The first ball plunger 211, the second ball plunger 212, the third ball plunger 213, the fourth ball plunger 214, the fifth ball plunger 215 and the sixth ball plunger 216 are embedded in the first receiving seat 218 in a pairwise symmetrical manner, wherein the first ball plunger 211, the second ball plunger 212, the third ball plunger 213 and the fourth ball plunger 214 are positioning parts of a movable part 217, and the positions of the fifth ball plunger 215 and the sixth ball plunger 216 embedded in the first receiving seat 218 are in the direction that the axis is on the upper side after the syringe is placed, so that the pre-filled contrast syringe is conveniently fixed, and the syringe is more stable.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, which are a schematic structural diagram and an exploded view of the movable member 217, respectively, the movable member 217 is composed of a sliding ring 2171 and a blocking piece 2172 fixedly connected by screws, the blocking piece 2172 is provided with a first recess 2172a and a second recess 2172b which are matched with the first ball plunger 211, the second ball plunger 212, the third ball plunger 213 and the fourth ball plunger 214, and the blocking piece 2172 is further provided with a step surface 2172c, as shown in fig. 15, which is a schematic structural diagram of the step surface of the embodiment of the present invention being clamped with a syringe tail flange, and the step surface 2172c is slightly larger than the prefilled syringe tail flange, so that the movable member 217 can confine the prefilled syringe tail flange in the movable member 217, thereby playing a role of radial fixation. The movable member 217 may freely slide in the space between the second ball plunger 212 and the fourth ball plunger 214.
The installation operation flow of the adapter 21 is as follows: the first adapter 21 is first mounted on the injection device 1 and the movable member 217 is manually pushed to the first and second ball plungers 211 and 212, at which time the movable member 217 is temporarily fixed under the engagement of the ball plungers 211 and 212 with the first and second recesses 2172a and 2172b on the stop 2172. The prefilled contrast syringe 22 is then mounted on the first adapter 21, and the prefilled contrast syringe 22 is fixed by the fifth ball plunger 215 and the sixth ball plunger 216, and the positional relationship of the components is shown in fig. 7. Finally, the movable member 217 is manually pushed to the third ball plunger 213 and the fourth ball plunger 214, and the movable member 217 cannot move any further because the stepped surface 2172c of the stopper 2172 and the flange surface of the prefilled contrast syringe 22 are restricted from each other. On the other hand, under the cooperation of the third ball plunger 213 and the fourth ball plunger 214 with the first recess 2172a and the second recess 2172b on the stop 2172, the movable member 217 is also temporarily fixed, and at this time, the medical staff can perform other operations such as connecting the pipeline and setting the scheme, and the positional relationship between the movable member 217 and the receptacle 218 is as shown in fig. 8, and fig. 7 and 8 are respectively schematic structural views of the front half and the rear half of the adapter of the embodiment of the present invention.
