According to the specific embodiments provided herein, the present application discloses the following technical effects:
in the embodiment of the application, after obtaining the target user associated with the user group, the first server may discover the category association relationship based on the operation behavior data of the target user, determine at least one target category information associated with the user group, and send the target category information to the second server. Correspondingly, the second server side can randomly combine the target category information to build a plurality of scenes, generate a scene card corresponding to each scene, and build an association relation between the user grouping information and the scene card information to be sent to the third server side. Therefore, when the third server side obtains a request submitted by the commodity object information providing system for the user to be processed, the user group to which the user to be processed belongs can be determined, and then the scene card information associated with the user group is issued to the commodity object information providing system.
According to the scheme, even if the flow rate associated with the commodity object information providing system is less, the flow rate can be regulated, namely, the association relation between the user and the commodity object is adjusted, the efficiency of people and goods matching is improved, and further the conversion rate of people and goods matching is improved. In addition, because the scene card may be associated with a plurality of target categories, the commodity objects to be displayed, which are determined from the commodity objects under the target categories associated with the scene card, may be cross-category objects, and compared with a scheme of performing single commodity recommendation only according to user preferences, the exposure of the commodity objects of different categories is also facilitated to be improved.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time for the practice of the present application.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In order to facilitate understanding of a specific implementation scheme provided in the embodiment of the present application, a brief description is first given to a specific scenario of the scheme with reference to a system diagram shown in fig. 1.
The data processing system in the embodiment of the present application may include: the system comprises a first service end, a second service end and a third service end. The first server may further include a data source management module and a data processing module.
Specifically, the data source management module may perform data interaction with the commodity object information providing system and the associated commodity object information providing system, and obtain related data of the consumer and the user (e.g., user identification information, operation behavior data of the user in different systems, etc.), and related data of the commodity object (e.g., commodity object identification information, associated category information, etc.). The data processing module can perform crowd selection (namely, determine target users associated with different user groups) and category association relationship discovery (namely, determine information of a plurality of target categories associated with the user groups, and can realize cross-category commodity recommendation) according to the data obtained by the data source management module.
The second server side can generate at least one scene card according to the target category information associated with the user grouping, and sends the association relation between the user grouping information and the scene card information to the third server side. Therefore, after the third server obtains the identification information of the to-be-processed users submitted by the commodity object information providing system, the scene card information associated with the to-be-processed users in groups can be issued to the commodity object information providing system, so that the commodity object information providing system can generate a commodity object display page according to the commodity objects under the target categories associated with the scene cards and push the commodity object display page to the to-be-processed users for viewing.
It is to be understood that the first server, the second server, and the third server may be different servers, or may be different modules in the same server, and are used for functional division only, and should not be regarded as a limitation to the specific implementation.
As an example, in the embodiment of the present application, a part of target users may be determined from consumer users associated with the commodity object information providing system through an experiment mechanism, and for the part of target users, information display may be performed according to the display scheme provided in the embodiment of the present application, and when it is determined that the display scheme can improve conversion rate of person-goods matching, the information display may be applied to a full number of consumer users associated with the commodity object information providing system, so that the mechanism is helpful to reduce influence of experiments on overall conversion rate of the commodity object information providing system.
The following explains an implementation process of data processing according to an embodiment of the present application with reference to a flowchart shown in fig. 2.
S101: the first service end creates at least one user group, and determines target users related to each user group from consumer users related to the commodity object information providing system.
In the embodiment of the application, the user group can be determined in advance, the target user which can be associated to the user group is determined from the consumer users associated with the commodity object information providing system, and a series of processing such as the discovery of the category association relationship and the creation of the scene card is performed based on the operation behavior data of the target user.
Taking online operation through App as an example, the operation behavior of the user may at least include: browsing, searching, sharing, purchasing, shopping (i.e., adding a commodity object to a list of commodity objects to be purchased), viewing articles (i.e., viewing articles related to the commodity object, such as a recipe, etc.), and the like.
The following illustrates the process of circle selection by the target user.
In a first mode, a corresponding user group can be created for a target category associated with the commodity object information providing system, and the target user is selected. Specifically, the operation behavior data of the consumer user in the commodity object information providing system can be obtained, the consumer user whose operation behavior corresponds to the target category is determined as the target user, and the target user is associated with the user group corresponding to the target category.
In the actual application process, all consumer users whose operation behaviors correspond to the target categories can be determined as target users; or, the user can be further matched with the first preset condition, and the consumer user which is in accordance with the first preset condition is determined as the target user.
Taking the operation behavior as the purchasing behavior as an example, the first preset condition may be that there are at least 5 trade orders within a specified time period (for example, the last 30 days); alternatively, the transaction amount may be over 100 dollars for a specified period of time. The operation behavior data can be determined according to an online order submitted by a consumer user through an App; alternatively, the settlement information (the settlement information may include at least the identification information of the consumer user, the identification information of the object of the purchased commodity, and the transaction amount) submitted by the POS machine when the consumer user performs the purchase operation in the physical store may be determined, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In addition, it should be noted that the target categories in the embodiment of the present application may be embodied as categories with different granularities, for example, corresponding user groups may be respectively created for categories of different hierarchies, such as a first level, a second level, and a third level. In addition, for the categories of the same level, all the categories included in the level can be determined as target categories, and the crowd selection is performed; alternatively, a category of an important interest may be determined as a target category, and for example, a user group corresponding to each category of mineral water, beer, powdered milk, or the like may be created.
By taking the user group corresponding to the milk powder category as an example, when people group selection is carried out, the operation behavior data of the consumer user in the commodity object information providing system can be obtained, and the consumer user who has purchased milk powder for more than 5 times in the last 30 days is determined as a target user.
Preferably, in order to ensure the accuracy of the experimentally obtained flow regulation and control strategy, for a user group with fewer associated target users, merging may be performed to obtain a new user group, and then category association and scene creation may be performed for the new user group. For example, the user group associated with the beer category and the user group associated with the milk powder category are merged to obtain a new user group, which can be defined as a dad crowd.
And secondly, creating a corresponding user group aiming at the self-defined label, and performing the selection of the target user. Specifically, target attribute information associated with the custom tag can be obtained, so that after attribute information of a consumer user is obtained from the associated commodity object information providing system, the attribute information can be matched with the target attribute information, and the matched consumer user is determined as the target user.
That is, if the consumer user belongs to both the user associated with the commodity object information providing system and the user associated with the associated commodity object information providing system, the attribute information of the consumer user can be obtained from the associated commodity object information providing system, and accordingly, the crowd selection can be performed.
For example, the custom tag is a mother-infant group, and the associated target attribute information may include: over the age of 25 years, purchases of children's food, views of children's menu, and reviews of children's garments, children's shoes, toys, enlightenment books, and the like. And if the attribute information of the consumer user in the associated commodity object information providing system is matched with the target attribute information, the target user included in the user group corresponding to the mother-infant crowd can be determined.
Creating at least one initial user group according to first operation behavior data of the consumer user in the commodity object information providing system; obtaining second operation behavior data of the consumer users in each initial user group in the associated commodity object information providing system, wherein the second operation behavior data comprise category information corresponding to operation behaviors; and creating a user group corresponding to the category information, and determining a target user associated with the user group according to the second operation behavior data.
As an example, 2 initial user packets may be created, e.g., a core user packet and a high potential user packet. Specifically, first operation behavior data of the consumer user in the commodity object information providing system may be obtained, the consumer user associated with the core user group may be determined according to a second preset condition (for example, the second preset condition may be that at least 3 transaction orders are made within a specified time period), and the consumer user associated with the high-latency user group may be determined according to a third preset condition (for example, the third preset condition may be that at least 1 transaction order is made within the specified time period).
After the initial user group information is obtained, second operation behavior data associated with the consumer user can be captured from the associated commodity object information providing system, wherein the second operation behavior data can include category information corresponding to the operation behavior. In this way, the category information corresponding to the operation behavior can be clustered to obtain the category preference of the consumer user in the initial user group. And finally, when the corresponding user groups are created according to the category information obtained by clustering, the target users related to the user groups can be obtained. In an actual application process, corresponding user groups may be created for all the clustered category information, or corresponding user groups may be created for part of the category information.
The target user selection method and the target user selection device are beneficial to finding more target users, and particularly have obvious selection effect under the condition that the number of consumer users associated with the commodity object information providing system is small.
Preferably, when the operation behavior data of the target user changes, the user group associated with the changed target user may be updated to obtain a new target user associated with the user group. For example, if the user a does not have the operation behavior related to the cat within a period of time and has the operation behavior related to the attribute related to the mother-infant group newly added, the user a may be deleted from the user group corresponding to the cat-like person and added to the user group corresponding to the mother-infant group.

After the target users associated with each user group are obtained, the category information of the commodity objects associated with each user group can be further determined according to the operation behavior data of the target users. If the operation behavior data comprises the commodity object corresponding to the operation behavior, determining the user grouping associated target category information according to the following modes: obtaining a commodity object corresponding to the operation behavior of the target user, and determining the category information associated with the target user according to the association relationship between the commodity object and the category information; and carrying out statistics on the category information associated with the target user in the user group to obtain the target category information associated with the user group. According to the scheme, the user groups can be associated with a plurality of target categories of information, and cross-category commodity information recommendation is facilitated.
In the actual application process, all the category information associated with the target user can be determined as the target category information associated with the user group; or, partial category information associated with the target user may be determined as target category information associated with the user group.
As an example, the category information may be sorted according to the quantity information of the target users associated with the category information, and a part of the category information with a large quantity of associated target users may be selected as the target category information. For example, the number of target category information associated with the user group may be preset to be N, and correspondingly, the first server may determine the first N category information associated with a large number of target users as the target category information; or, the proportion of the target category information may be preset, and correspondingly, the first server may determine the target category information associated with the user group according to the total amount of the category information associated with the target user and the preset proportion.
For example, if a user A purchases royal cat food, a user B browses 3 sections of milk powder and purchases codfish and a forest mask, a user C searches fruit paste, a funny cat stick is added in a shopping cart, a user D checks articles related to the Shenxian water, and a user E purchases walking shoes. If it is determined that the user group 1 corresponding to the mother-infant group includes the target user B, the target user C, and the target user E, the user group 2 corresponding to the office white collar includes the user B and the user D, and the user group 3 corresponding to the cat-like person includes the user a and the user C according to the above-described group selection scheme, the following information can be obtained according to the relationship between the commodity objects and the categories shown in the following table 1:

In the embodiment of the application, the first server side can send the target category information associated with the user group to the second server side after obtaining the target category information. Correspondingly, the second server can dynamically build at least one scene according to the commodity objects in the cross-category commodity pool (namely, the commodity pool formed by the commodity objects associated with the target category information) associated with the user group, generate a scene card corresponding to each scene, and push the scene card as the display content to the consumer user for viewing. Specifically, each scene card may be associated with at least one commodity object under the target category, and after the consumer user clicks the scene card, the consumer user may see which commodity objects are specifically associated with the scene card.
As an example, the second server may perform scene creation for a single target category information, or may perform arbitrary combination on the target category information (for example, combine the target category information two by two), and then perform scene creation for the combination of the target category information. The scene card in the embodiment of the application may be embodied as a picture which is generated for a specific scene and can reflect the scene meaning to a certain extent (that is, which categories of commodity objects may be associated with the scene). Specifically, the scene meaning can be represented by displaying text information and picture information. The text information may be title information of a scene, and the picture information may be a picture of a part of commodity objects associated with the scene, which may be specifically referred to as a display page shown in fig. 6.
Alternatively, the picture information may be other pictures related to the scene, for example, pictures related to geographical positions, seasons, and the like, and the pictures may be generated as a background of the scene card. Taking the generation of a special Hangzhou scene card as an example, the generation of the card can be performed by taking a landscape photo of a West lake as a background.
As a preferable mode, when generating a scene card, the importance of the card may be indicated, for example, for a scene card with high relevance to the user, the card may be highlighted by setting a card outer frame color, a card background color, a character color, a font, and the like, so that the user can pay attention to the scene card.
Therefore, the association relationship between the user grouping information and the scene card information can be obtained. The user grouping information may include identification information of the user grouping and identification information of the associated target user; the scene card information may include identification information of the scene card and identification information of the associated commodity object, or the scene card information may include identification information of the scene card and identification information of the associated target class.
S104: the second server sends the association relation between the user group information and the scene card information to the third server, so that the third server sends the scene card information associated with the user group to which the user to be processed belongs to the commodity object information providing system according to the request of the commodity object information providing system, and generates a commodity object display page for the user to be processed.
In the actual application process, the second server side can send all scene card information to the third server side for storage; or, part of the scene card information may be sent to a third server for storage, for example, the second server issues all the scene card information to the first client, and an operator associated with the first client selects target scene card information that can be sent to the third server.
In the embodiment of the application, the association relationship between the user grouping information and the scene card information can be regarded as a flow control strategy, and the commodity object information providing system can generate a personalized commodity object display page for the target user according to the strategy, so that flow control becomes possible. The specific implementation process can be seen from the descriptions of the following embodiments 3 to 8. It can be understood that the flow regulation in the embodiment of the present application refers to adjusting the association relationship between the user and the commodity object.
Preferably, the flow regulation strategy may further comprise: distribution proportion information and distribution position information of the commodity objects and the scene cards in the page. That is to say, besides the commodity object and the scene card which can be displayed for the target user to view can be determined according to the flow control strategy, the specific display modes of the commodity object and the scene card can also be determined according to the flow control strategy.
The distribution proportion information can be embodied as a specific proportion value, for example, if the distribution proportion of the commodity objects to the cards is 5:1, if 5 commodity objects are included in the page, 1 card is included; if 10 commodity objects are included in the page, 2 cards are included; alternatively, the distribution ratio information may be embodied as the number of cards included in the page, for example, one card is distributed in each page, and only one card is included no matter that the page includes several commodity objects.
The distribution position information may be embodied as resource positions corresponding to the commodity object and the card in the page, for example, the card may be located at the 5 th resource position, or may be located at the 8 th resource position, and the like, which may be specifically determined by combining with an actual application.
In the experimental process, the first client may set a combination of a plurality of pieces of distribution ratio information and distribution position information, and submit the combination to the second server. For example, the combination 1 is that the distribution ratio of the commodity object to the card is 5:1, and the card is located in the 5 th resource position; the combination 2 is that the distribution ratio of the commodity objects to the cards is 5:1, and the cards are positioned in the 8 th resource position; the combination 3 is that each page is distributed with a card, and the card is positioned at the 5 th resource position; the combination 4 is distributed with one card for each page, and the card is located at the 8 th resource position. The multiple combinations can be used for carrying out experiments respectively, the experiment result data corresponding to each combination is obtained, the combination with high person-goods matching conversion rate is determined, and the method is applied to the full-scale consumer users associated with the commodity object information providing system.
Preferably, in the actual application process, the operation behavior information of the target user on the commodity object and the scene card in the display page can be obtained, the operation behavior information is subjected to statistical analysis, and the distribution proportion information and the distribution position information are adjusted according to the analysis result. For example, the number of clicks of the target user on the commodity object in the display page and the number of clicks of the scene card in the display page may be counted, and the distribution ratio of the commodity object and the scene card in the page may be adjusted. If the number of clicks of most target users on the commodity objects is more than that of clicks on the scene cards, the fact that most target users prefer to visually display the commodity objects in a list mode can be determined, the distribution proportion of commodity object display information on pages can be properly increased, and the distribution proportion of scene card display information on the pages can be reduced; and vice versa.
The process of performing crowd selection according to the user groups, finding the category preference of the user groups by combining the operation behavior data of the target users included in each user group, and creating the scenes corresponding to the user groups based on the category preference is explained. In addition, the commodity object to be displayed can be determined, and then the target user interested in the commodity object to be displayed can be selected according to the operation behavior data of the consumer user (which can be the operation behavior data in the commodity object information providing system or the operation behavior data in the associated commodity object information providing system). That is, the embodiments of the present application may provide a discovery process from an article object to a target user.
For example, when the cherries are used as goods to be displayed, user groups corresponding to the cherries can be created, target users are selected from consumer users who have purchased the cherries, consumer users who have searched the cherries, and consumer users who have viewed related articles of the cherries, and are associated with the cherries user groups, then target category information associated with the cherries user groups is determined based on operation behavior data of the target users, at least one scene card is generated according to the target category information, and association relationship between the cherries user group information and the scene card information is established and sent to the third server. The specific implementation process can be described by referring to the above, and is not illustrated here.

In addition, the embodiment of the present application further provides a scenario mining scheme based on the scenario keywords, and a specific implementation process is explained below with reference to the flowchart shown in fig. 3.
S201: the second client provides operation options for submitting the keywords associated with the first scene, and the keywords associated with the first scene are obtained through the operation options and then can be submitted to the second server.

That is to say, according to the embodiment of the application, a first scene to be created can be determined according to actual operation requirements, target category information related to the first scene is determined through keywords associated with the first scene, and finally target users having a preference for the target categories are selected by taking the target category information as a processing object, and the target users can correspondingly generate a user group. Therefore, the association relationship between the user group information and the scene card information corresponding to the first scene can be obtained and sent to the third server for storage.
Referring to the interface diagram shown in fig. 4, the second client may provide an operation option for submitting scene title information and an operation option for submitting a scene keyword, and according to the "stay up" and "health maintenance" keywords input by the operator, the following target category information may be determined: the categories associated with staying up may be facial mask and coffee, and the categories associated with health preserving may be health preserving tea, bird's nest and honey. And then, performing circle selection on the target user according to the target category information to obtain a commodity object associated with the scene of the night cat health treasure dictionary (namely, the commodity object associated with the target category information) and a user group (namely, the target user selected according to the target category information circle). The specific implementation process can be described by the above, and is not illustrated here.
Preferably, the second scene creation may be performed according to the target category information, that is, in addition to the first scene input by the operator, at least one second scene may be dynamically created according to the target category information, the scene cards corresponding to the second scenes are generated, and the association relationship between the user grouping information and the scene card information corresponding to the second scenes is sent to the third server. The second scene card is associated with at least one commodity object under the target category, and the target category information associated with the second scene card is different from that associated with the first scene card.
In the actual application process, the second server may issue the scene card information corresponding to the second scene to the second client, so that the operator confirms the scene card information and then sends the scene card information to the third server for storage.
Example 3
After the third server obtains the flow regulation strategy, the third server can provide personalized commodity object display service for the target user by matching with the commodity object information providing system.
In this embodiment, the commodity object information providing system may be a set of a plurality of specific "subsystems," each subsystem is configured to provide one or more specific functions, for example, the subsystems may include: an App home page (which may be commonly referred to as a home page) subsystem, a personal home page (which may be commonly defined as "my" in App), a search page subsystem, a merchandise object information page subsystem, a merchandise object list page (which may present information about merchandise objects that a consumer user has an intent to purchase, which may be commonly defined as a "shopping cart" in App), an order submission results page (i.e., a post-purchase page that jumps after submitting an order), and so forth. Of course, the above subsystems may be present as independent systems (not in the form of subsystems within a certain system), and thus, in the embodiments of the present application, the subsystems are collectively referred to as a commodity object information providing system.
The following explains the information display process of the App homepage subsystem with reference to the flowchart shown in fig. 5.
S301: the App homepage client generates an access request and submits the access request to the App homepage server, wherein the access request can include identification information of a user to be processed associated with the App homepage client, so that the App homepage server forwards the identification information of the user to be processed to a third server.
In this embodiment, the App homepage subsystem may include an App homepage client and an App homepage server. The App homepage client can be integrated on the App as a function, and when a user to be processed starts the App or clicks an operation button corresponding to the App homepage, an access request is generated and submitted to the App homepage server deployed on the cloud server.

It should be noted that, in the experimental stage, the above information display scheme mainly aims at the target user selected by the first service end, that is, when the third service end determines that the user to be processed belongs to the target user, the third service end issues the scene card information associated with the user to be processed in groups to the App homepage service end, and the App homepage service end generates a personalized display page; if the user to be processed is not the target user, the display page can be generated according to the related technology and pushed to the user to be processed for viewing.
In addition, when the number of the target users to be selected is large, the first server may perform position matching based on the position information of the target users and the position information of the actual stores, and associate the target users with the matched stores. Correspondingly, the access request submitted by the App homepage client may include identification information of a to-be-processed user associated with the App homepage client and identification information of a shop requested to be accessed by the to-be-processed user, so that after the App homepage server forwards the access request to the third server, the third server determines that the to-be-processed user belongs to a target user, and when the shop requested to be accessed by the to-be-processed user is consistent with the shop associated with the to-be-processed user, the scene card information associated with the to-be-processed user in groups is issued to the App homepage server; otherwise, generating the display page according to the related technology.
For example, the user D is associated with the store 1 through position matching, that is, an association relationship between the user D and the store 1 is established, if the user D requests to access the online store 1 corresponding to the entity store 1 through the App, the App homepage subsystem and the third server can cooperate with each other, and a display page is generated according to the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application and pushed to the user D for viewing; if the user D performs store switching through the App, requests to access the online store 2 corresponding to the entity store 2, and the third server determines that the store requested to be accessed by the user D does not accord with the store associated with the user D, the App homepage subsystem can be controlled to generate a display page to be pushed to the user D for viewing according to the related technology.
In practical applications, the pending users may belong to different user groups, and as in the above example, the user group associated with user B may include: the third server side can respectively issue the scene card information related to the two user groups to the App homepage server side.
It should be noted that after determining the scenes associated with the user groups, the scene card information corresponding to all the scenes can be issued to the App homepage server; or, the scene card information corresponding to a part of scenes can be issued to the App homepage server. For example, the scene card information issued to the App homepage server can be determined in a random selection mode; or, the scene card information issued to the App homepage server can be determined according to the preference of the user to be processed. Specifically, the correlation between the user to be processed and each scene card can be determined according to the preference information of the user to be processed, and the related information of the scene card with high correlation is issued to the App homepage server.
The preference information may be determined according to operation behavior data of the user to be processed (which may be operation behavior data in the commodity object information providing system, or operation behavior data in the associated commodity object information providing system). Taking a user to be processed as a user D as an example, if the user D is determined to have preference for the makeup commodity object according to the operation behavior data, the correlation degrees of the user D and the 4 scenes associated with the user group 2 are sequentially from high to low: scene 4 created for the mask and the toner, scene 3 created for the milk powder, the nutritional supplement, and the toner, scene 2 created for the milk powder, the nutritional supplement, and the mask, and scene 1 created for the milk powder and the nutritional supplement. The third server may issue the related information of the card 4 corresponding to the scene 4 and the related information of the card 3 corresponding to the scene 3 to the App homepage server.
S303: the App homepage server determines the commodity objects to be displayed from the commodity objects associated with the scene cards, generates a commodity object display page according to the commodity objects to be displayed and the scene cards, and sends the commodity object display page to the App homepage client for display for the to-be-processed user to check.
That is to say, the information display method and the information display device can display information to the user to be processed in a mode of arranging commodity objects and cards in a mixed manner. Correspondingly, the user to be processed can click the display information of the commodity object of interest and enter a commodity object information page associated with the commodity object; or, the user to be processed may click the display information of the scene card of interest, and view the associated commodity object in a specific scene.
In the embodiment of the application, if the scene card information comprises the identification information of the scene card and the identification information of the associated commodity object, the App homepage server can directly determine the commodity object to be displayed from the commodity objects contained in the scene card information. If the scene card information comprises the identification information of the scene card and the identification information of the associated target category, the App homepage server can determine the commodity object associated with the scene card according to the association relationship between the target category and the commodity object, and then determine the commodity object to be displayed.
As an example, after the commodity objects associated with the scene card are determined, all the commodity objects can be determined as commodity objects to be displayed and added to the display page; alternatively, part of the commodity objects may be determined as the commodity objects to be displayed, for example, the commodity objects to be displayed may be determined in a random selection manner, or the commodity objects to be displayed may be determined according to the preference information of the user to be processed.
Preferably, according to preference information of the user to be processed, a display order of the plurality of commodity objects to be displayed may be determined (for example, according to the preference information, a correlation between the user to be processed and each commodity object to be displayed may be determined, and the commodity object with a high correlation may be preferentially displayed), and a display order of the plurality of scene cards may be determined (for example, according to the preference information, a correlation between the user to be processed and each scene card may be determined, and the scene card with a high correlation may be preferentially displayed), so as to determine in which resource slot each commodity object to be displayed and each scene card are respectively distributed.
In addition, if the App server also obtains the distribution ratio information and the distribution position information of the commodity object and the scene card in the page issued by the third server, the resource positions of the distribution of the commodity object to be displayed and the scene card can be determined by combining the display sequence, the distribution ratio information and the distribution position information.
Taking the distribution ratio of 5:1 and the distribution position as the 5 th resource position of the card as an example, for the user D, if the display sequence of the commodity objects is the commodity object 1, the commodity object 2, the commodity object 3, the commodity object 4, the commodity object 5, the commodity object 6, and … …, and the display sequence of the scene card is the card 4 and the card 3, and 6 resource positions are set for each page, the association relationship between the resource positions and the display objects shown in the following table 2 can be obtained. Fig. 40 illustrates an architecture of a computer system, which may include, in particular, a processor 3710, a video display adapter 3711, a disk drive 3712, an input/output interface 3713, a network interface 3714, and a memory 3720. The processor 3710, video display adapter 3711, disk drive 3712, input/output interface 3713, network interface 3714, and memory 3720 may be communicatively coupled via a communication bus 3730.
The processor 3710 may be implemented by a general-purpose CPU (Central Processing Unit), a microprocessor, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits, and is configured to execute related programs to implement the technical solution provided by the present Application.
The Memory 3720 may be implemented in the form of a ROM (Read Only Memory), a RAM (Random Access Memory), a static storage device, a dynamic storage device, or the like. The memory 3720 may store an operating system 3721 for controlling the operation of the computer system 3700, a Basic Input Output System (BIOS) for controlling low-level operations of the computer system 3700. In addition, a web browser 3723, a data storage management system 3724, a data processing system 3725, and the like may also be stored. The data processing system 3725 may be a first server, a second server, and a third server, which implement the operations of the foregoing steps in this embodiment of the application. In summary, when the technical solution provided by the present application is implemented by software or firmware, the relevant program codes are stored in the memory 3720 and called to be executed by the processor 3710.
The input/output interface 3713 is used for connecting an input/output module to realize information input and output. The i/o module may be configured as a component in a device (not shown) or may be external to the device to provide a corresponding function. The input devices may include a keyboard, a mouse, a touch screen, a microphone, various sensors, etc., and the output devices may include a display, a speaker, a vibrator, an indicator light, etc.
The network interface 3714 is used to connect a communication module (not shown in the drawings) to enable the device to interact with other devices. The communication module can realize communication in a wired mode (such as USB, network cable and the like) and also can realize communication in a wireless mode (such as mobile network, WIFI, Bluetooth and the like).
The bus 3730 includes a path that transfers information between various components of the device, such as the processor 3710, the video display adapter 3711, the disk drive 3712, the input/output interface 3713, the network interface 3714, and the memory 3720.
It should be noted that although the above devices only show the processor 3710, the video display adapter 3711, the disk drive 3712, the input/output interface 3713, the network interface 3714, the memory 3720, the bus 3730 and the like, in a specific implementation, the devices may also include other components necessary for normal operation. Furthermore, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the apparatus described above may also include only the components necessary to implement the solution of the present application, and not necessarily all of the components shown in the figures.
Where fig. 41 illustrates an architecture of an electronic device, for example, device 3800 can be a mobile phone, a computer, a digital broadcast terminal, a messaging device, a game console, a tablet device, a medical device, a fitness device, a personal digital assistant, an aircraft, and so forth.
Referring to fig. 41, device 3800 may include one or more of the following components: processing components 3802, memory 3804, power components 3806, multimedia components 3808, audio components 3810, input/output (I/O) interfaces 3812, sensor components 3814, and communication components 3816.
The processing component 3802 generally controls the overall operation of the device 3800, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. Processing element 3802 may include one or more processors 3820 to execute instructions to perform all or a portion of the steps of the methods provided by the disclosed subject matter. Further, the processing component 3802 can include one or more modules that facilitate interaction between the processing component 3802 and other components. For example, the processing component 3802 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 3808 and the processing component 3802.
Memory 3804 is configured to store various types of data to support operation at device 3800. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on device 3800, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and so forth. The memory 3804 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk.
The power component 3806 provides power to the various components of the device 3800. The power components 3806 may include a power management system, one or more power supplies, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 3800.
The multimedia component 3808 includes a screen that provides an output interface between the device 3800 and a user. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 3808 includes a front facing camera and/or a rear facing camera. When device 3800 is in an operational mode, such as a capture mode or a video mode, the front-facing camera and/or the back-facing camera may receive external multimedia data. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have a focal length and optical zoom capability.
The audio component 3810 is configured to output and/or input an audio signal. For example, audio component 3810 may include a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when device 3800 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signals may further be stored in the memory 3804 or transmitted via the communication component 3816. In some embodiments, the audio component 3810 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
I/O interface 3812 provides an interface between processing component 3802 and a peripheral interface module, which may be a keyboard, click wheel, buttons, and the like. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: a home button, a volume button, a start button, and a lock button.
The sensor component 3814 includes one or more sensors for providing various aspects of state assessment for the device 3800. For example, sensor assembly 3814 may detect an open/closed state of device 3800, the relative positioning of the components, such as a display and keypad of device 3800, the change in position of device 3800 or a component of device 3800, the presence or absence of user contact with device 3800, the orientation or acceleration/deceleration of device 3800, and the change in temperature of device 3800. The sensor assembly 3814 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of a nearby object without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 3814 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 3814 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscope sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 3816 is configured to facilitate communications between the device 3800 and other devices in a wired or wireless manner. Device 3800 can access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G, or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication part 3816 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast-related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 3816 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communication. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the device 3800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, micro-controllers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium including instructions, such as the memory 3804 including instructions, executable by the processor 3820 of the device 3800 to perform the methods provided by the aspects of the present disclosure is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present application can be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware platform. Claims (72)

1. A data processing system comprising, in combination,
the system comprises: the system comprises a first service end, a second service end and a third service end;
the first service end is used for creating at least one user group, determining users related to each user group, and further determining target category information related to the user group to which the user belongs according to the operation behavior data of the user and sending the target category information to the second service end;
the second server is used for generating at least one scene card according to the target category information, establishing an incidence relation between the user grouping information and the scene card information and sending the incidence relation to a third server;
The third server is used for obtaining the identification information of the user to be processed submitted by the commodity object information providing system, and sending the scene card information associated with the user group to which the user to be processed belongs to the commodity object information providing system for the commodity object information providing system to use when generating the commodity object display page.
2. A data processing method, comprising:
the first service end creates at least one user group and determines a target user associated with each user group;
determining target category information associated with the user group to which the target user belongs according to the operation behavior data of the target user;
and sending the target category information associated with each user group to a second server so that the second server generates at least one scene card, establishing an association relationship between the user group information and the scene card information, and sending the association relationship to a third server for a commodity object information providing system to use when generating a commodity object display page for the target user, wherein the scene card is associated with at least one commodity object under the target category.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein for a target category associated with the merchandise object information providing system, a corresponding user group is created,
The determining the target users associated with each user group includes:
obtaining operation behavior data of the consumer user in the commodity object information providing system, wherein the operation behavior data comprises category information corresponding to operation behaviors;
the target user is determined from the consumer users whose operational behaviors correspond to the target categories.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein a corresponding group of users is created for a custom tag,
the determining the target users associated with each user group includes:
obtaining target attribute information associated with the custom tag;
and obtaining attribute information of the consumer user from the associated commodity object information providing system, matching the attribute information with the target attribute information, and determining the matched consumer user as the target user.
5. The method of claim 2,
the creating at least one user group and the determining the target user associated with each user group comprise:
creating at least one initial user group according to first operation behavior data of a consumer user in the commodity object information providing system;
obtaining second operation behavior data of the consumer users in each initial user group in the associated commodity object information providing system, wherein the second operation behavior data comprise category information corresponding to operation behaviors;
And creating a user group corresponding to the category information, and determining a target user associated with the user group according to the second operation behavior data.

and determining the correlation degree between the user to be processed and each scene card according to the preference information, and issuing the related information of the scene card with high correlation degree to the commodity object information providing system.

a memory associated with the one or more processors for storing program instructions that, when read and executed by the one or more processors, perform operations comprising:
