the side wall of the bottom plate is sequentially provided with an accommodating groove and a screw hole which are communicated from outside to inside along the width direction of the side wall, a wire passing hole is formed between the accommodating groove and the groove, and the wire passing hole is respectively communicated with the groove and the accommodating groove;
the fixed pulley is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the groove, the operating rod comprises a stud, a wire winding column and a connecting column which are sequentially connected, the stud is in threaded fit in the threaded hole, the wire winding column is arranged in the accommodating groove, and the pull wire bypasses the fixed pulley, passes through the wire passing hole and then is wound on the wire winding column; the connecting column extends out of the accommodating groove and is provided with a handle.
