the image module judges whether the error times are equal to the first error times or not, and if so, the first intelligent equipment terminal is triggered to conduct primary guidance; the image module judges whether the error times are equal to a second error time, and if so, the first intelligent equipment terminal is triggered to conduct secondary guidance; and the image module judges whether the error times are more than or equal to a third error time, and if so, the first intelligent equipment terminal is triggered to conduct three-level guidance. Different patients may have different learning abilities, and the multi-level guidance can more effectively aim at the patients with different learning abilities to help the patients to carry out correct self-rehabilitation.

An intelligent monitoring system for discharged patients, which comprises a terminal and a server, and is characterized in that: the server is used for generating the electronic medical record according to the medical record information; the system is also used for generating a monitoring scheme according to the electronic medical record and pushing the monitoring scheme; the system is also used for analyzing the electronic medical records of different patients, generating an analysis result and establishing a relation among the different patients when the analysis result meets the requirement;
the terminal is used for acquiring monitoring information and uploading the monitoring information to the server;
and the server is also used for triggering the terminal to conduct multi-level guidance when the acquired monitoring information is inconsistent with the monitoring scheme.
2. The intelligent monitoring system of claim 1, wherein: the server comprises a query module;
and the query module is used for querying medical record information of patients in the hospital system.
3. The intelligent monitoring system of claim 1, wherein: the terminal is also used for scanning medical records, collecting medical record information and sending the medical record information to the server.
4. The intelligent monitoring system of claim 1, wherein: the terminal is also used for acquiring doctor voice information and transmitting the doctor voice information to the server;
the server also comprises an audio conversion module;
and the audio conversion module is used for converting the voice information into text information and taking the text information as medical record information.
5. The intelligent monitoring system according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein: the server also comprises an electronic medical record module and a data storage module;
the electronic medical record module is used for generating an electronic medical record according to medical record information, and comprises the following steps: according to the text content of the medical record information, the text content is automatically filled into a preset electronic medical record, the electronic medical record is pushed to a corresponding patient terminal and a corresponding doctor terminal, and after confirmation signals of the patient terminal and the doctor terminal are obtained, the electronic medical record is generated and sent to a data storage module for storage.

the analysis module is used for analyzing the diagnosis descriptions and the treatment schemes contained in the electronic medical records of different patients, generating an analysis result, and triggering the connection establishing module to establish connection between different patients meeting the requirements when the analysis result meets the requirements, wherein the analysis result meets the requirements that the disease names in the diagnosis descriptions of the electronic medical records of different patients are the same, and the treatment schemes in the electronic medical records contain the treatment schemes in another electronic medical record;
and the establishing module is used for sending establishing requests to the patient terminals of different patients meeting the requirements, and if a determination signal returned by the patient terminals of different patients meeting the requirements is received, establishing chat rooms for communication at the patient terminals of different patients meeting the requirements.
7. The intelligent monitoring system of claim 6, wherein: the timing treatment reminding comprises medicine taking reminding, medical care medicine changing reminding, self-medicine changing reminding, medical care rehabilitation reminding, self-rehabilitation reminding and re-diagnosis reminding;
and the terminal patient terminal carries out different types of reminding on the patient according to different timing treatment reminders.

The intelligent monitoring system of claim 7, wherein: after the patient terminal carries out timing treatment reminding on the patient, the patient terminal can continuously wait for different preset waiting times according to different types of timing treatment reminding, starts treatment completion confirmation, and carries out timing treatment reminding again if the patient does not complete confirmation within the preset confirmation time.

the image module is used for comparing the patient action image with the standard action image, judging whether the patient action is correct or not, recording the error times if the patient action is incorrect, and triggering the terminal to conduct multi-level guidance according to the error times and the preset error times.

The intelligent monitoring system of claim 9, wherein: the preset error times comprise a preset first error time, a preset second error time and a preset third error time, wherein the first error time is less than the second error time, and the second error time is less than the third error time; the multi-level guidance comprises primary guidance, secondary guidance and tertiary guidance;
the first-level guidance is to push a standard action explanation video through a terminal;
the secondary guidance is to remind the connected patients to conduct action guidance through a chat room;
the third-level guidance is to remind the patient to contact a main doctor through a terminal;
the image module judges whether the error times are equal to the first error times, and if so, the terminal is triggered to conduct primary guidance;
the image module judges whether the error times are equal to a second error time, and if so, the terminal is triggered to conduct secondary guidance;
and the image module judges whether the error times are more than or equal to a third error time, and if so, the terminal is triggered to conduct three-level guidance.
