At present, when each enterprise stores its corresponding business data on a blockchain, based on the characteristics of blockchain decentralization, some inevitable enterprises need to privately deploy blockchain services in their respective network environments, and when there are multiple enterprises that privately deploy blockchain services in their respective network environments and form a network, how to manage control data among them is a problem that needs to be considered. In the prior art, the management and control data corresponding to the business object is usually stored and managed by using a database, for example, the database may be a mySQL database, and the manner of storing and managing the management and control data has no synchronization mechanism, that is, data synchronization cannot be realized between the management and control data corresponding to each enterprise.

It can be known from the above description that the enterprise a deploys and instantiates a contract on the service blockchain network through the management and control device, and since the management and control database of the enterprise B does not have the record with the contract name of mycc, that is, the enterprise a stores the contract in the management and control database, and does not synchronize the data of the stored contract with the management and control database of the enterprise B, the enterprise B does not report an error when storing the contract with the name of mycc in the management and control database through the management and control device, and the node B corresponding to the enterprise B reports an error when instantiating the contract, so that the enterprise B needs to redeploy a new contract, thereby reducing the data management efficiency and also leading to poor user experience. Then, in order to implement synchronization of management data, it is currently common to deploy an external component at each network node, or design a synchronization service by an enterprise respectively. Both methods can ensure that the required data is synchronized in the network, but both methods bring additional problems, for example, when each network node deploys an external component, the external component needs to be introduced, and the enterprise designs a synchronization service respectively, which also increases the development and operation cost.
In view of the foregoing problems, an embodiment of the present application provides a data management method based on a block chain, where the method is executable by a management and control device for providing a management and control service, and a general principle of the method is as follows: the management and control device may receive a management request of a target service object for the management and control data to be processed, where the management request indicates a management type for the management and control data to be processed, and then, the management and control device performs, in a management and control block chain corresponding to the management and control block chain network, update processing matched with the management type on the management and control data to be processed through a target management and control node corresponding to the target service object, and then, according to a processing result of the update processing, sends management indication information associated with the management and control data to be processed to the target service node corresponding to the target object, where the management indication information is used to indicate the target service node to perform target management on the management and control data to be processed according to an indication of the management indication information. In a possible embodiment, after the target management and control node receives the management request sent by the management and control device, the update processing matching the management type may be performed on the management and control data to be processed in the management and control blockchain corresponding to the management and control blockchain network according to the management request. The management type may include a search data type, an add data type, a delete data type, and a modify data type. For example, when the management type is a lookup data type, the update process performed on the managed data to be processed, which matches the lookup data type, may be the number of service nodes created by the lookup target service object, or the name of the service block chain network where each service node is located, or the like. For another example, when the management type is a new data type, the pending management data for which the management request is directed may be a contract, and then, performing update processing on the pending management data matching the lookup data type may be adding the contract to a management block chain corresponding to the management block chain network. In a possible embodiment, when the target management and control node performs the update process matching the management type on the management and control data to be processed, two types of process results may also occur, and the process results may include a process result indicating that the update is successful and a process result indicating that the update is failed. For example, when the target management and control node receives that the management type in the management request is the query data type, if the target management and control node may query target management and control data corresponding to the management and control data to be processed in the management request, the target management and control node may send the queried target management and control data to the management and control device, and after receiving the target management and control data, the management and control device may display the target management and control data in the second area of the user operation interface. If the target management and control node cannot query the target management and control data corresponding to the management and control data to be processed in the management request, the target management and control node may return a query failure result to the management and control device, and after receiving the query failure result, the management and control device may display the query failure result in the second area of the user operation interface.
For another example, when the target management and control node receives that the management type in the management request is a delete data type, if the target management and control node can delete the target management and control data corresponding to the management and control data to be processed in the management request, the target management and control node may return a successful deletion result to the management and control device, and after receiving the successful deletion result, the management and control device may display the successful deletion result in the second area of the user operation interface. If the target management and control node does not delete the target management and control data corresponding to the management and control data to be processed in the management and control request, the target management and control node may return a deletion failure result to the management and control device, and after receiving the deletion failure result, the management and control device may display the deletion failure result in the second area of the user operation interface.

The management and control device may send the management instruction information to the target service node when the processing result received by the management and control device is the processing result indicating that the update is successful. In a possible embodiment, if the management type is a new data type, when the target management and control node writes the to-be-processed management and control data to which the management request is directed into the management and control block chain, the management and control device may return a new processing result indicating that the to-be-processed management and control data is successfully added. And after the control device receives the new processing result, new indication information associated with the control data to be processed is sent to the target service node corresponding to the target service object. Then, after receiving the management indication information, the target service node may perform new addition management on the to-be-processed management data in the service block chain according to the indication of the management indication information. For example, if the to-be-processed management and control data is a target contract, the new addition management may be to instantiate the target contract, that is, the target service node instantiates the target contract in the service block chain.
In a possible embodiment, if the management type is a delete data type, and the deletion processing result received by the management and control device indicates that the deletion of the managed data to be processed is successful, the management and control device may send deletion indication information associated with the managed data to be processed to the target service node corresponding to the target service object, and after the target service node receives the deletion indication information, the deletion management may be performed on the managed data to be processed in the service block chain according to an indication of the deletion indication information. For example, if the pending management and control data is a target contract, the deletion management may be to delete the target contract, that is, the target service node deletes the target contract in the service block chain.
In a possible embodiment, if the management type is a modified data type, and the modification processing result received by the management and control device indicates that the management and control data to be processed is successfully modified, the management and control device may send modification indication information associated with the management and control data to be processed to a target service node corresponding to a target service object, and after the target service node receives the modification indication information, perform modification management on the management and control data to be processed in a service block chain according to an indication of the modification indication information. For example, if the pending management and control data is a target contract, the modification management may be to modify the target contract, where the specific modification to the target contract may be to modify the name of the target contract, that is, the target service node modifies the name of the target contract in the service block chain.
In a specific implementation scenario, the following description is given by taking an example that an enterprise a and an enterprise B both need to add new targets on their corresponding service nodes, as shown in fig. 3B, a schematic flow diagram for implementing an operation of adding new data by each enterprise provided in the embodiment of the present application is provided, and a specific implementation process of the schematic flow diagram may include the following steps:
s1: if the enterprise a needs to add a new target contract at the node a, where the name of the target contract is mycc, a management request may be sent to the management and control device, and the management type of the management request is a new data type.
S2: after receiving the management request, the management device may send the management request to the management and control node A1 corresponding to the enterprise a, so that the management and control node A1 performs, according to the management request, update processing matching the management type on the management and control data to be processed in the management and control blockchain corresponding to the management and control blockchain network, and then after receiving the target contract mycc, the node a may perform the following steps S2.1 to S2.2.
S2.1: after the management node A1 receives the management request, it may be queried in the management block chain according to the management request whether a contract exists that is the same name as the target contract.
S2.2: if the management and control node A1 inquires in the management and control block chain that a contract with the same name as the target contract exists, a newly added processing result for indicating that the newly added management and control data to be processed fails may be returned to the management and control device, where the newly added processing result may be for indicating that a contract with the same name exists. If the management and control node A1 inquires in a management and control block chain that no contract with the same name as the target contract exists, writing the target contract into the management and control block chain, wherein writing into the management and control block chain can be understood as that the management and control node A1 saves the target contract into the management and control node A1, and broadcasting the target contract to other management and control nodes in a management and control block chain network, that is, the management and control node B1 receives the target contract and stores the target contract, so that data synchronization between the management and control nodes is realized. The control node A1, in addition to writing the target contract into the control block chain, may also return a new processing result indicating that the target contract is successfully added to the control device.
S3: after the control device receives a new processing result returned by the control node A1 and used for indicating that a target contract is successfully added, that is, after the control node A1 successfully stores the target contract, the control device may send new indication information associated with the target contract to the service node A2, so that the service node A2 performs new management on the target contract in a service block chain according to the indication of the new indication information, where the new management may be instantiation of the target contract. Then, after receiving the new indication information, the service node A2 may perform the following steps S3.1 to S3.2.
S3.1: the target contract is instantiated.
S3.2: and after the target contract is successfully instantiated, broadcasting the target contract to other service nodes in the service block chain network so as to realize data synchronization between the service node A2 and the service node B2.
S3.3: service node B2, after receiving the target contract broadcast by service node A2, stores the target contract on its own maintained block chain.
S4: when enterprise a instantiates a target contract at service node A1 and enterprise B also instantiates the target contract at service node B2, enterprise B may send a management request to the managing device.
S5: after receiving the management request, the management device may send the management request to the management node B1 corresponding to the enterprise B, so that the management node B1 performs, according to the management request, update processing matching the management type on the to-be-processed management and control data in the management and control blockchain corresponding to the management and control blockchain network, and then, after receiving the target contract mycc, the node B may perform the following steps S5.1 to S5.2.
S5.1: after the management node B1 receives the management request, it may be queried in the chain of management blocks whether there is a contract with the same name as the target contract according to the management request.
S5.2: if the management and control node B1 inquires in the management and control block chain that a contract with the same name as the target contract exists, a newly added processing result indicating that the newly added management and control data to be processed fails may be returned to the management and control device, where the newly added processing result may be used to indicate that a contract with the same name exists. And if the control node B1 inquires that no contract with the same name as the target contract exists in the control block chain, writing the target contract into the control block chain, and returning a newly-increased processing result for indicating the successful newly-increased target contract to the control equipment. According to the above description, it is known that the management and control node B1 may query that a contract with the same name as the target contract exists in the management and control block chain, and then the management and control node B1 may return a new processing result indicating that the target contract fails to be newly added to the management and control device, where the new processing result may specifically indicate that a contract with the same name exists.
It can be seen that, compared with the situation that a synchronization mechanism does not exist between the management and control data as shown in fig. 1a, in the embodiment of the present application, synchronization of the management and control data can be achieved by using characteristics of the blockchain network, it can be determined whether a contract of the same name exists when a target contract is stored in the management and control blockchain network, if a contract of the same name exists, a processing result of a new failure can be returned to the management and control device, and it is not necessary to determine whether a synchronization contract exists during instantiation, and a processing result of a new failure is returned to the management and control device.
In this embodiment of the application, a management and control device may receive a management request of a target service object for management and control data to be processed, and send the management request to a target management and control node corresponding to the target service object, where the target management and control node performs update processing matched with a management type on the management and control data to be processed in a management and control block chain corresponding to a management and control block chain network according to the management request, then the target management and control node returns a processing result of the update processing to the management and control device, and the management and control device sends management indication information associated with the management and control data to be processed to the target service node corresponding to the target service object according to the processing result of the update processing, and further, the target service node performs target management on the management and control data to be processed according to an indication of the management indication information. Therefore, the management and control blockchain network is introduced, so that the management and control data can be updated by using the management and control blockchain network, the updated management and control data can be synchronized to other management and control nodes in the management and control blockchain network based on the data synchronization characteristic of the blockchain, the automatic synchronization of the management and control data is realized, an external component is not required to be introduced, the additional cost is reduced, and the data management efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart illustrating another data management method based on a block chain according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the data management method based on a block chain described in this embodiment, the data management method based on a block chain is applied to the above management and control device, and includes:
s401: and receiving a management request of the target business object for the management and control data to be processed, wherein the management request indicates the management type of the management and control data to be processed.
In a possible embodiment, the management and control device may receive a management request of a target business object to the management and control data to be processed, where the target business object may be, for example, a certain enterprise, and the management request may indicate a management type for the management and control data to be processed, where the management type may include a new data type, a deleted data type, a modified data type, and a query data type.
S402: and executing updating processing matched with the management type on the control data to be processed in a control block chain corresponding to the control block chain network through a target control node corresponding to the target service object.
In a possible embodiment, after receiving the management request, the management and control device may send the management request to a target management and control node corresponding to the target service object, so that after receiving the management request, the target management and control node may execute, in a management and control blockchain corresponding to the management and control blockchain network, update processing matching the management type on the management and control data to be processed according to the management request, and return a processing result of the update processing to the management and control device. Optionally, when the management type is the new data type, the target management and control node may first query, according to the to-be-processed management and control data in the management request, whether target management and control data associated with the to-be-processed management and control data exists in the management and control block chain. If the target management and control data associated with the management and control data to be processed is inquired in the management and control block chain, the target management and control node may return a new processing result for indicating that the new addition of the management and control data to be processed fails to the management and control device, and after receiving the new processing result for indicating that the new addition of the management and control data to be processed fails, the management and control device may further display the new processing result in the second area of the user operation interface. If the target control data associated with the control data to be processed is not queried in the control block chain, the target control node may write the control data to be processed into the control block chain, and return a new processing result indicating that the control data to be processed is successfully added to the control device, and after receiving the new processing result indicating that the control data to be processed is successfully added, the control device may further display the new processing result in the second area of the user operation interface.
Optionally, in a case that the management type is a data deletion type, the target management and control node may delete, according to the management request, the target management and control data associated with the to-be-processed management and control data in the management and control block chain, and return a deletion processing result indicating that the target management and control data is successfully deleted to the management and control device, and after receiving the deletion processing result indicating that the target management and control data is successfully deleted, the management and control device may further display the deletion processing result in the second area of the user operation interface.
Optionally, when the management type is a modified data type, the target management and control node may modify, according to the management request, the target management and control data associated with the management and control data to be processed in the management and control blockchain, and return a modification processing result used for indicating that the target management and control data is successfully modified to the management and control device, and after receiving the modification processing result used for indicating that the target management and control data is successfully modified, the management and control device may further display the modification processing result in the second area of the user operation interface.
Optionally, when the management type is the query data type, the target management and control node may query, in the management and control block chain, according to the to-be-processed management and control data in the management request, whether target management and control data associated with the to-be-processed management and control data exists. If the target management and control data associated with the management and control data to be processed is inquired in the management and control block chain, the target management and control data is returned to the management device, and after the management device receives the target management and control data, the target management and control data can be displayed in a second area of the user operation interface, so that a user can obtain required data. If the target management and control data associated with the management and control data to be processed are not queried in the management and control block chain, a query processing result used for indicating that the query of the target management and control data fails can be sent to the management device, and after the management device receives the query processing result used for indicating that the query of the target management and control data fails, the query processing result can be displayed in a second area of the user operation interface.
In a possible embodiment, after receiving the management request, the target management and control node may first detect whether the to-be-processed management and control data includes the private data identifier according to the management request, so as to perform subsequent steps according to the detection result. If it is detected that the to-be-processed management and control data includes the private data identifier according to the management request, the to-be-processed management and control data may be updated in the private management storage area of the target management and control node, where the update processing is matched with the management type, and the to-be-processed management and control data is prohibited from being synchronized to other management and control nodes in the management and control block chain network. If it is detected that the management and control data to be processed does not include the private data identifier according to the management request, the update processing matched with the management type may be performed on the management and control data to be processed in the private management storage area of the target management and control node, and the management and control data to be processed may be synchronized to other management and control nodes in the management and control block chain network. According to the method, whether the to-be-processed management and control data comprise the private data identification is detected, and then the subsequent steps are executed according to the detection result, so that the management and control data in the privacy management storage area of the target management and control node do not need to be synchronized to other management and control nodes in the management and control block chain network, the privacy isolation of the data corresponding to the target business object can be achieved, and the data safety of the target business object is guaranteed.
In a possible embodiment, before performing update processing on management and control data stored in a target management and control node by using a management and control device, an interface contract may be deployed in the target management and control node, where the interface contract is used to provide a management interface during update processing, so that the management and control device interacts with the management and control data stored in the target management and control node through the management interface provided by the interface contract, for example, the update processing may be addition processing, deletion processing, modification processing, and query processing, and the management request may also be received by the target management and control node through a pre-deployed management interface. In a specific implementation, the management and control device may receive deployment indication information for the interface contract, after receiving the deployment indication information, the management and control device may send the deployment indication information to the target management and control node, and after receiving the deployment indication information, the target management and control interface may deploy the interface contract in the target management and control node according to an indication of the deployment indication information.
In a possible embodiment, the management and control device may further receive a join request of the newly added service object for the management and control block network, so that the management and control node corresponding to the newly added service object joins the management and control block chain network, so as to implement synchronization of the management and control data. In a specific implementation, when the management and control device receives a join request of a newly added service object in a management and control block network, it may first detect whether a service node of the newly added service object is in the same service block chain network as a target service node of a target service object, and only when it is detected that the service node of the newly added service object and the target service node are in the same service block chain network, it may select a target node from a network environment of the newly added service object according to the join request, and join the target node into the management and control block chain network as the management and control node of the newly added service object. If the management and control device receives the join request, the target node can be selected from the network environment of the newly added service object according to the identification information of the target node carried by the join request, so that the target node is used as the management and control node of the newly added service object to join the management and control blockchain network. It should be noted that, after the management and control node of the newly added service object joins the management and control block chain network, an interface contract for providing a management interface needs to be deployed on the management and control node of the newly added service object, where the specific implementation of deploying the interface contract may refer to the above description, and is not described herein again. It should be understood that, when the management and control device may receive a join request of a newly added service object for the management and control block network, the management and control device may be understood to provide a management and control service for a plurality of service objects.
It should be noted that, after the target service object creates the service node and deploys the management and control service for providing the block chain service privatization, one block chain node may also be selected from the network environment of the target service object, and the block chain node is added to the management and control block chain network as the management and control node of the target service object.
S403: and according to the processing result of the updating processing, sending management indication information associated with the management and control data to be processed to a target service node corresponding to the target object, wherein the management indication information is used for indicating the target service node to execute target management on the management data to be processed according to the indication of the management indication information.

In this embodiment of the application, the management and control device may receive a management request of a target service object for the management and control data to be processed, where the management request indicates a management type for the management and control data to be processed, and the management and control device further executes, in a management and control block chain corresponding to the management and control block chain network, update processing matched with the management type for the management and control data to be processed through a target management and control node corresponding to the target service object, and then sends, according to a processing result of the update processing, management indication information associated with the management and control data to be processed to the target service node corresponding to the target object, where the management indication information is used to indicate the target service node to execute target management on the management data to be processed according to an indication of the management indication information. Therefore, the management and control blockchain network is introduced, so that the management and control data can be updated by the management and control blockchain network, the updated management and control data can be synchronized to other management and control nodes in the management and control blockchain network based on the data synchronization characteristic of the blockchain, the automatic synchronization of the management and control data is realized, an external component is not required to be introduced, the additional cost can be reduced, and the data management efficiency can be improved.

when a joining request of a newly added service object in the management and control block network is received, selecting a target node from the network environment of the newly added service object according to the joining request; adding the target node as a control node of the newly added service object into the control block chain network; and deploying an interface contract for providing a management interface in the control node of the newly added service object.
The embodiment of the present application also provides a computer storage medium, in which program instructions are stored, and when the program is executed, some or all of the steps of the data management method based on the block chain in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2 or fig. 4 may be included.

Claims (14)

1. A data management system based on a block chain is characterized by comprising a business block chain network, a management and control block chain network and management and control equipment for providing management and control service, wherein the business block chain network comprises business nodes corresponding to a plurality of business objects, and the management and control block chain network comprises management and control nodes corresponding to a plurality of business objects; any one control node is used for storing control data of a corresponding service object and synchronizing the control data to other control nodes in the control block chain network; the service node and the control node corresponding to any one service object are deployed in the same network environment; wherein:
the management and control device is configured to receive a management request of a target service object for management and control data to be processed, where the management request indicates a management type for the management and control data to be processed, and the management type includes a search data type, a new data type, a delete data type, or a modify data type; executing updating processing matched with the management type on the to-be-processed control data in a control block chain corresponding to the control block chain network through a target control node corresponding to the target service object, wherein each control node in the control block chain network stores the same control block chain; according to the processing result of the updating processing, sending management indication information associated with the to-be-processed control data to a target service node corresponding to the target service object;
and the target service node is used for executing target management on the to-be-processed management and control data according to the indication of the management indication information.
2. The blockchain-based data management system of claim 1,
the management and control device is specifically configured to send the management request to a target management and control node corresponding to the target service object;
and the target management and control node is configured to execute, in a management and control blockchain corresponding to the management and control blockchain network, update processing matched with the management type on the to-be-processed management and control data according to the management request, and return a processing result of the update processing to the management and control device.
3. The blockchain-based data management system of claim 2, wherein the management type is a new data type;
the target management and control node is specifically configured to:
if target management and control data associated with the management and control data to be processed are inquired in the management and control block chain according to the management request, returning a new processing result for indicating that the management and control data to be processed are unsuccessfully added to the management and control equipment;
and if target management and control data related to the to-be-processed management and control data are not inquired in the management and control block chain according to the management request, writing the to-be-processed management and control data into the management and control block chain, and returning a new processing result for indicating that the to-be-processed management and control data are successfully added to the management and control equipment.
4. The blockchain-based data management system of claim 3,
the management and control device is further specifically configured to: if the newly increased processing result indicates that the to-be-processed control data is successfully increased, transmitting newly increased indication information associated with the to-be-processed control data to a target service node corresponding to the target service object;
the target service node is specifically configured to perform new increase management on the to-be-processed management and control data in a service block chain according to the indication of the new increase indication information.
5. The block chain-based data management system according to claim 4, wherein the management and control data to be processed is a target contract, and the new management is: instantiating the target contract.
6. The blockchain-based data management system of claim 2, wherein the management type is a delete data type;
the target management and control node is further specifically configured to:
deleting target management and control data associated with the to-be-processed management and control data in the management and control block chain according to the management request, and returning a deletion processing result for indicating that the target management and control data is successfully deleted to the management and control equipment;
the management and control device is further configured to send deletion indication information associated with the to-be-processed management and control data to a target service node corresponding to the target service object if the deletion processing result indicates that the to-be-processed management and control data is successfully deleted;
the target service node is specifically configured to perform deletion management on the to-be-processed management and control data in a service block chain according to the indication of the deletion indication information.
7. The blockchain-based data management system of claim 2, wherein the management type is a modified data type;
the target management and control node is further specifically configured to:
modifying target management and control data associated with the management and control data to be processed in the management and control block chain according to the management request, and returning a modification processing result for indicating that the target management and control data is successfully modified to the management and control equipment;
the management and control device is further configured to send modification indication information associated with the management and control data to be processed to a target service node corresponding to the target service object if the modification processing result indicates that the management and control data to be processed is successfully modified;
the target service node is specifically configured to perform modification management on the to-be-processed management and control data in a service block chain according to the indication of the modification indication information.
8. The system according to claim 2, wherein the target management node is specifically configured to:
and if the to-be-processed management and control data is detected to include the private data identifier according to the management request, performing updating processing matched with the management type on the to-be-processed management and control data in a private management storage area of the target management and control node, and forbidding to synchronize the to-be-processed management and control data to other management and control nodes in the management and control block chain network.
9. The blockchain-based data management system of claim 2, wherein the management request is received by the target policing node through a pre-deployed management interface; wherein:
the management and control device is further configured to send deployment indication information for an interface contract to the target management and control node, where the interface contract is used to provide the management interface;
the target management and control node is further configured to deploy the interface contract in the target management and control node according to the indication of the deployment indication information.
10. The blockchain-based data management system of claim 1,
the management and control device is further specifically configured to:
when a joining request of a newly added service object in the management and control block chain network is received, selecting a target node from the network environment of the newly added service object according to the joining request; adding the target node as a control node of the newly added service object into the control block chain network; and deploying an interface contract for providing a management interface in the control node of the newly added service object.
11. A data management method based on a block chain is applied to a management and control device in a data management system based on the block chain, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a management request of a target service object for management and control data to be processed, wherein the management request indicates a management type for the management and control data to be processed, and the management type comprises a data searching type, a data adding type, a data deleting type or a data modifying type;
executing updating processing matched with the management type on the to-be-processed control data in a control block chain corresponding to a control block chain network through a target control node corresponding to the target service object, wherein each control node in the control block chain network stores the same control block chain;
and sending management indication information associated with the to-be-processed management and control data to a target service node corresponding to the target service object according to the processing result of the updating processing, wherein the management indication information is used for indicating the target service node to perform target management on the to-be-processed management and control data according to the indication of the management indication information.
12. A block chain-based data management apparatus, wherein the data management apparatus operates in a management and control device, and the apparatus comprises:
a receiving unit, configured to receive a management request of a target service object for management and control data to be processed, where the management request indicates a management type for the management and control data to be processed, and the management type includes a search data type, a new data type, a delete data type, or a modify data type;
the updating unit is used for executing updating processing matched with the management type on the to-be-processed control data in a control block chain corresponding to a control block chain network through a target control node corresponding to the target service object, and each control node in the control block chain network stores the same control block chain;
a sending unit, configured to send, according to the processing result of the update processing, management instruction information associated with the to-be-processed management and control data to a target service node corresponding to the target service object, where the management instruction information is used to instruct the target service node to perform target management on the to-be-processed management and control data according to an instruction of the management instruction information.

An administration device, comprising a processor, a memory and a network interface, the processor, memory and network interface being interconnected, wherein the memory is configured to store a computer program comprising program instructions, the processor being configured to invoke the program instructions to perform the method of claim 11.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program comprising program instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to carry out the method of claim 11.
