For example, the processing unit may perform step 200 as shown in fig. 2B: judging whether the situation is in a first preset condition or not; step 210: when the first preset condition is determined, if the multimedia resources played by the electronic device and the multimedia device are not synchronous, or the electronic device starts playing and the multimedia device does not start playing, sending a first synchronization instruction to the multimedia device, where the first synchronization instruction is used to instruct the multimedia device to synchronously play the multimedia resources currently played by the electronic device.
For another example, the processing unit may perform step 300 as shown in fig. 3: judging whether the situation is in a first preset condition or not; and when the first preset condition is determined, if the multimedia resources played by the electronic equipment and the multimedia equipment are not synchronous, or the electronic equipment starts playing but the multimedia equipment does not start playing, receiving a first synchronization instruction sent by the electronic equipment, and synchronously playing the multimedia resources currently played by the electronic equipment according to the first synchronization instruction.
An apparatus 80 for multimedia asset playback according to this embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 8. The apparatus 80 for multimedia asset playback shown in fig. 8 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, the apparatus 80 for multimedia asset playback is in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of the apparatus 80 for multimedia asset playback may include, but are not limited to: the at least one processing unit 16, the at least one memory unit 28, and the bus 18 that connects the various system components (including the memory unit 28 and the processing unit 16).
Bus 18 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, a processor, or a local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures.
The storage unit 28 may include readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM)31 and/or cache memory 32, and may further include Read Only Memory (ROM) 34.
Storage unit 28 may also include a program/utility 41 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to: an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which, or some combination thereof, may comprise an implementation of a network environment.
The device for multimedia asset playback 80 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, bluetooth device, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the device for multimedia asset playback 80, and/or with any device (e.g., router, modem, etc.) that enables the device for multimedia asset playback 80 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may be through an input/output (I/O) interface 22. Also, the device 80 for multimedia asset playback may also communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network, such as the internet) through the network adapter 21. As shown, the network adapter 21 communicates with the other modules of the device 80 for multimedia asset playback over the bus 18. It should be understood that although not shown in the figures, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in conjunction with the device 80 for multimedia asset playback, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
Exemplary program product
In some possible embodiments, aspects of the present invention may also be implemented in the form of a program product comprising program code for causing a device to perform the steps in the method for multimedia asset playback according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described in the above section "exemplary method" of this specification, when the program product is run on the device, for example, the device may perform the steps 200 as shown in fig. 2B: judging whether the situation is in a first preset condition or not; step 210: when the first preset condition is determined, if the multimedia resources played by the electronic device and the multimedia device are not synchronous, or the electronic device starts playing and the multimedia device does not start playing, sending a first synchronization instruction to the multimedia device, where the first synchronization instruction is used to instruct the multimedia device to synchronously play the multimedia resources currently played by the electronic device.
For example, the device may perform step 300 as shown in fig. 3: judging whether the situation is in a first preset condition or not; step 310: and when the first preset condition is determined, if the multimedia resources played by the electronic equipment and the multimedia equipment are not synchronous, or the electronic equipment starts playing but the multimedia equipment does not start playing, receiving a first synchronization instruction sent by the electronic equipment, and synchronously playing the multimedia resources currently played by the electronic equipment according to the first synchronization instruction.
The program product may employ any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. A readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium include: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable disk, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
As shown in fig. 9, a program product 90 for multimedia asset playback according to an embodiment of the present invention is described, which may employ a portable compact disc read only memory (CD-ROM) and include program code, and may be run on a terminal device, such as a personal computer. However, the program product of the present invention is not limited in this regard and, in the present document, a readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
A readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take any of a variety of forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A readable signal medium may also be any readable medium that is not a readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computing device, partly on the user's device, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computing device and partly on a remote computing device, or entirely on the remote computing device or server. In the case of a remote computing device, the remote computing device may be connected to the user computing device over any kind of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or may be connected to an external computing device (e.g., over the internet using an internet service provider).
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description several means or sub-means of the device for multimedia asset playback are mentioned, this division is only not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functions of two or more of the devices described above may be embodied in one device, according to embodiments of the invention. Conversely, the features and functions of one apparatus described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of apparatuses.
Moreover, while the operations of the method of the invention are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions.
While the spirit and principles of the invention have been described with reference to several particular embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, nor is the division of aspects, which is for convenience only as the features in such aspects may not be combined to benefit. The invention is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.

Claims (30)

1. A multimedia resource playing method is applied to a scene where a mobile terminal and a WIFI sound box matched with the mobile terminal coexist, and comprises the following steps:
judging whether a first preset condition exists or not, wherein the first preset condition comprises the following steps: the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box are in the same network; and/or a control used for controlling the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box synchronization function in the mobile terminal is triggered;
when the first preset condition is determined, if the multimedia resources played by the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box are not synchronous, or the mobile terminal starts playing and the WIFI sound box does not start playing, the mobile terminal sends a first synchronization instruction to the WIFI sound box through a server, and the first synchronization instruction is used for instructing the WIFI sound box to synchronously play the multimedia resources currently played by the mobile terminal;
if the mobile terminal does not start playing and the WIFI sound box starts playing, the mobile terminal receives a second synchronous instruction sent by the WIFI sound box through the server, and synchronously plays the multimedia resource currently played by the WIFI sound box according to the second synchronous instruction;
the mobile terminal comprises a synchronization control for controlling the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box to have a synchronization function.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising selectively adding at least some multimedia assets in the mobile terminal to the WIFI loudspeaker in response to an instruction to send multimedia assets to the WIFI loudspeaker.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the mobile terminal includes a play control, the mobile terminal playing a multimedia asset in the mobile terminal when the play control is triggered.
4. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the multimedia asset is an audio asset.
5. A multimedia resource playing method is applied to a scene where a mobile terminal and a WIFI sound box matched with the mobile terminal coexist, and comprises the following steps:
judging whether a first preset condition exists or not, wherein the first preset condition comprises the following steps: the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box are in the same network; and/or a control used for controlling the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box synchronization function in the mobile terminal is triggered;
when the first preset condition is determined, if the multimedia resources played by the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box are not synchronous, or the mobile terminal starts playing but the WIFI sound box does not start playing, the WIFI sound box receives a first synchronization instruction sent by the mobile terminal through a server, and synchronously plays the multimedia resources currently played by the mobile terminal according to the first synchronization instruction;
if the mobile terminal does not start playing and the WIFI sound box starts playing, the WIFI sound box sends a second synchronization instruction to the mobile terminal through the server, and the second synchronization instruction is used for indicating the mobile terminal to play the multimedia resource currently played by the WIFI sound box;
the mobile terminal comprises a synchronization control for controlling the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box to have a synchronization function.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising receiving a multimedia asset from the mobile terminal in response to an instruction to receive a multimedia asset from the mobile terminal.
7. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
and when a second preset condition is met and a playing key of the WIFI sound box is triggered, playing the multimedia resources in the WIFI sound box.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the second predetermined condition comprises:
the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box are in different networks; or
And the control application software in the mobile terminal and the control for realizing the synchronization function in the WIFI sound box are in a closed state.
9. The method according to any of claims 5-8, wherein the multimedia asset is an audio asset.

the apparatus further comprises a receiving unit and a playing unit, wherein: the receiving unit is used for receiving a second synchronous instruction when the mobile terminal does not start playing and the WIFI sound box starts playing;
the playing unit is used for synchronously playing the multimedia resources currently played by the WIFI sound box according to the second synchronous instruction;
the mobile terminal comprises a synchronization control for controlling the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box to have a synchronization function.
11. The mobile terminal of claim 10, further comprising a transmitting unit and a selecting unit, wherein:
the selection unit is used for selecting at least part of multimedia resources in the mobile terminal;
the sending unit is used for sending an instruction for adding the at least part of the multimedia resources to the WIFI sound box.
12. The mobile terminal according to claim 10, wherein the mobile terminal comprises a play unit, the play unit comprises a play control, and the play unit is configured to play the multimedia resource in the mobile terminal when the play control is triggered.
13. The mobile terminal according to any of claims 10-12, wherein the multimedia asset is an audio asset.
14. The utility model provides a WIFI audio amplifier, and mobile terminal phase-match, includes:

the receiving unit is used for receiving a first synchronization instruction sent by the mobile terminal through a server and synchronously playing the multimedia resource currently played by the mobile terminal according to the first synchronization instruction if the multimedia resources played by the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box are not synchronous or the mobile terminal starts playing but the WIFI sound box does not start playing when the judging unit determines that the multimedia resource is in the first preset condition;
the device further comprises a sending unit, which is used for sending a second synchronization instruction to the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal is not started to play and the WIFI sound box is started to play, wherein the second synchronization instruction is used for instructing the mobile terminal to play the multimedia resource currently played by the WIFI sound box;
the mobile terminal comprises a synchronization control for controlling the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box to have a synchronization function.
15. The WIFI sound box of claim 14, the receiving unit further configured to receive at least a portion of the multimedia asset in the mobile terminal in response to receiving the instruction of the mobile terminal multimedia asset.
16. The WIFI sound box of claim 14, the apparatus further comprising a playing unit to play multimedia resources in the WIFI sound box when a second predetermined condition is met and a play key of the WIFI sound box is triggered.
17. The WIFI sound box of claim 16, wherein the second predetermined condition includes:
the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box are in different networks; or
And the control application software in the mobile terminal and the control for realizing the synchronization function in the WIFI sound box are in a closed state.
18. The WIFI sound box of any one of claims 14-17, the multimedia resource is an audio resource.
19. A multimedia playback system, comprising:
the mobile terminal is loaded with application software, and the application software is provided with a first multimedia resource;
the WIFI sound box is used for obtaining a second multimedia resource from the first multimedia resource of the mobile terminal based on the application software;
a server;
under the condition that a first preset condition is met, selectively and synchronously playing the first multimedia resource or the second multimedia resource between the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box according to a preset priority sequence, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
when the mobile terminal plays the first multimedia resource and the WIFI sound box does not play currently, the first multimedia resource played currently by the mobile terminal is pushed to the WIFI sound box through the server to be played synchronously by clicking the application software;
when the WIFI sound box plays the second multimedia resource and the mobile terminal does not play currently, the second multimedia resource currently played by the WIFI sound box is pushed to the mobile terminal for synchronous playing through the server by clicking the application software;
when the mobile terminal plays the first multimedia resource and the WIFI sound box plays the second multimedia resource, the first multimedia resource currently played by the mobile terminal is pushed to the WIFI sound box through the server to be played synchronously by clicking the application software;
the application software comprises a synchronization control for controlling the application software and the synchronization function of the WIFI sound box;
wherein the first predetermined condition comprises: the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box are in the same network; and/or a control used for controlling the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box synchronization function in the application software is triggered.
20. The system of claim 19, wherein the second multimedia asset is part of the first multimedia asset.
21. The system of claim 19, wherein the mobile terminal includes a play control, the mobile terminal playing the first multimedia asset when the play control is triggered.
22. The system of claim 19, wherein the WIFI speaker includes a play key, and the WIFI speaker plays the second multimedia asset when a second predetermined condition is met and the play key is triggered.
23. The system of claim 22, wherein the second predetermined condition comprises:
the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box are in different networks; or
And the control application software in the mobile terminal and the control of the WIFI sound box synchronization function are in an off state.
24. The system of any one of claims 19-23, wherein the first multimedia asset and the second multimedia asset are both audio assets.
25. A multimedia playback method, comprising:
matching the mobile terminal with the WIFI sound box through application software;
controlling the WIFI sound box to obtain a second multimedia resource from the first multimedia resource of the mobile terminal through a server based on the application software;
selectively and synchronously playing the first multimedia resource or the second multimedia resource between the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box according to a preset priority order under the condition that a first preset condition is met, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
when the mobile terminal plays the first multimedia resource and the WIFI sound box does not play currently, the first multimedia resource played currently by the mobile terminal is pushed to the WIFI sound box through the server to be played synchronously by clicking the application software;
when the WIFI sound box plays the second multimedia resource and the mobile terminal does not play currently, the second multimedia resource currently played by the WIFI sound box is pushed to the mobile terminal for synchronous playing through the server by clicking the application software;
when the mobile terminal plays the first multimedia resource and the WIFI sound box plays the second multimedia resource, the first multimedia resource currently played by the mobile terminal is pushed to the WIFI sound box through the server to be played synchronously by clicking the application software;
the application software comprises a synchronization control for controlling the application software and the synchronization function of the WIFI sound box;
wherein the first predetermined condition comprises: the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box are in the same network; and/or a control used for controlling the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box synchronization function in the application software is triggered.
26. The method of claim 25, wherein the second multimedia asset is part of the first multimedia asset.
27. The method of claim 25, further comprising controlling the mobile terminal to play the first multimedia asset by triggering a play control of the mobile terminal.
28. The method of claim 25, further comprising controlling the WIFI loudspeaker to play the second multimedia asset at a second predetermined instance by triggering a play key of the WIFI loudspeaker.
29. The method of claim 28, wherein the second predetermined condition comprises:
the mobile terminal and the WIFI sound box are in different networks; or
And the control application software in the mobile terminal and the control of the WIFI sound box synchronization function are in an off state.
30. The method of any of claims 25-28, wherein the first multimedia asset and the second multimedia asset are both audio assets.
