With the increasing complexity of the current block chain system, the division of the node work is more clear, and the role of the node is gradually diversified and corresponds to various different authorities and functions.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the third-party data mechanism 4 employs an interface docking manner to implement data uplink.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the nodes in the backbone network 1 include a consensus node, a billing node, and a light node, wherein,
the consensus node comprises a headquarter node as a tenderer and branch company nodes subordinate to the headquarter node and is used for performing consensus on the application uplink data and distributing the application uplink data to each accounting node after the consensus is successful;
the accounting node is a purchasing platform node of the tenderer and is used for verifying the application uplink data and storing a verification result and the application uplink data;
the light nodes comprise supplier nodes and expert nodes and are used for correspondingly storing corresponding supplier information and subjective scores given by the expert.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the nodes in the main-chain network are divided into three roles: the system comprises a consensus node, a bookkeeping node and a light node, wherein the consensus node mainly comprises a national network headquarters node and each province company node, the core consensus node adopts a PBFT (Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance) consensus mechanism, and after block consensus and data consistency are achieved by the core consensus node, all applied uplink data are distributed to each bookkeeping node through a P2P network; the accounting node is used for verifying the data and storing the block original data and the execution result. In this embodiment, the accounting node is also a complete data node, that is, has a complete data read-write permission on the chain, stores all information on the chain, but does not participate in network consensus; the light nodes are used as non-complete nodes, management of block header information and self identity information is only synchronized, but in a alliance chain scene, a business system platform is often used as a trusteeship instead, so that technical friction is reduced, and bidding efficiency is improved.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the pre-configured scoring rules in the blockchain network include a first scoring rule and a second scoring rule;
the bid evaluation management module 33 includes:
an expert scoring unit 331 for the expert to give subjective scores according to the bid material and store the subjective scores in the blockchain network;
an objective scoring unit 332 for processing the objective scores of the suppliers according to the bidding materials and the first scoring rule;
and the comprehensive scoring unit 333 is respectively connected with the expert scoring unit 331 and the objective scoring unit 332, and is used for processing the subjective score and the objective score according to a second scoring rule to obtain a comprehensive score of the supplier and storing the comprehensive score to the blockchain network.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the scoring rules are configured in an intelligent contract for a blockchain network.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bidding service platform 3 further includes a supplier management module 35, and the supplier management module 35 includes:
a registration unit 351, configured to register a provider and acquire registration identity information as provider information;
an authentication unit 352 connected to the registration unit 351, configured to authenticate the identity of the registered provider when the registered provider is logged in according to the provider information;
the maintenance unit 353 is connected with the registration unit 351 and is used for the supplier to maintain the supplier information;
the importing unit 354 is configured to import the third-party trusted data as the provider information and store the third-party trusted data in the provider information base.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the supplier management module 35 further includes a risk pre-warning unit 355, configured to acquire and store historical performance of the supplier as supplier information, so as to assess the performance risk of the supplier;
and the bidding management module adds the historical performance behavior into the bidding materials and stores the bidding materials into the blockchain network, so that the scoring rule in the bid evaluation management module comprises the performance risk of the supplier.
Specifically, in this embodiment, technologies such as intelligent contracts, decentralization, data tamper prevention, and data chain extension in a block chain based on a federation chain may be used to manage rights, obligations, and commitments of each party with an intelligent contract, and take actions performed without a commitment into contract assessment to assess the performance risk of a provider, so as to guarantee the rights and interests of a winning-bid provider.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the bidding service platform 3 further includes a system management module 36, which is used to implement account book management, and/or node management, and/or network management, and/or contract management, and/or authority management, and/or digital certificate management for the blockchain network.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the logic architecture of the blockchain network includes an application layer, a service layer and a blockchain bottom layer arranged from top to bottom;
the application layer is used for providing an online tendering and bidding entrance for tenderers and suppliers;
the service layer is used for supporting the realization of the service function of the bidding service platform;
and the block chain bottom layer is used for realizing uplink storage of bidding service data generated in the bidding process.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the blockchain network in the technical solution adopts a mainstream layered architecture design, and is composed of an application layer, a service layer, and a blockchain bottom layer, where the application layer is the layer closest to the user and provides an online entry for internet bidding, and the display mode may be a mainstream interaction mode such as a website, a mobile App, an applet, and the like; the business layer comprises a core business logic for bidding, realizes business functions of supplier management, bid evaluation management and the like, and is exposed to the application layer in a Web API mode, so that data collection and use are completed; the distributed account book sharing technology is realized at the bottom layer of the block chain, the distributed account book sharing technology comprises block chain core modules such as a P2P network, a consensus algorithm, a chain account book, a cryptography algorithm, an intelligent contract and the like, after the writing, debugging, installation and deployment of the intelligent contract related to the service are completed, the intelligent contract is operated on a chain intelligent contract layer, and the service layer completes the calling and execution of the intelligent contract by accessing a block chain service gateway, so that the uplink of bidding service data is realized.

Claims (10)

1. A block chain-based bidding system, comprising:
the block chain network comprises a main chain network and at least one alliance chain accessed to the main chain network, wherein a supplier information base is stored in the main chain network, and the supplier information base stores the pre-acquired supplier information of each supplier;
and the bidding service platform is respectively operated in each alliance chain and comprises:
the bidding management module is used for issuing a bidding file by a bidding party, generating a hash value of the bidding file and storing the hash value into the block chain network;
the bid management module is used for submitting a bid application according to the bid document by each supplier, extracting corresponding supplier information from the supplier information base after obtaining a bid qualification, generating bid materials and storing the bid materials to the block chain network;
the bid evaluation management module is used for providing subjective scores for experts according to the bid materials and storing the subjective scores into the block chain network, and obtaining comprehensive scores of the suppliers by combining with the subjective evaluation according to the bid materials and the rating rules pre-configured in the block chain network and storing the comprehensive scores into the block chain network;
and the scaling management module is used for taking the supplier with the highest comprehensive score in the block chain network as a successful bid party, generating corresponding successful bid notice sheets to be respectively sent to the successful bid party and the tenderer, enabling the successful bid party and the bidder to sign a purchase contract on line, and storing the successful bid notice sheets and the purchase contract to the block chain network.
2. The block chain-based bidding system according to claim 1, wherein each alliance chain further comprises a third party data authority for providing third party trusted data of each of said suppliers as said supplier information to store in said supplier information repository.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the third-party data entity interfaces to data uplink.
4. The blockchain-based bidding system according to claim 1, wherein the nodes in the backbone network include consensus nodes, accounting nodes, and light nodes, wherein,
the consensus node comprises a headquarter node as the tenderer and branch company nodes subordinate to the headquarter node, and is used for performing consensus on the application uplink data and distributing the application uplink data to each accounting node after the consensus is successful;
the accounting node is a purchasing platform node of the tenderer and is used for verifying the application uplink data and storing a verification result and the application uplink data;
the light nodes comprise supplier nodes and expert nodes and are used for correspondingly storing the corresponding supplier information and the subjective scores given by the expert.
5. The system of claim 1, wherein the pre-configured scoring rules in the blockchain network comprise a first scoring rule and a second scoring rule;
the bid evaluation management module comprises:
the expert scoring unit is used for giving the subjective score according to the bidding materials by the expert and storing the subjective score to the block chain network;
the objective scoring unit is used for processing the bidding materials and the first scoring rule to obtain objective scores of the suppliers;
and the comprehensive scoring unit is respectively connected with the expert scoring unit and the objective scoring unit and is used for processing the subjective score and the objective score according to the second scoring rule to obtain the comprehensive score of the supplier and storing the comprehensive score to the block chain network.
6. The blockchain-based bidding system according to claim 5, wherein the scoring rules are configured in an intelligent contract of the blockchain network.
7. The block chain-based bidding system according to claim 2, wherein the bidding service platform further comprises a supplier management module, the supplier management module comprises:
the registration unit is used for registering the supplier and acquiring registration identity information as the supplier information;
the verification unit is connected with the registration unit and used for verifying the identity of the registered supplier during login according to the supplier information;
the maintenance unit is connected with the registration unit and is used for the supplier to maintain the supplier information;
and the importing unit is used for importing the third-party trusted data as the supplier information and storing the third-party trusted data to the supplier information base.
8. The block chain-based bidding system according to claim 7, wherein the supplier management module further comprises a risk pre-warning unit for obtaining and storing historical performance of the supplier as the supplier information to assess the performance risk of the supplier;
and the bidding management module adds the historical performance behavior to the bidding materials and stores the historical performance behavior to the block chain network, so that the scoring rule in the bidding management module comprises the performance risk of the supplier.

The block chain-based bidding system according to claim 1, wherein the bidding service platform further comprises a system management module for implementing ledger management, and/or node management, and/or network management, and/or contract management, and/or authority management, and/or digital certificate management on the block chain network.
10. The blockchain-based bidding system according to claim 1, wherein the logical architecture of the blockchain network comprises an application layer, a business layer and a blockchain bottom layer arranged from top to bottom;
the application layer is used for providing an online bidding entrance for the tenderer and the supplier;
the business layer is used for supporting the realization of business functions of the bidding business platform;
and the block chain bottom layer is used for realizing the uplink storage of bidding service data generated in the bidding process.
