value should be set to be smaller.
That is to say, when the usage time period of the second electronic device is in the target usage time period and the usage time period is about to reach, the server may send a reminding message to the first electronic device, and the first electronic device may play the reminding message in voice or broadcast the reminding message in a text form to remind the user of the second electronic device to close or lock the second electronic device.
The reminding message may also be sent to the server by the terminal device, and then forwarded to the first electronic device by the server, which is not limited specifically here.
In an alternative embodiment, the reminder information may be sent to the first electronic device multiple times. For example, when the difference between the usage duration of the second electronic device and the target usage duration is less than ten minutes, if the second electronic device is not powered off or unlocked, the first time alert message may be sent. And when the difference value between the service life of the second electronic equipment and the target service life is less than five minutes, if the second electronic equipment is not powered off or unlocked, a second reminding message can be sent. And finally, when the target use time reaches, if the second electronic equipment is not powered off or locked, the server sends an equipment control instruction to the first electronic equipment to control the second electronic equipment to execute the power-off or locking operation. Therefore, the use supervision effect of the electronic equipment is further improved.
In order to further improve the monitoring effect, after the second electronic device executes the shutdown or locking operation in response to the device control instruction, the second electronic device cannot perform the startup operation any more.
It should be noted that, the various embodiments described in the embodiments of the present invention may be implemented by combining with each other or by separately, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 2, a second flowchart of the device control method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the method is applied to a server. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include the steps of:
step 201, receiving face data of a use object of a second electronic device sent by a first electronic device, wherein the face data of the use object is acquired by the first electronic device when the second electronic device is detected to be in a power-on state;
step 202, identifying the identity of the using object based on the face data of the using object;
step 203, sending a device control instruction to the first electronic device when the identity of the user object is a preset identity; wherein the device control instruction is used for controlling the use time of the second electronic device.
Optionally, the sending a device control instruction to the first electronic device when the identity of the user is the preset identity includes:
under the condition that the identity of the using object is recognized as a preset identity and the using state of the second electronic equipment meets a first preset condition, sending an equipment control instruction to the first electronic equipment;
the device control instruction is used for controlling the second electronic device to execute shutdown or locking operation.
Optionally, the first preset condition includes any one of:
the service life of the second electronic equipment reaches the target service life, and the second electronic equipment is not powered off or unlocked;
the usage period of the second electronic device is not within the target usage period.
Optionally, the method further includes:
acquiring the use data of the third electronic equipment; wherein the usage data includes usage object information and usage time data of a third electronic device;
determining a recommended usage time based on the usage data of the third electronic device.
In this embodiment, the third electronic device is an electronic device corresponding to a target user, and the target user is a user related to a user of the second electronic device. For example, the user a needs to supervise the use of the second electronic device by the child at home, and in order to implement more effective supervision control, the server may obtain the use data of the electronic device corresponding to the user related to the user a, and the recommended use time for supervising the second electronic device by the user a is obtained by statistics using a big data analysis technology. The user related to the user A can be a neighbor, a friend, a colleague and the like of the user A, and the recommended use time comprises a recommended use duration and a recommended use period.
Specifically, the server may determine, through the use object information reported by the electronic device, the electronic device of the user related to the user of the second electronic device, thereby determining the third electronic device, and acquiring the use time data of the third electronic device. The usage time data may include time for reporting the power-on information and time for reporting the power-off information by the third electronic device.
Based on the time of reporting the startup information and the time of reporting the shutdown information by each third electronic device, the use duration and/or the use time period of each third electronic device can be obtained, and then the use duration and/or the use time period of each third electronic device are counted to obtain the recommended use duration and/or the recommended use time period of the second electronic device.
Optionally, after determining the recommended usage time, the method further includes any one of:
sending the recommended use time to terminal equipment;
determining the usage time of the second electronic device indicated in the device control instruction based on the recommended usage time.
