Optionally, in practical application, the word segmentation and the law bar extraction are not in a sequence, or the word segmentation may be performed first, then the law bar is extracted, and then the incidence relation between the preset keyword obtained by the word segmentation and the law bar is determined, which may be specifically set according to practical requirements.

After the keywords of the law are extracted as the preset keywords, the incidence relation between each preset keyword and the law and the incidence relation between the law and laws and regulations can be established.

The association relationship between the preset keyword and the law may include which law or regulation the law appears in, and attribute information of the law, such as release time, effective time, effectiveness state, and other related information.

Optionally, the incidence relation of the preset keyword-law may also be directly established, and the form of the specific incidence relation may be set according to actual requirements.

In practical application, a data model may be established, where the data model includes a legal and legal rule base, a legal item base, a preset keyword base, and a connection between the legal and legal rule bases, and as shown in fig. 7, for example, an association relationship data structure ER Diagram provided in this embodiment is provided, where the ER Diagram is also called an E-R Diagram, and is an entity-connection Diagram (entity relationship Diagram), and a manner of representing entity types, attributes, and connections is provided.

In practical application, preset keywords can be synchronized into an ES (distributed document database), and an inverted index based on the preset keywords is established, so that a corresponding target law and an associated legal rule can be quickly obtained based on the search keywords during searching.

In practical application, a database storing various data can be selected according to actual requirements, for example, a MySQL database can be used to store all complete data such as preset keywords, legal provisions, laws and regulations, and an ES database can be used to store field contents to be retrieved, such as preset keyword fields, ID fields of the corresponding legal provisions, ID fields of laws and regulations and the like, and specifically, the database can be set according to actual requirements, and part of contents can be loaded into a memory to improve retrieval speed; FileStorage is adopted to store legal and legal documents.

By uploading legal and legal rules documents in real time, extracting the law rules, and extracting the keywords in the law rules to enrich the preset keyword library, the law rule library and the legal and legal rules library, more and more retrievable law rules can be provided for users, new legal and legal rules can be brought in conveniently in real time, retrieval service can be provided for the users better, and user experience is further improved.

In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, the following describes the overall process of the law enforcement retrieval system according to an exemplary embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, a schematic block diagram of the overall process of the law enforcement retrieval system provided in this embodiment is provided, where the law and regulation documents take the law and regulation documents as examples, and the detailed process of the system is as follows:

6. And the server searches based on the search keywords and arranges the searched target legal items in a descending order by taking the scores as a reference to obtain a final ordered target legal item list.

7. And the server acquires detailed regulation information from the regulation library aiming at the ordered target regulations, assembles the detailed regulation information into structured data and returns the structured data to the client.

8. When a downloading request sent by a client is received, content information needing to be downloaded (namely legal information to be downloaded and/or legal and legal information to be downloaded) is obtained, the content to be downloaded is written into a file to be downloaded in batches, and the file to be downloaded is returned to the client after the content to be downloaded is written.

In the above, the law enforcement retrieval method implemented by the server is described further below.

A further embodiment of the present invention provides a method for retrieving a legal entry, where an execution main body of the embodiment is a legal entry retrieval device, the legal entry retrieval device is a client of a legal entry retrieval system, and the device may be set in a terminal, and the terminal may be a mobile phone, a personal PC, a tablet, or the like, and may be specifically set according to actual requirements.

As shown in fig. 9, a schematic flow chart of the legal entry retrieval method provided in this embodiment is shown, where the method includes:

Specifically, the user can click the name of the first law and regulation to which the first target law shown on the retrieval result page belongs, the client is triggered to send the viewing request to the law and regulation retrieval device, the first processing module can receive the viewing request, law and regulation viewing page data are generated according to the viewing request and sent to the first sending module, and the first sending module returns the law and regulation viewing page data to the client.

In order to accurately and effectively retrieve the target law bar, the first processing module may further include a determination sub-module, a matching sub-module and a processing sub-module.

The determining submodule is used for determining a retrieval keyword according to the retrieval description information; the matching sub-module is used for matching the search keywords with preset keywords to obtain matching results, and the matching results comprise the matched preset keywords; and the processing sub-module is used for determining the retrieved target law bar according to the matching result and the pre-obtained incidence relation between the preset keywords and the law bar.

Further, in order to enable a user to conveniently and quickly check the most relevant legal items, the first processing module may further include a sorting submodule, which is configured to obtain scores of the target legal items; sequencing the target rules according to the scores of the target rules to obtain the sequenced target rules; correspondingly, the retrieval result page data returned to the client by the first sending module includes the content of the ordered target French fries, and the client can display the content of the target French fries in the retrieval result page according to the retrieval result page data and the ordering, so that the user can firstly see the most desired French fries, and the user experience is further improved.

Still another embodiment of the present invention provides a law enforcement retrieval device for performing the method of the client-side embodiment, which may be disposed in a terminal.

Further, in order to facilitate the user to view the specific content of the laws and regulations to which the target law is attributed, the second sending module is further configured to send, to the server, a viewing request of the first laws and regulations to which the first target law, which the user wants to view, is attributed in response to a second operation of the user; the second receiving module is further used for receiving legal law and regulation viewing page data returned by the server, and the legal law and regulation viewing page data comprises the content of the first legal regulation; and the display module is also used for displaying the content of the first law and regulation on the law and regulation viewing page according to the law and regulation viewing page data.

Further, in order to enable the user to conveniently see which legal bars are the retrieved target legal bars when viewing the whole content of the legal rules, the display module is further configured to highlight the content of the legal bars belonging to the target legal bars in the first legal rule content.

As another implementable manner, in order to provide more and more retrievable legal rules for the user and continuously enrich the legal rule base, the obtaining module is further configured to respond to a fourth operation of the user and obtain a to-be-processed legal and regulatory file to be uploaded by the user; the second sending module is further used for sending the legal and legal documents to be processed to the server, so that the server establishes the incidence relation between the preset keywords and the laws and regulations and the incidence relation between the laws and regulations according to the legal and legal documents to be processed.

In some embodiments, the module division may also be performed in other manners, for example, as shown in fig. 13, which is an architectural diagram of the law enforcement retrieval system provided in this embodiment. The system architecture mainly comprises a display layer, an interface layer, a business layer, a data processing layer and a database layer, and the system can be operated on a Linux system and can also be set to be operated on other systems according to actual requirements.

The display layer provides a retrieval inlet and a display of a retrieval result after retrieval, provides a download inlet and can selectively download required contents; the interface layer is a bridge for the communication between the service layer and the display layer, and in practical application, the communication between the service layer and the display layer can be established through a DRF (Django REST framework) framework; the business layer is a control center of the system and mainly comprises a flow control module and a downloading module; the process control module is used for controlling the system operation process, division of labor and file storage; the downloading module is used for sorting the corresponding content to be downloaded into the file to be downloaded according to a downloading request sent by the client on the display layer and returning the content to be downloaded to the client; the data processing layer is a system core and mainly comprises a law article extracting module, a word segmentation module, a data model module, a sequencing module, an indexing module and an information perfecting module; the law provision extraction module is used for reading law and regulation files and extracting laws and regulations; the word segmentation module is used for carrying out word segmentation processing on the content of the law bar and extracting keywords in the law bar as preset keywords; the data model module is used for establishing a data model which comprises a law and regulation library, a preset keyword library and a relation among the law and regulation library, the preset keyword library and the three; the ranking module is used for calculating scores of target rules of the retrieval results based on various factors, wherein the scoring factors include but are not limited to word frequency (correlation) of keywords, release date, effective date and effectiveness state of the legal rules, and the results after ranking are finally obtained by ranking in descending order of the scores; the index module is used for synchronizing the preset keywords to the ES so as to realize the reverse index based on the preset keywords; the information perfecting module is used for perfecting data retrieved from the ES, and the data retrieved from the ES is incomplete because the ES stores the inverted index relation based on the preset keywords, so that complete information of the legal provision and the legal regulation is required to be searched from a legal provision library and a legal regulation library to perfect a retrieval result, and complete data which can be displayed by a client side is formed; the database layer may include MySQL for storing all complete data, ES (elastic search) for storing field contents to be retrieved and loading part of the contents into a memory, and FileStorage for storing legal and legal documents.

Still another embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device, configured to execute the method provided in the server-side embodiment. The electronic device may be a server or other implementable computer device.

As shown in fig. 14, is a schematic structural diagram of the electronic device provided in this embodiment. The electronic device 80 includes: a first memory 81, a first transceiver 82 and at least one first processor 83.

The first processor, the first memory and the first transceiver are interconnected through a circuit; the first memory stores computer execution instructions; the first transceiver is used for receiving a retrieval request sent by a terminal; the at least one first processor executes computer-executable instructions stored in the first memory to cause the at least one first processor to perform a method as provided in any of the server-side embodiments above.

Specifically, a user logs in a client page through a terminal, the client is triggered to send a retrieval request to the electronic device on the client page, the first transceiver receives the retrieval request sent by the terminal and sends the retrieval request to the first processor, and the first processor reads and executes a computer execution instruction stored in the first memory, so that the method provided by any one of the above server-side embodiments is implemented.

The electronic equipment can be applied to any law retrieval application scene, provides retrieval service taking laws as retrieval units for users, enables the users to conveniently obtain and check the law content most relevant to the retrieval key words, does not need to traverse laws or regulation files to read laws to find required laws, effectively improves the retrieval efficiency of the users, saves the time cost and energy of the users, and improves the user experience.

It should be noted that the electronic device of this embodiment can implement the method provided in any of the server-side embodiments described above, and can achieve the same technical effect, which is not described herein again.

Yet another embodiment of the present invention provides a terminal, configured to execute the method provided in the client-side embodiment.

a second memory 91, a second transceiver 92 and at least one second processor 93.

The second processor, the second memory and the second transceiver are interconnected through a circuit; the second memory stores computer execution instructions; a second transceiver for sending a retrieval request to a server; the at least one second processor executes the computer-executable instructions stored by the second memory to cause the at least one second processor to perform the method as provided by any of the client-side embodiments above.

It should be noted that the terminal of this embodiment can implement the method provided by any of the above client-side embodiments, and can achieve the same technical effect, which is not described herein again.

Yet another embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which computer-executable instructions are stored, and when the processor executes the computer-executable instructions, the method provided in any one of the above embodiments is implemented. It should be noted that the computer-readable storage medium of this embodiment can implement the method provided in any of the above embodiments, and can achieve the same technical effects, which are not described herein again.
