Fig. 2 shows a flow chart diagram 200 of an embodiment of an information alert method that can be applied to the present application. In this embodiment, the information reminding method includes the following steps:
step 201, acquiring a reminding time list of a target user.
In the present embodiment, the execution subject (such as the server 105 or the terminal devices 101, 102, 103 shown in fig. 1) may acquire a reminder time list created by the target user via a preset reminder time list creation page. The reminding time list may include different reminding periods, and each reminding period may include one or more reminding times.
Here, the reminding period may be a day, a week, a year, etc., and the reminding time may be a certain time or a certain time period, which is not limited in the present application.
In addition, the reminding time list may further include reminding event information corresponding to each reminding time, where the reminding event information may be used to indicate a preset action to be performed by the reminding target user, such as taking medicine, exercising, measuring body data, performing physical examination, and the like.
In a specific example, as shown in fig. 3, the target user may set a reminding period 302, a reminding time 303, reminding event information 304, and reminding times 305 in a page 301, and obtain a page 306 with the set reminding, wherein the reminding period is daily reminding 307, the reminding times are two times, the first reminding time 308 is 5:00 am, the reminding event information 309 is "remember to eat medicine", the second reminding time 310 is 5:00 pm, and the reminding event information 311 is "remember to eat cold".
Step 202, in response to detecting that the current system time matches with the reminding time in the reminding time list, sending first reminding information to the target user.
In the implementation mode, the execution main body can acquire the current system time in real time, match the current system time with each reminding time in the reminding time list, and send first reminding information to the target user if the fact that the current system time is matched with the reminding time in the reminding time list is detected.
The first reminding information is used for reminding the target user to perform preset actions, such as taking medicines, moving, measuring body data, performing physical examination and the like. Here, the preset action may be an action indicated by the reminder event information corresponding to the reminder time matching the current system time in the reminder time list.
It should be noted that, the executing main body may send the first reminding information to the target user by using a manner of sending reminding information in the prior art or a future development technology, for example, sending a short message, sending a voice call, connecting a wearable device, and the like, which is not limited in this application.
In a specific example, the reminding time in the reminding time list is 5:00, the corresponding reminding event information is 'remember to eat cold medicine', and the execution main body sends first reminding information 'XX reminding you 3, 18 and 5 am in the morning in a short message mode to the target user when detecting that the current system time is 5:00, and when the time is up to the time of taking medicine, the execution main body reminds the target user of eating cold medicine'.
In addition, the execution main body can also traverse all reminding times in the reminding time list of the target user in advance to generate a short message queue of the first reminding information and submit the short message queue to the service provider channel through the interface. When the target user performs operations such as adding, deleting and changing to the reminding time in the set reminding time list, the short Message queue of the service provider channel can be updated and submitted in a mode of MQ (Message Queuing) and the like. And the short message service provider sends first reminding information to the target user according to the updated short message queue.
Step 203, responding to the fact that the target user does not execute the preset action within the first time period, and sending second reminding information to a supervising user.
In this embodiment, after receiving the first reminding information, if the target user executes the preset action, the target user may send an instruction that the preset action has been executed within a first time period, and if the preset action has not been executed, the execution main body may not receive the instruction that the target user has executed the preset action within the first time period, and then the execution main body sends the second reminding information to the supervising user.
The first time period is a first preset time period taking the time of sending the first reminding information as the starting time. The second reminding information is used for indicating the supervising user to remind the target user of executing the preset action.
The first preset time period may be determined according to experience, actual requirements and specific application scenarios, for example, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, and the like, which is not limited in this application.
Here, the supervising user may send the second reminding information, for example, a short message, a telephone call, a verbal reminder, etc., to the target user in a manner of sending the reminding information in the prior art or in the future development technology to remind the target user to perform the preset action.
The supervising user can be determined by the target user through the setting of the supervising user setting page in advance, and one or more supervising users can be adopted.
Specifically, the target user may send an invitation instruction to the supervising user who wants to add via the supervising user setting page, and upon receiving an instruction to agree to supervision sent by the invited supervising user, the setting of the supervising user is completed.
With continued reference to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an application scenario of the information reminding method according to the embodiment.
In the application scenario of fig. 4, the execution main body 401 obtains a reminding time list 403 of the target user 402, where the target user 402 is a patient, and the reminding time list includes a reminding period-daily, a reminding time-5: 00, 17:00, reminding event information-remembered blood pressure. The executive agent sends a first reminder message to the terminal device 405 of the target user 402 in response to detecting that the current system time, e.g., 5:00, matches 404 the reminder time in the list of reminder times. In response to determining that the target user 402 has not performed the preset action (e.g., blood pressure measurement) within a first time period, e.g., 30 minutes, a second reminder message is sent to the terminal device 407 of the supervising user 406 instructing the supervising user 406 to remind the target user 402 to perform the preset action (e.g., blood pressure measurement).
The information reminding method comprises the steps of obtaining a reminding time list of a target user; in response to detecting that the current system time is matched with the reminding time in the reminding time list, sending first reminding information to a target user; and sending second reminding information to the supervising user in response to the fact that the target user does not execute the preset action within the first time period, and effectively improving the compliance of the user when the user himself cannot well complete the compliance behavior.
With further reference to fig. 5, a flow 500 of yet another embodiment of the information alert method shown in fig. 2 is shown. The process 500 of the information reminding method of the present embodiment may include the following steps:
step 501, a reminding time list of a target user is obtained.
In this embodiment, details of implementation and technical effects of step 501 may refer to the description of step 201, and are not described herein again.
Step 502, in response to detecting that the current system time matches the reminding time in the reminding time list, sending first reminding information to the target user.
In this embodiment, details of implementation and technical effects of step 502 may refer to the description of step 202, and are not described herein again.
Step 503, in response to determining that the target user does not execute the preset action within the first time period, sending second reminding information to the supervising user according to the priority of the supervising user.
In this embodiment, after determining that the target user does not execute the preset action within the first time period, the execution main body obtains the preset priority information of the supervising user, and sends the second reminding information to the supervising user according to the priority of the supervising user.
Here, the priority of the supervising user may be determined by the target user according to the actual requirement and the specific application scenario, which is not limited in the present application.
Specifically, the target user is a patient, the supervising users are respectively a mother of the target user, a father of the target user, and an attending physician of the target user, and then the target user can set the mother as a first priority, the father as a second priority, and the attending physician as a third priority. If the target user does not execute the preset action, such as taking a medicine, the execution main body can send second reminding information to the mother of the target user, the father of the target user and the main doctor of the target user in sequence to indicate the supervising user to remind the target user to take the medicine.
It should be noted that, the manner in which the execution main body sends the second reminding information to the supervising users according to the priorities of the supervising users may be that the execution main body sends the second reminding information to the supervising users in sequence according to the priorities of the supervising users, wherein the time intervals at which the execution main body sends the second reminding information to each supervising user may be the same or different; or second reminding information may be sequentially sent to the supervising users according to the priorities of the supervising users, and the second reminding information is sent to the supervising user with the next priority after the instruction that the target user has executed the preset action is not received within the preset time period for determining to send the second reminding information to the supervising user with the high priority.
In some optional manners, sending the second reminding information to the supervising user according to the priority of the supervising user, including: sending second reminding information to a high-priority supervising user; and in response to determining that the preset action is not executed by the target user within the second time period, sending second reminding information to the supervising user with the next priority.
In the implementation manner, after determining that the target user does not execute the preset action within the first time period, the execution main body acquires priority information of the supervising user, and sends second reminding information to the supervising user with high priority, and if the execution main body determines that the target user does not execute the preset action within the second time period, the execution main body sends the second reminding information to the supervising user with the next priority until determining that the target user executes the preset action or completely abandons execution of the preset action.
And the second time period is a second preset time period taking the time of sending the second reminding information as the starting time. Here, the second preset time period may be determined according to experience, actual requirements and specific application scenarios, for example, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, and the like, which is not limited in the present application.
In one specific example, where the target user is a patient, the supervising user is the mother of the target user and the attending physician of the target user, respectively, then the target user may set the mother to a first priority and the attending physician to a second priority. If the executive body determines that the target user does not perform the preset action, such as taking a medicine, within a first time period, for example, 30 minutes, which takes the time of sending the first reminding information as the starting time, the executive body may send second reminding information to the mother of the target user, that is, the supervising user of the first priority, to instruct the supervising user of the first priority to remind the target user to take the medicine. If the execution main body determines that the target user does not execute the preset action within a second preset time period, for example, 1 hour, in which the time of sending the second reminding information is the starting time, the second reminding information is sent to an attending physician of the target user, that is, a supervising user with a second priority, so as to instruct the supervising user with the second priority to remind the target user to take the medicine.
The method sends second reminding information to a supervising user with high priority; and sending second reminding information to the supervising user with the next priority in response to the fact that the preset action is not executed in the second time period of the target user, so that the effectiveness and the reliability of the user compliance improvement are guaranteed.
In some optional ways, the method further comprises: in response to determining that the target user performed or did not perform the preset action within the preset time period, recording the target user performance results to generate a compliance behavior profile for the target user.
In this implementation manner, after determining that the target user performs or does not perform the preset action, the execution main body may record the execution result and the reminding time in the corresponding reminding time list to generate the compliance behavior profile of the target user.
The compliance file may be stored in a storage form in the prior art or in a future development, such as a picture, H5 page, etc., which is not limited in this application.
Specifically, the record information of the compliance behavior profile of the target user a may be "2020-3-7; 11: 00 has been executed; 17:00 is not executed; 20:00 executed ".
The implementation facilitates recording of compliance behaviors of a target user for subsequent analysis evaluation by recording target user execution results to generate a compliance behavior profile of the target user in response to determining that the target user performs or does not perform a preset action within a preset time period.
In some optional ways, the method further comprises: the profile is shared to enable the supervising user and the target user to share the profile.
In this implementation, after the executive body generates the compliance behavior profile of the target user, the profile may be shared by the executive body, so that the target user and the supervising user can refer to the profile.
The executing entity may share the file by using a sharing processing method in the prior art or a future development technology, for example, store the file in a shared folder, share the file through sharing software, and the like, which is not limited in the present application.
The implementation mode is used for sharing the file by the file sharing process so that the supervising user and the target user can share the file, and the target user and the supervising user are helped to know the execution situation of the compliance behaviors and perform corresponding evaluation.
As can be seen from fig. 5, compared with the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, the process 500 of the information reminding method in this embodiment represents that, in response to determining that the target user does not perform the preset action within the first time period, the second reminding information is sent to the supervising user according to the priority of the supervising user. The scheme described in this embodiment helps to ensure the effectiveness of improving the user compliance by sending the second reminding information to the supervising user according to the priority of the supervising user in response to the determination that the target user does not execute the preset action within the first time period, that is, by gradually enlarging the range of the supervising user.
With further reference to fig. 6, as an implementation of the method shown in the above-mentioned figures, the present application provides an embodiment of an information reminding apparatus, where the embodiment of the apparatus corresponds to the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 1, and the apparatus may be specifically applied to various electronic devices.
