An antibacterial hydrophilic polyurethane foam medical dressing is characterized in that: the formula comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 200-250 parts of non-setting adhesive non-woven fabric, 110-130 parts of deionized water, 0.1-0.3 part of monovalent silver ion solution, 2-3 parts of glycerol, 0.2-0.4 part of carbomer, 0.5-1.5 parts of triethanolamine, 2-6 parts of cationic polymer antibacterial agent, 1-3 parts of hydrophilic fiber, 1.5-2.5 parts of foam stabilizer, 2-4 parts of surfactant, 0.8-1.3 parts of silicone oil, 0.5-0.8 part of polyurethane and 20-50 parts of medical auxiliary material.

The antibacterial hydrophilic polyurethane foam medical dressing according to claim 1, wherein: the medical auxiliary material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-7 parts of overlord, 6-8 parts of white washington, 8-12 parts of thyme, 4-6 parts of moisturizing factor, 2-4 parts of cacumen biotae, 1-3 parts of tea tree oil, 2-4 parts of ivy and 2-6 parts of orange flower.
