Description

Method, device and system for placing different service businesses into mobile edge node
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a technology for storing content data by a mobile edge node in a network, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a system for placing different service services into a mobile edge node.
Background
As a novel network architecture, the content data related to part of service services can be migrated from a remote central node to a mobile edge node represented by a cellular base station or/and a WI-FI access point. In this way, when processing the service requested by the user, the content data involved in the service is directly retrieved from the corresponding mobile edge node. In a mobile network, when processing a service requested by a user, a method of directly retrieving content data related to the service from a corresponding mobile edge node is called a mobile edge computing method. Compared with the traditional centralized cloud computing mode, the mobile edge computing mode is a mode adopted by directly calling content data related to service business from the central node and processing the service business requested by a user, can reduce transmission delay of a mobile network and avoid network congestion and other problems, and improves the experience degree of the user in the mobile service process.
When a mobile edge computing mode is adopted to process service services requested by a user, for content data related to different service services, based on the distribution situation of user requirements and the storage resource capacity situation of mobile edge nodes, determining which content data related to different service services are placed in which mobile edge nodes is the most important problem.
At present, with intensive service services involving a large amount of content data, such as virtual reality or augmented reality, which are continuously promoted in a mobile network, the content data of the service services are placed at a mobile edge node, and the service services requested by a user can be processed close to a user side, so that the service response time is effectively reduced, and the communication traffic for obtaining the content data of the service services to a central node and the centralized processing resources of the central node are reduced. However, because the storage resources of the mobile edge node are limited, how to reasonably place the content data of the service that the mobile edge node covers the most needs of the user in the mobile edge node to improve the performance of the mobile edge calculation becomes a problem to be solved urgently.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
In order to reasonably place content data of a service which is most needed by a coverage user in a mobile edge node, when the content data of the service stored by a plurality of mobile edge nodes in a mobile network is planned, the method adopted by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: the mobile edge node selects at least one most preferred service business content data according to the preference degree of the service business content data and on the premise of meeting the current idle storage capacity of the mobile edge node, and then sends a backup request to a network entity managing the most preferred service business content data; after receiving a plurality of backup requests, the network entity managing the content data of the most preferred service selects the mobile edge nodes with backup limited number according to the preference degree of the mobile edge nodes sending the backup requests, and sends the content data of the service to the selected mobile edge nodes for storage.
In this way, it is possible to determine which mobile edge nodes the content data of each service should be placed on based on the user's demand for the content data of the service, thereby minimizing the amount of content data storage of the service and satisfying the user's demand.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for placing different service services into a mobile edge node according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes the following specific steps:
step 101, the mobile edge node selects at least one most preferred service content data from the preference content data of the service according to the preference degree of the service content data, and then sends a backup request to a network entity managing the most preferred service content data;
step 102, after receiving a plurality of backup requests, the network entity managing the content data of the most preferred service selects a backup limited number of mobile edge nodes according to the preference degree of the mobile edge nodes sending the backup requests, and sends the content data of the service to the selected mobile edge nodes for storage.
In the method, the backup limit number can be set according to needs.
In the method, which mobile edge nodes in the mobile network perform step 101 can be determined by the mobile edge nodes themselves, that is, when the mobile edge nodes determine that there is a capacity for placing content data of service traffic, step 101 is performed. Of course, it can also be determined uniformly by a server in the mobile network which mobile edge nodes in the mobile network perform step 101. In this case, the determining process of the mobile edge node is performed by a server in a mobile network, and includes:
acquiring a mobile edge node set of content data of a service to be placed in a mobile network;
and selecting at least one mobile edge node to be placed with the content data of the service from the mobile edge node set as the determined mobile edge node.
Here, the acquiring the set of mobile edge nodes to which the content data of the service traffic is to be placed in the mobile network includes:
determining whether the mobile edge node set is not empty, and if so, executing the subsequent steps; if not, providing the mobile edge node in the mobile network and the content data of the service preferred by the mobile edge node for reference use in subsequent placement.
In the method, step 101 specifically includes:
establishing a preference model matrix for the content data of the service business of the mobile edge node;
obtaining the preference degree of the mobile edge node for the content data of each service business by adopting a preference model matrix;
and selecting the content data of the service business meeting the current idle storage capacity of the mobile edge node from the content data of each service business according to the preference degree as the content data of the service business most preferred by the mobile edge node.
Here, the preference model matrix is established for the content data of the mobile edge node for the service

If the user cannot obtain the content data of the requested service from the mobile edge node adjacent to the user, the request is redirected to the central node, and the transmission rate is V m . Without loss of generality, V in this example m <V m,n .
