Detailed Description
In the existing anti-counterfeiting technology, a digital anti-counterfeiting technical means is generally adopted for identifying high-price commodities. Before the commodity leaves a factory, a digital anti-counterfeiting label, such as an international mobile equipment identification code, a bar code or a two-dimensional code, is attached to the commodity or the package of the commodity until the commodity is delivered to a distributor or a consumer, and then the distributor or the consumer reads the received digital anti-counterfeiting label on the commodity or the package of the commodity by using a digital terminal so as to identify the authenticity. Specifically, if a website of a brand party is accessed by a tag and the tag is determined to be issued by the brand party, the product to which the tag is attached is considered to be genuine.
The inventors of the present invention have found, through studies, that "emulational issuer" is sometimes used in the prior art. Specifically, when the authenticity is directly verified by the brand indicated by the product tag, since the brand indicated by the product tag is a counterfeit brand and a counterfeit website or a counterfeit smart terminal of the counterfeit brand is accessed, the brand and the product are judged to be genuine by mistake, and the consumer cannot recognize that the counterfeit product is lost.
In the embodiment of the invention, the unique identification information is received from the intelligent terminal, and the unique identification information is obtained by reading the label of the commodity through the intelligent terminal and is used for identifying the commodity; determining whether the commodity belongs to a brand in a preset brand name set or not according to the unique identification information; if the commodity belongs to a brand in a preset brand set, sending an authentication request to the brand so that the brand determines the authenticity of the commodity; receiving authenticity information of the goods from the brand merchant; and sending the authenticity information to the intelligent terminal. By adopting the scheme, the authentication request is sent to the brand merchants to determine the authenticity of the commodity only after the commodity is determined to belong to the brand merchants in the preset brand merchant set according to the unique identification information for identifying the commodity, compared with the prior art that the authenticity is verified directly through the brand merchants indicated by the commodity label, when the brand merchants indicated by the commodity label are the counterfeit brand merchants, websites or intelligent terminals of the counterfeit brand merchants are easy to access, so that the authenticity of the brand merchants is difficult to judge.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an anti-counterfeiting method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The anti-counterfeiting method may include steps S11 to S15:
step S11: receiving unique identification information from an intelligent terminal, wherein the unique identification information is obtained by reading a label of a commodity through the intelligent terminal and is used for identifying the commodity;
step S12: determining whether the commodity belongs to a brand in a preset brand name set or not according to the unique identification information;
step S13: if the commodity belongs to a brand in a preset brand set, sending an authentication request to the brand so that the brand determines the authenticity of the commodity;
step S14: receiving authenticity information of the goods from the brand merchant;
step S15: and sending the authenticity information to the intelligent terminal.
It should be noted that the anti-counterfeiting method can be used for a terminal of an authentication center, and the authentication center is used for performing information interaction and data processing between an intelligent terminal (such as a mobile phone, a tablet, and the like) and a brand merchant, and realizing an anti-counterfeiting function by providing a service. The authentication center may also be referred to as a "unique authentication platform".
In a specific implementation of step S11, the unique identification information is obtained by the smart terminal by reading a label of a commodity, and is used to identify the commodity.
In specific implementation, the intelligent terminal can read the unique identification information corresponding to the label of the commodity after receiving the anti-counterfeiting verification request. The label of the article may be attached to the article.
Further, the unique identification information may include brand name indication information and commodity indication information. For example, a series of numbers may be included, with a predetermined number of digits from the front representing the brand name and a rear predetermined number of digits in the number representing the merchandise.
The commodity can be embodied as a specific commodity, such as a mobile phone, a computer, a bottle of high-grade white spirit, and the like.
In a specific implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, the label of the commodity may be an RFID chip formed by using PUF technology.
The tag of the article may be an electronic tag, the identification information corresponding to the electronic tag may be an ID number corresponding to the electronic tag, and the unique identification information corresponding to the electronic tag may be a Physical Unclonable Function (PUF) value corresponding to the electronic tag.
In practical applications, as known, a PUF is a hardware function implementation circuit depending on chip features, and has uniqueness and randomness. The function of unique correspondence of the excitation signal and the response signal is realized by extracting the process parameter deviation inevitably introduced in the chip manufacturing process.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the electronic tag leaves the factory, the electronic tag can be allocated with the one-to-one corresponding ID number. Meanwhile, the electronic tag can be powered on, and the PUF value corresponding to the electronic tag is extracted according to the electric signal generated by the internal circuit when the electronic tag is powered on. Even if the electronic tags of the same model and the same batch are used, the physical characteristics of the electronic components are different due to the process parameter deviation of the internal circuit components. Therefore, when different electronic chips are powered on, the corresponding generated electric signals are different, and further, the PUF value corresponding to each electronic tag is unique and physically unclonable, and each PUF value can represent the corresponding unique electronic tag.
In an embodiment of the invention, the PUF value of the electronic tag may be independent of data stored inside the electronic tag. In other words, whether data is written in the electronic tag, the specific type of the written data, and the like do not affect the PUF value of the electronic tag.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the electronic tag may be a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tag. The intelligent terminal can be an intelligent terminal supporting Near Field Communication (NFC) function, and an NFC Communication module is provided in the intelligent terminal. In the electronic tag, corresponding identification information and uniqueness information may be stored.
When the intelligent terminal receives the user information verification request, the NFC communication module on the intelligent terminal can be opened to start the NFC function. The intelligent terminal can read the identification information and the uniqueness information corresponding to the RFID tag through the NFC communication module, so that the pre-bound identification information corresponding to the RFID tag and the user information corresponding to the uniqueness information are obtained.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the identification information corresponding to the RFID tag may be a UID number of the RFID tag, and the uniqueness information corresponding to the RFID tag may be a PUF value corresponding to the RFID tag.
In implementations, the RFID tag may be disposed within an operating range of the NFC communications module. Due to the uniqueness of PUF values, one PUF value may correspond to one RFID tag that is uniquely present.
It is to be understood that the electronic tag according to the embodiment of the present invention may also be other electronic tags capable of supporting the NFC reading function, and is not limited to the RFID tag described above.
It should be noted that the step of receiving the unique identification information from the intelligent terminal may include: receiving the unique identification information from a plurality of APPs, wherein the plurality of APPs are preloaded in the one or more intelligent terminals.
In the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of reliable APPs can be confirmed in advance, and the authentication information of the plurality of reliable APPs is prestored, so that a consumer can select one of the plurality of APPs to obtain the unique identification information. Further, APP is more difficult to counterfeit and thus more secure than pages in a website.
Further, before receiving the unique identification information from a plurality of APPs, the anti-counterfeiting method may further include: and respectively sending authorization information to the plurality of APPs so that the plurality of APPs respectively obtain pre-authorization according to the authorization information.
In specific implementation, the authentication center may send authorization information to the multiple APPs, for example, the authorization code may be an authorization code, or a preset authorization address and a key, and the APPs may obtain pre-authorization by accessing the authorization code or the authorization address.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, specific content of the authorization information is not limited.
In a specific implementation of step S12, the authentication center may determine whether the commodity belongs to a brand in a preset set of brands according to the unique identification information.
Specifically, the unique identification information may include brand name indication information, for example, a numeric string with a preset number of digits, and the authentication center may determine whether the product belongs to a brand name in a preset brand name set according to the brand name indication information.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flowchart of an embodiment of step S12 in fig. 1. The step of determining whether the commodity belongs to a brand in a preset brand set according to the unique identification information may include steps S21 to S22, which are described below.
In step S21, a brand indicated by the brand indication information is determined according to the brand indication information.
In a specific implementation, which brand name indicated by the label of the product is determined according to the brand name indication information, and it is understood that the brand name indicated by the label may be a genuine brand name and may also be a forged emulational brand name.
In step S22, a preset brand name set is searched to determine whether the brand name indicated by the brand name indication information belongs to the preset brand name set.
In a specific implementation, the authentication center may verify a plurality of brand merchants in advance, and then store information of the brand merchants with verified authenticity to determine a preset brand merchant set. And then, by searching in the preset brand name set, whether the brand name indicated by the brand name indication information belongs to the preset brand name set or not can be determined.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset brand name set is set, the association relationship between the commodity to be determined and the real brand name which is verified in advance can be confirmed, and because the brand names in the brand name set are all verified in advance, the reliability of the confirmation result can be effectively ensured, and the effective anti-counterfeiting is further realized.
Further, the preset branding set may be stored in a database.
In the embodiment of the invention, the database, such as the anti-counterfeiting authentication database, is established, and the preset brand business set is stored in the database, so that the safety of the brand business set is managed and maintained, and the user trust and the use experience are improved.
Further, the authentication center may update the set of brands in the database.
In the embodiment of the invention, through updating, maintaining and daily accumulation, the number of brand merchants in the brand merchant set in the database can be increased as much as possible, so that more users can confirm more commodities through the database.
With continued reference to fig. 1, in an implementation of step S13, if the item belongs to a brand in a preset set of brands, an authentication request is sent to the brand to enable the brand to determine whether the item is authentic.
In a specific implementation, the authentication request may be used to request the brand owner to determine whether the product is authentic, and in order to facilitate the brand owner to determine the product, information indicating the product may be transmitted at the same time.
Specifically, the step of sending an authentication request to the brand merchant may include: and sending the commodity indication information and the authenticity judgment request to the brand trader.
The unique identification information may include commodity indication information, for example, a numeric string with a preset number, and the brand dealer may determine whether the commodity is a real commodity according to the commodity indication information.
More specifically, the brand owner may determine whether the commodity is a real commodity according to information such as the delivery time and the sales channel of the commodity indicated by the commodity indication information. In the embodiment of the present invention, the specific determination method of the brand name is not limited.
In the embodiment of the invention, the commodity indication information and the authenticity judgment request are sent to the brand trader, and the brand trader is a brand trader with authenticity verified in advance, so that the authenticity of the commodity can be judged through the real and reliable brand trader, and the commodity source resource can be used for confirmation, thereby further realizing effective anti-counterfeiting.
In a specific implementation of step S14, the authenticity information for the item is received from the brand owner.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the authenticity information of the product may be received in any suitable manner, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the specific implementation of step S15, the authenticity information is sent to the intelligent terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the authenticity information is obtained from the brand merchant, the authenticity information is sent to the intelligent terminal, so that the intelligent terminal can obtain the result as soon as possible, and the timeliness of effective anti-counterfeiting is improved.
Further, before sending the authenticity information to the intelligent terminal, the anti-counterfeiting method may further include: and converting the format of the authenticity information so as to be suitable for the intelligent terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the format of the authenticity information is converted, so that the authenticity information can be better adapted to the display requirement of the intelligent terminal, for example, the format of the APP is better met, and the research and development workload of an APP party is reduced.
In the embodiment of the invention, according to the unique identification information for identifying the commodity, the authentication request is sent to the brand trader to determine the authenticity of the commodity only after the commodity is determined to belong to the brand trader in the preset brand trader set.
Further, the anti-counterfeiting method can further comprise the following steps: and if the commodity does not belong to the brand traders in the preset brand trader set, sending out in-doubt indication information to the intelligent terminal.
The in-doubt indication information may be used to indicate that the commodity does not belong to a brand in a preset brand set.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the commodity is judged not to belong to the brand in the preset brand set and the fake brand is judged to possibly exist, the doubt indication information is sent to the intelligent terminal for reminding, so that the further access is avoided, and the effective anti-counterfeiting is further realized.
Further, after receiving the unique identification information from the intelligent terminal, the anti-counterfeiting method may further include: storing the unique identification information and making an electronic signature for the step of receiving unique identification information.
It is noted that the step of making an electronic signature may be used for anti-repudiation. Specifically, the electronic signature can be created by the step of receiving the unique identification information, so that the records of multiple layers are realized, and the purpose of resisting repudiation is achieved. More specifically, for example, the received information including the unique identification information may be recorded, the information of the sender and the receiver may be recorded, and the fact that the sender exists may be recorded.
Further, after sending an authentication request to the brand owner, the anti-counterfeiting method may further include: an electronic signature is made for the step of sending an authentication request.
Further, after receiving the authenticity information of the commodity from the brand merchant, the anti-counterfeiting method may further include: storing the authenticity information and making an electronic signature for the step of receiving the authenticity information.
Further, after sending the authenticity information to the intelligent terminal, the anti-counterfeiting method may further include: and creating an electronic signature for the step of sending the authenticity information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the electronic signature can be manufactured aiming at a plurality of information interaction steps, which is beneficial to effectively supervising and managing information interaction through anti-repudiation technologies such as the electronic signature and the like, and the reliability and the safety of the embodiment of the invention are improved.
