The highly weather-resistant exposed roof waterproof coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the defoamer is one or more of a mineral oil defoamer, a silicone defoamer and a polysiloxane defoamer, the light stabilizer is a liquid heat and light stabilizing system which is a synergistic mixture consisting of IRGANOX1135, TINUVIN571 and TINUVIN765, chemical name is ultraviolet absorber: 20% IRGANOX1135 + 40% TINUVIN571 + 40% TINUVIN 765.

The highly weather-resistant exposed roof waterproof coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pigment is a mineral inorganic pigment with low oil absorption, and the environmentally-friendly catalyst is one or more of dibutyltin dilaurate, pentamethyldiethylenetriamine and bismuth isooctanoate.
9. The highly weatherable, exposed and waterproof roof coating of claim 1, wherein the thickener is fumed silica.
10. The preparation method of the high-weather-resistance exposed roof waterproof coating as claimed in claims 1 to 10, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
t1, weighing the organic silicon resin A and the organic silicon resin B, putting the organic silicon resin A and the organic silicon resin B into a stirring kettle, and starting low-speed stirring;
t2, weighing the reaction group organosilicon monomers A, B and C and the environment-friendly plasticizer respectively, slowly putting the weighed materials into a stirring kettle while stirring, and stirring the materials at a low speed for 5 minutes;
t3, respectively weighing the superfine heavy calcium carbonate, the superfine light calcium carbonate and the quartz sand, slowly putting into a stirring kettle while stirring, then adding the defoaming agent, and stirring at a high speed for 15 minutes;
t4, adding the weighed light stabilizer, the pigment and the environment-friendly catalyst into a stirring kettle, and regulating the speed to be medium-speed dispersion for 10 minutes;
t5, slowly adding the weighed thickening agent into a dispersion kettle, and stirring at a low speed for 10 minutes;
t6, after all the materials are added, purging a pot cover on the side of the kettle by using nitrogen, closing the pot cover, keeping stirring at a low speed, opening a vacuum system, and removing water and bubbles, wherein the pressure is negative 0.1MPa, and the time is 15 minutes;
and T7, closing the vacuum system, opening a negative pressure valve, detecting the state of the waterproof coating, and filtering, discharging and packaging the fine, full and fruitless state.
