It should be noted that, by setting the carrier 21 into multiple layers, carcasses of different specifications can be stored on the carriers 21 of different layers, and the carcasses on the carriers 21 of different layers are transported to a specified factory area through the carcass transporting device, that is, the use space of the carcass transporting device is saved, the transport efficiency of the carcass transporting device is improved, carcasses of various specifications can be transported simultaneously, manpower and material resources are saved, the applicability of the carcass transporting device is improved, and the economic benefit of the carcass transporting device is further improved.
In summary, the tire body carrying device provided by the invention comprises a transporting mechanism and a storing mechanism, wherein the storing mechanism is used for placing tire bodies, the transporting mechanism is used for transporting the storing mechanism and the tire bodies in the storing mechanism, the transporting mechanism comprises a loading device, a steering device and a driving device, the upper side of the loading device is connected with the storing mechanism, the steering device is connected with the loading device, the driving device is connected with the steering device, the storing mechanism comprises a loading frame and an adjusting device, the loading frame is placed on the loading device, the adjusting device is placed on the loading frame, the tire bodies can be placed in multiple layers through the tire body carrying device, the using space of the tire body carrying device is saved, the transporting efficiency of the tire body carrying device is improved, the tire bodies with various specifications can be transported simultaneously, manpower and material resources are saved, and the applicability of the tire body carrying device is improved, the economic benefit of matrix handling device has further been promoted.

1. A carcass handling device, comprising:
a transport mechanism for placing a carcass and a storage mechanism for transporting the storage mechanism and the carcass within the storage mechanism;
the transport mechanism includes:
the upper side of the load device is connected with the storage mechanism;
the steering device is controlled by a user through a foot feel to steer the steering device, and the steering device is connected with the load device to steer the load device;
the driving device comprises a handle, a user controls the driving device through the handle, and the driving device is connected with the steering device and is used for driving the steering device to operate; the driving device is connected to the load device and used for driving the load device to move;
the storage mechanism includes:
the carrier is placed on the loading device and used for placing the tire body;
the adjusting device is placed on the carrier and used for placing the single tire body, and the adjusting device is a circular clamping device with adjustable diameter.
2. The carcass handling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the steering device comprises:
the pedal comprises a pedal and steering wheels, wherein the steering wheels are arranged at two ends of the pedal;
one end of the bearing connecting frame is connected to the lower side of the pedal, and the other end of the bearing connecting frame is connected to the load device.
3. The carcass handling device as claimed in claim 2, wherein the steering device further comprises:
the pressure sensor is arranged in the pedal and used for sensing the pressure value treaded by the feet of the user, and the pressure sensor transmits the pressure value treaded by the feet of the user to the controller;
the electronic level gauge is connected with the steering wheel through the controller, and the multi-axis gyroscope and the acceleration sensor enable the steering wheel to rotate and steer.
4. The carcass handling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drive device comprises:
the steering device comprises a motor and a driving wheel, wherein the motor is electrically connected with the handle, the steering device and the driving wheel, and the handle is provided with a switch which controls the motor to be started and stopped; the driving wheels are arranged on two sides of the load device and used for moving the load device; the motor provides kinetic energy to the steering device and the drive wheel.
5. The carcass handling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjusting device comprises:
the supporting frame is of a cross structure, and a hollow cross guide rail is arranged along the inside of the cross structure;
the clamping ring comprises four clamping blocks, the four clamping blocks are of arc structures with the same radius and radian, supporting columns are further arranged on the lower sides of the clamping blocks, the supporting columns are inserted into the cross guide rail, and the four supporting columns are respectively inserted into the four end parts of the cross guide rail;
the rotary disc is of a circular structure, four guide rails are uniformly distributed on the rotary disc, and the guide rails extend inwards from the edge of the rotary disc in an arc-shaped track mode; the rotating disc and the supporting frame are arranged up and down; the four pillars are respectively inserted into the four guide rails; the rotating disc, when rotated, moves the stanchion within the cross guide.

The carcass handling device of claim 5, wherein said adjustment device further comprises a fixed support, said fixed support comprising a fixed portion and a support portion, said fixed portion being two elongated rods fixedly mounted to said carrier; the supporting part is a baffle plate extending from the fixing part along a vertical angle, and the middle part of the baffle plate is hollow; the rotating disc is arranged between the two fixing parts and clamped in the hollow parts of the two supporting parts; the support frame is arranged on the upper side of the support part.
7. The carcass handling device according to claim 5, wherein the lower side of the rotary disc is provided with a driven shaft, and the adjusting device is further provided with an adjusting motor, and the adjusting motor is in transmission connection with the driven shaft through a belt.
8. The carcass handling device of claim 7, wherein the adjustment motor is electrically connected to the handle, the handle having an adjustment switch disposed thereon for adjusting the diameter of the gripper ring.
9. The carcass handling device of claim 1, wherein the carrier is provided in a plurality of layers.
