Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides a monitoring device, a system and a method, wherein the monitoring device is used by a target user and comprises a controller, a radio module, a voice playing module and an alarm module, wherein the radio module, the voice playing module and the alarm module are electrically connected with the controller; the radio module is used for acquiring an audio signal and a corresponding channel transmitted by a broadcasting station and sending the audio signal and the corresponding channel to the controller; the voice playing module is used for playing the audio signal sent by the controller; the alarm module is used for converting specific operation of a target user into an alarm signal and sending the alarm signal to the controller; and the controller is used for reporting the frequency channel corresponding to the audio signal and the alarm signal. According to the monitoring device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the alarm module, the radio module and the voice playing module are integrated, so that the target user can give an alarm in time when encountering danger, and the use adhesion degree of the target user to the monitoring device can be increased.

Technical Field

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a monitoring device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the monitoring device is used by a target user, where the target user may be an elderly person, a child, or a disabled person, and in an embodiment of the present invention, the target user is preferably an elderly person. The monitoring device comprises a controller, and a radio module, a voice playing module and an alarm module which are electrically connected with the controller; the radio module is used for acquiring an audio signal and a corresponding channel transmitted by a broadcasting station and sending the audio signal and the corresponding channel to the controller; the voice playing module is used for playing the audio signal sent by the controller; the alarm module is used for converting the specific operation of the target user into an alarm signal and sending the alarm signal to the controller; and the controller is used for reporting the frequency channel corresponding to the audio signal and the alarm signal.
In particular, the monitoring device may be designed in a wearable form for wearing by the elderly, and thus, convenient for the elderly to use. The radio module receives the audio signal transmitted by the broadcasting station and sends the audio signal transmitted by the broadcasting station to the controller.
The monitoring device is internally integrated with a voice playing module electrically connected with the controller, the voice playing module is preferably a voice chip, and the voice chip can convert an audio signal into sound and play the sound. The controller sends the audio signal that this radio station launches to the pronunciation broadcast module after with the audio signal that the radio station that receives the radio module and send launches, and the audio signal that this radio station launches converts the sound into and plays to supply the old man to listen to, thereby improve the use adhesion degree of old man to this guardianship device.

Particularly, the positioning module electrically connected with the controller is integrated in the monitoring device, the positioning module is a GPS positioning module, and the positioning module is used for acquiring the position information of the positioning module, so that the position information is used as the position information of the old people and reported, for example, the position information is reported to the monitoring platform, so that the action track of the old people is tracked by the monitoring platform, the life law of the old people is known more by the family members, the community or the working personnel of the old care institution, and the like, and the old people can be better cared. In addition, if the old people are lost, the old people can be searched based on the method.
In some embodiments, the positioning module is a GPS positioning module. It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the GPS module may be replaced by a beidou positioning module, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
In some embodiments, the monitoring device further comprises an internet of things module electrically connected to the controller, and the internet of things module is used for enabling the controller to communicate with the outside. Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a monitoring system according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the monitoring system includes a monitoring platform and the monitoring device, where the monitoring device is configured to report a channel corresponding to the audio signal, the alarm signal, and the location information to the monitoring platform, so that the monitoring platform can analyze the channel corresponding to the audio signal, the alarm signal, and the location information, for example, so that the monitoring platform can analyze an interest direction of an old person based on the channel corresponding to the audio signal, so that a family member, a community, or a staff of an elderly care institution of the old person can know the interest direction of the old person more, and thus the old person can be better cared about; the monitoring platform informs the family members, communities or working personnel of the old people or the old care institutions and the like of helping the old people in time based on the alarm signal; the monitoring platform tracks the action track of the old based on the position information, so that the family members, the community or the working personnel of the old care institution and the like of the old can know the life law of the old better, and the old can be better cared. In addition, if the old people are lost, the old people can be searched based on the method.
According to the monitoring system provided by the embodiment of the invention, the monitoring device integrated with the alarm module, the radio module and the voice playing module uploads the channel, the alarm signal and the position information corresponding to the audio signal of the target user to the monitoring platform, so that the staff of the family, the community or the endowment institution of the old people can timely receive the alarm signal of the target user to timely implement rescue, and meanwhile, the staff of the family, the community or the endowment institution of the old people can better know the interest direction and the action track of the old people, and the staff of the family, the community or the endowment institution of the old people can better care for the old people.

In some embodiments, the monitoring platform is further configured to send a broadcast signal to the monitoring device, so that the monitoring device plays the broadcast signal.
It should be noted that the monitoring platform can generate a broadcast signal according to the operation of the family members, the communities or the working personnel of the old people or the nursing institutions, and issue the broadcast to the monitoring device, specifically, the monitoring platform transmits the broadcast signal to the controller through the internet of things module of the monitoring device, so that the controller transmits the broadcast signal to the voice playing module, and the voice playing module converts the broadcast signal into sound for playing.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the monitoring method is applied to the monitoring system, and the monitoring method includes:
step S1, the controller judges whether the alarm signal is received, if yes, the alarm signal is reported to the monitoring platform, if not, the channel corresponding to the audio signal and the position information are read;
and step S2, the controller reads the electric quantity information of the controller to judge whether charging is needed, if so, a charging instruction is generated, and if not, the channel corresponding to the audio signal and the position information are reported to the monitoring platform.
It should be noted that the charging instruction may be converted into a sound through the voice playing module to remind the target user to charge the monitoring device. The embodiment of the present invention does not specifically limit the form of the conversion of the charging command.
According to the monitoring method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the monitoring device integrated with the alarm module, the radio module and the voice playing module uploads the channel, the alarm signal and the position information corresponding to the audio signal of the target user to the monitoring platform, so that the staff of the family, the community or the endowment institution of the old people can timely receive the alarm signal of the target user to timely implement rescue, and meanwhile, the staff of the family, the community or the endowment institution of the old people can better know the interest direction and the action track of the old people, and the staff of the family, the community or the endowment institution of the old people can better care for the old people.
In some embodiments, the monitoring method further comprises:

As a preferred embodiment, the monitoring method is further described with reference to fig. 5, and as shown in fig. 5, the monitoring method includes the following steps:
firstly, a controller of a monitoring device judges whether an alarm signal is generated, if so, the alarm signal is uploaded to a monitoring platform, and if not, the controller reads a channel corresponding to an audio signal of a radio module and position information of a positioning module; and then, the controller acquires the electric quantity of the monitoring device and judges whether the monitoring device needs to be charged, if so, a charging instruction is generated, and if not, the channel and position information corresponding to the audio signal are uploaded to the monitoring platform.
Meanwhile, the monitoring platform determines whether data needs to be sent to the monitoring device, the data may be a broadcast signal generated by the monitoring platform based on the operation of the family members of the old, the community or the staff of the old care institution, or other parameter change notifications, and the embodiment of the invention is not particularly limited to this.
In summary, the monitoring device, the monitoring system and the monitoring method provided by the embodiment of the invention have the following beneficial effects: the integrated alarm module, the radio module and the voice playing module increase the adhesion degree of the monitoring device for the old, and reduce the emotion of refusing the old. Meanwhile, the downlink control and play functions are added, and the conversion from reporting to interaction of single data is realized. The monitoring platform can remotely broadcast to the monitoring device, and is helpful for notification of some policies (such as community policies). The background analysis of the use frequency and duration of audio signals (namely radio functions) transmitted by a radio station and position information is added, the inherent value is mined, a certain data support is provided for the care of the old, and the community work accuracy and digitization are guaranteed.

A monitoring device is provided, which is used by a target user, and is characterized by comprising a controller, a radio module, a voice playing module and an alarm module, wherein the radio module, the voice playing module and the alarm module are electrically connected with the controller; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the radio module is used for acquiring an audio signal transmitted by a broadcasting station, and sending the audio signal and a corresponding channel to the controller;
the voice playing module is used for playing the audio signal sent by the controller;
the alarm module is used for converting the specific operation of the target user into an alarm signal and sending the alarm signal to the controller;
and the controller is used for reporting the frequency channel corresponding to the audio signal and the alarm signal.

The monitoring device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller is a micro-control unit, the radio module is an AM/FM module, and the alarm module is a button for sensing a pressing operation of a user, generating an alarm signal according to the pressing operation, and sending the alarm signal to the controller.
3. The monitoring device of claim 1, further comprising a positioning module electrically connected to the controller, wherein the positioning module is configured to obtain position information of the monitoring device and send the position information to the controller; accordingly, the number of the first and second electrodes,
the controller is further configured to report the location information.
4. The monitoring device of claim 3, wherein the positioning module is a GPS positioning module.
5. The monitoring device of claim 1, further comprising an internet of things module electrically connected to the controller, wherein the internet of things module is configured to enable the controller to communicate with the outside.
6. The monitoring device of claim 5, wherein the IOT module is an NB-IOT module.

A monitoring system, comprising a monitoring platform and the monitoring device of any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein the monitoring device is configured to report a channel corresponding to the audio signal, the alarm signal, and the location information to the monitoring platform, so that the monitoring platform determines a direction of interest and a psychological change of the target user based on the channel corresponding to the audio signal, and the monitoring platform sends an alarm notification to a terminal bound to the monitoring platform based on the alarm signal.
8. The monitoring system of claim 7, wherein the monitoring platform is further configured to send a broadcast signal to the monitoring device, so that the monitoring device plays the broadcast signal.
9. A monitoring method applied to the monitoring system of claim 7 or 8, wherein the monitoring method comprises:
the controller judges whether the alarm signal is received or not, if so, the alarm signal is reported to the monitoring platform, and if not, a channel corresponding to the audio signal and the position information are read;
the controller reads the electric quantity information of the controller to judge whether charging is needed, if so, a charging instruction is generated, and if not, the channel corresponding to the audio signal and the position information are reported to the monitoring platform.
10. The monitoring method of claim 9, further comprising:
the controller judges whether a broadcast signal sent by the monitoring platform is received or not, and if so, the broadcast signal is sent to the voice playing module for playing.
