the node obtaining subunit is used for obtaining node information of the current node, wherein the node information comprises node position information of form circulation of the current node in an approval process chain;
the acquisition and approval subunit is used for acquiring data of an approver according to the operation information, and judging whether the newly added approver node and the current node belong to the same level node according to the data of the approver while generating the newly added approver node;
the synchronization node subunit is used for judging that the newly added examination and approval node and the current node belong to the same level node, and synchronizing the positions of the newly added examination and approval node and the current node so that the form can simultaneously reach the newly added examination and approval node and the current node when circulating in an examination and approval process;
and the inserting node subunit is used for judging that the newly added examination and approval node and the current node do not belong to the same level node, and inserting the newly added examination and approval node between the current node and the next node.
In this embodiment, in one approval process chain, there may be multiple approval nodes, that is, multiple approvers, and some approvers may be approvers of the same class, and corresponding approval nodes are also nodes of the same class. The current node is a node where the current user enters the visual task interface, for example, the user is an examination and approval person A, and the current node is the node where the user enters the visual task interface through the examination and approval node A. In this embodiment, when the newly added node is a newly added condition node, since there may be a plurality of conditions, a plurality of different condition nodes may be generated at the same time, specifically, the number of conditions and corresponding condition information may be determined by the operation information first, where the number of condition nodes is not limited, and may be configured according to actual situations, for example, two conditions, one condition is that the amount of money in the form is satisfied for a value greater than a specified amount of money, and the other condition is that the address appearing in the form is satisfied for a specified range region; and generating corresponding newly-added condition nodes according to the condition configuration data according to each piece of condition information, acquiring information of subsequent nodes according to the condition node information of each newly-added condition node, wherein the node information comprises position information and information of upper and lower nodes in the examination and approval process chain, and butting each newly-added condition node with the corresponding subsequent node respectively to form the whole examination and approval process chain, wherein the subsequent node is the next node entering after the condition is met.
In one embodiment, the above apparatus includes:
the field acquisition unit is used for acquiring the specified field in the form when the form flows to the previous node of the newly added condition node in the approval process chain;
a word value obtaining unit, configured to obtain a corresponding field value according to the specified field, and determine a numerical range to which the field value belongs, where different numerical ranges correspond to different newly-added condition nodes;
and the transfer condition unit is used for transferring the table stream to the newly added condition node corresponding to the numerical range to which the field value belongs.
In the present embodiment, when there are a plurality of condition nodes, which condition node the form flow goes to is determined by the field value of the specified field in the form, and specifically, when the form flows to the previous node of the newly added condition node in the examination and approval process chain, the appointed field in the form is obtained, then, the field value of the appointed field is obtained, so as to determine the numerical range of the field value, different numerical ranges correspond to different newly added condition nodes, the table stream is transferred to the newly added condition nodes corresponding to the numerical range of the field value, for example, the newly added condition nodes with two condition 1 and condition 2, when the field value of the form is determined to be in the numerical range corresponding to the condition 1 according to the fields in the form, the form enters a condition 1 node, and when the field value corresponding to the field in the data form is determined to be in the numerical range corresponding to the condition 2, the form enters the condition 2 node.
With reference to fig. 3, the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium 10, in which a computer program 20 is stored in the storage medium 10, and when the computer program runs on a computer, the computer is enabled to execute the approval process visualization configuration method described in the above embodiment.
Referring to fig. 4, the present application further provides a computer device 40 containing instructions, the computer device includes a memory 30 and a processor 50, the memory 30 stores a computer program 20, and the processor 30 executes the computer program 20 to implement the approval process visualization configuration method described in the above embodiment.
In the above embodiments, the implementation may be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product.

Claims (10)
1. An approval process visualization configuration method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving operation information of a user on function keys in a visual task interface, wherein the function keys comprise newly added node keys which are controls for generating nodes;
judging the type of the node to be newly added according to the operation information, wherein the type is an approval node or a condition node;
when the type of the node to be newly added is judged to be an approval node, acquiring approval configuration data corresponding to the approval node from a preset configuration management database according to the function key, and generating the newly added approval node according to the approval configuration data and the operation information;
and when the node to be newly added is judged to be a condition node, acquiring condition configuration data corresponding to the condition node from the configuration management database according to the function key, and generating the newly added condition node according to the condition configuration data and the operation information.
2. The visual configuration method for the approval process according to claim 1, wherein the step of generating a new approval node according to the configuration data and the operation information comprises:
acquiring node information of a current node, wherein the node information comprises node position information of form circulation of the current node in an approval process chain;
acquiring data of an approver according to operation information, and judging whether the newly added approver belongs to a node of the same grade as the current node or not according to the data of the approver while generating the newly added approver;
if so, synchronizing the positions of the newly added examination and approval nodes and the current node so that the form can simultaneously reach the newly added examination and approval nodes and the current node when the form flows in an examination and approval process;
and if not, inserting the newly added examination and approval node between the current node and the next node.
3. The visual configuration method for the approval process according to claim 1, wherein the step of generating a new condition node according to the condition configuration data and the operation information comprises:
determining the number of conditions and corresponding condition information according to the operation information;
generating corresponding newly added condition nodes according to each condition information and the condition configuration data;
and according to the condition information of each newly added condition node, respectively butting each newly added condition node with a corresponding subsequent node to form a whole approval process chain, wherein the subsequent node is the next node entering after meeting the conditions in the newly added condition nodes.
4. The visual configuration method for the approval process according to claim 3, wherein the step of generating the newly added condition node according to the condition configuration data and the operation information comprises:
when the form flows to the previous node of the newly added condition node in the examination and approval process chain, acquiring a designated field in the form;
obtaining a corresponding field value according to the designated field, and determining a numerical range to which the field value belongs, wherein different numerical ranges correspond to different newly-added condition nodes;
and transferring the table stream to the newly added condition node corresponding to the numerical range to which the field value belongs.
5. The visual configuration method for the approval process according to claim 1, wherein the type further comprises a copying node, and after the step of determining the type of the node to be newly added according to the operation information, the method comprises:
and when the type of the node to be newly added is judged to be a copying node, acquiring approval configuration data corresponding to the copying node from a preset configuration management database according to the function key, and generating the newly added copying node according to the approval configuration data and the operation information.
6. An approval process visualization configuration device, comprising:
the system comprises an information receiving unit, a task processing unit and a task processing unit, wherein the information receiving unit is used for receiving operation information of a user on function keys in a visual task interface, the function keys comprise newly added node keys, and the newly added node keys are controls used for generating nodes;
the judging type unit is used for judging the type of the node to be newly added according to the operation information, wherein the type is an approval node or a condition node;
the newly-added examination and approval unit is used for acquiring examination and approval configuration data corresponding to the examination and approval node from a preset configuration management database according to the functional key when the type of the node to be newly added is judged to be the examination and approval node, and generating the newly-added examination and approval node according to the examination and approval configuration data and the operation information;
and the newly added condition unit is used for acquiring condition configuration data corresponding to the condition node from the configuration management database according to the function key when the node to be newly added is judged to be the condition node, and generating the newly added condition node according to the condition configuration data and the operation information.
7. The visual configuration device of approval process according to claim 6, wherein the newly added approval unit comprises:
the node obtaining subunit is used for obtaining node information of the current node, wherein the node information comprises node position information of form circulation of the current node in an approval process chain;
the acquisition and approval subunit is used for acquiring data of an approver according to the operation information, and judging whether the newly added approver node and the current node belong to the same level node according to the data of the approver while generating the newly added approver node;
the synchronization node subunit is used for judging that the newly added examination and approval node and the current node belong to the same level node, and synchronizing the positions of the newly added examination and approval node and the current node so that the form can simultaneously reach the newly added examination and approval node and the current node when circulating in an examination and approval process;
and the inserting node subunit is used for judging that the newly added examination and approval node and the current node do not belong to the same level node, and inserting the newly added examination and approval node between the current node and the next node.
8. The visual configuration device of approval process according to claim 7, wherein the newly added condition unit comprises:
the determining information subunit is used for determining the condition number and the corresponding condition information according to the operation information;
the node generating subunit is used for generating corresponding newly added condition nodes according to each condition information and the condition configuration data;
and the butt joint node subunit is configured to butt joint, according to the condition information of each newly added condition node, each newly added condition node with a corresponding subsequent node to form an entire approval process chain, where the subsequent node is a next node that enters after the condition in the newly added condition node is met.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements the steps of the approval process visual configuration method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the approval process visualization configuration method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
