In one embodiment, a keyboard structure includes a part of or the whole of the following embodiments; that is, the keyboard structure includes some or all of the following technical features. The conventional keycaps are generally made of acrylonitrile (a), butadiene (B) and styrene (S) terpolymer (ABS), but they block ultraviolet rays, and in each embodiment, at least a portion of the keycaps have a transmission region made of a material that transmits ultraviolet rays; or the keycaps are made of ultraviolet-penetrating materials, namely, all the positions of the keycaps are made of ultraviolet-penetrating materials, and all the positions of the keycaps are transmission areas. Ultraviolet rays can destroy the molecular structure of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) or ribonucleic acid (RNA) of microorganisms, so that bacteria can die or cannot reproduce, and the aim of sterilization is fulfilled. In all ultraviolet rays, the short wave ultraviolet ray sterilization effect is the fastest, in the embodiments of the present application, the short wave ultraviolet ray emitting diode is disposed on the body, for example, the short wave ultraviolet ray emitting diode is disposed on a key base or a key frame of the body, and the irradiation range of the short wave ultraviolet ray emitting diode passes through at least part of the key cap. In one embodiment, the short-wave ultraviolet light emitting diode is arranged below the keycap; in one embodiment, a keyboard structure is shown in fig. 3, please refer to fig. 2, which includes a body 210, a front panel 220 disposed on the body 210, an elastic member 240 disposed on the body 210, a key cap 230 disposed on the elastic member 240 and penetrating through the front panel 220, and a short-wave ultraviolet light emitting diode 250; the keycap 230 is made of a material penetrating ultraviolet rays to penetrate through the short-wave ultraviolet light emitting diode 250; the short wave ultraviolet light emitting diode 250 is arranged on the body 210, and the irradiation range 260 of the short wave ultraviolet light emitting diode 250 penetrates through at least part of the keycap 230. In this embodiment, under the condition that there is no reflected light, the irradiation range 260 of the short wave ultraviolet light emitting diode 250 is the light emitting range of the short wave ultraviolet light emitting diode 250, that is, the irradiation range irradiated by the emergent light emitted by the short wave ultraviolet light emitting diode 250. Referring to fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the short wave ultraviolet led 250 is disposed on the main body 210 and below the key cap 230.

For example, the elastic member is a silica gel cap, and the short wave ultraviolet light emitting diode 250 is positioned to avoid the shielding of the silica gel cap.
In order to increase the irradiation range 260 and increase the re-reflection utilization of the reflected light inside the keycap, further, in one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the keyboard structure is provided with a light guide 270 below the keycap 230 and above the short wave ultraviolet light emitting diode 250, the light guide 270 is used for transmitting the emergent light of the short wave ultraviolet light emitting diode 250, in one embodiment, the light guide 270 is further used for increasing the irradiation range 260 by refracting the emergent light of the short wave ultraviolet light emitting diode 250, and in one embodiment, the light guide 270 is further used for re-reflecting the reflected light of the inner surface of the keycap, such as the diffuse reflection surface 231, to the outside of the keycap, so as to increase the emergent ratio of the light of the short wave ultraviolet light emitting diode 250 with respect to the keyc. In this embodiment, the light guide 270 is disposed around the elastic member 240 or in one of the embodiments, the light guide 270 is located at one side of the elastic member 240. In one embodiment, a mobile terminal is shown in fig. 14, and includes: a main body 310; the keyboard structure 320 is fixedly arranged on the main body 310, the keyboard structure 320 comprises a body 210, a panel 220 arranged on the body 210, an elastic part 240 arranged on the body 210, and a keycap 230 arranged on the elastic part 240 and penetrating through the panel 220, wherein the keycap 230 is made of a material penetrating ultraviolet rays; the keyboard structure 320 further comprises a short wave ultraviolet light emitting diode 250, the short wave ultraviolet light emitting diode 250 is arranged on the body 210, and an irradiation range 260 of the short wave ultraviolet light emitting diode 250 penetrates through at least part of the keycap 230; a housing 340 rotatably disposed on the main body 310, the housing 340 being used for covering the keyboard structure 320; and a display structure 330 fixedly disposed on the housing 340, the display structure 330 further connected to the body 210 of the keyboard structure 320. In this embodiment, each short wave uv led 250 is disposed under a key cap 230.
In one embodiment, a mobile terminal is shown in fig. 15, which is different from the embodiment shown in fig. 14 in that an short wavelength ultraviolet light emitting diode 250 is disposed below a faceplate 220, so that an irradiation range 260 of the short wavelength ultraviolet light emitting diode 250 more fully covers the faceplate and a keycap.
In one embodiment, a mobile terminal is shown in fig. 16, which is different from the embodiments shown in fig. 14 and 15, in that the mobile terminal further includes a cover structure 350 fixedly disposed on the display structure 330, the cover structure 350 is configured to transmit visible light of the display structure 330, and reflect emergent light 410 emitted by the short wavelength ultraviolet light emitting diode 250 in a state where the casing 340 covers the keyboard structure 320 and in a state where the short wavelength ultraviolet light emitting diode 250 emits light. In this embodiment, since the cover structure 350 reflects light, the number of the short-wave uv leds 250 can be greatly reduced, which saves materials and costs, and is also beneficial to reducing the sterilization power consumption. In one embodiment, the faceplate 220 may also be made of uv transparent material, and the short wavelength uv led 250 is disposed under the faceplate 220 and/or under the key cap 230.
Referring to fig. 17, the outgoing light ray 410 is reflected by the cover structure 350 to generate a reflected light ray 420 that irradiates the front panel 220 and the rest of the key caps 230 of the keyboard structure 320, and the outgoing light ray 410 and the reflected light ray 420 together form an irradiation range that substantially covers all the front panel 220 and all the key caps 230 of the keyboard structure 320.
Further, in practical applications, since the maximum scattering angle of the short-wave uv led can reach to be even more than 120 degrees, considering the relative distance between the screen and the keyboard of the mobile terminal, such as a notebook computer, and the pixel pitch (also called dot pitch) of the adjacent short-wave uv leds is less than or equal to 35mm, such a design considers the existing materials, and can achieve the purpose of fully covering the irradiation range of the panel 220 and the keycap 230 without additional development of new products.
In one embodiment, a keyboard sterilization method is shown in fig. 18, and includes the steps of: a cover plate structure is adopted to shield the keyboard structure; starting the short-wave ultraviolet light emitting diode so that emergent light rays of the short-wave ultraviolet light emitting diode penetrate through at least part of keycaps of the keyboard structure, wherein at least part of the keycaps are provided with transmission regions made of ultraviolet-penetrating materials; the emergent light is reflected by the cover plate structure to generate reflected light which irradiates a panel and other keycaps of the keyboard structure. In one embodiment, the keyboard sterilization method is applied to the keyboard structure of any embodiment, or the keyboard sterilization method is implemented by using the keyboard structure of any embodiment. Conventional keyboards employ leds as backlight or indicator lights, but no designs using uv leds, no mention of short-wave uv leds with enhanced germicidal effect, because long-term user contact with the keyboard, such as uv leds as backlight or indicator lights, can cause severe damage to the user's body, especially skin. In the embodiments of the application, the short-wave ultraviolet light emitting diode is turned on only when the user does not use the keyboard or in a state that the keyboard structure is shielded by the cover plate structure, so that the safety of the user is considered on the premise of realizing the ultraviolet sterilization function, which is a perfect product.
In order to improve the overall killing capability, in one embodiment, the emergent light also passes through the panel, and the panel is also made of a material which penetrates through ultraviolet rays; in one embodiment, the cover structure is made of polycarbonate resistant to light having a wavelength of less than 400 nm to provide sufficient ultraviolet light reflectivity. In one embodiment, the keyboard structure is shielded by a cover plate structure, which includes: the display structure with the cover plate structure is adopted to shield the keyboard structure, wherein the cover plate structure is a protective film. In one embodiment, the display structure comprises a liquid crystal screen. In one embodiment, when the sensing cover plate structure shields the keyboard structure, the short-wave ultraviolet light emitting diode is automatically started and lasts for a preset time; further, in one embodiment, the preset time period is 1 second to 3 seconds. In one embodiment, the preset time period is 10 seconds to 30 seconds. In one embodiment, the predetermined time period is 60 seconds to 300 seconds. The selection of the preset duration is related to the power, the quantity and the position of the short-wave ultraviolet light-emitting diode, and the requirement is mainly seen, if the short-wave ultraviolet light-emitting diode is frequently used, the preset duration, namely the light-emitting time can be shorter; if the power is large, the light-emitting time can be shorter; if the number is large, the light-emitting time can be shorter, and so on.
