The voiceprint authentication subsystem is used for receiving a voiceprint authentication request of the VR background server and carrying out identity authentication according to the voice information; and returning the identity verification result to the VR background server, wherein the VR background server acquires voice information of the user through the VR client, acquires the identity verification result of the user through interaction with the voiceprint authentication subsystem, and acquires indication information of VR resources corresponding to the service request according to the service request after the identity verification is passed. Specifically, when the identity of the user needs to be verified in the service processing process, the user is prompted to speak for a while, voice information of the user is recorded through the VR client and uploaded to the VR background server, the VR background server sends a voiceprint authentication request to the voiceprint authentication subsystem after receiving the voice information collected by the VR client, the obtained voice information of the user is transmitted to the voiceprint authentication subsystem, the voiceprint authentication subsystem analyzes the obtained voice to obtain voiceprint information in the voice of the user, the user identity verification result is judged according to whether the prestored voiceprint information of the user is matched with the obtained voiceprint information in the voice or not, the user identity verification result is fed back to the VR background server, and the VR background server performs subsequent flow operation according to the identity verification result.
The following describes a specific example of a process of processing a user service request by the VR virtual business hall system;
first, a service request input by a user is acquired. Specifically, after a user enters a virtual business hall system through a VR client, voice information input by the user is obtained through the VR client, the voice information input by the user is transmitted to a VR background server, the VR background server forwards the voice information to a voice recognition subsystem in communication connection with the VR background server after receiving the voice information input by the user through the VR client, the voice recognition subsystem analyzes the voice input by the user according to the obtained voice information, specific service to be inquired corresponding to the voice input by the user is determined, and the identification of the service corresponding to the voice input by the user is fed back to the VR background server, and the VR background server performs subsequent flow operation according to the received service identification.
If the voice identification subsystem can not identify specific services contained in the voice input by the user, feeding back preset inquiry identification to the VR client, for example, returning identification Q, after receiving the inquiry identification, the VR background server sends indication information of VR resources corresponding to the inquiry identification to the VR client, and the VR client asks the user to play the secondarily inquired VR resources according to the received indication information of the VR resources, prompts the user to input the voice again, and identifies the service inquiry again.
After a service request of a user is determined, indicating information of VR resources corresponding to the service request of the user is determined, after the indicating information of the VR resources corresponding to the service request is obtained according to the indicating information of the VR resources, the VR resources corresponding to the service request are displayed for the user, service handling is carried out, when identity verification is needed in the service handling process, the VR background server sends the indicating information of the VR resources corresponding to voiceprint authentication to a VR client, the VR client displays the VR resources of the voiceprint authentication for the user according to the received indicating information, prompts the user to input a section of speech, then the VR client records the speech input by the user and feeds the speech back to the VR background server, the VR background server sends the voiceprint authentication request to a voiceprint authentication subsystem after receiving the speech information collected by the VR client, and transmits the obtained speech information of the user to the voiceprint authentication subsystem, and analyzing the acquired voice by the voiceprint authentication subsystem to acquire voiceprint information in the voice of the user, judging the user identity verification result according to whether the prestored voiceprint information of the user is matched with the acquired voiceprint information in the voice, and feeding back the user identity verification result to the VR background server. If the identity authentication is passed, the VR background server feeds back an identity passing the identity authentication to the business hall background server, and the subsequent process is continued; if the identity authentication fails, the VR background server transmits an identifier for secondary inquiry to the VR client to prompt the user to input a section of speech again, secondary voiceprint authentication is carried out, if the secondary authentication still fails, the VR background server feeds back the identifier for authentication failure to the business hall background server, and the business hall background server carries out subsequent processes according to the authentication result.
Therefore, the embodiment provides a virtual business hall system, when a user uses the virtual business hall system to process business and determines the business to be processed by the user, the user directly inputs the business to be inquired or processed by voice, and the voice recognition subsystem determines a specific business identifier, so that the efficiency of determining the business to be processed is improved, and the business processing efficiency and the user experience are improved; when the identity is verified, the voiceprint authentication subsystem is used for verifying the identity, so that the condition that a user manually inputs identity verification information is avoided, the time required by identity verification is shortened, and the identity verification efficiency and the user experience are improved.
The third embodiment of the invention relates to a business processing method, which is applied to a VR background server in a virtual business hall system, wherein the virtual business hall system further comprises a VR client which is in communication connection with the VR background server; in this embodiment, the service processing method includes: receiving a service request sent by a VR client; acquiring indication information of VR resources corresponding to the service request according to the service request; and carrying the indication information in a response message of the service request, and sending the response message to the VR client for displaying the VR resources obtained according to the response message. By providing the indication information of the VR resources corresponding to the service request for the VR client, the VR client can display the VR resources corresponding to the user service request for the user, so that service processing is realized by using the VR resources, and the use experience of the user is improved.
A specific flowchart of the service processing method in this embodiment is shown in fig. 3, and specifically includes the following steps:
step 301, receiving a service request.
Specifically, when a user uses the virtual business hall system to perform business processing, the user inputs a business request through a VR client, and the VR backend server receives the business request sent by the VR client.
And step 302, feeding back VR resource indication information corresponding to the service request for the VR client to display the obtained VR resources.
Specifically, after a service request sent by a VR client is received by a VR background server, indication information of VR resources corresponding to the service request is obtained according to the service request; and carrying the indication information in a response message of the service request, and sending the response message to the VR client for displaying the VR resources obtained according to the response message.
In one example, the virtual business hall system further comprises: the business hall background server is in communication connection with the VR background server; when a response message containing VR resource indication information is fed back to the VR client, the VR background server sends a service request to the business hall background server, the business hall background server determines the indication information of the VR resource corresponding to the service request according to the service request sent by the VR background server and feeds the indication information back to the VR background server, and the VR background server carries the indication information of the VR resource corresponding to the service request fed back by the business hall background in the response message and sends the response message to the VR client.
In one example, the virtual business hall system further comprises: a service database for storing the corresponding relationship between the service and the VR resource; and after the VR background server sends the service request to the business hall background server, the business hall background server inquires the corresponding relation between the service stored in the service database and the VR resource, determines the indication information of the VR resource corresponding to the service request according to the inquiry result, and sends the indication information of the VR resource to the VR background server.
In one example, the virtual business hall system further comprises: the VR resource management server is respectively in communication connection with the business hall background server and the business database, and the VR resource providing server is in communication connection with the VR resource management server; when VR resource acquisition is carried out, if the indication information of the VR resources corresponding to the service request cannot be inquired, the business hall background server sends a VR resource generation request to the VR resource management server after the indication information of the VR resources corresponding to the service request is not inquired according to the corresponding relation; the VR resource management server generates VR resources in real time according to the VR resource generation request, the VR resources generated in real time or generated in advance by the VR resource management server are stored by the VR resource providing server according to the VR resources generated in real time, the corresponding relation between services stored in the service database and the VR resources is updated by the VR resource management server, the indication message of the VR resources is sent to the VR background server, and the VR client acquires the VR resources from the VR resource providing server according to the indication information of the VR resources carried in the response message.
In one example, the VR resource management server in the virtual business hall system is further configured to perform any of the following management operations on the VR resources stored by the VR resource providing server: deleting operation on VR resources, modifying operation on VR resources, adding operation on VR resources, and inquiring operation on VR resources.
In one example, the virtual business hall system further comprises: the voiceprint authentication subsystem is in communication connection with the VR background server; when identity authentication is required in the service processing process, the voiceprint authentication subsystem performs identity authentication according to the received voice information; and the VR background server acquires voice information of the user through the VR client, acquires an authentication result of the user through interaction with the voiceprint authentication subsystem, and acquires indication information of VR resources corresponding to the service request according to the service request after the authentication is passed.
In one example, the virtual business hall system further comprises: and the contact center subsystem is in communication connection with the VR background server: when the VR resources corresponding to the service requests cannot be acquired, the VR background server sends pairing requests to the contact center subsystem, the contact center subsystem receives queuing requests of the VR background server, and after support of service personnel is acquired, video data of the service personnel are transmitted to the VR client side, and users can interact with the service personnel through the VR client side.
In addition, those skilled in the art can understand that the steps of the above method are divided for clarity of description only, and the implementation can be combined into one step or split some steps, and the steps are divided into multiple steps, so long as the steps include the same logical relationship, and the steps are within the scope of the patent protection; it is within the scope of the patent to add insignificant modifications to the algorithms or processes or to introduce insignificant design changes to the core design without changing the algorithms or processes.
A fourth embodiment of the invention relates to an electronic device, as shown in fig. 4, comprising at least one processor; and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor, and the instructions are executed by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to execute the service processing method.
Where the memory and processor are connected by a bus, the bus may comprise any number of interconnected buses and bridges, the buses connecting together one or more of the various circuits of the processor and the memory. The bus may also connect various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface provides an interface between the bus and the transceiver. The transceiver may be one element or a plurality of elements, such as a plurality of receivers and transmitters, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The data processed by the processor is transmitted over a wireless medium via an antenna, which further receives the data and transmits the data to the processor.
The processor is responsible for managing the bus and general processing and may also provide various functions including timing, peripheral interfaces, voltage regulation, power management, and other control functions. And the memory may be used to store data used by the processor in performing operations.
A fifth embodiment of the present invention relates to a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program. The computer program realizes the above-described method embodiments when executed by a processor.
That is, as can be understood by those skilled in the art, all or part of the steps in the method according to the above embodiments may be implemented by a program instructing related hardware, where the program is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a device (which may be a single chip, a chip, or the like) or a processor (processor) to execute all or part of the steps in the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

the VR client is used for sending a service request to the VR background server, receiving a response message of the service request fed back by the VR background server, and displaying the VR resource acquired according to the response message;
and the VR background server is used for acquiring indication information of VR resources corresponding to the service request according to the service request, carrying the indication information in the response message and sending the response message to the VR client.
2. The virtual business hall system of claim 1, further comprising: the business hall background server is in communication connection with the VR background server;
the VR backend server is specifically configured to send the service request to the business hall backend server, and send the VR client-side by carrying indication information of the VR resource corresponding to the service request, which is fed back by the business hall backend server, in the response message;
and the business hall background server is used for determining the indication information of the VR resources corresponding to the service request according to the service request sent by the VR background server and feeding back the indication information to the VR background server.
3. The virtual business hall system of claim 2, further comprising: a service database for storing the corresponding relationship between the service and the VR resource;
the business hall background server is specifically used for inquiring the corresponding relation between the business and the VR resources stored in the business database, and determining the indication information of the VR resources corresponding to the business request according to the inquiry result.

The virtual business hall system of claim 3, further comprising: the VR resource management server is respectively in communication connection with the business hall background server and the business database, and the VR resource providing server is in communication connection with the VR resource management server;
the business hall background server is also used for sending a VR resource generation request to the VR resource management server after the indication information of the VR resource corresponding to the business request is not inquired according to the corresponding relation;
the VR resource management server is used for generating VR resources in real time according to the VR resource generation request, and updating the corresponding relation between the services and the VR resources stored in the service database according to the VR resources generated in real time;
the VR resource providing server is used for storing VR resources generated by the VR resource management server in real time or generated in advance;
and the VR client is specifically used for acquiring VR resources from the VR resource providing server according to the indication information of the VR resources carried in the response message.
5. The virtual business hall system of claim 4,
the VR resource management server is further configured to perform any of the following management operations on the VR resources stored by the VR resource providing server:
deleting operation on VR resources, modifying operation on VR resources, adding operation on VR resources, and inquiring operation on VR resources.
6. The virtual business hall system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising: the voiceprint authentication subsystem is in communication connection with the VR background server;
the voiceprint authentication subsystem is used for performing identity verification according to the voice information;
and the VR background server is also used for acquiring voice information of a user through the VR client, acquiring an identity verification result of the user through interaction with the voiceprint authentication subsystem, and acquiring indication information of VR resources corresponding to the service request according to the service request after the identity verification is passed.
7. The virtual business hall system according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising: a contact center subsystem in communicative connection with the VR backend server:
and the contact center subsystem is used for receiving a queuing request of the VR background server and transmitting video data of service personnel to the VR client so that a user can interact with the service personnel through the VR client.

A business processing method is characterized in that the method is applied to a VR background server in a virtual business hall system, and the virtual business hall system further comprises a VR client which is in communication connection with the VR background server; the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a service request sent by the VR client;
acquiring indication information of VR resources corresponding to the service request according to the service request;
and carrying the indication information in a response message of the service request, and sending the response message to the VR client for displaying the VR resources acquired according to the response message.
