That is, before printing, the user can open a document to be printed, which may be, for example, a notice, or the like, of a higher confidentiality level, by the document print preview device.
The above-mentioned document print preview apparatus may include a print driver application for parsing a document to be printed into a format recognizable by the image forming apparatus.
The file printing preview device can also comprise a security printing software which can only identify a special format, namely, in order to further avoid the leakage of confidential information, before the security printing software is opened, the file to be printed is stored into a format which can only be identified by the security printing software, namely, if the file is expected to be printed, only the security printing software is started to complete the identification of the file to be printed.
Further, the file print preview device may be manually started by a user, or the image forming apparatus may determine the format of the file to be printed after acquiring the print file, and automatically start the file print preview device when the file is in the special format.
In order to improve the security of the file, the file to be printed may be an encrypted file, for example, the file to be printed is encrypted through a preset password.

By encrypting the document to be printed, other users who do not know the password cannot open the document through the file editing software. In this embodiment, the encryption method of the file is not limited, and may be, for example, symmetric encryption, asymmetric encryption, key encryption, or the like.
When the document to be printed is opened by the document print preview device, the user can select whether to adopt the security preview mode. It can be understood that, when the user selects the secure preview mode, the document to be printed is subjected to print preview processing according to the secure preview mode.
In this embodiment, in the normal preview mode, the resolution of the preview page is smaller than the resolution of the document to be printed, for example, an image may be produced according to the acquired document to be printed, and the resolution of the image may be adjusted, so that the preview page is generated according to the adjusted image, so that the user may not see the specific characters on the preview page clearly, but the document layout is still consistent with the original document to be printed. It will be appreciated that the normal preview mode may be applicable to documents with lower security level requirements, such as some corporate regulations, operational flow documents, and so forth.
Further, when the user selects the security preview mode, the document print preview apparatus can obtain the security preview instruction of the document to be printed. The security preview instruction may carry related indication information, such as text attribute information, keyword information, etc. of the file to be printed.
In an embodiment, the security preview command carries a preset keyword, and the processing unit 30 includes a first identifying unit and a first extracting unit.
The first identification unit is used for identifying target characters matched with the preset keywords in the file to be printed;
and a first extraction unit for extracting the target character and the coordinate of the target character.
It will be appreciated that each text in the document to be printed has corresponding coordinates, which may be, for example, (x)1,y1),x1Can represent the abscissa position, y, of the text in the page in which it is located1Can represent the ordinate position of the text in the page in which it is located.
The target text matched with the preset keyword may be a text in the document to be printed, which directly corresponds to the preset keyword, for example, if the preset keyword is "name", the target text matched with the preset keyword is information related to the name of the person.
The target text matched with the preset keyword may specifically be a text that does not include the preset keyword in the document to be printed, for example, if the preset keyword is "financial data", the target text matched with the preset keyword is another text that does not include financial data in the document to be printed.
The determination of the two target text determination manners may be that the user triggers a preset option on a user interface of the document print preview device to select, where the user interface specifically may be an interface on the document print preview device for the user to perform mode setting, and may be an interface that is automatically popped up for the document print preview device to prompt the user to perform setting of the target text determination manner, which is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, the processing unit 30 further includes a second recognition unit and a second extraction unit.
The second identification unit is used for identifying the character paragraphs in the file to be printed;
and the second extraction unit is used for randomly extracting the target characters with preset proportion in the character paragraphs and the coordinates of the target characters.
The text paragraphs may be paragraphs that only contain text information, or paragraphs that contain text information and picture information, where the picture information is embedded in the text information.
It should be noted that the random extraction ratio may be extracted according to a preset extraction ratio, and the preset extraction ratio may be, for example, 5%, 10%, 15%, or the like, and may be set by the document print preview device. In other embodiments, the target text in the text paragraph is extracted randomly in a preset proportion, or the upper left corner part, the upper right corner part, the lower left corner part, or the lower right corner part of the whole page, or the upper half page, the lower half page, or the like is extracted.
The target characters with the preset proportion in the original printed file of the user are displayed in the preview page instead of all the characters, so that other characters can be concealed, the user can quickly confirm whether the printed page is wrong or not according to the target characters, other users who are not familiar with the printed file are difficult to acquire all contents of the file to be printed from the target characters, the contents of the file to be printed are difficult to reveal, and the safety is improved.
In another embodiment, the security preview command carries a text attribute, and the processing unit 30 further includes a third identifying unit and a third extracting unit.
The third identification unit is used for identifying target characters matched with the character attributes in the file to be printed;
and a third extraction unit for extracting the target character and the coordinate of the target character.
Further, the generating unit 40 includes a generating subunit, a processing subunit, and an outputting subunit.
The generating subunit is used for generating a blank preview page;
the processing subunit is configured to set the target text in the blank preview page according to the coordinates of the target text, so as to obtain a secure preview page;
and the output subunit is used for outputting the security preview page.
In a specific embodiment, the text attribute includes at least one of a font, a font size, a color, a boldface attribute, and a shadow attribute. For example, when the user generates a security preview instruction, the user inputs a number four in the font size attribute of the file print preview device, and when all characters in the file to be printed are identified, the device can identify and obtain all characters with the number four according to the font size attribute. Or the user inputs red in the color attributes of the file print preview device, and when all characters in the file to be printed are identified, the file print preview device can identify and obtain all red characters according to the color attributes; are not listed here.
The target text matched with the text attribute may be a text directly matched with the text attribute in the document to be printed, for example, if the preset text attribute is "4-numbered character", the target text matched with the text attribute is the text of 4-numbered character.
The target text matched with the text attribute may be other text not matched with the text attribute in the document to be printed, for example, if the preset text attribute is "4 number word", the other text not matched with the text attribute in the document to be printed is the target text.
The determination of the two target text determination manners may be that the user triggers a preset option on a user interface of the document print preview device to select, where the user interface specifically may be an interface on the document print preview device for the user to perform mode setting, and may be an interface that is automatically popped up for the document print preview device to prompt the user to perform setting of the target text determination manner, which is not limited herein.
In other embodiments, the extraction manner of the target text includes any one or more of preset keyword matching, text attribute matching, and random extraction according to a preset proportion. That is, the three extraction manners may be randomly combined for use, for example, in the process of extracting the target text, the keyword matching and the text attribute matching are simultaneously used, or the keyword matching and the random extraction in a preset ratio are simultaneously used, which is not limited herein.
Further, the safety preview instruction input by the user may not carry any indication information, and when the safety preview instruction does not carry the indication information, the document print preview apparatus extracts the target characters in all the character paragraphs by the default random extraction rule.
In other embodiments, when the document to be printed includes a picture, the processing unit 30 further includes:
and the fourth identification unit is used for identifying the picture in the file to be printed and the coordinate of the picture.
Correspondingly, the processing subunit is further configured to set a preset replacement picture in the blank preview page according to the coordinates of the picture.
The document print preview device may be included in a terminal such as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a mobile phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), etc., or may be included in an image forming device such as an inkjet printer, a laser printer, an LED (Light Emitting Diode) printer, a copier, a scanner, or a multifunction Peripheral (MFP) that performs the above functions in a single device, and the like, and is not limited thereto.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application further provides a document printing system, where the document printing system includes an image forming apparatus and a document print preview apparatus, and the image forming apparatus is connected to the document print preview apparatus.
In other embodiments, the document printing system may be an image forming apparatus including the document previewing apparatus.
The document print preview device may be included in a terminal such as a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a mobile phone, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), etc., and is not limited herein. The image forming apparatus 200 may include: an inkjet printer, a laser printer, an LED (Light Emitting Diode) printer, a copier, a scanner, or a multifunction Peripheral (MFP) that performs the above functions in a single device, and the like, are not limited herein.
In a specific embodiment, the document print preview method of the first aspect of the present application is applicable to a document print preview apparatus or an image forming apparatus,
further, the file print preview scheme according to the first aspect is specifically executed in an application installed in the image forming apparatus, an example of the application includes secure printing software, and as shown in fig. 3 and 4, when a user needs to print a file, the file to be printed may be processed by the secure printing software. The secure printing software may acquire a file to be printed from a storage medium, or a terminal.
Specifically, when the file print preview scheme of the first aspect is executed in secure printing software installed in the file print preview apparatus, the file to be printed is a file stored in a storage medium of the terminal device; when the secure printing software is installed in the image forming apparatus, the file to be printed may be a file stored in a storage unit of the image forming apparatus, or a file obtained by scanning an original document by a scanning unit of the image forming apparatus, or a file transmitted to the image forming apparatus by a terminal connected to the image forming apparatus through a wired or wireless connection, which is not limited herein. That is, before printing, the user can open the file to be printed, which may be, for example, a notice, or the like, of a higher level of confidentiality, through the secure printing software.
The secure printing software may be a print driver application for parsing a document to be printed into a format recognizable by the image forming apparatus.
The security printing software may also be a security printing software that can only identify a special format, that is, in order to further avoid disclosure of confidential information, before the security printing software is opened, the file to be printed is stored in a format that is only identifiable by the security printing software, that is, if printing of such a file is desired, only the security printing software is started to identify the file to be printed. Further, the secure printing software may be manually started by a user, and may also be configured to determine a format of a file to be printed after the image forming apparatus acquires the print file, and automatically start the secure printing software when the format is the special format.
In a fourth aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a computer non-volatile storage medium, where the storage medium includes a stored program, and when the program runs, the apparatus where the storage medium is controlled to execute the following steps:
acquiring a file to be printed; acquiring a security preview instruction of the file to be printed, wherein the security preview instruction is used for instructing to output a preview page of the file to be printed in a security preview mode; responding to the safety preview instruction, identifying a character paragraph in the file to be printed, and extracting a target character in the character paragraph according to a preset extraction rule; and generating a preview page according to the target characters, and outputting the preview page.
Optionally, the step of controlling, by a device in which the storage medium is located when the program runs, to execute the step of responding to the security preview instruction, identifying a text paragraph in a page to be previewed of the document to be printed, and extracting a target text in the text paragraph according to a preset extraction rule includes:
identifying target characters matched with the preset keywords in the file to be printed;
and extracting the target characters and the coordinates of the target characters.
Optionally, the step of controlling, when the program runs, the device on which the storage medium is located to execute the step of identifying a text paragraph in the file to be printed in response to the security preview instruction, and extracting a target text in the text paragraph according to a preset extraction rule includes:
identifying the character paragraphs in the file to be printed;
and randomly extracting target characters with preset proportion in the character paragraphs and coordinates of the target characters.
Optionally, the step of controlling, by the device in which the storage medium is located when the program runs, the device to which the storage medium is located to execute the step of identifying a text paragraph in the file to be printed in response to the security preview instruction, and extracting a target text in the text paragraph according to a preset extraction rule includes:
identifying target characters matched with the character attributes in the file to be printed;
and extracting the target characters and the coordinates of the target characters.
Optionally, controlling, when the program runs, a device where the storage medium is located to execute the generating of the preview page according to the target text, and outputting the preview page, includes:
generating a blank preview page; setting the target characters in the blank preview page according to the coordinates of the target characters; and outputting the safe preview page.
Optionally, the text attribute includes at least one of a font, a font size, a color, a bolding attribute, and a shading attribute.
Optionally, the step of controlling, when the program runs, the device on which the storage medium is located to execute the step of identifying a text paragraph in the file to be printed in response to the security preview instruction, and extracting a target text in the text paragraph according to a preset extraction rule further includes:
and identifying the picture in the file to be printed and the coordinate of the picture.
Optionally, the step of controlling, when the program runs, a device where the storage medium is located to execute the step of generating the preview page according to the target text, and outputting the preview page includes:
setting a preset replacement picture in the blank preview page according to the coordinates of the picture; and outputting the safe preview page.
Optionally, the file to be printed is an encrypted file, and after the program runs and controls the device where the storage medium is located to execute the above-mentioned obtaining of the print file, the method further executes:
and acquiring a decryption password input by a user, and opening the file to be printed by using the decryption password.
In a fifth aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a computer device, and fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a computer device provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the computer device 300 of this embodiment includes: the processor 301, the memory 302, and the computer program 303 stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor 301, wherein the processor 301 implements the file print preview method in the embodiment when executing the computer program 303, and therefore, for avoiding repetition, details are not repeated herein. Alternatively, the computer program is executed by the processor 301 to implement the functions of the models/units in the document print preview apparatus in the embodiment, and for avoiding redundancy, the description is omitted here.
The computer device 300 may be a desktop computer, a notebook, a palm computer, a cloud server, an image forming apparatus, or other computing devices. The computer device may include, but is not limited to, a processor 301, a memory 302. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 5 is merely an example of a computer device 300 and is not intended to limit the computer device 300 and that it may include more or less components than those shown, or some of the components may be combined, or different components, e.g., the computer device may also include input output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The Processor 301 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, or the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage 302 may be an internal storage unit of the computer device 300, such as a hard disk or a memory of the computer device 300. The memory 302 may also be an external storage device of the computer device 300, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), etc., provided on the computer device 300. Further, the memory 302 may also include both internal and external storage units of the computer device 300. The memory 302 is used for storing computer programs and other programs and data required by the computer device. The memory 302 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.

1. A method of print previewing a document, said method comprising:
acquiring a file to be printed;
acquiring a safety preview instruction of the file to be printed, wherein the safety preview instruction is used for indicating that a preview page of the file to be printed is output in a safety preview mode;
responding to the safety preview instruction, identifying a character paragraph in the file to be printed, and extracting a target character in the character paragraph according to a preset extraction rule;
and generating a preview page according to the target characters, and outputting the preview page.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the security preview instruction carries a preset keyword, and the identifying, in response to the security preview instruction, a text paragraph in a page to be previewed of the document to be printed and extracting a target text in the text paragraph according to a preset extraction rule comprises:
identifying target characters matched with the preset keywords in the file to be printed;
and extracting the target characters and the coordinates of the target characters.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the identifying a text paragraph in the document to be printed in response to the security preview instruction and extracting a target text in the text paragraph according to a preset extraction rule comprises:
identifying a text paragraph in the file to be printed;
and randomly extracting target characters with preset proportion in the character paragraphs and coordinates of the target characters.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the security preview instruction carries text attributes, and the identifying a text paragraph in the document to be printed and extracting a target text in the text paragraph according to a preset extraction rule in response to the security preview instruction comprises:
identifying target characters matched with the character attributes in the file to be printed;
and extracting the target characters and the coordinates of the target characters.
5. An apparatus for print previewing a document, said apparatus comprising:
a first acquisition unit for acquiring a file to be printed;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain a security preview instruction of the to-be-printed document, where the security preview instruction is used to instruct to output a preview page of the to-be-printed document in a security preview mode;
the processing unit is used for responding to the safety preview instruction, identifying a character paragraph in the file to be printed, and extracting a target character in the character paragraph according to a preset extraction rule;
and the generating unit is used for generating a preview page according to the target characters and outputting the preview page.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the security preview instruction carries a preset keyword, and wherein the processing unit comprises:
the first identification unit is used for identifying target characters matched with the preset keywords in the file to be printed;
and the first extraction unit is used for extracting the target characters and the coordinates of the target characters.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the processing unit comprises:
the second identification unit is used for identifying the character paragraphs in the file to be printed;
and the second extraction unit is used for randomly extracting the target characters with preset proportion in the character paragraphs and the coordinates of the target characters.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the security preview instruction carries a text attribute, and wherein the processing unit comprises:
the third identification unit is used for identifying target characters matched with the character attributes in the file to be printed;
and the third extraction unit is used for extracting the target characters and the coordinates of the target characters.
9. A computer non-volatile storage medium, wherein the storage medium includes a stored program, and when the program runs, the apparatus on which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the document print preview method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the document print preview method of any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the computer program.
11. A document printing system comprising an image forming apparatus and a document print preview apparatus, the image forming apparatus being connected to the document print preview apparatus, wherein the document print preview apparatus comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and operable on the processor, and the processor implements the document print preview method according to any one of claims 1 to 4 when executing the computer program.
