Background
With the development of artificial intelligence technology, the life of people is enriched by the appearance of intelligent sound boxes. However, the existing smart speakers cannot recommend multimedia content to users in a targeted manner, and the recommended multimedia is single in type, so that the diversified and personalized requirements of the users cannot be met, and improvement is urgently needed.

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the disclosure are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the present disclosure. Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for recommending multimedia content according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The embodiment of the disclosure is suitable for a situation of how to recommend multimedia content to a user, and is particularly suitable for a situation of actively recommending the multimedia content to the user by an intelligent sound box configured with a display unit (such as a display screen). The embodiment may be performed by an apparatus for recommending multimedia content configured in an electronic device, which may be implemented by software and/or hardware, and further, the electronic device may be a smart speaker configured with a display unit. As shown in fig. 1, the method for recommending multimedia content includes:

In this embodiment, the target user is an object for recommending multimedia content by the smart speaker. Optionally, the smart sound box may identify the user identity first to determine the target user when detecting the content recommendation event; or the user bound with the intelligent sound box can be directly used as the target user, and the like. The smart sound box may detect a content recommendation event in a variety of ways, for example, it may detect that the current time meets a set content recommendation period; the distance between the user and the intelligent sound box, which is acquired by the distance sensor in the intelligent sound box, can be detected to be smaller than a set distance value; the recommendation instruction of the user can also be received, for example, the recommendation instruction is extracted from voice information of the user, or the recommendation instruction is determined to be received according to sliding operation of the user on a display unit of the smart sound box; or a recommendation notice and the like sent by a cloud platform in communication connection with the smart sound box can be received.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the smart speaker may identify the user identity in a plurality of ways. For example, the smart sound box may interact with the user in a voice manner to obtain voice information of the user, obtain voiceprint characteristics of the user according to the voice information of the user, and further identify the identity of the user according to the voiceprint characteristics of the user; or, the smart speaker may collect a facial image of the user through a collecting unit (e.g., a camera) disposed thereon, and then identify the user identity according to the collected facial image of the user.
For example, after the target user is determined, the smart speaker may determine the tag data of the target user. So-called tag data may be used to characterize the user. Optionally, the tag data is different for different users. For any user, the tag data may include behavioral tag data and/or fundamental tag data. So-called behavioral tag data is used to characterize a user's characteristics from a behavioral perspective, which may include, but is not limited to, the type of multimedia the user is interested in and the period of time the user views the multimedia content; the base tag data is used to characterize the characteristics of the user based on the attribute information of the user, which may include, but is not limited to, the user's age, gender, and family pattern. Wherein the family mode may be at least one of a child family, a preschool family, a primary school family, a middle school family, a young family, and an elderly family.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the ways of determining different tag data are different. For example, behavior tag data may be determined based on historical usage behavior data of the smart sound box by the target user. Specifically, a statistical analysis algorithm is adopted to analyze historical use behavior data of the target user on the intelligent sound box, and behavior tag data of the target user is determined; or the behavior tag data of the target user can be determined according to the historical use behavior data of the target user on the intelligent sound box based on a pre-trained behavior tag recognition model. The historical usage behavior data of the target user for the smart sound box may include, but is not limited to, time, duration, frequency of watching/clicking different multimedia types, and the like of the target user watching/clicking multimedia content.
Further, in a case that the target user is any one of the candidate users associated with the smart sound box, the basic tag data of the target user may be obtained from the configuration information of the smart sound box. Specifically, the attribute information of the target user may be obtained from the configuration information of the smart sound box, and then the basic tag data of the target user is determined based on the attribute information of the target user. The candidate user associated with the so-called smart speaker is a user registered in the smart speaker. For any user, the attribute information of the user may include, but is not limited to, the user's age, gender, family members, school situation, and the like.

Specifically, the smart speaker may obtain at least two multimedia types of multimedia content from the repository according to the tag data, and generate a content stream according to the obtained multimedia content. Compared with the existing scheme that the intelligent sound box recommends the multimedia content to the user, the scheme realizes personalized recommendation, enriches the types of the displayed content, further meets the diversified and personalized requirements of the user, and provides a new idea for realizing the recommendation of the multimedia content in the scene of the intelligent sound box.
Further, as an optional manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, in a case that the tag data includes a behavior tag and a base tag, determining, according to the tag data, a content stream including at least two multimedia types for the target user may specifically be determining, according to the behavior tag and/or the base tag data, a content stream including at least two multimedia types for the target user.
Determining a content stream comprising at least two multimedia types for a target user according to the basic tag data may be, for example, determining a content subject of a content to be recommended according to a family mode in the basic tag data; at least two multimedia types of multimedia content are obtained from the multimedia content related to the content subject according to the age in the base tag data to obtain the content stream. So-called content topics characterize the main core intent of multimedia content and may include, but are not limited to, education, entertainment (e.g., short videos, dramas, anaglyphs, movies, etc.), sports, knowledge, fashion, and life (e.g., mother and infant, gourmet, and apparel, etc.), and the like.
For example, if the family mode is children's family, the content subject of the content to be recommended may be determined as education, and then content streams including at least two multimedia types may be determined for the target user according to age; for example, if the age is 0 to 1 year, music, audio books, animation, and the like related to early education can be used as the content stream. For another example, if the family mode is a young or old family, the content theme of the content to be recommended may be determined as entertainment, and further, a content stream including at least two multimedia types may be determined for the target user according to age. For example, 18-25 years of age, entertainment-related video and audio, etc. may be streamed as content.
Further, a content stream comprising at least two multimedia types may be determined for the target user based on the behavior tag data. Alternatively, a content stream comprising at least two multimedia types may be determined for the target user based on the base tag data and the behavior tag data. For example, the first content to be recommended may be determined according to the base tag data, the second content to be recommended may be determined according to the behavior tag data, and the first content to be recommended and the second content to be recommended may be used as the content stream.
It should be noted that, for the new hot multimedia content, the determination may be based on the basic tag data, and the manner of determining the content stream based on the behavior tag data is more suitable for the existing multimedia content, and the process of determining the content stream based on the behavior tag data will be described in detail in the following embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another method for recommending multimedia content provided according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The present embodiment explains how to determine behavior tag data in tag data of a target user and how to determine a content stream based on the behavior tag data on the basis of the above-described embodiments. For example, a statistical analysis algorithm may be used to analyze the acquired historical usage behavior data of the target user on the auxiliary application and/or the auxiliary terminal, and the historical usage behavior data of the target user on the smart sound box, so as to determine the behavior tag data of the target user. In this embodiment, the setting direction is a preset mode for presenting multimedia content in the content stream. For example, in order to facilitate browsing by a user and conform to habits of a plurality of users in using the smart sound box, the length direction, i.e., the vertical direction, of the smart sound box can be used as the setting direction.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the display area may be sequentially allocated to each content set in the display interface of the display unit according to the display order along a set direction (for example, a vertical direction).

Optionally, after allocating a presentation area for each content set, the multimedia content in the corresponding content set may be presented in the allocated presentation area. Furthermore, each display area is provided with a display theme, so that the user can intuitively know the displayed content set; the presentation theme is used to summarize the commonalities of the multimedia contents in the corresponding content collection, such as classical drama, new song list of the whole network, and the like.
Optionally, as an optional manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, displaying the multimedia content in the corresponding content set in the allocated display area may be: setting a content display frame in the distributed display area and the identification attribute of the multimedia type of the content display frame; and displaying the multimedia contents in the content set in the content display frame, and assigning the identification attribute of the multimedia type of the content display frame according to the multimedia contents corresponding to the content display frame.
The content display frames refer to interfaces for displaying multimedia contents, and each content display frame corresponds to one multimedia content; optionally, for each presentation area, the number of the content presentation frames may be determined according to the number of the multimedia content in the content set corresponding to the presentation area. In addition, each content presentation box has an identification attribute; furthermore, the identification attribute of the content display frame is related to the multimedia type, and the identification attributes of different multimedia types are different. For example, if the multimedia type is a television show, the identification attribute is an update set number; if the multimedia type is a movie, the identification attribute is a score; if the multimedia type is music, the attribute is identified as a playing control; if the multimedia type is a synthesis art, the identification attribute is an update period number; if the multimedia type is news, the identification attribute is an update date; if the multimedia type is short video, the identification attribute is the playing duration; if the multimedia type is drama, the identification attribute is a playing control and a collection number; if the multimedia type is audio book, the identification attribute is playing control, chapter number and the like.
Optionally, the value of the identifier attribute may be determined based on the multimedia content displayed by the content display frame. For example, if the multimedia content displayed in a certain content display frame is xx drama, the value of the identifier attribute may be updated to X set; if the multimedia content displayed by a certain content display frame is xx movie, the value of the identifier attribute may be 9.0; for another example, if the multimedia content displayed in a certain content display frame is xx synthesis, the value of the identifier attribute may be 20210219 th day. Further, when the identifier attribute is a play control, the value of the identifier attribute may be, for example, a play pause character; when the identifier attribute is a play control and a collection, the value of the identifier attribute may be, for example, a play pause character and a total X collection; when the identification attribute is the update date, the value of the identification attribute may be, for example, 20210219; when the identifier attribute is the play duration, the value of the identifier attribute may be, for example, 03: 17, and the like.
Specifically, for each allocated display area, the number of content display frames may be determined according to the number of multimedia contents in the content set corresponding to the display area, and the content display frames are sequentially set in the display area according to the size of each content display frame and the size of the smart speaker display unit (such as a display screen). For example, 5 content display frames are sequentially arranged in the display area 41 in the display interface shown in fig. 4B. And each content display frame correspondingly displays one multimedia content, and if the display area 1 is used for displaying the television series, the value of the identification attribute of each content display frame is updated to the X set.
In addition, it should be noted that, in general, a screenshot corresponding to recommended content is set in the content display frame, so that a user can intuitively know what the content to be displayed in the content display frame is, and convenience is provided for the user to quickly capture the recommended content desired by the user. Further, the screen shot set in the content presentation box may be a representative screen of the content to be recommended, or may be a set of one or more screens thereof.
Furthermore, in order to facilitate the user to distinguish various types of multimedia contents, different content display frames may be set for different content sets in this embodiment; specifically, the size information of the content display frames of different content sets is different.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the content display frame is introduced to display the multimedia content, which is equivalent to introducing a boundary between adjacent multimedia contents, so that a user can quickly locate different multimedia contents; meanwhile, different identification attributes are set for different multimedia types, so that a user can visually distinguish various multimedia contents.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, under the condition that the types of the display contents are diversified, the multimedia contents in the corresponding content set are displayed by introducing the display area, so that the neatness of the display interface is increased, the user can conveniently and visually distinguish various multimedia contents, and the visual impression of the user is improved.
In the technical scheme of the present disclosure, the acquisition, storage, and application of the historical usage behavior data of the smart sound box by the user, the historical usage behavior data of the auxiliary application and/or the auxiliary terminal by the user, the attribute information of the user, and the like all meet the regulations of related laws and regulations, and do not violate the good custom of the public order.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for recommending multimedia content according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The embodiment of the disclosure is suitable for a situation of how to recommend multimedia content to a user, and is particularly suitable for a situation of actively recommending the multimedia content to the user by an intelligent sound box configured with a display unit (such as a display screen). The device may be implemented in software and/or hardware, and may be integrated in a smart speaker box configured with a display unit. The device can execute the recommendation method of the multimedia content according to any embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the apparatus 500 for recommending multimedia content includes:
a tag data determining module 501, configured to determine tag data of a target user;
a content stream determining module 502, configured to determine a content stream including at least two multimedia types for a target user according to the tag data;
and a content stream display module 503, configured to display the content stream to the target user through a display unit of the smart speaker.
According to the technical scheme, the intelligent sound box obtains at least two multimedia types of content streams aiming at the target user through label data based on the target user, and displays the content streams through the configured display unit. Compared with the existing scheme that the intelligent sound box recommends the multimedia content to the user, the scheme realizes personalized recommendation, enriches the types of the displayed content, further meets the diversified and personalized requirements of the user, and provides a new idea for realizing the recommendation of the multimedia content in the scene of the intelligent sound box.
Illustratively, the content stream presentation module 503 includes:
the aggregation unit is used for aggregating the multimedia contents in the content stream according to the multimedia types to obtain a content set corresponding to each multimedia type;
the display sequence determining unit is used for determining the display sequence of each content set according to the association degree of the content sets and the label data;
and the display unit is used for displaying the multimedia contents in each content set on a display interface of the display unit according to the display sequence.
Illustratively, the display unit includes:
the display area distribution subunit is used for distributing display areas for the content sets on a display interface of the display unit according to the display sequence and the set direction;
and the display subunit is used for displaying the multimedia content in the corresponding content set in the distributed display area.
Illustratively, the presentation subunit is specifically configured to:
setting a content display frame in the distributed display area and the identification attribute of the multimedia type of the content display frame;
and displaying the multimedia contents in the content set in the content display frame, and assigning the identification attribute of the multimedia type of the content display frame according to the multimedia contents corresponding to the content display frame.
Illustratively, the identifying attributes of the multimedia type include at least one of:
if the multimedia type is TV play, the identification attribute is the number of update sets;
if the multimedia type is a movie, the identification attribute is a score;
if the multimedia type is music, the attribute is identified as a playing control;
if the multimedia type is a synthesis art, the identification attribute is an update period number;
if the multimedia type is news, the identification attribute is an update date.
For example, the tag data includes behavior tag data, and the tag data determining module 501 is specifically configured to:
determining behavior tag data of a target user according to historical use behavior data of the target user on the auxiliary application and/or the auxiliary terminal and historical use behavior data of the target user on the intelligent sound box; the auxiliary application and/or the auxiliary terminal and the account information of the intelligent sound box are the same, and the behavior tag data comprises interested multimedia types.
Illustratively, the content stream determination module 502 is specifically configured to:
and determining content streams comprising at least two multimedia types for the target user according to the behavior tag data and historical use behavior data of the target user on the intelligent sound box by similar users.
For example, if the tag data includes basic tag data, the tag data determining module 501 is specifically configured to:
acquiring basic tag data of a target user from configuration information of the intelligent sound box; wherein the basic tag data includes an age and a family mode, the family mode including at least one of a child family, a preschool family, a primary school family, a young family, and an elderly family.
The present disclosure also provides an electronic device, a readable storage medium, and a computer program product according to embodiments of the present disclosure.
FIG. 6 illustrates a schematic block diagram of an example electronic device 600 that can be used to implement embodiments of the present disclosure. Electronic devices are intended to represent various forms of digital computers, such as laptops, desktops, workstations, personal digital assistants, servers, blade servers, mainframes, and other appropriate computers. The electronic device may also represent various forms of mobile devices, such as personal digital processing, cellular phones, smart phones, wearable devices, and other similar computing devices. The components shown herein, their connections and relationships, and their functions, are meant to be examples only, and are not meant to limit implementations of the disclosure described and/or claimed herein.
As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 includes a computing unit 601, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes according to a computer program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)602 or a computer program loaded from a storage unit 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM 603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 600 can also be stored. The calculation unit 601, the ROM 602, and the RAM 603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
Various components in the electronic device 600 are connected to the I/O interface 605, including: an input unit 606 such as a keyboard, a mouse, or the like; an output unit 607 such as various types of displays, speakers, and the like; a storage unit 608, such as a magnetic disk, optical disk, or the like; and a communication unit 609 such as a network card, modem, wireless communication transceiver, etc. The communication unit 609 allows the electronic device 600 to exchange information/data with other devices through a computer network such as the internet and/or various telecommunication networks.
The computing unit 601 may be a variety of general and/or special purpose processing components having processing and computing capabilities. Some examples of the computing unit 601 include, but are not limited to, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), various dedicated Artificial Intelligence (AI) computing chips, various computing units running machine learning model algorithms, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), and any suitable processor, controller, microcontroller, and so forth. The calculation unit 601 performs the respective methods and processes described above, such as a recommendation method of multimedia content. For example, in some embodiments, the recommendation method for multimedia content may be implemented as a computer software program tangibly embodied in a machine-readable medium, such as storage unit 608. In some embodiments, part or all of the computer program may be loaded and/or installed onto the electronic device 600 via the ROM 602 and/or the communication unit 609. When the computer program is loaded into the RAM 603 and executed by the computing unit 601, one or more steps of the method for recommending multimedia content described above may be performed. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the computing unit 601 may be configured by any other suitable means (e.g. by means of firmware) to perform the recommendation method of multimedia content.
Various implementations of the systems and techniques described here above may be implemented in digital electronic circuitry, integrated circuitry, Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Application Specific Standard Products (ASSPs), system on a chip (SOCs), load programmable logic devices (CPLDs), computer hardware, firmware, software, and/or combinations thereof. These various embodiments may include: implemented in one or more computer programs that are executable and/or interpretable on a programmable system including at least one programmable processor, which may be special or general purpose, receiving data and instructions from, and transmitting data and instructions to, a storage system, at least one input device, and at least one output device.
Program code for implementing the methods of the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages. These program codes may be provided to a processor or controller of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, or other programmable data processing apparatus, such that the program codes, when executed by the processor or controller, cause the functions/operations specified in the flowchart and/or block diagram to be performed. The program code may execute entirely on the machine, partly on the machine, as a stand-alone software package partly on the machine and partly on a remote machine or entirely on the remote machine or server.
In the context of this disclosure, a machine-readable medium may be a tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. The machine-readable medium may be a machine-readable signal medium or a machine-readable storage medium. A machine-readable medium may include, but is not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of a machine-readable storage medium would include an electrical connection based on one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
To provide for interaction with a user, the systems and techniques described here can be implemented on a computer having: a display device (e.g., a CRT (cathode ray tube) or LCD (liquid crystal display) monitor) for displaying information to a user; and a keyboard and a pointing device (e.g., a mouse or a trackball) by which a user can provide input to the computer. Other kinds of devices may also be used to provide for interaction with a user; for example, feedback provided to the user can be any form of sensory feedback (e.g., visual feedback, auditory feedback, or tactile feedback); and input from the user may be received in any form, including acoustic, speech, or tactile input.
The systems and techniques described here can be implemented in a computing system that includes a back-end component (e.g., as a data server), or that includes a middleware component (e.g., an application server), or that includes a front-end component (e.g., a user computer having a graphical user interface or a web browser through which a user can interact with an implementation of the systems and techniques described here), or any combination of such back-end, middleware, or front-end components. The components of the system can be interconnected by any form or medium of digital data communication (e.g., a communication network). Examples of communication networks include: local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), blockchain networks, and the internet.
The computer system may include clients and servers. A client and server are generally remote from each other and typically interact through a communication network. The relationship of client and server arises by virtue of computer programs running on the respective computers and having a client-server relationship to each other. The server can be a cloud server, also called a cloud computing server or a cloud host, and is a host product in a cloud computing service system, so that the defects of high management difficulty and weak service expansibility in the traditional physical host and VPS service are overcome.
It should be understood that various forms of the flows shown above may be used, with steps reordered, added, or deleted. For example, the steps described in the present disclosure may be executed in parallel, sequentially, or in different orders, as long as the desired results of the technical solutions disclosed in the present disclosure can be achieved, and the present disclosure is not limited herein.

Claims (19)

1. A method of recommending multimedia content, comprising:
determining tag data of a target user;
determining a content stream comprising at least two multimedia types for the target user according to the tag data;
and displaying the content stream to the target user through a display unit of the intelligent sound box.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the presenting the content stream to the target user via a display unit of a smart sound box comprises:
according to the multimedia types, the multimedia contents in the content stream are aggregated to obtain content sets corresponding to the multimedia types;
determining the display sequence of each content set according to the association degree of the content sets and the label data;
and displaying the multimedia contents in each content set on a display interface of the display unit according to the display sequence.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the presenting the multimedia content in each content set on the presentation interface of the display unit in the presentation order comprises:
distributing display areas for the content sets on the display interface of the display unit according to the display sequence and the set direction;
and displaying the multimedia content in the corresponding content set in the allocated display area.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein said presenting multimedia content in a corresponding set of content within an assigned presentation area comprises:
setting a content display frame in the distributed display area and the identification attribute of the multimedia type of the content display frame;
and displaying the multimedia contents in the content set in the content display frame, and assigning the identification attribute of the multimedia type of the content display frame according to the multimedia contents corresponding to the content display frame.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the identifying attributes of the multimedia type comprise at least one of:
if the multimedia type is TV play, the identification attribute is the number of update sets;
if the multimedia type is a movie, the identification attribute is a score;
if the multimedia type is music, the attribute is identified as a playing control;
if the multimedia type is a synthesis art, the identification attribute is an update period number;
if the multimedia type is news, the identification attribute is an update date.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the tag data comprises behavioral tag data;
the determining of the tag data of the target user comprises:
determining behavior tag data of a target user according to historical use behavior data of the target user on an auxiliary application and/or an auxiliary terminal and historical use behavior data of the target user on the intelligent sound box; the auxiliary application and/or the auxiliary terminal and the account information of the intelligent sound box are the same, and the behavior tag data comprise interested multimedia types.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein said determining a content stream comprising at least two multimedia types for the target user based on the tag data comprises:
and determining content streams comprising at least two multimedia types for the target user according to the behavior tag data and historical use behavior data of the target user on the intelligent sound box by similar users.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the tag data comprises base tag data;
the determining of the tag data of the target user comprises:
acquiring basic label data of the target user from the configuration information of the intelligent sound box; wherein the basic tag data includes an age and a family mode, the family mode including at least one of a child family, a preschool family, a primary school family, a young family, and an elderly family.
9. An apparatus for recommending multimedia contents, comprising:
the tag data determining module is used for determining tag data of a target user;
a content stream determining module, configured to determine, according to the tag data, a content stream including at least two multimedia types for the target user;
and the content stream display module is used for displaying the content stream to the target user through a display unit of the intelligent sound box.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the content stream presentation module comprises:
the aggregation unit is used for aggregating the multimedia contents in the content stream according to the multimedia types to obtain a content set corresponding to each multimedia type;
the display sequence determining unit is used for determining the display sequence of each content set according to the association degree of the content sets and the label data;
and the display unit is used for displaying the multimedia contents in each content set on a display interface of the display unit according to the display sequence.
11. The device of claim 10, wherein the presentation unit comprises:
the display area distribution subunit is used for distributing display areas for the content sets on the display interface of the display unit according to the display sequence and the set direction;
and the display subunit is used for displaying the multimedia content in the corresponding content set in the distributed display area.
12. The device of claim 11, wherein the presentation subunit is specifically configured to:
setting a content display frame in the distributed display area and the identification attribute of the multimedia type of the content display frame;
and displaying the multimedia contents in the content set in the content display frame, and assigning the identification attribute of the multimedia type of the content display frame according to the multimedia contents corresponding to the content display frame.
13. The apparatus of claim 12, wherein the identifying attribute of the multimedia type comprises at least one of:
if the multimedia type is TV play, the identification attribute is the number of update sets;
if the multimedia type is a movie, the identification attribute is a score;
if the multimedia type is music, the attribute is identified as a playing control;
if the multimedia type is a synthesis art, the identification attribute is an update period number;
if the multimedia type is news, the identification attribute is an update date.
14. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the tag data comprises behavioral tag data;
the tag data determination module is specifically configured to:
determining behavior tag data of a target user according to historical use behavior data of the target user on an auxiliary application and/or an auxiliary terminal and historical use behavior data of the target user on the intelligent sound box; the auxiliary application and/or the auxiliary terminal and the account information of the intelligent sound box are the same, and the behavior tag data comprise interested multimedia types.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the content stream determination module is specifically configured to:
and determining content streams comprising at least two multimedia types for the target user according to the behavior tag data and historical use behavior data of the target user on the intelligent sound box by similar users.
16. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the tag data comprises base tag data;
the tag data determination module is specifically configured to:

17. An electronic device, comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the method of recommending multimedia content of any of claims 1-8.
18. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for causing a computer to execute the method of recommending multimedia contents according to any one of claims 1-8.
19. A computer program product comprising a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements a method of recommendation of multimedia content according to any of claims 1-8.
